It was my first time going to In and Out Burger. Everything was GREAT!!

Best $5 burger in Texas. This is the hot spot to take your date on Friday nights.

Nice and clean interior. Staff always wipe the tables and chairs. Simple decorations. Burgers patties are moist. Fries are good but not that great. Very courteous and patient staff guiding first time customer like me.price is decent compared to McDonald and burger king given all the nice experience and service. Very simple menu to go through...I like that.

Emlio was wonderful me and a friend came to grab a bite for lunch and he ended up taking our order. He was very welcoming with a nice smile. Great food!! I know everyone in Texas loves Whataburger, I'm not gonna lie I'm from California and I love a patty melt!! But when I'm not trying to spend $15 for a meal I go to In N Out it's an amazing burger for an amazing price!!! And the staff is always friendly!!! Can't say the same about Whataburger!

Fri 7/18/2025. Closed due to maintenance issues in the morning. I was greeted in the parking by an employee, she politely explained the situation, and apologized for the inconvenience. I've never eaten at in n out and was looking forward that morning, even arriving shortly after the restaurants was scheduled to open. I wanted to beat the crowd, not sure I'd have the patience for that drive thru line. Oh well, I hope they are good to go later this morning.

LOVE THIS PLACE! First of all the staff is very friendly, & the prices are very low. The wait time is pretty long, but the wait is definitely worth it. They cook their patties fresh with no rush unlike franchises that just throw the frozen GMO patty on the grill & serve it to the customer. The atmosphere is just so friendly inside, the workers’ have smiles on their faces & are ready to help you. The double cheeseburger tastes extremely good, juicy on the inside & very soft. The animal fries are definitely one of the best sides in the world. I love this place & will be going here every time I come to Texas. In-N-Out beats every fast food place because of their value & freshness.

Double Double Protein Style Burger was delicious, great service, great atmosphere even though it was around midnight. Nice place to eat with friends and family, friendly staff made the experience better. Definitely coming back here more often, as a matter of fact after I finished my meal I ordered another burger, ddps, and a strawberry shake for my dad, his favorite flavor shake, so he could taste the deliciousness that I felt as well.

It never fails every time we visit, it is AWESOME - from the customer service to the food! Pretty sure they have the best sweet tea around! My kitchen d would nom it everyday if I let him 🤣

We go here often for a quick bite for our family of 6 (drive thru). Usually spend about $45-50. We don't get drinks. 3 of us get the burgers in a lettuce wrap and they are still good. The line is long but they get our custom order right every time.

Probably one of the best In-N-Out locations ever. Fast. Efficient. Always get my order correct and neat. Even gives me their paper hats when they see I have little kids in the car! The lines definitely do get long, but it is so worth the wait. It also normally moves relatively fast and at a decent pace. I know people who even come here on a regular basis because their kids love it so much! They come to this location as a great parent and child bonding time because the quality of the food is better than other locations which I thought was pretty sweet! (They call it girls’ night! A mom and her little daughter!) Who would’ve thought a fast food place like this could create a precious family time like that?!

Talk about having an experience. The morale in this place was at an all time high. Made me wish I could spend a day working there. Also, the fries are fresh cut and fried and the burger is already halfway unwrapped so there's no wait for your pleasure.

Best fast food burger and fries! The service via drive through is awesome. Employees are always friendly and warm! I always get the double double with fries all animal style. My go to is to get a root beer with it! They always ask if you wanna bag which is nice. I love this in and out location!

As a CA native, I was raised in In-N-Out Burger. TX locals don't seem to get why. Before competitors like Five Guys, In-N-Out was dedicated to FRESH. On its surface, the burgers and fries don't seem to standout much from Whataburger or Burger King on their good days. The difference, however, is over time. The FRESH FACTOR is a big deal. In CA, I would only eat a burger at In-N-Out because the other burgers were just not fresh and lively. It makes a huge difference in the entire burger experience. Ingredients that are tightly sourced and controlled by the company. Fries cut fresh, right before your eyes. Sparkly, smiley customer service. Clean (mostly) ding areas and restrooms. These were defining characteristics. Freshness was nowhere else. I would say that as they've grown, these characteristics have seen a slight decline, but the freshness is STILL undeniable. Yep. I'm an In-N-Out fanboy and I'm proud of it! 😉

Great burgers. There fat with lettuce, tomato and a full slice of onion. When ever we go to Firewheel shopping we look forward to getting a burger at In-N-Out Burger. mcdonalds needs to take a page out of the in-n-out book, the food was absolutely amazing and didnt have that processed taste everything has these days. if you've ever seen the mcdonalds documentary, this place is pretty similar to how they started, but they kept it. im sitting in my car writing this and its bringing a tear to my eyes. the passion they strive to have and keep, to make things right, to have a smile, to be proud of what they do, ill definetly be coming back more often.

It was a great In-n-out experience as always. I found out that they post an opening of 1030, but they open at 10:00am for the customer experience. I tried the grilled onion wrap this time, and it was delicious. The team was super friendly, and the dining area was spotless. This was my first time to this location, and it was just as great as every other one.

Drive thru experience in Sachse/Garland area at Firewheel was fantastic. The line was wrapped around the building. I thought I had accidentally pulled into a Chick-fil-A. The line was quick, the food was hot and as ordered. They took my order from the line versus the drive up. Don't let the line fool you. Great experience.

This place has fresh burgers and fries, They cut their own fries they are not frozen.When you go through drive thru at the 1st window you can see the sacks of Potatoes & Onions.Food is ALWAYS fresh,pickles so crisp as the fresh lettuce and tasty tomatoes cause they are made as they are ordered. And they stay open pretty late.Food is great Employees are great too, always happy to serve us and always happy to see us. And food is NOT EXPENSIVE. It's Always full but Always so worth the wait.

We really enjoy stopping here when we are in the area. We live 5 hours away. The food is simple and good. The bathrooms are clean.

These are one of my favorite burger places to eat at. On my last visit the burger was cooked too lon g making it dry and the fries were not fresh. I was a bit surprised by that, because I had ping this as my favorite In N Out around town.

Loves the burgers and fries and sauce. Not much parking space and the place is usually crowded. Great and friendly service. Not much variety in food but there's a secret menu.. I do not recommend if you would want to wait for 10 or more minutes to order and get your food. Fries are fresh. Burgers seem good. There are extra condiments like peppers. The waiters/waitresses serve the food to you at the table sometimes and sometime you pick up the order, it depends. Prices aren't steep. Bathrooms are sometimes dirty. Great value and food overall.

Picked up dinner but the burgers and fries had way too much salt, it was hard to eat. Didn't finish the fries. The burgers were good just salty. The service was good too but not sure if I'm going back due to the salt issue. Aug 2020 Update: Maybe it's due to COVID but the drive-thru lanes are not as long even though there's still a long line. We went inside and they moved fairly quick inside the dinning room. My experience here is always positive and the food is always good. ============================== I love In-N-Out and enjoy my usual order of a double-double, small drink and fries. I enjoy the way the locations have the crisscrossed palm trees, it's just inviting to me. In fact, I went to In-N-Out today just to see the palm trees on one of the coldest days in North Texas in 22 years. Every location I go to, I notice the workers are always smiling that I've remarked to my wife that "these kids seem to really love working here." My only thing is the price. My son and I's combined order came to $15 and change. That was my usual order and he ordered a 3X3 and a shake (no fries). I compare that to two orders of Wendy's 4for4 for $8 and some change. The 4for4 gives you 2 burgers, small fries, a drink and a 4-piece chicken nugget. So for a family like mine that eats a lot, it's hard to justify eating here often. Nevertheless, I still love the taste of a Double-Double and the smiling faces of the workers :)

Drove in and drove out. Exactly what was expected and wanted; quick and good fast food. One critical comment regarding service. Using polite language and fake smiling does not cancel cutting off customers and slinging bags of food at them. Yes my order was correct. Yes, I received the extra sauce that I requested. Clearly a manager under a lot of stress and unable to conceal it. I'm giving a ⭐ rating for service instead of ⭐⭐. Managers are responsible for a lot but one of the most important things is setting the right tone. This one was way off key.

My granddaughter wanted to go here for her 6th birthday, so we met up at noon on a Sunday. It was way busier than I would have expected, but then I'd never been to one before. There was a line to order, but it moved quickly and the simple menu made ordering a breeze. You get a number and pick it up when they call your number. Drinks are from a self-serve fountain. The food came out after about 10 minutes. It was hot, and looked good, but the fries don't match the burger. The fries don't look good or taste good. They didn't have seating for 6 or more as the dining area was mostly set up for 4 people. Parking became a mess by the time we left after about an hour. Their drive through was lined up outside of their property, and choked up traffic for those dining indoors, in spite of them having order takers in line similar to Chick Fil A. I can see why it is so popular, but there was a little too much buzz for me.

Check your orders for accuracy. My husband and I ordered the same thing, but one of our burgers had spicy peppers. We ordered at the drive-thru and didn't notice until after we'd left. After that first spicy bite I just took the peppers off. Other than this issue, the burgers have been consistently good. The fries don't taste like anything special.

All I've ever heard is how this joint is the equivalent (or even better) than the Texas favorite, Whataburger. Jesus, this place doesn't even scratch the surface of a Whataburger. Let's dissect this. The standard In and Out Cheeseburger (that I had). It's small, the bun is wimpy, the meat is super small, and the onions are raw. The standard Whataburger cheeseburger is large, thicker meat, well seasoned meat, and higher quality cheese. The In and Out fries taste like cardboard. Whataburger's is not the greatest on fries (only McDonald's is king), but they beat this place hands down. The chocolate shake I had tastes like fake ice cream (nothing like a Braums milkshake). Final verdict, if you're a In and Out fan, more power to you. But this place makes me appreciate Texas food so much better!

My recent visit to this In-N-Out location was disappointing overall. The food didn’t live up to the usual reputation — the fries were stale, hard, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The burger itself was just okay, but definitely not worth the long wait. The line outside was excessive, and the parking situation made things even more frustrating since there were very few available spots. Inside, the atmosphere was chaotic, with several unsupervised kids running back and forth in and put of the bathroom, which took away from a potential dining experience. I usually enjoy In-N-Out for its quality and quick service, but this visit fell short in almost every area. Hopefully management takes note and improves the food quality and overall organization because this location has potential — it just needs better attention to detail and customer comfort. I will however, commend customer service. The cashier was more than nice and through all the chaos in their lobby he still made an effort to chit chat.

I visited this location Friday night I got home I was not give. The correct food order, I returned today the female outside I assumed was supposed to take orders, I stopped in front of her, rolled down my window she stands there and look at me and says nothing I guess she wasn’t taking orders so I pulled up in the line but I saw her turn around and start laughing and talking with a man that had walked out of the restaurant and then she walks up to each vehicle behind me taking their orders, I called customer service call center the manager, Wayne walks out to take my order and I told him my order from last night was not right, he didn’t acknowledge or apologized. I was pulled down after the carhop gave me the fries to wait on the burgers but Wayne didn’t know I had the fries already until I told him- he hands me the burgers and take the fries back inside to give to another customer which is unsanitary. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location. They have a kid for a manger and carhops without knowing how customer service should be. The franchise owner needs to do an overview of the staff performance, customer service and handling/satisfaction of food orders.

This place was absolutely out of their mind tonight. My daughter had graduation today and she hadn’t ate all day and was very hungry so we went to in and out to get her some food. Yes it was 1 am but like I said we had graduation and they still took our order. All we asked was to make our French fries fresh because every time we get it, it is always cold or burnt. I wondered why all 3 of them did smile because as soon as my daughter started eating it’s the burger was filled with salt and so were the fries she took one bite and had to spit it out. Mind you she has not ate all day because of graduation. My daughter also had illnesses and that much salt on the food could kill her this is seriously hazardous and I suggest to fire those people working this night because this was absolutely insane to do that to a paying customer. Especially if it was there intention to do that to a customer is crazy and they should not be working in the food industry whatsoever.

FIRST the guy taking my order outside kept getting my order wrong after correcting him repeatedly I made up my mind to just tell the girl my ACTUAL order at the window, I did and I paid. THEN I go the second window to pick up my order and was asked to pull around, I asked for the gentleman to please repeat my order to me first, and he repeated it wrong which means the girl at the window did not get my order correct either. Finally as I'm waiting for my order to be handed out I hear them speaking loudly enough for me to hear that, "oh my gosh she changed her order again"! That was very unprofessional! It's not my fault 2 teenagers could not get their job right, there was no need to make the guest seem like they were the problem! And just wait.... I get home and SUPRISE, My order is still wrong! Where are the managers? Because this would not have happened if someone was on the floor MANAGING these kids!

Waited in line for 25 minutes, ordered, paid, got home, someone else’s order was in my bag. No protein style with onions, 3x3 & 2x2…. Nope just a single animal style and a 2x2 animal style. Fed it to my dog cause my wife is allergic to flour and I don’t eat onions or thousand island. My dog got a nice treat. Don’t think I’ll be back. It’s just not worth the hassle.

I ordered a Double-Double protein style and was completely disappointed. The meat and cheese were wrapped in paper and then wrapped with lettuce. It was a complete mess and most of the cheese stuck to the paper.

Pleasant voice, pleasant face, doesn't mean the energy is not rude. Be customer-oriented: LISTEN! HOW many times are you trying to sell me FRIES??? WHY did you ONLY ASK if I want "ONIONS" on the burger??? I don't come here often -- at all. Not so appealing tastes... and the all-about-me order-taker vibe in the drive-thru at the car window is off-putting for future consideration. Small portions... burger temperature mediocre.. and her energy matches the food handlers guys at the second window. ✔️

Today my pregnant wife was craving In And Out so we decided to stop by and get some food we ordered the food around 2:17pm ordered with no issues staff was nice we than got home started to eat my wife gets to half of her hamburger and feels plastic in her mouth and literally chokes from it, we are very upset we always eat in and out and this has never happened in our entire life’s do better on making sure you remove plastic from the cheese I can imagine if it was a child eating it definitely a choking hazard any parents please make sure to check your kid’s hamburgers from now on I know we will.
