Great experience at Carl’s Jr. thanks to Axel. He provided excellent customer service, was very nice, and helpful with our order. He even wished us a happy birthday, which was a thoughtful touch and really made our visit special.
Axel is the best! He was super friendly when I made constant mistakes in the drive thru. Very patient and knowledgeable in Carls Jr. products.
Javi, the line cook is very polite and knows how to treat his customers. He definitely deserves a raise.

Slow service. Place is dirty. Over priced. Used to be the go to Carl's. Won't get my business again.
This is actually a 1 star review. The extra star is because the food tasted good. The service is terrible. Its slow and I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Paid for my food and ate what they gave me because it wasnt worth the time to get the correct order down. Cashier was alright attitude wise but the person handing out orders seemed like she didnt want to be there.
Used drive thru, ladies accent was so strong I couldn't understand part of what she was saying, then she said hold please like it was a phone call for around 30 seconds once I ordered I had to repeat it over again, drove up to the window that was located on the passenger side of my car which I've never seen before it's usually always on the driver's side and again could barely understand her... my western was sloppy and seemed thrown together and tea was so bitter I couldn't drink it. To much competition out there to waste my time with these guys again disappointed carl's has gone down hill over time.
terrible location, the workers are unsanitary by not washing their hands and not wearing gloves. i watched the worker make a burger without cleaning her hands or wearing gloves. the service is terrible and they are constantly getting my order wrong. the bathroom is dirty and unsanitary
We've been coming to this Carls Jr for years. It's been about a year since last visit. What the heck happened! My husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and a Santa fe chicken with extra sauce both to go. Raymond was the cashier. My husband requested a small cup of extra Santa fe sauce as I always get. They told him no. They said it was against their policy. Raymond told my husband they put extra sauce on the sandwich. My husband got home with the sandwiches. Not only were there no extra pickles on his spicy chicken (had 1 pickle) but my Santa fe sandwich did NOT have extra sauce and the lettuce was all wilted and old. I had to remove all the lettuce. Not one good piece. All were soggy and wilty. My sandwich was on soggy bread instead of the usual bun. Bread was soggy and greasy. We will never again go to this Carls Jr. So sad as this Carls has been there since the 80s and was always good. If every there was a problem it was quickly fixed. So sad that this restaurant has gone so far down hill and it appears the staff no longer cares for their customers. Very disappointing

Both workers here are very mean. And the person making my food was not wearing a gloves. She told me she washed her hands I declined and asked for a new burger when she's wearing a gloves. Now she's mad because I asked her to wear gloves. Her name is "Patty the supervisor"
Family and friends will stop going here. What the heck is happening to all the local restaurants. Never step foot again, like going to a 3rd world. Only imagine how the food is being made .
I never write reviews but this place was just terrible, the lady Patty who took my order was rude and I tried to ease the tension when the cash register wasnt working and even said thank you after she waited to give me my food which was cold by the way and no response. Last time I come here, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Management has terrible manners and does not know how to treat customers with good service and has a smart attitude acting snooty to others complaining how she has 2 jobs and I ordered 2 big carls plus chicken stars and didn’t taste good at all meat was still pink and raw I had to call off work because I got food poisoning we came 2 days in a row because we love Carl’s Jr cause we are loyal but this was not right food was being rushed to cook and get us out of their, I have worked In fast food and that crosses a line please have respect for people and their food
Would not allow me to use the restroom. Also happened to a whole family behind me that were in line ready to buy, but the boy needed to use the bathroom and they would not allow him to use it till they gave them money. It’s the same person working at the counter. It’s currently 316 and you can look up who it’s working at that time
Horrible Carls jr! Don’t waste your time coming here or money! They messed up my order and argued with me saying that I was wrong! Specifically JOSHUA. He refused to give me a refund and I was forced to take the food because he said “they already made it and they already charged me” no manager or supervisor was on duty. No one knew how to refund. Then I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. He literally was arguing with me saying it’s not his fault and why am I blaming him. All I asked for was his name so they know why I’m coming in and not just coming in for a refund. He told me I was holding up the line and there’s nothing they can do, then I saw his name tag on his hat “I said ok so your name is Joshua” he replied what the hell for reallll?! And then told me man whatever stay mad! And shut the window on me. I can’t believe these are the kind of people they hire! This kid was so Rude I was shaking because I wanted to go in there and throw the food back in his face! The disrespect from Joshua was unprofessional and he shouldn’t be working in customer service! Do better Carls! I will be going in to talk to the manager tomorrow. UPDATE! I went in the next day, manager was really nice and she offered to replace my meal for the bad experience I had with the employee. On the other hand I contacted the DM Sergio.. he never returned my call and he never answers his phone. Why provide the dm on receipt if they’re not going to answer? Any DM would’ve made it right.
Your store u. The city of Glendora California off Grand ave Has no use restrooms for public, how do you expect that your customers wash their hands before their meal???? When I stop by to get some food it was no other customer in the store, now I know why. Your staff send us to el pollo loco to wash our hands. I will never come back to any of your stores Invest money in your facilities and train your people better
Drive thru order at night getting off of work ,My order had a ball of brown hair in the fries and the burger was under cooked. Had symptoms of food poisoning never again eating here food is always horrible. There always out of something and food is thrash dont eat here.
For 15 dls you'd expect a more decent hamburger, but what they sell looks like something they pulled outta the garbage , not to mention their chef / food , lazy woman not even trying to earn her money , this is by far the worst hamburger I've ever had if you can call this piece of trash a hamburger, the food at this location taste like trash , pretty sure they don't even wash their hands.
I went there today to get five cheese burger. They have a toll $.99 each. The cashier refuse to give me five he said limit two and they don’t have a sign say that. So it’s false Advertising It was my first time there, my neighbor he got five from different location the same day, and they have no problem to Salem that
I was disappointed with the quality and prices here. I don’t have high expectations for fast food but I also don’t expect to pay 27 dollars for a famous star combo and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich alone was $10.30 and was very skimpy and not great at all. But if you decide to go here anyways and plan on going through the drive thru, bring a passenger to make is easier 😅 It goes without saying, I wouldn’t come back.
