Consistently great burgers, fries, and shakes. There's a rain there is always a line... It's that good. You can customize your burger any way you want it at this iconic restaurant. I know it's classified as fast food but it defies the fast food model. Nothing is prepared in advance. The fries are made from actual potatoes fresh cut in full view. The burgers are custom prepared when you order them. Everyone should experience this place at least once but be forewarned... Once you eat there you will go back again and again, it's that good.

This In-n-Out is different. All In-n-Outs have great food and fair prices. However this location somehow takes it above and beyond from the standard satisfaction one would expect from In-n-out. Clean, very well maintained location both inside and outside My burger was filled with lettuce, and the fries were the most freshest, properly seasoned fries I've eaten at an In-n-Out. Very hard working staff. Expect the same crowded atmosphere, though more chill compared to other city locations. Overall this location was probably my best In-n-Out experience.

This In N Out is always busy the drive thru line moves fairly quick. I noticed walking in gets you faster service. Burgers are good but if you don't like the fries which alot of people don't just order the animal style fries big difference and guaranteed you will eat most if not all. Once in a while i order from their secret menu. I order a 4x4 animal style and i was full for 2 days! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Highly recommended

What makes for a good fast food burger chain? Ease of access? The food? The speed of serving? The costs? Cleanliness? In-N-Out burger lives up to its reputation as being the one burger joint enjoyed by Gordon Ramsay. The drive through was easy to access albeit always crowded.. which is a given. The customer base even during off hours is also Long and during lunch expect to wait for ten other orders before yours. This isn't a bad thing however as they don't take long to serve their burgers, and while definitely a guilty pleasure it's delicious. You can't ask much more for a burger joint. At least the male toilet was cleaned well compared to most other chains I've been to. Admittedly, the standard isn't that high. That said, the female toilet had a bad smell to it according to a travel companion of mine. Still, I will say that you can't ask for anything more when going to a burger joint.

Not all In-N-Out created equally but the Gilory In-N-Out will be worth your time. The Burger and Fries here are amazing! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with crispy and fresh fries. I ordered double with grill onion and they are real good. The only downside is that you will be surprised by how many people are in the line before you. I wait from number 80 to 24, which took around 10~15 mins, so it's still pretty fast in my opinion.

Burgers are great. Plain fries are debatable. Get them animal style or similar.

You’ve gotta love In-N-Out Burger! Super simple menu. The line may be wrapped around the building but don’t worry it’s quick to order especially when they have an associate in the parking lot taking orders. The food is always fresh and made order. Do us all a favor and stop comparing In-N-Out to other chains. There’s nothing like this place and it’s better than whatever you’re thinking of.

This the first place to put enough chess on the fries and burger I been to many places but this place got it right on the amount. California iconic burgers. Gets busy. Usually faster if you park and come in than waiting in your car in the ridiculous drive through line. I've always found a seat inside , they also have a few outside tables.

Double Double with double cooked all natural french 🍟 fries, and large Diet Coke or Iced Tea. In-N-Out Burger never disappoints. Always brings smiles and happy tummies. All healthy natural cooked to order. Fresh crunchy greens, 🥗 onions, 🍅 tomatoes, special spread, and perfect buns. Add salt and ketchup to the meal. Plus the hot peppers for some spice. I enjoyed and wanted the soda and my favorite food where the seat was comfortable and the room temperature was both comfortable and livable. It is next to Leavesley Road and a petrol station named 76 and Conoco. The parking lot was easy to park in.

This location has the nicest customer service I've had in a long time anywhere. They open the door and greet you. They all have a kind and friendly face. Damien (in the dine-in area) wiped down my table, asked if I wanted water while I waited and offered to help bring additional items to the table. So attentive and so appreciated especially after making the long drive. Food already speaks for itself. Simple and fresh.

Love this place! Employees work like they know they're employed which is the exception these days. Food is always fresh and top notch! Highly recommend! Update November 2023: This is definitely my favorite chain burger place by far and away. Old fashioned burger flavor and great quality every time. If you like your fries a little more crispy ask for well done fries. Update June 2024: We have been to this location many times and only once did we get the wrong food. They pay attention to what they're doing and are friendly helpful. Food is always fresh and delicious. Can not recommend enough if you're a fan of burgers. And ask for spread for your fries.

One of the staff are constantly making his rounds inside and outside of the restaurant to greet, to assist, to clean, to help with kid’s high chair with a great smile and courteous. This was our first time trying In-N-Out. I've heard of them for quite a while and it was really good. The burgers were super good but a bit on the small side so I would go for a double next time. Definitely looked better than the single I had. We both got animal fries too which we thought were good but being from Canada it's no poutine. Would definitely go again though and kinda hope they open up some locations in Canada one day.

Whenever we come to Gilroy Outlets, we love to get a quick bite here. Their French fries are the best. It’s always busy here. Drive through line is long. But their through put is pretty good, so usually the wait is reasonable.

This location is always super busy. I only went there because it was my mom's birthday, and she specifically asked for a In-Out-Burger. Though it was really busy, it went pretty well. I had to compliment the young lady taking orders (all by herself). She was on top of it and really pleasant!

The In-N-Out in Gilroy was really nice the only problem was it was packed the line for the drive-thru was down at the regular Street not just in the parking lot service inside was good we had to wait in line for that to you to give you a number and you wait outside and then they call you when your food is ready only problem was they had all these people Milling around and that could be spreading viruses

My first chance to return to California in 3+ years. There are thousands awaiting a first store opening in Albuquerque where they will be a sure success. That said I found my burger and fries not to stack up so well at the higher prices now prevailing. I believe the competitive offerings from the other long-time competing chains have made notable strides up the price/performance curve -- especially important for we seniors who are pretty dependent on discounts whenever and wherever we are able to get out and sbout.

Always loved their freshness, cleanness, friendliness. This location is no different. However, I think their meat patties have been getting a bit thinner.

I’ve been having an out burgers for over 20 years and they haven’t changed one bit. They are tasty and expensive. Most In N Out in California have long line so be prepared to wait in the drive-through for at least 20 minutes or more.

Despite being probably one of the *busiest* (not something I love) In-N-Outs around, being right amongst the Gilroy Outlets, this place is always on point with everything. Even with a lineup of 12+ cars in the drive thru, they have an efficient system which delivers super fresh, well presented and delicious burgers and fries which are still piping hot, and the order is 100% right. Two thumbs up.

I usually frequent and stop by this In N Out location on my way back to Southern California from the Bay Area. It’s one of the most quickest in n outs I’ve been to in Northern California. Its so convenient and located right off the freeway. The drive thru line has some confusion on which way to enter causing a slight issue for other vehicles to exit the parking lot but seems to be less than a minute or 2. The food quality is good, and special modification / instructions on orders are 9 out of 10 times correct. Though there was one time when I asked for extra lettuce and onions and was literally given just that. But other than that, the food is usually spot on. This restaurant location is definitely well managed

I come here at least once a month I love the burgers and fries usually get mine protein style with extra meat! Even though they don't really have many menu options they will still make your burger any way you want. Usually they don't mess up the order and they are well organized. This place is a staple in my town hoping they will put more menu items on one day.

Recently visited In n Out. California tradition animal style. Simple but delicious burgers all done systematically. Always brings back fond memories as a teen downing 2-3 burgers in one sitting. Now a family man living in Florida <~ has no In n Out joint.. made me realize that they do not have any kids meal or anything for my picky toddler besides a paper hat and palm tree stickers. 3 stars!!!

The reason I gave it a 3 is because I waited on the drive through and I ordered 2 double doubles and they only gave me 1. And I was already on the highway a few exits away that I didn't want to turn back, go inside and get a refund for $5 because it was such a hassle to wait for the food. Everyone raves about this place but it's just another burger place to me. Yes they have more veggies and fresh but not that much differently from other fast food. People also love their fry and to me they're the worst fry of all the fast food joints. They're always wither/malnutritionly bland potatoes. And I've tried them about ten times at different locations in Texas and California. They all seems the same. WITHER.

I ordered a protein style burger, which is lettuce wrapped. The patty was very thin, but it tasted pretty good. I also ordered a napoleon shake and some fries. The shake was awesome and the fries were a bit salty but good.

Alright taste for an In-N-Out burger, definitely not the best quality as compared to other locations. The buns were burnt and very little sauce was added. The tomatoes and potatoes, however, tasted very fresh! The outside seating was not shaded at many of the tables. The smell of the trash dumpster filled the entire parking lot (smelled like old Caesar salad dressing, maybe they'd just thrown out a batch?). Could definitely use some improvements.

I love In N Out and go often, so I was surprised to see one in such disarray. The food was good as always. The bathrooms were a mess, with missing paper, trash cans full, and wet floors. The dining room was also quite dirty. Food on the floor, many tables dirty and trash cans overflowing. The outside parking lot had lots of trash and food around. Usually they are the Disneyland of Burger joints, and always well manicured. To see one like this was disappointing. The manager in charge should be ashamed for dropping the ball. After all it is his/her responsibility as captain of the ship to make sure the crew is doing their job.

As someone who's worked in fast food, you probably know how important it is to get the order right, especially when you're on the receiving end of it. Overcooked, cold, and burnt fries are pretty unacceptable. The second batch sounding just as bad, with the union being burnt and tasting off, seems like it’s a sign of poor care or rushed preparation.

Everything was good, food-wise, and the price was excellent. However, I came to CA to get married, and this restaurant did get me sick. The day after we ate there, I went to pour out and throw out my cup, and realized the nozzle from the fountain soda machine had been in my cup the whole time. Thankfully, the worst effects hit me the day before the wedding, but I ate there on Monday, had my wedding Wednesday, and am still feeling the effects today, Thursday. Video of the cup with nozzle attached. This could’ve been much worse, and could have completely ruined my wedding. Good place I’m sure, but be wary of the attention to detail.

On 01/21/2026 I had taken my kids out to get something to eat as they were very hungry after the 2 hours drive to get there it was then ruined because there was a huge gang fight in the middle of the resturant where everyone had ran out due to there being a knife involved and was terrified for my kids safety. We had to leave our food and drinks behind mind you I had spent $70 dollars, I then went back in to see if I could get my food remade and they said no. This is ridiculous and I should be refunded!
