I am all about a great deal, and love that they have an mobile app with what seemed like a good deal for a my husband and I when wanting a bite to eat . The mobile app offered a BOGO on Whopper's.. sounds sweet right?!?! Well I we went inside and order just that 2 Whoppers with cheese (additional cost, that was listed in the deal) side note I wasn't greeted for about 10 mins standing at the register watching the employees walks back and forth infront of me and not 1 of them said Hello .. or even a quick "we'll be right with you". Well finally got my order in and she told me the total for my order of BOGO Whopper with cheese $9 !?!?!!?? Wh@t the heck ... surely you didn't apply my BOGO....... To my dismay it was already discounted... WOW! $6.19 PLUS $ 0.60 EACH FOR CHEESE! I wanted to just say nevermind but I was hungry.. pretty pricey for what is really is don't ya think..?
I came accidentally after hours. I was told that I would unfortunately have to go through the drive through. The tall blonde guy apologized profusely and gave me a free drink. The food was hot and came out fresh.
I can't vote for all of their food but for a inexpensive Stoner delight. I recommend the 10-piece for a $1.50 I like getting this spicy with sweet and sour it's quite delectable. And at that price you can afford to buy the whole household dinner LOL
The young boy working the drive thru was super polite. I don't remember his name, maybe 19 yard old, thin, Sandy blonde hair & glasses. It's nice to see well mannered teens in this day and age. Good job BK!! P.S. my burgers were great too!!!
Excellent customer service. Esthela, Olga y Olivia thank you very much for your help. My friend lost her wallet yesterday here in Burger King and they found it on the bathroom. We came today to ask for it and very nice and professional ladies they returned to us. God bless you girls.
I find, that Burger King is the best deal for the money. Especially when you use coupons, that are very easily gotten from the newspapers or mail delivery. They have a large burger patty, that's completely fills the bun. If you haven't had one in a while, give it a try. You'll find that it's the biggest and best for the buck.
2 quarter pounders w/ cheese for $7. It was super cold inside (amazing)! The dining room closes at 10pm. Staff brought me my food. I ate it (yes, both burgers). Comfortable seating and a surprisingly good place to sit down and read or work on your laptop. No complaints.
I hardly ever do reviews but I have been coming to this Burger King for years now. And let me tell you Ana you are doing amazing! The patience you had this morning for these two people that went to yell at you trying to intimidate you and then write a nasty review shame on you two!! I was there and so was another lady. Please be better the world doesn’t need people like you!
I love ordering their whopper with cheese. It’s very tasty. I order it with extra mayo and I order my fries with no salt so they can make them fresh. Love coming here. Would be nice to see the workers smile every once in a while though

I seem to get pretty good attention when I’m there, and the food is been made to my liking. Doing well at this particular store.
I don't know what it is about this specific Burger King but every time I've ever came here the staff is so uplifting and kind. They always have such a good attitude and it really makes a difference to me I always compliment them but this time I decided to write a review. Andre has a good attitude and I will come back just for that reason thank you guys

If you love the feel of late 80s to early 90s Berger King restaurants, then this is the place for you. This specific burger king is stuck in the past as far as the dining room goes. It's extremely retro inside. Highly recommended to go down that memory lane. Also, they still have separate rest rooms for male and female.
Food yummy. Service friendly. Price pretty affordable. But, they gave regular chicken nuggets instead of ghost pepper type and forgot the ranch sauce. Didn't know until I got home from drive through pick up.
Fast and friendly service. You would think the place would always be busy being located right off the freeway and the first visible thing you can pretty much see but I've had excellent luck here. I don't eat fast food much and when I do I'm super particular that being said I like this place. They keep the inside clean and orderly and they spend the extra couple seconds it takes two prepare the food so that it doesn't look like a pile of swap once it's on your plate LOL we all know the places that do that it just makes the food you're eating less appetizing when it's thrown together in an orderly fashion. It didn't get the 5th star just because every once in awhile they take an annoyingly long time to fill an order
Burger King was nice and clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean to. And thank goodness they don't have those setups like McDonald's does were you have to key in what you want before you can stand in line to get what you want. My husband calls them ordering kiosk, please don't ever do them
Dined in, party of three, understaffed, a little slow, self service fountain and ketchup was out of syrup and ketchup. No attention to the dining area during this time. Food was hot, fresh and real good. We were hungry. Prices keep going up. No GI tract issues noted after 18 hours. God bless the people whose hands prepared our food. Grateful.
The atmosphere was a little rough, but I have to hand it to one of the employees (I think his name was Andres?) with his exceptional customer service. Thank you for the filling whooper!

Came for lunch with my wife and it's been awhile since I've had BK andi gotta admit that whopper is Da Bomb. The buns ain't all that great but as far as flavor it's good. I remember the patties being a bit thicker but I guess everything nowadays is shrinking. Fries were hot and fresh. Here's a quick tip for you if you want fresh hot fries, ask for NO SALT. Usually once they pull the fries from the fryer they add the salt. So, when you ask for no salt they usually have to put in a fresh batch. Takes just a bit longer for your order but very much worth it. Environment was ok. Not much to see around that area. Overall great staff and we appreciate your hard work. Oh one last thing, they do charge for ranch packets. I didnt know they charged for those. Oh well. One more last thing, I totally forgot they sold tacos!!! Not as good as The Box guy but they were really crunchy. Salsa packets no good. We also had a coupons.
Terrible-Mobile Tuesday's deal for an original whopper hamburger was a great way to lure my stomach's mind to try the Bacon King. I nixed the tomato, lettuce, and mayo; added pickles 🥒 and unyuns. One of the better burgers on the King's menu. Ordering via the BK application is doable, keep in mind that they do not start preparing the order (don't forget the order #) until you 'check' in via the application. Not a brain buster, and worth the free WhoPper. Doesn't exactly equate to a time saver (life-hacking , order ahead and have to wait, and then sweet n sour soup, and then). Shortcuts in life typically make life out to be an abbreviated state and then the abrupt end.
Super mad about how they raised the chicken nuggets. They were good for $1. Now they seem more greasy and not as crispy, maybe the provide change. Service is horrible at times. Overall: okay

It's a fast food restaurant first and foremost, but I love their sandwiches. The new crispy chicken sandwich with bacon is phenomenal. 06-Jan-2018 I thought I'd try the new sausage biscuit. It was the driest sandwich I have ever consumed. The biscuit was hard and the sausage was well over cooked.
I am on the fence about this BK. Their service was slow... PAINFULLY slow. They didn't even have anyone manning the register when I was ready to order, and repeated it with the next three guests, making them wait at the register for several minutes before a cashier magically appeared out of the back to take their orders. It also really grossed me out that the line cooks, wearing their food prep gloves, would go to the walk-in fridge, open the door, and bring out items still wearing the same pair of gloves... I guarantee that fridge handle is not sanitary, yet the line cooks went right back to assembling sandwiches with the same pairs of gloves without missing a beat. Major health code violation with cross contamination and lack of food safety there. However, their veggie burger may have been the best I have ever had at any bk location (and I order them frequently). Seasoned and cooked to perfection, and I was able to add grilled mushrooms, which really pushed it over the top. AMAZING! In other wierd news, it was breakfast... I noticed BK offers several croissant sandwiches, but as I eat neither eggs nor meat, I asked if I could just buy a single plain croissant. The cashier informed me it would be $4!!!! Holy wow, is that ever ridiculous. Needless to say, I skipped that request. I will try this location ahain, simply because we all have our off days and my veggie burger was delightful... Hopefully the service and waiting improve next time around.
Every time we try to go, there are few employees, long waits, and they have been out of service on various equipment. The freeze drinks primarily are usually never available.
I don’t know if it was just this one time I went, but the food was not even close to good. I ordered the original chicken sandwich, was better with out the “homogenized chicken patty” on it. Fries were cold and soggy, no salt. The only good thing was the coke (delicious) and the staff were efficient in time and service
Was disappointed that the price for a soft serve was 2.79. we live in desert hot springs and they are 1.49. we literally went out of our way to find a Burger King to get that bargain instead of going to McDonald's where they are the same price. So we were disappointed that they were that much instead of $1.49 like where we live in Desert Hot Springs California.

The counter service was good and the employee did smile at us, but the chicken nuggets and fries were cold. The dining area was neat and clean, but we found it odd that at the dinner rush hour on a Saturday, we were the only people inside the Burger King.
We don't eat out often. We found that we got a smaller amount of food for really high pricing. We felt like the food was already prepared and just heated up. I think we will continue to eat at home and make our own food. Thanks anyway.
Staff isn't friendly or customer service oriented, but food is usually really good and put together. However, this time I unwrapped my burger to find it smooshed all over the wrapper and stuck to it. Nothing like getting added fiber from the wrapper when eating. Also, BK has the best chicken nuggets anywhere
The trio deal is not 7 dollars! Got charged 8! Why have a choice for medium or small fries in that deal of course get the medium also.
Tables and booths not a good area I mean the neighborhood Boulder Hwy and Tropicana Ave beside Del Taco Chevron and Albertsons and more at Boulder Crossing strip mall
Very upset. I just got home....i ordered a double croissant breakfast sandwich meal and got a single! I paid for a double croissant breakfast sandwich meal not a single. And the drive through lady didn't give me my receipt. I called the number to talk to someone so they can rectify the situation and the number is disconnected! 😡 Hope the owner or manager reply to my review to rectify this. Below is an old review!!!!!! Omg my burger was so juicy and delicious. I have not had a good burger in sooooo long. The workers are great so patient and nice. Prices are fair. Place was clean with the exception of the trash overflowing but they are busy. My kids are picky and they too loved the taste of food. I enjoyed my vanilla iced coffee and they enjoyed their frozen drink. My kids had the bacon king, spicy nuggets, and I had the Texas burger 🤤.
4 times out of 5 the whopper sandwich is not up to temperature, like room temperature, no wonder I get stomach pain when I eat here, BurgerKing headquarter if you are reading this, you need to investigate this location.
Service is extremely slow. I was first in line and it took over 10 minutes to get someone to take my order inside. Then about 15 minutes to get my food. Bright side, food was fine for fast food.
This place just is not what it use to be it is run down and dirty. Workers don't seem to care about cleaning when it needs to be done. Hamburger was just barely warm at least French fries were hot but greasy. Won't be eating there again.
WOW. I love Burger King, but not this one. Dirty. Understaffed and their were only 3 customers. Bathrooms belonged to a truck stop. I only ordered hot coffee, i figured they couldn't Eff that up. I don't give bad reviews... But guys... You deserved this one.
Waited over 15mins at the drive thru just for my burger to be soggy when I opened it at home. The service here is abysmal.
The service was okay considering they seemed short staffed and we had to ask for our drink order. The food on the other hand, wasn't okay. We ordered an array of items and the most decent item was the fries. The burgers and sandwiches didn't travel well so I can't say that I will be having BK again or any time soon.
Bad service over all, the manager has no customer service skills and it seems that one male employee follows the traits of the manager. But the food is ok at least
While ordering in the drive-thru I heard very loud music playing in the background which one unprofessional and two distracting and hard to hear. Thankfully I placed my order online so I didn't have to do much talking, but even that was an issue because it wasn't even ready on time. It was ready 20 minutes after the time.
I ordered 2 junior whopper with cheese and fries plus chicken fingers. What I got after I got home is a regular whopper without cheese! It says clear on the wrapper with cheese ahh!. You should get what you ordered and pay for and not have to go double check before you drive home. This is not the first time this has happened in this location. So I highly recommend not to go there. tried to call there number but you'll get a recorded message saying the lines been disconnected. Again avoid and go for another branch.
Whatever happened to Burger King? Was it COVID? The service and food here were terrible. Very long drive through wait for a simple five burger order. The buns were cold. Not room temp cold, but cold to the touch. The workers really acted untrained and distracted. I probably will never try this again, although I continue to remember how good Burger King had been in the past. Such a unique taste.
I'm a huge fan of BK, but this location is garbage! The food is always lukewarm at best and never hot. The buns always taste like they're a week beyond expiration. They manage to screw up your order somehow 80% of the time. I don't go without ordering via the app because it's convenient and it makes it easier to customize your order. Last week I ordered 2 Whoppers with no ketchup and guess what's on my burgers? Ketchup! I recently ordered 2 Whoppers the way I like with EXTRA onions. Guess what I don't get? The onions! This is just a couple of scenarios, but I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. That's it for me though. I'm done with this BK location. I've had it. I refuse to waste another dime on this trash establishment.
Quality has fallen out of what's expected. French fries were unsalted. There was no salt or catch-up inside bag nor did the staff asked if I would like anything. Wopper and chicken sandwich were tasteless and did not look like as advertized. No wonder why I had stopped going to Burger King years ago. I went there today hoping it was good. Will not be returning.
They switched up the burgers and gave the child the jalapeno burger he almost chocked a person that was 42 years old couldn’t handle it what would have happened if he ate it.
I needed the cashier to charge on 2 separate cards for me. He ended up charging more than I had asked on one of my cards, because of that, I had forgotten to mention to make my sandwich plain. By the time I realized, they were done making my food, and I mentioned if he could change it for me. Although, while trying to get my thoughts together, he kept motioning his hand as if to "speed it up" before taking the sandwich from my hand. The food is okay - but in terms of the service, they could be more courteous.
Def not prepared for the increased influx of people for the SpongeBob SquarePants promotion. Extremely long wait, felt bad for the staff you could clearly see they were overwhelmed with the amount of orders. They ran out of items that were part of this promotion. Didn't even give me my complete order. Everything was cold by the time we got it. Didn't assemble the Box just gave it to me. I put it together in the car. Definitely not prepared for this. Definitely ruined the excitement about getting the themed meal. I had to go back inside to get the missing items . Management could have done better to prepare the team with maybe more personnel and more items

I ordered from their website for delivery and never got my shake. Burger was ice cold too,, I might add.. I'm out about 5 bucks now. I call...only to find out the number has been DISCONNECTED!!!! I suggest y'all steer clear of this place. Save you some money on product you won't get.
I'm all for the integration of tech in daily life but these places that release their half finished apps really annoy me. Ordered lunch through the app which was missing options. Got to the BK to pick up the food and eat and no lie the guy behind the counter tells me its 2.50 to add a milk. Then doesn't ring it up and says just give me a dollar. He puts it in his pocket and hands me the milk. Last week they ran out of fries. Whoever owns this location should step up their game
This place sucks. It's frequently empty for good reason. My combo meal order took ten minute despite mine being the only one on the queue. How did I know it took ten minutes? The timer on the order display said so.
I ordered 1 thing whopper with no cheese in the drive thru..not even lukewarm hamburger patty, I took 2 bites and had to throw it out. Disgusting. Are you trying to make people sick? Tried to call and the number is disconnected no wonder. Never again!
Never again will I visit this location. I went to the drive-thru around 8:30pm. The woman on the headset was so rude... Gave us attitude, never gave us an option of what kind of kids meals we wanted 4 or 6 and the menu was scrolling so quickly, I didn't even know there was options. We said kids chicken nugget meal she put in a 4 piece never said 4 or 6. We completed that order and said we had another order separate from the first... She then told us it was one order per car... Now mind u there was no one else in the drive-thru at this time... We drove straight up to the speaker which means no cars in front of us either... We then placed another chicken nugget kids meal, in which she replied 4 or 6... When we said we didn't know there were options she replied 4 or 6. I said, why weren't we given that option with the last order. She replied what is ur drink.... Rude she was just rude... $30.00 dollars later we are at the window and we asked her for a receipt because I would have normally gotten a receipt for my order any other time... She handed us just that... A receipt.... Not our receipt but A receipt.... By this time there were cars in the drive-thru so I could not go back around quickly and the lobby was closed at 8:45pm... By the looks of it she was a manager... Burger King get your employees in check... If they don't want to work there... Tell them to leave but u just lost a customer because of your untactful employee... Watch your cameras back at 8:30pm Tuesday night 10-05-21 I'm hoping your cameras have audio... I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed....
Ordered a Bacon King and received it with no bacon. $10.12 and the phone number doesn't even work. I live in Lake Elsinore so I am not going all the way back there but I am very disappointed. The lady at the drive through was nice though.
Had a bad experience at the drive-through. Gave cashier a gift card with $1.50 left on it plus a $5 bill to pay for my order, and she insisted on giving my change as a gift card, then didn't give me my drink. I was pissed. I love Burger King, but I won't go there again!
Ugh. What a crummy experience. Both burgers were absolutely cold, when o bit into mine I got one huge clump of onion, lettuce & tomato (while it fell apart), I ordered onion rings but got fries and the paper straws are just disgusting. (Not your fault but I couldn't even enjoy my drink. The drive thru attendant seemed to want to be anywhere but there and acted bothered when we asked for ketchup. (Whole we waited at the window after he'd closed it and stood there watching someone else work) ugh. It was a long day with a long drive ahead of us. We'll certainly never go return to that Burger King. Definite thumbs down.
My son and I were at Burger King today. We ordered the 2 for $6 and chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets tasted burnt. Also, do nuggets have bones? My son took a bite and found a bone. The service was good but the quality was bad. Tried to call both numbers but one was disconnected and the other I left a message.
2022 Update: Still the worst Burger King I've ever encountered and as someone related to a national franchisee, I have been to many of them. Everything was over fried, dry, and hard. Ever few years though I forget and hope things have gotten better. It's like a bad relationship. 2018: This Burger King has always struggled to serve good product and somehow they have gotten worse despite the efforts corporate makes to serve consistent items. My French fries were shriveled and tasted off. My chicken sandwich was overfried and hence dry. I like the brand but I keep getting turned off by this location.
Twice I have witnessed the Hispanic manager making food with no gloves on. The 1st time she did it without washing her hands after touching money. I suggest, if you eat here to go inside to make sure your food is being handled with cleanliness!!!
I experienced the most rude employee at this Murrieta Burger King on California oaks road. She was so rude to me. She got my order wrong and acted like it was all my fault. She was horrible!! She was just a big time b i t c h! I will call corporate and complain about this Mexican chubby girl!! She wouldn't even give me my receipt.
What is going on with this Burger King? Took forever for me being the third car and two single orders in front of me. Kid at the widow kept throwing the handled dust pan out the window to stop the car in front of and the car behind me??? The French fries were so undercooked the were awful. This used to be a decent BK, it’s been awful the last few times we have been there🤮 also, tried to call to tell them their fries were half raw and the number has been disconnected.
Went today at the drive-thru thinking it will be faster. I ordered double cheese burger low carb. I don’t know if the cook today knew what it meant by low carb, but my cheeseburger ended up no cheese 🧀🤷🏻♀️
Place is dead to me. Limited ability to get in due to the complex's parking setup. Didn't show our order on the screen when it was complete, then told us we'd get the total at the window. No receipt with the order at all. No drink carrier, so son had to hold drinks & wasn't able to check the bags. Ended up missing a Whopper & a large fries, also neglected to remove the lettuce & tomato from a sandwich when it was specifically requested, IN ADDITION TO not putting cheese on the sandwich when specifically requested.
We ordered a burger “keto style”, which meant no bun and placed in a plastic container. It was over 7 bucks and sloppily prepared, with two slabs of cold cheese haphazardly lying across a decent sized, yet overcooked piece of meat, with some sauce on a corner of it. I know it’s fast food but come on...there was no care in this meal.
Man, I totally dislike having to put a bad review out to the public, and then I come back to realize “WE ALL HAVE A CHOICE.” And I mean simple choices. Choices like should I wipe my A$$ after a 15 min bathroom sesh the morning after a night full of cheap beer, tequila shots and abuella’s Menudo. “I’m sure we’ve all been there at least once.”😁. So simple to when you walk into your place of work and the door says Open @xyz and Closes @xyz, you would at least pretend to be adhering to such time and possibly pretending the speaker doesn’t work or something. But no, 15 min till supposed closing time, and the location dark and abandoned only to have all employees cars congregated on the other side of the parking lot while hiding Inside the location just allowing the people including myself to drive all the way to the location to be tricked. Whoever the owner is has lost there passion for the customers experience and the person’s inside care about mopping and ignoring customers . 15 min till closing no response to the drive thru mic and not one blink when we met eye to eye through the window. Anyways. We all have a choice, and this one sucked by Burger king Murrieta.
The food was good it the reason for the one star is there was a manager with long blond hair and a purple shirt working the front counter. Here hair was all over her it was not in a pony tail or hair net. She appeared to possibly be a area manger so I would think they would know best. The fact that she was touching her hair and then bagging food was a heath issue. Ugh where is the health department...
To the manager of this location . Your staff at this location is a joke. They take zero pride in every aspect of their jobs. My orders are always wrong, the food is often cold and your employees have horrible attitudes. There is one short lady in the drive thru that holds down the fort for everyone else. She needs a raise... I always get cold food in the drive thu so I tried my luck inside. The whole spot was filthy. There was no one inside and two cars in line, while 3 employees sat around talking and looking at their phones I wondered why your lobby looked like a hurricane hit it. I went to use your restroom and walked out as soon as I got in... I left my order there. If your bathroom is that dirty I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen that prepares our food. HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE!! I will be taking my business up the road to another location.
I ordered a whopper w/ cheese meal, (small combo) The meat in the whopper was literally room temperature. Also, the bun wasn’t warmed at all. But the most disappointing....the meat was cold and very dry....like cardboard. No exaggeration. The fries were barely warm also. I paid over $10.00 for that combo meal and it was truly awful. I will not go back to that location ever again. I should have taken it back to be replaced or to get a refund. But I was in too much of a hurry. Maybe try having a little pride in what you serve your customers, especially given your outrageous prices. I could have gone to In N Out and had a great meal for much less $$$$!!!
Would give 0 if I could. I placed and online order and when I went to pick up I realized I had a flat so I walked. I got there around 9:15pm and the front door was locked so I walked to the front to see if someone could give me my order and the person in the drive thru window said no and when I pointed out their sign said the dining room doesn’t close until 10 he just looked at me like he couldn’t think of a lie to say…horrible service.
Number five time for me and five fails. I have come here for the fifth time: 3 deliveries 2 in store. I hope everytime they may have hired competent employees and actually have quality food/vegetables. They must only hire rude ghetto staff members who are uneducated. Very simple. They make the most vile disgusting burgers with rotting brown tomatoes and browning lettuce that they put three little brown flakes on an entire burger(not exaggerating it’s almost offensive) I cannot understand this location having such disgusting produce and a staff who is rude and won’t simply look at what they’re making. Any human would be ashamed of handing food that bad to their family member, why do it to strangers? Why rude ghetto kids? Get better cuz this location is trash.
This place is the worst ran fastfood restaurant I've ever visited. They close hours early and lock the doors during business hours, they are constantly out of hamburger patties and the staff will ignore you and continue talking to each other. The manager here is absolutely incompetent, the staff are lazy and unprofessional. This place needs to close. They have had a roof leak for weeks and have just cordoned off the section while the roof forms mold and place smells like mildew and continues to leak.
Well first off the manager a lady , Spanish decent spoke Spanish , I m Hispanic as well was extremely rude we ask if we could receive something else instead of fries ,she meantioned Onion rings on the order we said yes, so we thought ok let us ck receipt it said fries so we got her attention she told us we did change it ,so she got snappy finally told cook to change order. Talk about no customer service,think twice before returning to that burger yuck.
So the fact that this Burger King establishment is still following COVID protocols (dine-in closed) you would think that the Drive-Thru would be beyond excellent with food being hot and ready and delicious. Well today, it was far from it. The chicken sandwich we ordered tasted as well as felt as if it had been sitting there since this morning. Our fries were soggy and cold and the chicken fries that normally come out piping hot were stale and cold as well. This, by far, has been my worst experience at any of the BKs in California that I have visited. The process of even doing a return was getting back in the extremely long line. Contacting this establishment via phone was no existent due to the phone number listed via Google Maps and even the Corporate website and not even in service. Luckily, the young lady, who isn't even from this location I understood our concern and had a fresh double whopper (yes we changed our order due to disappointment) and fries made for us. She was beyond pleasant and even got us our receipt which the first young lady failed to do. I know we'll end up giving this location another shot because of their amazing location and convenience for us as we're heading home but today, the ball wasn't dropped; the ball wasn't even in play this round.
My wife just went thru drive thru. We ordered $30 worth of food…She forgot to give the lady in the drive thru her coupon for a French fry. Then she rudely said to her…“Why didn’t you give it to me in the beginning???” With an attitude my wife said. This place has always sucked tho and I tried to tell her not to go anyways. They are nasty in there. I saw a worker sweeping outside the window one night, hanging out the drive thru window when I was used to drive for Uber eats.
My "charbroiled" burger didn't taste that way. Made sloppy and the cheese wasn't even melted (lukewarm patty). The fries were very bland. $10 for a burger med fries and med drink. On the good side, The restaurant was clean and the servers were very friendly; it was not very busy so the line went pretty quickly. Sorry BK, wish I could give a better report on this visit.
I ordered lunch with coupon at drive thru. The cashier so mean since the beginning . He came out to the parking lot. Cause I was waiting at the parking out side. And I asked for sweet and sour . And he said you expected me To go back inside the store. And I said . I go to store for that sauce. The food was good. But the service is terrible.
Burger King in Murrieta is still very inconsistent. Ordered via app from the parking lot, took 10 minutes to get my order at 5:30 pm. Whopper was lukewarm but fries were hot. No frozen drinks available although they were indicates on the app. They really don't have their act together here. Parking lot had no lights on at all.
This location can surely use some training! I visited this location about 2 weeks ago to order a spicy chicken sandwich but once I noticed the sold out sign over the menu for that particular item I informed the cashier that I changed my mind, however she assured me the sign was incorrect and that they were able to fulfill my order. Once I got home I realized they dipped a regular chicken patty in a nasty hot sauce. Secondly, today they must’ve given the car ahead of me my order because once I arrived to the window they almost had me pay for some items that weren’t mine, once I informed them of the mistake they took my order again and upon receiving my meal it was once again incorrect. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a regular one smh. Also I’d like to add that placing a dust pan out the window to stop the flow of traffic definitely looks unprofessional. Is the timer that important when you have to wait 10-15 mins in the drive through anyway? Please get this location some help!
Went through drive-through ordered a Whopper meal. Got to hotel next door, open my burger up dripping wet raw in the middle the meat was even cold. Went back and got a refund. This is laziness and obviously don't know how to do their job. Last few times I've been to a Burger King I've had nothing but disappointment. Can't wait to see them shut every Burger King down. They are terrible.
These people just takes forever time to give a burger. They took 25 mins to give me a burger.
Place is absolutely terrible. 20+ mins to make three items. No drinks just three small items. Wont be back.
I'm currently on vacation, as of this writing, and I needed something to eat after a long day of driving. I noticed on my map that there was a Burger King nearby, so I went to the one in Murrieta. This was a big mistake. When I ordered a salad, I told the cashier I wanted them to put their feet in it. The cashier, as well as the other employees, refused to do so. No matter what I told them, they still refused. After a long while of shouting and arguing, I eventually gave up and ordered myself a Whopper and French fries instead. As I left the building, I told them I'll never step foot into their restaurant ever again. I've NEVER been to a Burger King where the employees refused to put their feet in MY salad. Disgraceful. 1/10 (I give them one point for having better French fries than McDonald's.)
Ill start off by saying that I would recommend going to any other burger King besides this one. I've tried time after time giving this location a chance and my goodness every time is a horrible experience. One of the managers, well I'm assuming she's a manager by the name of Claudia. Has no customer service skills what so ever. She's very rude, has an attitude over sauce. I guess it's kind of crazy to me that they won't give you not even 1 sauce for free. Even if you get a meal you spend 10$ on. You still have to pay for one sauce. My order is wrong 90% of the time, the food is always cold when you get it. It's just an awful burger King. Makes you wonder why all the employees always seem so upset and rude. It comes from the management. Now i can understand why there's never a line in the drive thru. No one wants to eat here.
Poor service, server Brea never acknowledged us to take our order, after asking for assistance she said "they urge us to have you use the kiosk" she seemed to be bothered by us wanting to place an order at the counter.. she had nothing but an attitude an a sarcastic tone. Horrible service, I left with out ordering and will never return, save the hassle a look elsewhere for professional staff.
Just waited about 2 hours in the drive thru. Couldn't even leave if I wanted. Like the previous comment said, management did not prepare for the spongebob meal. I ordered online and they ran out of several of the items that I already paid for. I felt bad for the crew as well. They had to be overwhelmed and in sure had some cranky customers. The guy at the window was so nice and super calm. He did better then I would have. They definitely should have had more staff atleast the first few days of this promotion. For spending $65 on 3 meals, I am very disappointed. Edit: spoke to burger king via contact info provided on their app. They refuse to give me a refund and said they can only give me a coupon. I don't want to return and its upsetting that they did not give me a refund for missing items. Beware!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE if they mess up you will not get a refund.
I went to this location today and had the worst experience ever. I waited at the drive through for 5 min and when I asked for service was greeted with bad attitude and crazy replies. I instead went inside to find the same disrespect and attitude from Brianna. I purchased nothing and will be contacting the general manager tomorrow because it was completely unacceptable.
When we arrived we noticed a gentleman waiting at the counter looking at the menu board. Ordering at the counter at this location is taboo or so they will make you feel. We ordered at kiosk. The gentleman says fairly loudly excuse me can I order?! Employee says you can use kiosk or wait for me. Gentleman waits for another 6 minutes before employee finally comes to take his order. This place could really use an attitude adjustment.
Had ordered the new brisket and they didn't even put brisket on our burgers, we were missing multiple items, and when my husband went back to get the burgers fixed they fought with him. He only got 1 burger fixed and nothing else. Will never go there again.
The service was extremely poor. Nobody greeted us, not a word spoken to us, we had to use the kiosk when there was actually a person behind the counter doing nothing but wouldn't take our order. $48 later, and it was the worst burger I have ever eaten at Burger King. Im surprised I didn't have to make the food although it would have been a whole lot better. The quality of meat was disappointing, and the excessive mayo had to be wiped off. The last 2 visits to burgerking was extremely disappointing. The visits were 2 different locations. Note to self... don't waste your money or time at Burgerking. The quality and service are far from what they used to be.
They short you your drink size. I order combos and get the 16oz value drink. Every. Single. Time. Today I ordered the medium and got the 20oz soda. i asked her and she said thats a medium, but online and wvery other BK considers that a small drink. Someone should seriously stop them. This has literally happened every time in the past year that I've moved here. I recommend ordering their value soda but don't order bigger. They will skimp your size. I contacted customer service over this. Edit: This is my second negative review here. I had one several months ago too: Placed a mobile order and was told that they didn't have it but the location and charge was on my receipt. The manager basically brushed me off after I waited for all the customers 20 minutes in the drive thru. I asked- if I couldn't get my food how do I get my money back? She said they don't do that "here" that I'd have to call. She never even bothered to explain who I'm supposed to call. If you know you're having an online order problem you shouldn't be letting the orders come in. Terrible service, not going back.
This is what u get when u ask for water, and if u ask for a small cup with a lid for the straw( I have a toddler) they want to charge 85 cents for a cup . That’s insane. Water is suppose to be free. And the manager smiles and says sorry. It’s our policy. I guess I continue to drive to Lake Elsinore (whose location doesn’t ever charge for water!)
Drive thru cashier could not hear or understand after repeated the order 5 times. Told to go inside and employee locking door while I'm walking in to ace the order. Place order and cashier still gives fries after I say onion rings. Had to fix 2x after being told. Get home and find out burger was totally wrong. I asked for no onions or mayo and well well done. Guess what not the case. Had to go back and only drive thru open. Cashier like is it on your receipt. Of course so I show her no apology or anything just takes and says just wait. Horrible Horrible. I had to ask for my receipt back and called and telephone number is wrong. Not the place to go.
