This has been our new go-to breakfast spot in Gilroy over the last few months. They have great hot coffee as well as iced coffee options - the iced caramel macchiato they make is our favorite. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the ambiance is nicer than most breakfast options in Gilroy. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like here yet but the breakfast quesadilla keeps us coming back! This is in the old King Egg Roll spot between the Gilroy Outlets and Home Depot.

Absolutely obsessed with this place! From the moment I walked in, the spotless and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about making sure every guest feels comfortable. Now let’s talk about the food… wow. Everything was beautifully presented. The churro waffle is hands down a must try. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, with just the right touch of cinnamon sugar and don’t even get me started on their lattes. The Horchata Latte is on another level :) creamy, cozy, and so unique. If you’re looking for a spot that nails great vibes, incredible service, and food that has beautiful presentation, this is it. 100/10 I’d recommend it.

This pace just opened and I’m so glad it did. The food was amazing. We got the chilaquiles trio and now we can never go back to a single flavor. They stayed very crispy and are probably the best we’ve had in gilroy. We also ordered the chicken and waffles. They were also amazing. The chicken melted off the bone and the waffles was also crispy yet fluffy. As to be expected with a new restaurant, the service was a little slow but wait staff was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. They also brought us out a sample of their churro waffle which made for a wonderful dessert to wrap up our meal! Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

We stopped here because the breakfast looked fantastic, and the food did not disappoint. The Huevos divorciados were great: the green salsa was a little more spicy than the red, and both were flavorful. My boyfriend got the country fried steak, and simply said “it’s good” and ate the whole plate. We split the French toast, and it was sweet and simple. The coffee is strong! Glad we stopped here!

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. My grandkids both got the chicken and waffles and I got the chicken fried steak and eggs. My wife got the chorizo and eggs. Everything was cooked perfectly. The biscuits and gravy were deliciously fluffy and fresh. The iced carmel machiodo was great too! Good service and great atmosphere. Relaxed and accommodating.

I love this place. What a hidden gem! The food is wonderful. The service is great. It is in a boring shopping center - but that means tons of parking!!! We have gone once a week almost since they opened. The salsas on the huevos divorciados and chilaquiles are fantastic. Waffles, Benedicts, all great. The menu is extensive so we will have to keep going once a week to try everything. Haven't even gotten to the churro waffle yet - but I hear it is wonderful.

Just finished eating at this restaurant and let me tell you the food is amazing. They just opened a month ago and I have high hopes for them. I ordered the Any-berry pancakes ($12) and Italian omlette($17). Usually I add hot sauce and a litte more salt to suit my tastes, but I didn't have to here. Actually when I added the hot sauce, it took away from the flavor. My server was great (always checking in on me) and the food came fast and was hot. Highly recommend the restaurant!

5 stars for breakfast! Brand new restaurant with an eager and attentive staff. Looking at the reviews it is hard to believe any that are low, because it makes me wonder if they got the correct café. Hacienda Cafe and Grill was so clean, and the staff so on point to assure excellent service. You can see the pride in their faces when they serve very hot perfectly cooked omelets, with excellent rye toast and crispy hash browns. I was impressed with the restaurant and enjoyed the pleasant and excellent service. I highly recommend

On our way back from San jose for medical reasons we always stop for breakfast and our way back home to hollister we decided to look for something different. We saw the reviews and decided. Why not We weren't to sure as we drove up, the parking was plentiful and easy to access with plenty of spaces. Walked inside and you can tell that its a newer restaurant . Very clean and open. Restroom very clean and serviced. Ordered bacon and eggs with a side of biscuits and gravy. Wife had very berry waffles. . The food was hot and very well presented. The gravy was fantastic and the biscuits where fresh. Eggs cooked to perfection and bacon was perfect. Wife loved the waffles and the service was exceptional. Will definitely be going back. And won't wait For a doctors appointment.

The restaurant looks very clean and it seems like they will be working on decorating it some more. This just may be our go to spot for breakfast and brunch in Gilroy.

Visiting from out of town & will definitely be our new go to place whenever we come back we got the crabcake Benedict & chilaquiles & both of our meals were delicious & spicy in the best way possible our server was super helpful taking our purser & helping us deciding what to get. The Benedict was cooked perfectly with a runny yolk & super moist crab cake. Wish we had this restaurant back home!

What a great find for breakfast! My wife and I were just up the street for blood tests, so we were hungry when we happened to find Hacienda Cafe. I had a very tasty scramble with a wonderful house salsa on it and my wife had French toast that she said was great. The service was as good as it gets. While the atmosphere is a bit plain, everything is very clean and organized. Friendly service, great food, and fair prices. Will definitely be back and will also recommend to friends and family.

This has easily become our favorite breakfast spot in town. We first judge based off the coffee. Here the coffee isn’t watered down and actually taste like coffee. The food is awesome. They offer a mixture of the classic american option but also have the favorites of a nice homemade Mexican meal. They offer different types of coffees. We stick to the classic but they look and sound delicious. Portions are pretty decent here as well. The staff is also very friendly and quick to offer their favorites if asked. So please give this place a try and give them your business. It’s worth it.

It’s a seat yourself which is cool! The food was ok I would have hoped my steak was a little more juicy but that’s not a big deal. Service was good over all and I quote my nephew said “these are the best pancakes I’ve ever had!”

My family and I tried to visit this place. Their posted open hours are 7:00 AM even on their door but they were not open on a Saturday morning at 7:05 AM. Waited a bit but nobody showed up. Lights were off. Chairs stacked and doors closed.
