First time I didn't have to wait to get in! Super friendly staff and the place is clean, plenty of parking of course the food is great!
Always a nice experience visiting this location. It can get very crowded, the parking lot is always busy and the drive thru can be a long wait, however, the high quality burgers/fries combined with friendly, attentive employee attitudes make all the difference in making this a great location. I love coming here!
I have a love/hate relationship with this In-N-Out. I love the food, especially their fries! I even ordered an extra one for the dog and they said they would hold the salt and put it separate from our fries.❤️ What I don't like is that everyone else likes this store and it's usually very busy. But worth the wait.
This In-N-Out Burger at 310 Harvey Dr in Glendale is everything that you want from a classic burger joint. The food is consistently fresh & always comes out made-to-order hot. The burgers are delightfully juicy, the fries are crispy crunchy & the shakes are always spot on! What really stands out at this location is the outstanding service! Even when it’s busy, the staff always stays friendly, organized & they move quickly with the orders coming out accurately. This restaurant is well-maintained & the drive-thru moves quicker than you’d expect for how popular it is. Whenever you’re craving a reliable, high-quality burger with great service, this In-N-Out location will deliver every time! Definitely one of the better spots in the area for a great quick bite to eat.

I’ve been coming to this In-N-Out since the day they’ve opened. I’ve always had great food and service here. I’ve seen managers and employees come and go but all of them have always cared about the customer service experience and quality of food. One of my favorite employees here is an Armenian gentleman by the name of Reneh he has always been gracious and kind to me and every customer. Always has a smile on his face with a great attitude. And during lunch hours, he’s always on the floor making sure all the customers have what they need and keeping the dining room clean. This is my go to In-N-Out if you’re in the area or ever driving by stop by grab a burger, fries and enjoy.
The excitement level was incredibly High both in the afternoon and later on after 10:00 p.m. on I returned. Evidently Glendale High School won their football game and there was lots of celebration going on there with really wonderful and courteous teenagers! I had a double-double because I want hamburger meat, there's is very thin, and not bread.
Holly crap, Sergio made it happen! This was the 3rd In N Out we came to, the first 2 said that they could not take our order. We had 2 bus loads of high school kids, on Friday night, immediately following a football game. 120 #1's (240 patties). The restaurant was packed, a line of people out the door, and the drive up line a 2 blocks long. I politely explain my dilemma to Sergio, he looked at me halfway sideways as if I was kidding, I looked at him back and said I wasn't. He smiled and said we'll take care of you. It will take us a minute or two. We'll get it done. Fantastic! Thank you Serigo
There's never been a bad In-n-Out review, has there? And if there ever is, I don't think I'd be friends with the reviewer. Great burgers , fries, shakes, every bite dripping in California-esque goodness. They're consistent, predictable (in a good way), and earn their reputation with each and every order. Will miss you In-n-Out... until next time!
This is my first time ever at an In-N-Out Burger. The food was delicious! My sister and I each had our own animal style cheeseburger and we shared some fries. There are sport, peppers and plenty of ketchup at a station that you can add your own to your meal. We looked at the menu ahead of time so we knew what animal style meant as it's not on their menu. It's a secret menu. While there isn't an In-N-Out Burger super close to me, I would not hesitate to come to one again! If it's your first time, you should get a hat so that you get the full experience.
In-N-Out Burger never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and cooked just right. I love their simple menu — it makes choosing easy, and everything tastes amazing. The fries are crispy and perfectly salted, and the shakes are deliciously creamy. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re a burger lover, In-N-Out is definitely a must-visit!
We made a LARGE order (50+ burgers) for a birthday party and the team here was really incredible to work with. Aside from the sheer volume of burgers they took on, they also paid special attention to the details in the order, and packaged everything so that I could organize and present the order at our party with ease. I'm so impressed with this team's service! Especially the following folks who made it possible: Wendy who coordinated our order and made sure it was right, Vivian who provided us with all of the napkins and sides we needed, and Humberto who helped us carry the order to the car. And finally to the team manager on-site, Sergio! INCREDIBLE service and food that helped to make a 12 year old's birthday party a hit!
As always a great burger. They were pretty busy yet I got my food fairly quickly. I went inside, the drive thru was all the way to the street, crazy man. They know how to do it. I had an issue with my order but I was really hungry, I decided to take it back up to the counter. They were more than happy to remake the burger, with a smile. These guys are great.
People always rave about this place and there are none near me so on my trip to LA it was on the list. It was good and I get the hype. The fries were good too.
We wanted to try this iconic LA food chain so we took the burgers and fries and it was juicy and crispy , freshly made. The restaurant is very busy inside and outside on the drive thru it happens to have a lineup! Parking available. But not on rush hours.
This busy in and out is another great spot to grab a quick burger. So far I haven’t found any In-N-Out where the food hasn’t been great so the foods good their animal fries are also very good. The location of this one is a great one because it’s right by the freeway. Definitely would recommend stopping by Hair if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a good burger, but specially if you’re looking for in and out, this would be the one to go to. It’s always busy but food is good and they have drive-through.

To start off with the positive, I typically have never found any issues with this location (other than the layout of the parking lot) and the quality of food is consistent and the employees are friendly. However, I think the policy regarding keeping employees’ hair tied away should be addressed and is too relaxed, considering I ordered cheese fries and found two strands of hair melted into them in the middle of eating. This is not the first time this has happened where I’ve found hair in my food coming to this location, and now I’m really not planning on returning because I could only imagine how often it happens if it’s happened to me twice. I almost turned around and asked to have my order remade but found there was no point and ending up throwing my food away. I would’ve hoped for more, because I love coming to In N Out and I thought they took pride in cleanliness.

Normally the food is delicious, but this time my food was cold and out of the 4 burgers I ordered only 1 of them was correct.
