Discovered by chance while browsing Google Maps, two steps from home and never heard of it... so annoying!!!! A well-thought-out place, and... RIGHT ON!!! Meat boutique, excellent dishes, young and very friendly staff!!! Very versatile... good for young people and people with a few ailments like me. Possibility to buy early produce. I haven't had zabaglione like this in years... COME!!!!!!!

Excellent place, great food, excellent meat, and even the starters are worth trying. The only downside is that if you eat on the veranda, you might find yourself at tables where people smoke, and given the proximity of the tables, you'll be exposed to all the smoke while you eat. Otherwise, everything was good, and the price was fair.
Genola's Teatro della Carne is one of those places that can transform a birthday party into a little show: the table is the stage, the curtain rises on the aromas of Piedmontese cuisine, and the actors are the dishes, the true protagonists of a memorable evening. Our company was welcomed into the wine bar, a secluded corner that is both intimate and spectacular. To call the food "good" would be an understatement: here, meat reigns supreme, but every detail of the menu speaks of care and passion. A trio of appetizers served on a single plate—accompanied by baskets of fragrant olive, walnut, and whole wheat bread—opened the evening with a perfect balance of flavor and tradition. Then came the chef's ravioli, small handmade works of art: the thin, yellow pasta enveloped a rich, intense filling that tasted of home and craftsmanship. And then there was the second course of potatoes with their skins smothered in sand, seemingly simple but actually irresistible, right up to the final dessert: a full-flavored, authentic cow's milk ice cream that concluded the dinner with an almost poetic delicacy. The Teatro della Carne is not just any restaurant: it's an experience, a tale of aromas, tradition, and pure pleasure!

An experience in Genola. A spacious, clean space with young, helpful, and professional staff. They explain the various dishes thoroughly. Excellent meat. Excellent value for money.
Flavors without a doubt: excellent local produce, a limited but excellent menu selection, and quality ingredients. The friendly and helpful staff guarantee excellent service. The restaurant is well-decorated, although unfortunately located in a very industrial area, the outdoor seating mitigates this problem. Recommended for children, thanks to the two different burger sizes. Last but not least, you'll be asked about the doneness of the meat.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone passing by Cuneo airport. Great food from home products, pleasant atmosphere and nice staff.

A temple of meat in the heart of Fossano. Sergio Capaldo and his consistently top-notch meats find their ideal stage here. It's no coincidence that it's called "theater." From the simple burgers (which are never simple) to the more complex cuts and grilled meats, everything is meticulously crafted and of the highest quality. Even the first courses and desserts never disappoint, and of course, the audience in the theater... applauds!

Tried for a business lunch, it was easily accessible and visually stunning. The presence of the meat counter, the shelves of wines for sale, and the other culinary delights of the local area surrounding the dining room make for a truly captivating setting. The grilled fillet steak was excellent, but the presentation could have been much better! The wine selection was interesting, and I ended up spending a fair amount.

Very nice and welcoming place, suitable for both young people and families with children. Ample parking. The staff is friendly and fast. Quality ingredients. You can also purchase some products. We tried the pork ribs and a burger, but we'll be back to try the rest.

The meat isn't up to the level of Cuneo's finest, and the cooking and cutting methods are far from what one would call excellent. The Amalfi Tagliata...which is ground beef instead of a true tagliata. Even the classic tagliata, a distant relative of a tagliata worthy of the name.
A terrible experience for several reasons: the constant smell of a butcher's counter in the background, a cold and very noisy atmosphere (it's a warehouse without soundproofing), completely uncoordinated service when it comes to the food (and the bread arrived very late). I'd been told vegetarians would find plenty to eat... that's true, but there's rightly very little choice. On the plus side? Nice restrooms and convenient parking.
