Sono venuta in vacanza con il mio ragazzo aprile 2025 e abbiamo trovato il ristorante molto accogliente, il cibo era buonissimo, il cameriere ci ha accolti e messi a nostro agio fin da subito con servizio impeccabile e qualche battuta simpatica, molto disponibile anche nel consigliarci i luoghi da visitare.

Nonostante l’ambiente un po’ vecchiotto, il cibo e l’atmosfera stupiscono! Mangiato tartare mista, antipasto misto di pesce e fritto misto.. tutto molto buono e fresco! Atmosfera famigliare e accogliente!

Un'esperienza da "favola". Un fritto "super" consegnato direttamente sul pontile e degustato in barca tra Portovenere e La Palmaria. I complimenti vanno tutti a Massimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo presentati molto tardi per pranzo e ci hanno accolto senza problemi. Le nostre due bimbe dovevano mangiare ed essere cambiate e questo ci ha fatto perdere un po' di tempo ma ci hanno atteso e fatto sentire molto bene accetti. Servizio top e cibo davvero ottimo! Molto molto consigliato!

Ottima cucina nella splendida cornice di Portovenere. È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: piatti cucinati con tutta la passione possibile Dovuta al buon cibo che si distingue per l’accuratezza e la genuinità . Dall’antipasto al dolce, passando per il fritto. I muscoli ripieni, specialità locale, talmente buoni da farci tornare una seconda volta prima di ripartire. Veramente consigliato. I tried this restaurant based on Google ratings and I am glad I did. I arrived at opening at noon, but soon after, the place was filled with two large tour groups, and I began to be doubtful about the quality of the restaurant, because those that typically host tour groups tend to be better for quantity, rather than quality. Being allergic to shellfish, I ordered the pansotti (a triangular ravioli), stuffed with spinach and ricotta topped with a walnut sauce, which turned out to be very flavourful and a delight to eat. It was served on a plate that looked like a mussel shell! I also ordered battered fried vegetables as a side, and it was the best fried vegetables I had in the Cinque Terre, and rivals vegetable tempura in Japan. The service was functional, which was to be expected, with large groups to handle, but always polite. I would recommend this restaurant for its flavourful and reasonably-priced food, as well as its setting along a quieter stretch of the waterfront.

What a great experience! Me and my family we spent 3 days in Porto Venere. Find a place where you could eat good food and have good service was not that easy. We were very surprised how all the restaurant on the water closer to the church ( which is where all the tourist go first ) lacked of quality. We tried a few and were not happy. Then, we found Ristorante Pescatore and things got much much better. An amazing service from the actual owner and his lovely employee who went extra miles to make sure our night would have been great , absolute fresh delicious perfectly cooked food and not too expensive. These guys deserve all the support from all the people coming to Porto Venere as they are the very few that put a great effort. It was my mum birthday and at the end they came to the table with a candle on dessert and did sing a song too. My mum was so happy and so was I. I highly recommend this place to any person for dinner or even lunch if they are open. Thanks again for the best food so far in Porto Venere.

We went to this restaurant around the corner from our hotel after trying to book other places, and we were pleasantly surprised - so much so that we went back the next night and ordered the same pasta. The restaurant was not overly full, so I was a bit concerned, but they seem to do a lot of take out meals. The waiter was charming and kind and our meals came out quickly. I would recommend anything made with the local pesto - it’s the best I’ve ever had. The highlight was the special which we ordered the second night as well - it was a pesto linguine with langoustines. I felt like I could eat it every day and never get sick of it!

We were greeted with a friendly welcome followed by some of the most delicious food we have had in Italy. The atmosphere is very inviting and the view was just as great. Definitely make this restaurant a must go to if visiting here.

Delicious quaint place with fabulous service! Highly recommend the linguine with clams and fried mixed seafood. The catch of the day (seabass) was also cooked to perfection. My husband and I came two nights in a row because it was soooo good. The ambiance is perfect for the city of portoverene, and the service was phenomenal! Grazie to this amazing place and such a special city!

After touring around Italy for 7 days, this is by far the best restaurant we have been to. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The service and the food is phenomenal!! Forget about fine dining, if you’re in Italy looking for authentic good food, give this place a try, you wont regret it. We came here two nights in a row… enough said!

This address was advised to us by residents of La Spezia, definitely a good tip. Fresh, simple dishes, elegant presentation and fluid service in a spacious room over the bay. The €12 pesto lasagna was the best I've had and you can share antipasti and contorni to try various flavors. You'll be all fueled up to walk up the Porto Venere stairs and hills, piling delight upon pleasure!

Prodotti di qualità, pasta del pescatore buona e abbondante. Molta scelta di pietanze a base di pesce. Posizionamento tattico per Portovenere. Prezzi nella media per il posto e il cibo (72€ in due per antipasto smezzato, primo e vino della casa).

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante ieri sera e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L’ambiente è curato e piacevole, perfetto per una serata tranquilla sul mare. Il servizio è stato cordiale e veloce, senza risultare invadente. Ottimi i piatti: le trofie con gamberetti e tartufo erano deliziose, così come le alici imbottite e i muscoli alla marinara. La frittura di pesce, leggera e croccante. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (circa 35 € a testa). Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante a pranzo a pasquetta. Ambiente accogliente e elegante, di fronte al mare. Servizio ottimo ( in particolare il cameriere). Cibo altrettanto. È stata una bella scoperta a Portovenere!

Ristorante grande in cui si mangia molto bene pesce. Abbiamo mangiato una grigliata mista che era veramente buona. Si sente che il prodotto che usano è fresco. Il locale è curato e pulito. I camerieri gentili, disponibili e simpatici. Il prezzo è giusto per il prodotto. Unica cosa che personalmente non mi è piaciuta molto è il dolce, che era un po’ troppo congelato e con troppo pan di Spagna, per i miei gusti... Per il resto, ristorante consigliato!

Was in the mood for a nice meal not too far from my hotel. This has a nice ambiance, up scale compared to the spots on the walkway. I wasn't that impressed with the variety of fish on offer. But my trip of fish tartare was good, but a little bland. Grilled tuna steak was also good quality but not incredible.

A beautiful location and atmosphere, I was very pleased and relieved when they said they could make the pesto pasta vegan so I could eat it (no milk, eggs). Unfortunately we had requested penne pesto pasta and after twice bringing us the wrong pasta we decided to leave it. They said they wouldn't charge us as we had really tried to explain we wanted penne, but they still charged us which meant we ended up paying for two extra dishes. They also didn't say the bread cost extra too. To be honest I think they just thought we were foreigners they could hustle, so could be worth you showing a photo of what you want as 'penne' isn't clear enough and you'll end up with 'trofie' or the small penne instead of the larger size that I thought was standard for penne. 😂👎🏻

Seafood pasta was off. Shrimp and mussels were old and I actually had to spit out the pasta after 1 bite. Truffle pasta with shrimp also had terrible tasting shrimp pellets with NO truffles. Waiter and chef said everything is fresh and that a large party that was there all day had no complaints. I think they served us leftovers as the food came out a few minutes after ordering.
