Pranzo domenicale da ricordare: al Fermes Chi si respira un’atmosfera intima e conviviale dove Mauro, il proprietario e oste di esperienza, ti accoglie nel suo locale arredato con gusto per un vintage che è commistione tra sacro e profano e che parla della Brianza che lavora negli oggetti e nelle foto che decorano le pareti, mentre in cucina il giovano chef, Stefano, ti sbalordisce con la sua passione per la tradizione elaborata in chiave contemporanea, lasciandoti semplicemente deliziato dall’antipasto al dolce. Ottima la cura nella scelta degli ingredienti e la presentazione. Da provare sia il menu alla carta, sia perché no, lasciarsi stupire dal menu degustazione a discrezione dello chef. Piacevole scoperta!
Su consiglio di un collega ho voluto provare questo ristorante, propongono diverse soluzioni, un menù degustazione, un menù alla carta e il menù "fidati di me" Io e mia moglie abbiamo optato per questa opzione. L'idea è semplice, e come tutte le idee semplici anche geniali. Lo chef preparerà dei piatti secondo i gusti del cliente, stando attento ad evitare quegli alimenti non graditi. Questo rende potenzialmente un menù infinito, infatti nonostante sia io che il mio collega avessimo scelto lo stesso menù, con gusti molto simili, a distanza di un solo giorno abbiamo mangiato dei piatti completamente diversi. Tutto il pranzo è stata una sorpresa, ho provato degli abbinamenti che normalmente non avrei mai assaggiato ne tantomeno pensato. Persino l'amaro finale è stato qualcosa di inaspettato. Che dire...se siete degli amanti della buona cucina e siete disposti a farvi guidare dalle loro sapienti mani durante il pasto è il posto che fa per voi. Non ne uscireti delusi. Concludo con discorso prezzo: ONESTISSIMO!

Un osteria moderna a due passi da casa Ottimo per la pausa pranzo; ma la massima espressione de locale esce nel servizio serale. Materie prime di ottima qualità lavorare divinamente dallo chef e servite con professionalità dalle cameriere, ti fanno sentire coccolato! Complimenti Super consigliato
We had a wonderful time! Mundeghili with a "ratatouille effect": flavors that instantly took me back to my grandmother's house in Milan 40 years ago, and the risotto with sausage was truly delicious. Under new management about a year ago. Worth it!
We organized our son's confirmation at Fermes Chi, and we had a great time right from the start. Their buffet was fantastic, with a delicious saffron risotto with luganega sausage and a cake to finish. Their helpfulness and professionalism made us all feel at ease. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.
I was taking my son to the nearby Giussano Lake. I didn't feel like cooking, so I saw the restaurant. We stopped on the way back. Excellent restaurant. Excellent experience. The two staff (I don't know if they're owners or employees) worked with passion and honesty. Very meticulous. The cuisine is excellent and unique. Perhaps I would have added a few more grams of pasta to my tagliolini, but that's because I have a sweet tooth. The pork was sensational. The wine selection was also excellent: when we finished the bottle we requested, the staff member recommended one at practically the same price: very honest. I will definitely be back.
Truly fantastic! Going to Giulia and Riccardo has become a regular for me, both for lunch, where they offer a consistently varied midday menu at a price that makes it worth visiting often, and for dinner, where they serve à la carte dishes and offer a truly culinary experience, prepared with incredible ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The best Mondeghili I've ever eaten, phenomenal first courses, and consistently delicious second courses! The dining room is beautifully decorated, with a wine cellar for all budgets and excellent selections. It's become a second home for me, and I'm sure it will become one for anyone who tries it!
The venue has been completely renovated, and in place of the restaurant, there's a bistro-bar where you can enjoy excellent aperitifs. Drinks are accompanied by quality charcuterie boards and samples of dishes prepared by the chef. At lunchtime, there's an excellent and generous business menu. In the evenings or on Sundays, you can try dishes from an ever-changing menu, but it's best to call to make a reservation if you'd like to dine in. The atmosphere is refined, and the food and drinks are quality at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a try!
We've been to Fermes Chi several times. It offers several options: a tasting menu, an à la carte menu, and the "trust me" menu. With this last option, the chef prepares surprise dishes tailored to your tastes. The staff is friendly and attentive to the customer's needs. The dishes are refined, with attention to detail, and the food is excellent. As the name suggests, you absolutely have to stop here! Highly recommended.
DI.VI.NO!!! A taste sensation, a feast for the palate and the eyes! The melt-in-your-mouth beef tartare with Taggiasca olives, walnuts, and stracciatella—a flavor we'll never forget. The freshest homemade tagliatelle, one with beef stew, salted ricotta, and a dusting of cocoa, and one with shrimp tartare 😍 cream of peas, black salt, and lime. The Monza luganega sausage also melted in your mouth. For dessert, a tart with a soft chocolate center. The owner cooks with such passion that you can see it in the dishes, they look like paintings. Fermes chi! They couldn't have chosen a better name! We'll be back soon and will tell our friends ❤️ congratulations!!!!
The lunch menu offers three different first courses and three different second courses with sides, or a single dish. The dishes are a perfect blend of tradition and creativity, and the portions are just right. I tried the pasta with beef ragù and bitter cocoa and the roast beef with soy cabbage salad. Everything was truly delicious, especially the pasta, which had an extra kick thanks to the cocoa. The roast beef was top-quality, melting in the mouth. To finish off, I also tried the chocolate cake accompanied by mango ice cream and crunchy cookie crumbs—a true sensory delight :) My heartfelt congratulations to the promising young chef Stefano Di Salvia, from Giussano who worked in Sardinia with Chef Cracco's team during the summer. Prices: First course, second course, water, and coffee for only €13. First course only or second course only, water, and coffee for only €9. Plus, what can I say about the place? The atmosphere is well-kept and welcoming; I appreciated the pots of aromatic herbs outside. Last but not least, the kindness and friendliness of the owner, Mauro Colzani, former owner of Gargantua, and his staff. Thank you so much for everything, and well done!

A small but charming and unique place, with attention to detail and many memories of the past. I chose the "on demand" menu; they brought me surprise dishes, but they were all truly excellent: flavorful, carefully prepared, aesthetically pleasing, and top-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. I highly recommend it! Reserved parking at the restaurant.

4 stelle perché c’è un contrasto tra il nome e l’essenza del ristorante: se pensate di andare in un’osteria e trovare un ambiente informale e cucina da osteria vi sbagliate. Il posto è molto curato nei dettagli, colori tenui, eleganti poltroncine , luce studiata e abat-jour sui tavoli. Una location elegante. Il menù rispecchia appieno il visivo: pochi piatti, ricercati ed eseguiti con cura e ottimi ingredienti . Cura nell’impiattamento - e un’attenzione anche al piatto caldo per poter completare al meglio la degustazione. Prezzi in linea con la qualità proposta.
Very warm ambiance!
The restaurant is located near an intersection on the road from Giussano to Arosio. The parking lot isn't very large, but there's a usable one on the other side of the road. I had lunch here during the week, where the restaurant offers three menus for €9, €11, and €15. I can confirm that the quality is good, the restaurant is small but cozy, and the waiter is very friendly. I'll be back in the evening to try the chef's specialties, which I've read in other reviews are irresistible.
Given its proximity to the company and a dinner with colleagues, we tried Fermes Chi. The owner stands out with his striking purple beard, but he entertains the customers, and the chef is imaginative with his combinations, offering unusual first courses. A special mention goes to the desserts, which are truly well-made and unique in their presentation. The price is slightly above average, but that's acceptable.
A lunch with friends, good food, and good service. A disaster in terms of accessibility: I have trouble walking and can't climb steps, but the place isn't accessible, so I had to eat outside, and luckily it wasn't a cold day. I think it's shameful in 2025 to deprive people of the freedom to choose where they go and make them feel even more uncomfortable in a world unsuitable for the disabled. But the world goes on anyway.
