Ava was in the 2nd window today for lunch. She's super friendly, and she is EXACTLY the kind of person you want to talk to at a food establishment. TEN STARS for Ava!!!! Also, thank you for getting my order right the first time. Everything was hot and delicious.

Okay y'all's. I caved. I haven't had McDonald's in a VERY LONG TIME, but I was hungry🥲. They have a 2 for $6 meal rn! Either a big Mac, quarter pounder, and/or 10pc chicken nuggets. I got the quarter pounder and chicken nuggets. Tasted pretty good at 2 am in the morning. Would recommend the 2 for $6 meal! 🥰

Food is always on point. Atmosphere is chaotic in the afternoon to evening, lots of SC students and vagrants roaming in addition to he regular folk coming in to eat, making in it high traffic and crowded but the service and food are always good. Minus 1 star because I didn't get what I ordered, or maybe it wasn't on their menu. I ordered 2 oatmeal cookies + 2 chocolate Chip, I received 2 oatmeal cups (hot and tasty btw) but not what I was craving. Staff was very courteous at both drive thru windows (payment & pick up) and gentleman hosing the driveway 👍. I didn't notice the cups of oats until I arrived home so that was a bummer and I didn't think it was worth driving back out for them. Maybe someday I'll know if they in fact still bake oatmeal cookies 😀 but not today 😞

Inside is always clean including the bathroom. I like how they have an inside play place for the little ones. I don't know how long they're going to have it open so you ladies and gents if you need a break and want your little one to roam free for a bit while you eat better go for it. Food is always fresh but don't bother with the table number it makes no sense because they never hand the food to your table especially when it's busy just be prepared to get your food and listen to the number being called. Overall great experience each time.

12/10/2021 update. Good luck in the drive thru. As for the dine in, they are still close and won't let you order inside, have to order at the side door and wait. ------------ 8/16/2021 update. This is the slowest service ever, they have a ring bell that you have to press, and you have to wait over 10 minutes to have someone come take your order, then another 10-15 to get your food. Then they have you stand on the side of the building in this heat to bring your food out. Just left to KFC instead. ------------------ Imagine ordering a big Mac and not getting that sesame seed bun.

Okay McDonalds. Food came out decently prepared and at a decent speed. Dining area was mostly clean. Downside was the wifi was locked, which was pretty odd, and there are quite a few homeless around the area and some inside so that can be a little awkward sometimes. Staff was okay.. probably a 2.5 star experience

This McDonald's will do the job, but it's nothing special. We were able to order quickly but it took a little long for the food. People who ordered similar items after us got their food before us. The Cashier was nice and helpful. It was decently clean and alright. Can't beat the 2 for &2.50 though.

This location provides the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! I've been coming here for years. It is stunning how consistently bad the service is. I waited for 15 minutes today for a Mobil order in the curbside pickup spots. My fries were completely cold when they brought out my food. They delivered it on a cart that appeared to have every sauce or condiment at McDonalds, except salt and straws, which they didn't provide... 15 minutes for the order after I received email confirmation... at least 20 cars, maybe 25, went through the drive thru while I waited... Don't come here if time is tight...

It makes it hard when you’re in a rush then they say pull up to other window 3 window now person looks at me with confusion in their face. I asked for ketchup but never hands my coffee or juice. People get mad I see why but the kicker is my coffee is black no Milk thanks that’s why is drive thru they don’t care I guess I won’t stop seeing videos with the exaggerated prices give good service. This is the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been to & it's sad to say . They had the nerve to give nasty old rotten food which is such a health hazard. I was even scared to eat the rest of my food as soon as I opened the first burger. And so sad to think that when my husband went inside to tell them and get the refund they didn't even say sorry about it or anything it's so sad that they already knew they were giving us rotten old food.

I asked for a coke and specifically asked for coke bc I'm allergic to dr pepper. And bam. I recieved dr pepper. For $20 an hour I would expect my order to be correct lol.

August 31 Sunday at 10:00 pm 1- The cashier is terrible 2- Nobody inside the restaurant cares about the online orders or customers 3- A lot of McDonald’s locations including this one has a sign saying they don’t have the Hello Kitty toys!!! Is it possible that the staff take the toys and sell them online or in another place?!

I don't even rate Fast food restaurants but this one deserves the rating… Every time I come here they're either always forgetting my drink or the sauce in my order… Always! IT NEVER FAILS. AND IM SO SERIOUS.!That's the first thing, the second thing is they don't accept walk up orders after 10 PM and they claim they do it to ensure our safety and prevent liability but tell me why they have a window at the front door (NOT THE DRIVE THRU) THE FRONT DOOR that they can slide open and close that people can walk up safely to (ON THE WALK UP RAMP) and order but they refuse not to take the orders there. They say they want you to purchase on the app but the app won't let you put in an EBT card so unless you have a car you can't use your EBT card after 10 PM because they will literally not take your order EVEN if there are no cars in line... I told a woman there with curly hair who looked young but was a supervisor for a 6 AM morning shift, stated to her that my app was not working and would not allow me to place the proper order and I even showed her. She laid the law down so rigidly that you would have thought there were three cars behind me. It was 5 AM in the morning, nobody was there. I pointed to the front door, I said I know that there's a sliding door right there, you can just take my order over there and she just refused. That's inconvenient simply because they choose not to take your order. They tried to claim "for safety reasons "but they have a literal section that ensures you can safely get your order taken right at the front but they choose not to… That's just a lousy reason to not even just do their job. By the way, that's against the law if it's going to prevent people from using their benefits at the restaurant that promotes their restaurant for people to use their benefits at… False advertising. Rules and restrictions don't come on the sign/banner that promotes EBT.

I ordered a Big Mac and fries at 2810 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90007. When I got home, I realized they had only given me the fries and forgot the burger. I went back to the store, and they gave me another item. Unfortunately, when I checked again at home, it turned out to be chicken nuggets instead of my Big Mac. I could not believe the same mistake happened twice!!

I was eating my chicken nugget, but then I think I saw a head of a chicken and when I went to go get my fries they just gave me a potato and the coffee that there was like no warning that coffee is gonna be hot so I took a drink over it when an employee bumped into me on like accident kind of, but I didn’t even bump into me on accident. You don’t on purpose and spilled all over me so now I have a big rash.

The service here made me want to crack my head open on the counter. I put in an order on the kiosk knowing no one would take it and the machine told me to pay at the counter. I stood there for 30 minutes after a long day of work coming just for quick food of any kind. When they finally took my order they blamed me for their equipment falling apart even through I had not touched it. Considering the service I was receiving this is no way to greet a customer, with blame and patronization. I am starving and furious, this McDonald’s has been going down ever since the kiosks. I NEVER see anyone at the counter nor does anyone pay attention. I will never eat at a McDonald’s again

Once you order your food, you have to ask for it, because they never actually call out your order. Virtually everyone in this restaurant (~20 people) had to ask the cashier for the order, because it was never called out! I understand it’s in a crappy area, but it’s just very annoying.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in my area. They allow the homeless to come in and take over the entire restaurant. They go up to the counters while people are ordering or waiting for their food, they put up their entire set ups in the booths and bother the customers and the employees with NO ONE telling them to stop or leave. It smells horribly. The kiosks are always filthy and the food is never fresh. When you ask for fresh food they look at you like you’re crazy. I hate going here and I hate that it’s the closest to me so I’m inconvenienced into going elsewhere. If I could give the atmosphere and service 0 stars I would.

They towed my girlfriend’s car despite her being parked there for only 35 minutes. Do not EVER trust this location for parking

Need to look at friday to Saturday night staff. They are too lazy I order nuggets they took 35 mints too bake and after that took 25 to 30 minutes to give order on drive thru. They told me to wait on 2nd window and they all ard lazy even can't reach to window number 2. Please hire someone who's really needed job and who's not lazy like this staff .
