We order uber we ask for no sour cream and now I can't eat it I'm really upset and hungry I hope my daughter in law gets a refund 😭

I ordered a classic luxe with no cheese in the burrito and hot sauce. It was wrong. There was cheese in the burrito and they gave me mild sauce So upset. I was ready to eat once I got home just to not have my order as I requested. Plus, before I left, I asked the young lady for a bag and napkins and she rolled her eyes.

I ordered two meals online from this Taco Bell location, confirmed the order at the drive-thru microphone, and specifically asked for my burritos and Crunchwrap to be extra grilled. I even repeated my request at the pick-up window, and the person said "okay." I also asked for extra fire and mild sauce, which I had already added to my online order. When I got home, I found out that not only was there no sauce included, but my order was also completely wrong! I ordered 1 Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, 1 Bean Burrito, 1 Chalupa, and 2 Crunchwraps, but I received 2 Bean Burritos, 1 Crunchwrap, and 2 Chalupas. To top it off, none of the items were grilled as I had asked twice. This was a really disappointing experience. I understand mistakes happen, but when you make the effort to ask for something and it's ignored multiple times, it feels like customer service was just not a priority and shows the lack of care for the service being provided. I hope this location can improve on their staff's attention to detail, quality control and that their servers provide better customer service in the future.

Just order a 5 piece nugget, got 4 pieces. Check your order before you leave. How can you intentionally do this. No excuse for this.

Allergic to lettuce, asked to have EVERYTHING without both lettuce and tomato twice through the speaker. Pulling up to the window I notice it is not noted on my receipt. As I'm given my food I ask again just to be sure before I left. The worker then took the box back and with in seconds passes it back to me. I Drive all the way home opened my box to what? Yep you guessed it, Lettuce ! When double back up there I did not even receive a apology for the mistake. The only item apart of the order that was correct was given right back to me cold and they felt that was okay. Also, once I called the worker out on reissuing cold food he had no concern and explained to me it was because that item was correctly made. Finally after i repeat that I made a second trip from home I was given the driest apology. Sorry guys 2am and all, not acceptable ... just close up and try again the next day if you all are not going to care about anything.

I’ve given this location so many chances, each one a chance to prove me wrong, every time it’s been a disappointing experience. I kept thinking it was just a one-off, bad day, but no, they’ve consistently shown a complete lack of quality in their pickup/to-go service. The person handling the pickup orders always seems to be in Lala land—completely out of it and lacking basic common sense. I’ve had the same issue every time: I’ve specifically requested my items to be grilled. I’ve asked her at the counter, repeated it several times, and she assures me it’s done. But when I check my order, it’s never grilled, not even once. On top of that, I always ask for hot and fire sauces—both in my order and at the window. The employee reassures me that it’s all in the bag, so I trust her. But every time, without fail, there’s no sauce in the bag. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it shows a total lack of attention to detail. I’ve been to other Taco Bell locations, and the experience is completely different—smooth, accurate, and customer-focused. But this location? It’s a mess. Wrong orders, missing items, and a lack of care. I won’t be giving this spot another chance. If you want a reliable Taco Bell experience, avoid this location.

Very bad customer service and they don’t follow directions on costumers orders and the food is very lacking on ingredients do not go here. If you want to waste your money on lacking ingredients and bad customer service and they charge more which is very fishy 🤔🤔

This place is trifling (photos attached) and employees are incompetent. They "ran out of napkins" while having a visable stash in the back for drive through customers. I was eating in the restaurant with my TODDLER and they didn't want to give me any stating that the ones they had left were for drive through. Is this the same TACO BELL??? Dumest S#%& ever and Taco Bell will never see a dime from me ever again with their dirty a@# stores!! ----I will update this review after reaching out to customer service. **to be continued**

Ordered through Uber eats, I don’t write reviews at all. In fact it is my first restaurant/fast food review I’ve ever done. But what a wast of time and money, burritos were burnt, dry, had no nacho cheese, no sour cream. I ordered them as they are on the menu but arrived the opposite.

40 minutes on drive thru ( at 2.44 am!!! ) never
