The place is quite nice. The decor is amazing. We really enjoyed it, and the waitresses are very friendly and pleasant. We ordered tequeños as a starter, and they were actually quite good, with a delicious contrast to the sweet sauce. The burgers weren't top-notch, but considering everything else, it's worth it.

Recommended. The quality is very high and they have very good burgers. For my taste, the meat and the bun are quality, but the variety of burgers is limited and poorly prepared. I ordered a smash burger, and my companion ordered "the winner," which I recommend, with sweet potato fries. Just a few negative notes: - It took 50 minutes to bring us the burgers when the place wasn't even 20% full. - The burgers were a bit oily. Otherwise, I'll definitely come back. I thought they were very tasty.

Delicious hamburgers, but heads up... Potatoes don't come with the hamburger you have to pay for that.

Okay, but disappointing. The wings with the BBQ sauce were bland, the burgers were decent but not worth the price, the French toast was very good, and the creamy cheesecake was hard. Plus, it was cold in the restaurant.

We went to this restaurant to try their premium Wagyu burger, which we had seen online beforehand, but the cut of Wagyu they served us was nothing like what was shown online in another review. And I've eaten authentic Kobe beef in Kobe, and it's far from the quality they advertise. The burger itself was okay, but I found a piece of gristle in the meat, a major flaw for a gourmet burger. Perhaps the Wagyu burger isn't worth it since you can barely taste the beef. Also, the bun they gave us, at least mine, was cold from being in the refrigerator. The accompanying fries weren't the best either; they were practically tasteless, so I asked for ketchup. There wasn't any on the table, and they don't bring it with the burger; you have to ask for it, and they give you some packets. The service was good; the waitress was friendly, and it was also quick—we had our meal in under an hour. The price of the water is also reasonable, as other places rip you off, especially with drinks. The place is nice, spacious, and clean, with original and charming details. Perhaps you should try other burgers, but the one promoted by an influencer is served with a proper chunk of Wagyu beef. If a regular customer goes, they give you a smaller portion and a different quality—it's not the same at all.

A burger joint notable for its edgy and modern atmosphere. Honestly, what drew me to this place was one of their exclusive options: a premium burger for €25, whose only redeeming feature was its excessive salt content. A real disappointment. The fries weren't great either; some were even hard.

Sobretodo la celestial, pero la tarta de queso fue la peor que he comido en mi vida, solo sabía a queso fuerte y tenía grumos de queso del tamaño de una uña…. We went to this burger place after seeing it recommended on Instagram by a famous YouTuber. We tried the limited-edition Gold Wagyu burger for "only €25." At first glance, the place looked nice, and the person who served us was very friendly. As for the food, we ordered the aforementioned Gold Wagyu, and I have to say that it had very little Wagyu beef in it, and you couldn't tell. I found gristle and even a small bone in the meat. Besides, the burger's flavor was ordinary; it didn't stand out. I was definitely disappointed. They serve fries with the burger, but they don't even include ketchup, which we had to ask for. It was certainly not a great experience with this burger. I don't know if the other burgers are the same. I hope not. I'm giving it 2 stars for the place and the service.

We ordered at 9 pm and our food (two hamburgers) didn't arrive until 9:45 pm. When we asked about it half an hour later, since we saw they were serving everyone who had arrived after us, they didn't even apologize. One of the waitresses said, "We ordered exactly half an hour ago." A simple "Sorry, we made a mistake, they'll be right out" would have sufficed. Then another waitress came to offer us a free appetizer or dessert, which we didn't want. They also didn't bother to remove the drinks (two beers) from the bill. The hamburgers were clearly rushed and poorly made, with icy buns... a real shame, because everything looked good based on what we'd seen online.

My experience at Celestial Burgers in Getafe was quite disappointing, especially considering their prices and the expectations they create. I went hoping to enjoy a good burger, something special, different from the usual, but the truth is I found a place that doesn't live up to its price or the reputation it tries to project. To begin with, the place was cold, and I'm not just referring to the decor or atmosphere, but literally to the physical cold. It was an uncomfortable temperature inside the restaurant, so much so that I felt uneasy throughout the entire meal. Eating in the cold is never pleasant, much less when it's a burger that should be enjoyed hot and freshly made. It's a detail that might seem minor, but it greatly affects the overall experience and demonstrates a lack of attention to customer comfort. I ordered one of the most expensive burgers on the menu, at 25 euros, and frankly, it's not worth that price at all. I was expecting a top-tier burger, something with exceptional meat, a special bun, or a combination that would justify the cost. However, I was met with a fairly ordinary hamburger, nothing remarkable about it. The bun was cold, which was the first thing that caught my attention and made me think that the preparation hadn't been done properly. Cold bread completely ruins the experience, because it takes away the warmth you expect with the first bite. As for the meat, it was just okay, but neither the flavor nor the texture was anything special. It wasn't juicy or particularly tasty, just average. If I had been served the same hamburger in a simpler place and for half the price, I probably wouldn't have complained, but when you pay 16 or 25 euros for a hamburger, expectations are higher. In this case, the value for money seemed very unbalanced. The fact that the place was cold didn't help either, which made the food seem to get colder even faster. Overall, the feeling was that I was paying a lot for something that offers neither comfort, nor flavor, nor an experience. In my opinion, a restaurant that charges those prices should pay attention to the details: serve hot food, maintain a pleasant atmosphere, and ensure that the quality of the ingredients lives up to their promises. None of those aspects were met during my visit to Celestial Burgers. In short, I didn't enjoy the experience at all. The place is expensive for what it offers, the burgers are unremarkable, the bread and the temperature of the restaurant leave much to be desired, and I left feeling like I'd wasted my money. I don't think I'll be back, nor would I recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger in Getafe. There are better, cheaper options with a much more polished experience.

It took 45 minutes for my burger to arrive, and when it finally did, it was completely frozen; it looked like it had been sitting there for ages. The fries were mealy and overcooked 😫 I didn't like the service at all; it was very inattentive and careless. The place is cramped; they put tables in every inch, making it almost impossible to sit and move around without bothering the person next to you.

We ordered takeout, and it was horrible. It arrived in deplorable condition. It was frozen and in poor condition. It was also incredibly greasy, so much so that it made us feel sick. I don't recommend it and I won't go back! Again, it was very greasy, the burger bun was tiny, and the smash burger was horrible (I always eat that type of burger and I've never had one like that before). I won't even mention the fries because they must have been cooked for hours... inedible! And the burger was almost €13. I don't know if the restaurant offers the same poor service; I hope for the sake of their customers that it's not as terrible.

Quiero compartir la PÉSIMA experiencia que he tenido hoy con mi pareja en este local por si os sirve a alguien porque ha sido surrealista. Teníamos reserva a las 21:30, hemos llegado al local y confirmado la reserva, nos han dicho que debíamos esperar, tras 20 minutos ha venido la misma camarera preguntando qué queríamos y hemos vuelto a repetir que teníamos reserva, rato largo después nos han sentado a escasos 30cm de otra pareja. Hemos pedido nuestras hamburguesas a las 21:55, una Celestial y una Old school. Pasaban los minutos y solo salían comandas para repartidores a domicilio, una tras otra mientras todos los clientes del local nos íbamos cansando de esperar. Las camareras lejos de mostrar preocupación seguían indiferentes, no daban ninguna justificación y casi ni atendían. Hablábamos con los clientes de mesas cercanas y estaban igual de indignados, llevaban horas de espera, la cola se hacía cada vez más larga y mucha gente se marchaba indignada y cansada de que le tomaran el pelo. Si mirabas las caras de las personas del local veías representado lo que estaba ocurriendo. A las 22:45, 1 hora y 15 min después de nuestra reserva y 50 minutos desde que pedimos, nos han traído unas hamburguesas diciendo los nombres de las nuestras. Mi sorpresa ha sido que cuando la hemos partido hemos visto que no eran las hamburguesas que habíamos pedido ni tenían el punto que habíamos solicitado, estaban ambas crudas cuando las pedimos hecha y muy hecha. Además tanto hamburguesas como patatas estaban súper frías al tacto. Llamamos a la camarera diciendo que no era esta nuestra comanda y nos dice que tienen mucho lío en la cocina, que sería efectivamente otra comanda y que sigamos esperando más para ver si lo solucionaban. Nosotros con mucha educación les hemos dicho que lo que estaban haciendo no era normal y que nos marchábamos, nos hemos levantado y nos hemos ido. Me parece indecente lo que han hecho hoy en este establecimiento, si quieren un local destinado a reparto a domicilio que lo hagan así, si tienes atención al publico en el propio local no puede ser que las personas esperen horas a tener su comida y que encima le entregues el pedido incorrecto y congelado. Desde luego que ha sido una vergüenza por parte del restaurante y de sus empleadas, que no daban atención, explicaciones, ni disculpas. No lo recomiendo para nada, una vergüenza. Adjunto fotos de la situación y de las hamburguesas que nos trajeron y las que pedimos.

I went to eat there and couldn't have left more disappointed and ripped off. I tried the limited-edition Wagyu beef burger after seeing the "Dining with Pablo" video, and it's nothing like it. The Wagyu beef, as you can see in the photo, is ridiculously small compared to the one the influencer posted. I think it's really unfair that they give him a huge piece and then the reality is completely different. From what I could see on their menu, everything looks good, but the reality is quite different. The food was tasty, but they're playing games by misleading customers with social media recommendations. I don't think I'll be back, and I wouldn't recommend anyone order the burger because of the Wagyu beef, since you can barely taste it unless you're an influencer.
