We are on a long road trip and just stopped in for lunch. Every one of the staff members were so kind and customer-oriented. This was one of my best Subway experiences. The store was clean and the food was good. Thank you for such a great experience and making my daughter feel special!
I went to the subway in town about 645pm Wednesday Feb 7th it was Two young men working, and I had the absolutely BEST service I've ever had at subway. My sandwich artist was just that our subs looked amazing and tasted great. They were both friendly and had smiles. I just want these two to know that they are awesome!! Thank you for perfect service!!
Very delicious sandwiches. The staff is superb and professional. I didn't care about the sandwiches until here lately! Now my mouth can't wait to get a good bite. Appellate pleasing. Family friendly. Nice place to dine!!!

The sandwiches are great. The staff is friendly. I normally order from the app hoping to avoid the lines during lunch rush. This location could use better organization and a more refined process for delivering the app orders. Most of the time, I still have to wait in the line to finally get the sandwich I can see sitting when I arrive, defeating the goal of the app order completely.

Sandwich was good but the cookies were undercooked, and service was slow. The young lady making sandwiches was quick and polite as always but the other two employees seemed to be more concerned with conserving between themselves.

I've been here for years and the people who make the Sandwiches and Such are really good people but recently when I went there to pick up an online order and was ordering some extra cookies the young girl that cashier was really unsettling. asking her how much the cookies are or telling her what type of cookie I want was like pulling teeth she seemed like she was uninterested in anything I told her when she asked me a question and even then she it felt like she wanted me out of there faster before I can even get my sandwiches done
This was the first time that I used the app to order. I'm thankful that my food was hot when I received it in the drive-thru, but it wasn't ready when the app said it was ready. Although, I received an apology for waiting so long when received my food, I didn't receive an explanation of what happened and what was going to happen when I told them that I was there to pick up my order. It appears that the app is on a timer and had my order in a finish status before it was completed. The employees and the app just need to be in sync.

Subway could be a lot better if the meat wasn't turkey based. I find it bland. Except for the steak, meatball, and roast beef. Why the hell don't they carry sour cream and onion chips ? I know it's a good seller. And make sure they are real fried potatoe chips. Look you all took the steps to be more healthy and it worked for awhile. But you really don't sell anything healthy except for salad. And the prices are outrageous. I'm not going to pay 20 dollars for 1 sub. Your hanging by a thread. Change is needed. But stop talking advice from so-called experts. They got you here. Ask your customers, in person ! Not some bs about surveys. Good luck Subway. But JJ, and fire house have you beat, by a long shot.

My food was great. The service was great if you want an online order and go experience. They've recently added 4 kiosks. You walk in, order at the kiosk, the staff makes your sandwich. Your name appears on the screen for "in progress", then moves to the ready screen. You walk up and say your name. They hand you a bag and you leave. Zero interaction. And they added jalapeños to my sandwich. If I'd been watching, I could have stopped it ... They even built the wall up to where you can't even see the sandwich dressing station. Blech! I walked in for customer service not a kiosk!
By far the worst subway food I’ve ever had. The first subway I go to where you can’t see the food being made because you have to order on a screen blocking the view. I could have told them they gave me way too much lettuce and not enough spinach. Please get rid of the machines.

Worker named Tosha was rude and claimed my sandwich didn’t need to be remade when it was completely falling apart. Never had an issue with my sandwich order before. She and her other worker need to be trained properly. It’s a sandwich not rocket science.

The girl making sandwiches today was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Also barely put sauce on our sandwiches, and didn’t add the bacon I asked for. This location needs to prioritize customer service. I’ll go to the one in Walmart from now on. Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option.
I will never eat or try to eat at this subway again. I will never understand why subway serves the online orders before the people actually standing in front of them. They told me that it would be a 20 minute wait because they had 10 sandwiches in front of me that were all online. I asked why they do that and her response was the online people are just as important. If that's how they want to do business they need to put in a food line just for the online orders. People have gotten so lazy in life that they order everything online instead of being a person and doing something themselves and places like this cater to those lazy people. I will not go back EVER!!!
Used to love coming to this subway but now it's all kiosk and Internet based, the customer service was lacking any feeling, I asked if I could order through them instead of online and I was told it was all on kiosk or online, when I got my meal there was maybe four pieces of chicken on the sandwich. I can't even watch them make my sandwich anymore. 0/10 do not recommend! I will not be coming back to this subway anymore!
Went there today with my wife for a quick dinner since we had been in field all afternoon. My wife ordered the foot long ultimate cheese steak. The girl started to make it , but as she started she said something about she didn't have 1 type of bread so my wife told her white. So the girl continued to make it but then she noticed they were out of the garlic sauce. So my wife decided a regular cheese steak would be fine. But the girl then noticed they were out of steak. She had enough for half a sandwich and she would make my wife whatever she wanted on the other half. She then came to me and asked what I wanted. I said the Ultimate Meatball sub, she then got real rude and said sir we don't have that type bread. The truck does not come until tomorrow. We immediately said forget it and turned around and left. We went to other Subway here at the local Walmart and miraculously they had everything and fixed our dinner with no problems. The actual Subway that we were at first needs help in all areas, mainly friendly employees and definitely supplies!
Female employee messed up 2 of my sandwiches from a online order and I came back in to the store, I showed the other employee the receipt and the sandwiches and what was wrong, he started to fix it and she then took the receipt from him went to the back, I asked him for the female employees name to talk to the manager and she asked why we were talking about her and I explained that she messed up he sandwiches and now wouldn’t let the the other employee fix them and then she tried telling me “leave if your going to treat me this way” I said “im not leaving without the correct sandwiches I already paid for” she then told me to leave or she would call her manager” I told her to do it so that it maybe get resolved peacefully, she gave the receipt back to the male employee and he fixed up the sandwiches correctly, the female employee was nothing but rude during this
I walk in the restaurant and this teenage boy is on the phone talking angerly with his boss. He's the only one behind the counter. He doesn't even acknowledge me for a few minutes and I'm the only customer at the counter. I heard him say, "Yes, you're the one in charge." Finally after a few minutes without apologizing to me, he gives me a cold stare and asks what I want. I tell him and he cuts the bread and puts in the meat. He's very preoccupied and angry about the phone conversation. Without so much as a, "Please excuse me, I can't do this," he silently grabs his keys, storms out of the restaurant and leaves me standing there by myself at the counter while he tears out of the parking lot!! This is inexcusable!! I have never had such a bad customer experience before!! I'm going to report this to corporate - this is no way to treat a customer!!!
