Great experience food is so fresh and tasty. Good vibes and friendly staff, our waitress Elizabeth did went above and beyond to make our experience so delightful..
So good! We really enjoy eating at Red Robin.
I love red robin burgers and drinks. I've ordered the A1 steakhouse burger absolutely delicious with sweet potato fries my fave. I also enjoyed a nice tropical mai Thai drink to go with my meal.
My kids and I went to dinner last night and Victor was our server. The atmosphere was laid back and Victor was so attentive to my nosey and curious kiddos. He went out of his way to make the experience fun and he took great care of us!!
I give Red Robin stars. Not for Michelin rated food, or white glove dining. I give Red Robin 5 stars for consistently quality experiences. The food is always good, every item delivers what it promises. The menu is broad, but not overly so, and the staff has been well trained and well informed every single time I've been. For all of the TVs that they have, it's never been too loud to enjoy a meal with my wife. Good drinks, good food every...single ...time. I love a good chicken sandwich, but a chicken teriyaki sandwich might be a risk at other places. I ordered one today and it was exactly what I expected. Not too sweet, not over the top. Fresh toppings and hot juicy chicken. And don't get me started about the bottomless fries and strawberry lemonade.
My family and I came in for dinner. We were a party of 10, we waited for about 15 minutes. Are waiter was Marcos, he did a fantastic job on waiting on us. The food was great!! We really enjoyed our dinner. We had the "Jalapeno Heat Wave" burger with garlic fries. Sorry for no photos, I ate it as it got it. 😜
We had a great experience with the waiter and the food. He made sure to put a smile on my kids face. We decided to try the Red Robin Gourmet Cheese burger with bottomless fries. The burger was delicious. My favorite part about Reb Robin are the bottomless options. We will be back to visit.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Robin and indulging in their Veggie Burger, Buzzard Sauce, and Ensenada Platter. The Veggie Burger was a delightful mix of flavors and textures, perfectly complemented by the unique tanginess of the Buzzard Sauce. The Ensenada Platter, with its fresh and vibrant ingredients, provided a satisfying and flavorful experience. Red Robin’s commitment to quality and creativity truly shines through in these dishes. Highly recommended for those seeking a delicious and diverse dining experience!
It's a burger chain of course, but the fish and chips rivals the burgers. The beer selection is really surprising with a good mix of not only the popular national options but local breweries as well. We go to Red Robin several times a year and the service is always friendly and the food comes out hot and quick. Red Robin is also great for date night, or a get together with friends.
We have eaten here for years. The only reason i don’t give 5 stars across the board is due to their lack of consistency of management. There was a MGR by the name of Jason. When he is there that place runs like a well oiled machine. He is personable with guests; the staff seem to respect him as does the kitchen staff. They must have some new kitchen staff the food is very good. If the wait person’s give correct request to kitchen its no problem. Every business has issues but i will go there until they just don’t meet these standards.
We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Sofia! She was incredibly fast, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Even when we weren’t quite sure what we wanted to order, she was patient, kind, and never made us feel rushed. Her positive energy and great service really stood out and made our meal so much more enjoyable. Sofia truly went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her! We love RR.
My waitress Khris Kindle was so full of life, she was a breath of fresh air. She represents the company well by providing honest food and drink recommendations. I was at Red Robin for a business meeting and everyone in our group enjoyed her upbeat attitude and service. Food was good, I did have to send my burger back because it did not come out well done as I had ordered. The onion rings I ordered to go warmed up very well. I ordered the garlic fries as Kris recommended and they were delicious along with my burger.
Had a late lunch with my husband. I have a loyalty rewards account and had a free burger waiting for my birthday. We arrived after the lunch rush and got a seat right away on a Saturday. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Out order was ready pretty fast and their burgers are so good. We love the campfire sauce for the fries. Always a good choice for when you crave a burger.
Had lunch here yesterday and it was good. A burger is around $13 and comes with unlimited fries, or a nice side salad and couple of other options. I got the burnin love burger and friend got the one with a fried egg. They were good and service was great!
6 of us dropped in on Saturday afternoon for a birthday celebration. The store is clean and staff is all friendly. Our Server was Mya, who is a true Customer Service Rockstar! She anticipated all refills and we wanted for nothing. The food was very good and everyone was satisfied with our meals. Several burgers, Chicken and Ribs all were satisfying. I'm happy we came here and happy that we drew Mya in rhe server lottery.
Stopped by Red Robin for a burger, and honestly, it was just okay. The food wasn’t bad — the burger was cooked fine and the fries were decent — but nothing really stood out. Service was friendly but a little slow, and the overall vibe felt like the staff might’ve been having an off day. It wasn’t a bad meal, but it wasn’t great either. Just an average visit — not terrible, but not something I’d go out of my way to repeat anytime soon.
Almost every year, a special visit is made to Red Robin to enjoy a good burger as my birthday treat. On this particular visit, it was a first at this location. The young lady greeted me and proceeded to acknowledge my birthday with taking my order, Double, Double Cheese Burger, fries, short stack onion rings, and a chocolate shake. Out of all the other years, this location made my birthday burger special with a lit candle. After making a wish (or two 😊) than blowing out the candle, I indulged in the goodness of my meal and shake. If all the other locations would make a customer feel as special as they made me Red Robin Gourmet Burger would be where everyone should be celebrating. 🥳 SN: Special hugs to the waitress and cook 😊
Been a long time since I've been but I enjoyed it. Portion sizes were good. Cobb salad and Fish and chips were not lacking. Only a few things held back five stars. Fries could have been a little less dry and and maybe a seasoning. As well as the lack of flavors for the malts. Will be back.
It took me having to get a waiter to get service after being seated for 10 minutes. We order of eighteen onion rings, two burgers, strawberry lemonade, and an ice cream shake. It was all good but the lemonade was not very sweet as it used to be so I added some sugar to it and it was perfect. May not return because the hamburger patties could be thicker as shown on the menu and the coleslaw was terrible.
Group of 4. Spent $40ish with tip. price range per person 10-20. (2 ppl) Disappointing food. Maybe bad night? Server was rude and over charged appetizers, charged me two appetizers and gave us a lot of sass once we pointed it out, she got an attitude with us said she already put in the system and kept rolling her eyes. If it wasn’t for my sister defending me and saying to go fix it, I’m sure the server would have just gone about her day. I was planning to tip over 25% of total but with the service we had and not getting refills or stuff we asked for, the percentages kept dropping. Still gave over 12% though on my tab. & If I knew I was going to get charged $3 to get them to sing happy birthday to my son, I would have just bought a dessert cake versus a sundae. Cost was never mentioned. THEN to find out it’s complementary from Red Robin… My son liked his kids burger. Very sad about the fish and chips, $18 for rubber texture no flavor fish 😭 was planning to take it to go since that was $18, but what will I do with it? Other than give it to animals, it was not good at all. I don’t recommend this location.
I honestly cannot believe how poorly Red Robin in Garland, TX handled something as basic as seating. We arrived with two toddlers at 6:46 PM and were told there were no booths available—even though I could clearly see at least six empty booths. To make matters worse, people who came in after us were immediately seated in booths, which makes the whole “no booths available” excuse even more ridiculous. The experience was painfully underwhelming. The manager (most likely the lady in red) suggested a half-booth, but her tone and body language screamed zero empathy. It was obvious she did not care at all where we sat. Our comfort and the fact that we had toddlers were completely irrelevant. Red Robin, seating customers based on server convenience rather than family needs is embarrassing. I asked the other lady that showed us to our table why they couldn’t give us a booth as it was clear to me there were at least 6 unoccupied booths. She replied there were no booths available. No explanation to why. Marcus, our server, was an absolute lifesaver! He explained that we could transfer to a booth, but he’d have to coordinate with the other server since he wasn’t assigned to that table. Even in the middle of a clearly disorganized seating system, he handled it with genuine friendliness, a big smile, and a can-do attitude that made a stressful situation far more tolerable. Honestly, if anyone deserves recognition for making Red Robin look halfway competent, it’s Marcus. The food itself was great, as usual, which is the only reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left such a bad taste in my mouth that it made it hard to fully enjoy what is normally a reliably good meal. Marcus was the only reason we didn’t completely hate our visit. If you want to call yourselves family-friendly, maybe start by actually being family-friendly—and by recognizing employees like Marcus who try to make it so.
We had a choice of cheddar's or red Robin so we picked red Robin. It was the wrong choice. I had the wings and I asked the waitress if she could fry them a bit longer to make them crispy and she said I can try. They came out soggy. I didn't eat them. My garlic fries were SALTY and I told the waitress and she said "oh yeah they are bc of the garlic' I asked her if we could choose another drink instead of getting a refill on the same drink. She said 'you have to pay for it,, you can't just drink it all and not want to pay' I told her that's not what I was saying and she repeated it again. I just said ok. I didn't know there other choice of drinks beside the freckled lemonade. She didn't show us the menu. Overall, the food was horrible and so was the service. I guess what you get nowadays. 130 bucks for a sucky meal. And they need to clean the tables better, there were sticky and disgusting. We will not be coming back. It's sad bc this location was awesome.
Red Robin is one of my frequented restaurants back in high school, especially with their unlimited fries. I was never disappointed with my visits to the one in Wichita (KS), but my last two visits to Overland Park (KS) and Garland (TX) locations have taken it off my list completely. We came around 9 PM, which is still one hour before closing time. We got seated right away, but it took 10 mins for someone to come and grab us water. If the restaurant was busy, I would've understood, but the bartender (our server) was talking to other workers despite seeing us get sat down. She later came and took our order and drinks, and brought us a basket of fries to start off. My boyfriend ordered garlic fries with his meal, and he got regular steak fries. We wanted to ask to exchange but our server was missing for 15+ mins. We had to grab someone else, and he tried to look for the server, and couldn't find her. The food was fine. The fries were stale, and they rarely gave us a refill despite claiming it was unlimited. Our server didn't show up until we were done with the food, so my boyfriend just told her to take off the garlic fries since we didn't even get them. Also, I got their peach strawberry lemonade, which also comes with unlimited refills. HENCE THE UNLIMITED. I've never gotten a problem with sharing with my boyfriend, and we've eaten at Red Robin 20+ TIMES. When our server came back, she saw my boyfriend sipping on my lemonade and said she can't give us a refill unless I want to be charged for a second drink. I've never experienced terrible service until now. She disappeared on us for the entire meal, came back and told me she can't give me a refill on my drink despite it being free refills, and almost refused to take off the garlic fries from the check. I probably will never go back to this chain again after my last two bad experiences. If I visit my hometown again, I'll drop by then if I'm craving some crispy fries. Very disappointed with this location and the service given.
