Listen I am from the south we have bbq trucks like LA has taco stands! This is real bbq here!! The flavor is amazing the portion size will fill you up and give you enough for lunch the next day! I would honestly eat here everyday (I actually might do that) since I live so close. The owner is probably the most humble guy you will meet he greets everyone and even gave me a free drink. He cares about the customers and making sure he’s selling amazing food! I’ve tried countless bbq spots in LA & I can promise you I’ll never return to any of them because Bo Daddy’s BBQ is the best BBQ in LA! Please do yourself a favor and stop in for an amazing meal!

Got the 2 meat lunch special with 2 side. I ended up getting spare ribs and brisket along with Mac n cheese and baked beans. The baked beans had to be the best I’ve ever had I mean fire! Ribs 10/10, Mac n cheese really good I mean Bo ain’t playing he knows what he’s doing on that smoker! I’ll definitely be back! I would recommend this spot if you’re looking for some good bbq!

Incredible food! Can barely pick up rib without the meat falling off. Some of the best brisket I've had in a while. Delicious sausage and a fantastic baked bean recipe. Great place. The owners are the kindest people too!

The owner is such a nice guy and is in there doing the great BBQ and everything himself. There are no seats or tables for eating there. So you can take it to go or else get creative. There is a parking lot there so you can try eating it in or on your car if you don't have anywhere to bring it to.

little hole in the wall sketchy yes but the food made up for it Area Isn't That great But The Food was spot on Got the 2 meat combo baby back ribs and brisket Overall tried the meat without the bbq sauce and was amazing and tastefull can taste the smokeyness in the meat But with the bbq sauce was even better Wish they had gave me another sauce but all the gave me was one the bbq beans were a bit running but tasted Flavorful Mac and cheese had some burnt cheese spots but I assume because he's about to sell out of it but was very good still baby back ribs where excellent big the brisket was a bit dry not going lie but the ribs were amazing so made up for that ! They where out with tri tip so will be going back forsure !!! Recommend if u like bbq 🫰🫰 Spot hit

My mom and I stooped by this place on our way back to AZ. Man! was some good Q, there is only one gentleman working there but he definitely knows what he is doing. It took me awhile to do this review but after having some recent trash BBQ here is AZ, this review was warranted. The brisket is my go to and it was tender with a good smoky flavor. A fair portion for a lunch plate us the 2 sides were good as well the potato salad had a good bite to it and the mac wasn't store bought so that's a plus lol. The BBQ was a little spice for me with all the pepper flakes but it was good none the less. I'll definitely stop by her again when I return in October.

This place is a hidden gem. I called and when I got there it was a tiny building. When I ordered food the the first time here I was surprised when they told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes but it tasted like something that was slow cooked for over 2 hours. It was really well prepared. Ordered a plate of 3 meats/2 sides I've been here twice and plan to come back many more times. So far all the meat was juicy and tender. The mac & cheese was thick, cheesy and cooked well. BBQ baked beans were a little undercooked in my opinion but the flavor was amazing, had chili in it. They have a house made BBQ sauce seems to be house made and reminds me of a kind of marinara/semi-sweet/spicy sauce and was warm. I only ate half of the plate and had enough for another serving twice. I've never recommended a place to my friends but this place is a must try. It'll get popular really fast really soon.

Visiting LA for the 1st time and after an early day full of sightseeing I asked my Husband to find a spot in the area with good BBQ. Being from Texas, I know all BBQ isn't the same & this was NO DISAPPOINTMENT PLUS it's #BlackOwned Ordered a 2 meat plate with baby backs and a sausage link. Both the potato salad and mango slaw were delicious 😋 but more importantly the sauce was smacking!! I was able to eat off of my plate 3 different times. Will definitely be visiting the next time we're in LA.

I found this amazing place while I was running, and I'm so glad I did! Hank, one of the family members, told me to try it, and he was right. I always get the brisket, mac & cheese, and potato salad for lunch for only $12.99 (a steal!). I met Bo, the owner, and they are the sweetest person and they know about their BBQ. Bo Daddy's BBQ is a Black-owned family restaurant that is a hidden gem in DTLA. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Favorite spot for BBQ in LA. Tastes like Texas BBQ. The BEST collard greens I’ve had. The brisket practically melted, and is the must have meat from the menu. Slaw is sweet and tangy. Portions are big, prices are reasonable. This is no nonsense, not trying to be bougie, delicious BBQ. LA is lucky to have this spot .

And the owner who I'm gonna guess is Mr. Bo Daddy himself was just so nice, assured me I didn't have to pay for parking at the lot if I was gonna be in and out with the food which I did in about 15 minutes (when I went, the lot was almost empty with just few cars so ymmv if the lot is full). The meat was smoky and juicy, the sides were delicious, will definitely be back for more!

I had a large order for delivery. From the phone order to delivery everything was very professional. The taste of the food was delightful and my 30 guests raved about it. I am looking forward to my next Bo Daddy’s experience.
