A temple of meat in the heart of Fossano. Sergio Capaldo and his consistently top-notch meats find their ideal stage here. It's no coincidence that it's called "theater." From the simple burgers (which are never simple) to the more complex cuts and grilled meats, everything is meticulously crafted and of the highest quality. Even the first courses and desserts never disappoint, and of course, the audience in the theater... applauds!

Truly delicious and filling burger, accompanied by a generous portion of excellent fries. Plenty of seating, both inside and out, and very friendly staff. I'll definitely be back to try their other sandwiches.

Tried for a business lunch, it was easily accessible and visually stunning. The presence of the meat counter, the shelves of wines for sale, and the other culinary delights of the local area surrounding the dining room make for a truly captivating setting. The grilled fillet steak was excellent, but the presentation could have been much better! The wine selection was interesting, and I ended up spending a fair amount.

Very nice and welcoming place, suitable for both young people and families with children. Ample parking. The staff is friendly and fast. Quality ingredients. You can also purchase some products. We tried the pork ribs and a burger, but we'll be back to try the rest.

Pranzo veloce, ma ho potuto assaggiare la specialità della casa, ovvero la carne in questo caso sotto forma di hamburger. Panino molto gustoso, carne di ottima qualità piccola nota il pane secondo me…

The meat isn't up to the level of Cuneo's finest, and the cooking and cutting methods are far from what one would call excellent. The Amalfi Tagliata...which is ground beef instead of a true tagliata. Even the classic tagliata, a distant relative of a tagliata worthy of the name.

A terrible experience for several reasons: the constant smell of a butcher's counter in the background, a cold and very noisy atmosphere (it's a warehouse without soundproofing), completely uncoordinated service when it comes to the food (and the bread arrived very late). I'd been told vegetarians would find plenty to eat... that's true, but there's rightly very little choice. On the plus side? Nice restrooms and convenient parking.
