Great food, large portions. The server was prompt and helpful. He gave us good recommendations. We ordered the beef wrap with the greek salad and the falafel wrap with the green lentil soup. The wraps were excellet. However, we recommend you get the falafel appetizer or entree. You don't get as much falafel in the wrap andnits all crumbled/destroyed. The only downside was the wait time for food. It's a very popular place for catering office lunches and takeaways/togo orders. So, it seems they give priority to those since it's a lot more volume. If you're not in a rush, I highly recommend it or order to go.

I work downtown for over 20 years and in that period of time I've seen prices rise and options fall, so many good restaurants could not survive the pandemic for instance. The search for a good lunch place has been an arduous one. The volume never seems to match the price. This place has been around for a while I guess and I had no idea because it's slightly outside of easy walking pace from my place of work. But although it took a long time to stumble over it I'm really glad I found this place because the food is high quality, the prices are reasonable , and they have a good selection of food that's surprisingly healthy. The soups and salads are good and that's also I didn't feel like eating meat so I had a vegetable kabob and it was all really well done and the price was right. I was happy to share this information with my likewise beleaguered work colleagues

I’ve been enjoying food from this restaurant for over a decade, and it never gets old! One of my absolute favorite dishes is the beef kebab, often served as a lunchtime menu option where I work. The beef is cooked to perfection: juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. It pairs beautifully with the creamy white sauce, elevating every bite. The salad is wonderfully refreshing, with crisp cucumber pieces and a savory, tangy balsamic dressing that ties it all together. The portion of rice is generous, and the grilled tomatoes, onions, and green bell peppers create the perfect harmony with the beef. Every element of this dish is thoughtfully prepared, making it a consistent winner in my book. Highly recommended!

This one of the best places for Kabobs and falafel in LA. I’ve been ordering from here (just easier than finding parking in downtown) since 5years and I would say that the quality is well maintained! The falafel have a unique taste and there’s no match! The food is always fresh and hot, usually delivered within 30-40min. The chicken kabobs are juicy and tasty with options of rice or salad on side! The grilled sandwiches are also a good option with your choice of protein!

Whether you are taking out, eating in or catering this is the place to go. Their food is so healthy and good. The weekend brunch is amazing and goes until 3pm. I dont think you can order anything bad here. Perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Highly recommend. If you are eating there, the service isnt the best but it's still worth it. Eataly LA never disappoints. The pizza options are next-level — super fresh ingredients, crispy crust, and that perfect balance of chewy and flavorful. You can tell everything is made with care. The Margherita is a classic, but the seasonal pizzas are worth trying too. The small plates and hors d’oeuvres were awesome — light, flavorful, and perfect to share while hanging out. The bruschetta and cheeses were especially good paired with a glass of wine. The whole place has such a fun, energetic vibe — part restaurant, part market, and all-around great experience. The staff was friendly and knew their stuff, which made the meal even better. Definitely one of my favorite spots in LA for Italian food done right.

Visited Eataly in LA and had a nice overall experience. We ordered the meatballs, salmon, and a few pizzas. Everything tasted good and satisfying. The meatballs were flavorful, the salmon was well-cooked, and the pizzas hit the spot. Service was quick, and since some items are prepared ahead, they reheated the food for us efficiently without compromising too much on quality. It’s a convenient place if you want good Italian food fast, especially when dining with a group and everyone wants different options.

Food was delicious. Drinks were good and creative. I had lasagna. Others at my table ate the Calzone and pizzas. Everyone's food was delicious. The only issue was that they brought my lasagna and nothing else. I sent it back and asked them to keep it warm until my 3 guests received their food. That was almost 6 minutes later. While our waitress had apparently mentioned something about the timing when I ordered, I didn't hear it. Regardless, it's a restaurant's job to serve all guests at a table at the same time. If I wanted to eat by myself, I would have gone out by myself.

Great place to visit, but not so good to dine at. Shopping > Wow….a really interesting Italian food store, lots of interesting food items, nice displays and lots of variety. Some items seem to be priced very reasonably and then you can pay a lot for seemingly very high quality items. Dining > The Pasta restaurant was nice, but the meal I had was way overpriced for the amount of food served. Pea/ricotta ravioli was $27 for maybe 10-12 ravioli, and the bowl it was served in was unnecessarily large for such a small amount of food. The Italian cola was pretty bad, cost $6 and tasted like cheap Pepsi. But the Tiramisu was fantastic, so good and was worth the $17. Recommended for browsing and shopping.

Food is good but not perfect. It’s an interesting experience to be in there and eat. Their lasagna is not interesting. Their pizza was good.

My spouse and I love this place so much! It's casual while still being nice. We've done brunch and lunch there. The brunch was a great deal and mimosas were delicious, but I think I'm going to do the avocado toast next time. Scrambled eggs weren't my favorite. However, the hummus trio was awesome and so, so pretty. The chicken pesto panini was delicious too! Highly recommend the cafe Cubano as it was PERFECT! The staff there is always so friendly. We forgot some important papers at our table and one of them ran after us to make sure they were returned safely. THANK YOU so much! I work at a hotel nearby and will definitely recommend this spot to everyone!

The market itself is fantastic. I come often to buy ingredients for my own baking or cooking. They have great selection and the vibe is great! The restaurant tho… not the greatest. We ordered two pastas, and they were both way over cooked! i couldn’t lift a single noodle without them breaking apart and splattering everywhere. Felt smushed, almost like one giant glob. Had to stab for pieces, instead of lifting small portions to have a bite. Impossible to share. The sauce is decent, just overcooked noodles.

The falafel plate is delicious! I used to be a huge fan of this place, but my past two visits have been quite disappointing. I asked for my steak to be cooked well-done, but it hasn't been on my last two visits, as shown in the attached photos. I didn't receive a replacement the first time, because I was too far away to return. However, my plate was replaced on my second visit today (5/11). I don't understand how they could give me this pink meat and claim that it is well done. I ripped apart every piece to show that it is pink and red, so that's why it looks so unappetizing.

Love Eataly but struck out this morning at opening time. Sandwiches all looked great but was highly disappointed. The bread was chewy and lettuce was soggy, definitely was not made this morning. Chicken was greasy and fried pieces that didn't even have meat in it. The other sandwich was dripping in oil. Stomach full of disappointment and grease.

This is now the third week in a row I’ve come to this Panini location and been told they don’t have lettuce for the chicken plates. They offer extra rice or arugula instead, but no discount for the missing ingredient. What makes it even more confusing is that the manager says they “don’t advertise salads anymore,” yet their menu book still shows a full menu. there’s no signs letting customers know they have no salads. 🫩How does a chain restaurant like this one go weeks without such a basic item? 🤔If vendors aren’t supplying it, they could easily purchase lettuce from somewhere like Smart & Final. Overall, it’s frustrating and disappointing, and the experience feels inconsistent and poorly managed. All I need is that lettuce is coming from Italy ! 🫩
