Keagan's is a fun place. Friendly people, good drinks and fun atmosphere. Karaoke with dancing on Wed. Night is awesome fun.

Awesome bar! I enjoyed every minute here. Staff and managers are friendly and engaging with conversation as you drink and enjoy the atmosphere. They always ensuring you have a good time. Nice little pool table and plenty of TV's to watch. Great little area to relax.

We had a big party(30+) there on a busy night. We got excellent service by Caitlyn over the course of 6 hours. The food is good and the service has been consistently good on our visits. They have good bands and events. The one issue I have there is Short Pump traffic and lack of nearby parking. Overall great place.

not your typical Irish bar, A good selection of typical food but some other great choices.. The manager came around and spoke to all of the customers, he brought us some samples of some different kinds of food they were preparing everything was wonderful.. The best potato soup I have ever had and a Montecristo sandwich that would make you want to slap your mother.. unlike a lot of the restaurants around Richmond they have happy hour seven days a week😁 wonderful food good service a great place to spend the afternoon

Great spot with great scotch! No one carries islay scotches and they do. Definite winner in my book!

The food was really good but I think it was our waitresses first night. Ordered Coffee. Had to ask for sugar (all I got was artificial had to hunt some down in the next room where large bar was) and had to ask for cream four times. Had to ask for more coffee. Had to ask for my second side. Forced to eat with dirty dishes all around us.

Food And Atmosphere Was Perfect For An Afternoon Lunch With Co-workers. Attentive staff, exceptional Irish-inspired selections, and by the luck of the Irish we had an unforgettable waitress who not only knew the menu, but took time to listen to us and suggested the best options. Definitely Worth The $$

Easy to find, parking is easy to. Decent outside seating on the sidewalk. Very spacious. Don't know that I've ever had food there, but great gathering place to meet up with friends.

Delicious food. Had the chicken pot pie. It was, hot heavy and the crust was perfect. Service was very polite and attentive. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area again.

Nice place. Really neat bar that is both indoors and outdoors. I had a burger there, it was cooked well, quality ingredients. It is a big place with plenty of seating notnjust around the bar if that is not your prefered enviroment. I will go back when in town again.

The pub wasn't very busy for dinner, but the seafood platter, sautéed mushrooms, and vegetables were good and the service was great! I thought the food was a tiny bit over-seasoned and a little bit greasy, but it made a good meal at an okay price.

Have held a couple events here in the private room. They make you feel like you have employees at your disposal while your event is going on. Prices are just OK and parking can be a pain. Overall, kind of formula, but good.

Good atmosphere, great band , friendly staff . I guess it depends on what you order but T-bone was good and corn beef was great , cabbage needed cooking more but overall a good dinner.

Great atmosphere. Love the garage doors for the bar and the patio is great. The food is decent but nothing special. The chips and queso is a good appetizer.

This is one of our favorite spots. The portions are pretty big. The staff was great. I never have any issue with the staff. My son loves this place.

Enjoyed my time there. Clean, bright and very open. Bathrooms clean and taken care of. Good and service was great.

Closest thing around me, that I've found, to an Irish pub like those in Ireland. Having said that, it's not all that similar, but it does offer good Irish drinks, decent food, and fair service.

Prime rib Thursday for $15. Not bad but not great either. The corn was frozen, thawed, and refrozen; had that rubbery texture. I was hoping that their "thick cut fries" were their own but they were the seasoned potato wedges out of the freezer. I'm being critical, I know. It was pretty good for $15. I ate at the bar and the bar staff was attentive and personable which is always nice. Morgan walked me through their beer selection and she picked out the right one for me. One day I'll be a beer snob but I'm not there yet. For now I'm leaving that to all the other hipster patrons. Overall atmosphere was great. Plenty of work groups seem to gather here to unwind. Thanks for the good service Morgan.

Lets see.. I love this place in short. I had my rehearsal dinner here, the food is good, excellent beer choices, and actually a great night scene too. More low key than down the street (St. Patty's day excluded) so nice if you want to have a conversation and have fun at night. Highly recommended. Only downside is it can be a pain to get to, but so worth the journey!

Nice place, great staff, friendly and fun. Good decent crowd and it’s pretty classy than a rave. They make one of the best Long Island Ice Teas in the area. Before coming here we had another favorite. Maybe it’s because we always order it top shelf. If u never tried, u are at a miss.

Had a large company function here. Staff was accomodating. Kept the drinks full and food coming. Steak was way overcooked but waiter did offer to replace. Wings were excellent. Beer was cold. All in all a good trip.

Staff was slow and seemed like they had better things to do than wait on tables. Food was great

Pretty generic sort of pub, prices are about the same as the surrounding areas. It's been dead every time I've gone. I've only been a handful of times though. They do have an outdoor seating area.

Great wings and good bar service with happy hour specials. Lots of TVs, so good sports bar. They have outdoor seating too

I like this restaurant. It has a good atmosphere and descent food. I have gotten the fish and chips in the past and have been pleased, however today when I got them I was underwhelmed. Everything tasted good but the portion is half of what it used to be. I piece of fish and some fries for $14? If that was the half portion it's a good deal but I asked my waitress and she said it wasn't the half portion. Also my wife got the crab cake meal and they crab cakes left much to be desired. There was a lot of breading in them. The only way they tasted good is dipped in tartar sauce.

Do not order steak at Keagan's. I've done so the two times I have dined there. Both times the steak was very tough. The last time it was not even hot, so I sent it back. This goes for the sirloin and the New York strip. Other people in my party enjoyed their entrees. Just stay away from steak. Keagan's doesn't do them well.

Had a reservation for 1pm at 140pm still waiting in line. What was the point of having reservations. Will try another time just not on a holiday. Hostess was very nice but seemed quite overwhelmed

Our experience was not very positive. The fish was greasy and the pork chops were dry and tasteless. The service was poor at best. The she crab soup was good and the crab dip was okay, but would have been much better if the server had stopped by so that we could have requested some hot sauce (or even some napkins). We were very disappointed. But apparently management didn't care since we stated our concerns to the server (or at least the ones she stayed around long enough to hear) and in an online survey and no one ever followed up on them. It was a waste of our money! This is probably a good place to go if interested only in drinking and socializing but not if you want a good meal.

Eh horrible here it's so noisy and the toilet is dirty as the tissue is all over the floor. The service is slow and the food is not cool. First, I order she crab soup and crab cake from r my main course and I would expect they would give me first my soup but it went the other way instead they served first my main course then my soup. Second, my she crab soup has too much sour cream so you cannot taste the soup at all except you'll taste more of a sour cream. Then my crab cake is lumpy and too soft and too salty. Third my brother ordered a nachos and the cheese is dry in the nachos. I think this place is only good if you wanted to go to the bar and have a drink but it's not good for dinner...I will not come back here...

Food was awful. I ordered a sandwich that tasted horrible. I took one bite , told the waitress and didn't even get a "I'm sorry, or what was wrong, and still had to pay for it. No one with us enjoyed the food. (&yes they like irish food)The waitress was just as bad. We saw her twice and once was after I had to walk over to her. This trip was SUPPOSED to have been a gift for my boyfriend. Turned out awful.

Food took a long time to come out and it was cold. My friend had to send her meatballs back because the centers were cold. Definitely sub par. My husband said he could get a better Reuben at Arby's. I don't think people come here for the food. But the atmosphere was nice/ clean.

2 bartenders, no more than 6 people total at the bar, waited 45 minutes with no order taken, and little to no acknowledgement of even being there. Left, will never return. Oh, and the heat apparently was broken.... it was like 5 degrees outside. Very cold, but not the worst part.

Just walked out. Monday September 17, 2018 I walk in Keagan's and sit down at the bar. Monday night's in September you expect there to be Monday Night Football playing in a bar. Nope. The Emma's were blaring on the tv. They have 15 tv's in there and not one of them was tuned to MNF. They probably would have been happy to change it if I'd asked, but that would require someone to serve me. Never happened. I sat at the bar with four other people and never saw a bartender. I sat there for ten minutes. I know because I sent a tect as I walked in and when I saw ten minuets had passed... I left. What good is a bar where you can't eat, drink or watch football? And I am a regular customer. Seriously, I would love to hear from you Keagan's.
