Called in the order for a Papa's Stuffed Crust pizza. It was made fast. The pizza looked exactly like it does on the commercials and was fantastic. The service was fast and with a smile.
I am so please with this stablishment. The pizza was very tasty .
Ordered 4 pizzas on Superbowl Sunday and they came out just fine, ready for pickup when they said they would be. The older woman at the counter at the time was pleasant too 👍
The nicest, cleanest, most spacious Papa John's location I've purchased from. Polite, helpful staff. Super fast and accurate.
This place offers a consistently great experience. The team is polite and welcoming, and the food is always fresh. Service is quick and well organized, which makes every visit enjoyable.
This place is so good. The staff is always courteous. And the food is fresh. The staff is fast at their job.

Been ordering Papa Johns pizza for a while now. The pizza and ingredients are still fresh. Just not the same taste as early 1990's way better back in the day. But as we know it everything changes over time. My Kids like it as for me it's not bad but not that good either, like the way it was back when they came up. I'm like in between say like 50/50. Customer service little hard to understand but they are courteous and friendly which is what counts. I'll still continue to order pizza from here kids like it so why not.
Seems like a hit or miss looking at the other reviews. I enjoyed the pizza but my wife and kids thought otherwise. They were adamant that the pizza wasn't cooked thoroughly. Like the sauce was somewhat cold and cheese wasn't melted appropriately. Don't think they'll be wanting pizza from here on out.

The food is still good (when it comes out right). Since management changed, the customer service has been abysmal. Be prepared to be ignored, bring everything back as proof, and be treated as a nuisance should the establishment make a mistake. The employees can be apathetic and disrespectful, sure. But they're just a reflection of the manager, who is just as bad, if not worse. Edited: Returned recently after several months and had an easy visit and great food, the lone girl there was attentive and quick. Updated from 1* to 3*. Will update and remove negative review if things have improved since last year.

This location isn’t worth the time or effort to patronize. The lack of wanting to do a job that you get paid for is very evident. Too many other pizza joints in the area that Im sure would at least provide better overall service. This one’s a no for me for any future orders.

Disappointed. I ordered 2 original crust pizzas but both came as thin crusts (pictured) that was tough like cardboard. One pepperoni & mushroom the other chicken & spinach sadly both were very lite on the toppings, on one slice it only had 1 pepperoni and the other pizza only had like 4 pieces of spinach on the whole pizza and the taste was just ok-ish. They forgot my drink and said it wasn't on the receipt even though it was clearly printed on one pizza box (pictured) so I had to show that it was on my phone order receipt. I had to wait for him to go back for the drink. I will say the delivery guy was polite and apologized and the original order was delivered faster than the time given. I do not recommend this place.
I am very disappointed as we ordered pizza to be delivered and they verified my address twice! They didn’t tell me it would be delivered by DoorDash! If I would have known we would have canceled the order because we have never had any luck with them. They took the pizza to the West address and not East and dropped it off at the Baptist Church! Papa John’s will not give me my $20.00+ back!

I placed an order over the phone for 2 large carryout pizzas, the lady quoted me $36. I replied that the carry out price is only $8.99 each. She acted as if she didn't know then searched for the carry out price and found what I said to be accurate. She adjusted the total. I mentioned that she should be offering customers the best price instead of not sharing the "specials" with them. She said it is up to the customer to request the discounted price. When I got there to pick the pizza up, they told me it was $28.99. I asked her why and she said that is the price I was given over the phone. I argued it and she changed it to $19, like I was told over the phone. The pizza is delicious and was made very fresh, but due to the customer service and intentional price hike, I won't go back. The old owner never did this to us. We have been going there for a long time. Too bad the new owner has some unethical tactics to drive up the price for customers.
Order is always wrong. If you're getting paid $20 an hour, my order should be right. AND IT NEVER IS.
Worst pizza ever. Browned on top and bottom, but raw dough in the middle. They get stars for service as they did make a replacement, but barely any better. Not sure if the oven is not getting to temperature, dough was frozen or if the new owners just don't understand pizza.
So I ordered 2 Pizza’s got a call back and was told they were out of thin crust pizza. It wasn’t late. Really wanted that pizza! The woman offered me an alternative. Reluctantly I accepted. I picked up the pizza and the young man who greeted me was less than enthusiastic. We had rung up the order and I paid. I asked him how many garlic dipping sauce were in the boxes he said 1. I said well since you were out of thin crust pizza I would like 1more dipping sauce for each box. He proceeded to ring me up for $1.68. Are you kidding me!!!! You’re a pizza company. I asked to speak to his manager. He said there wasn’t a manger at the location!!! $1.68 well you lost a good customer!! Never will order from them again. I don’t think I was asking a lot!!!!!!!
Let me share my experience, I had a mobile app order the day before for Valentine’s Day for 4 pizzas to be delivered to my daughter’s preschool at 11am. I am contacted on Valentine’s Day by the preschool staff that the pizza hadn’t come at 11:45. So I call the store to check in, and explained how the preschoolers have nap time at a certain time so I had noted this in the comment section but received no contact or communication about the order running late. That is very unprofessional. They just told me to fill out a review. So I asked to speak to a manager. The person on the phone told me she was the manager and I asked how do you think you can make this right? She said the delivery person was on the way and the pizza was delivered but ONE hour late. Granted, it’s busy with it being Valentine’s Day, but the lack of communication and the way it was handled was poorly done. Finally the lady agreed to give me a free one topping large pizza and asked for my name and contact information. I verified there wouldn’t be any issues for the next time we order this. So then fast forward to today, I called and told her the situation and she kept asking me the same question over and over about my order and that it wasn’t written down but she remembers me, but kept going on and not making much sense. I asked if I can get the pizza I was promised and she finally said yes so I placed the order ahead and asked for it to be ready at 5:15pm and she confirmed this. I showed up with my two little ones, and I ask the guy there how long for my order and he looks at the oven and says 5 minutes. So I wait in my car. I come back out and it’s now 5:30pm, and the lady was there that I had been on the phone with before and she tells me she forgot to have them make my pizza. Obviously at that point I did not want the pizza. I explained how it was frustrating to see 4 other employees sitting there and two of them ignoring customers while looking at their phone and then making pizza without washing their hands after being on their phone! Sooooo gross ! I don’t want pizza from there ever again. I explained how my kids are hungry and I had placed the order an hour ahead and I didn’t understand why I was told my pizza had 5 minutes but then I come back and it’s not actually my pizza. So I asked to speak to the owner and they gave me his number. So I will be making a complaint and wanting a refund from my original order. I drove all the way there and the employees made so many excuses that they had a lot of orders and acted clueless and like they were disinterested. I will never come back here. Sanitation, lack of customer service, and quality of food is terrible.
My order was completely wrong and I have to drive back to get a refund…. That makes absolutely no sense. I order the same meal at least ONCE A WEEK for the past 3 years. They have lost my loyalty.
I’ve been using this Papa John’s for more than 20 years without a problem and normally would not write a bad review over a single order, but what is my last and final experience with this store was so bad, I have to say goodbye to this store forever. They’ve permanently lost a customer. One week ago 7/18/2025, I ordered a pizza for delivery and when it showed up, the safety seal was broken. The pizza had clearly been opened. I asked the Door Dash driver what happened and what I could glean from the very broken English is that somewhere along the way to my house, she had to brake suddenly and the pizza slid off the seat of her car and onto the floor. I opened the box and saw what can be best described as a complete mess. Nothing was where it was supposed to be and I figured the pizza must’ve come completely out of the box. It was inedible. I called the store and after waiting on hold for a long time was told in also very broken English that I would get a refund. No offer to remake and redeliver, just a refund. Ok, fine. I hung up and thought that was it. Nope… Fast forward to today 7/25/2025, one week later. No refund on my credit card. So I call the store again and I cannot get a manager, the employee on the phone was extremely difficult to understand and after it became clear she was not going to refund, I hung up and drove to the store. I encountered the same employee and went through the whole story again, reiterated that I was promised a refund a week earlier and said I want it now. She called her manager on the phone and told me they would be happy to make me a new pizza. Ha! A week later?! No, thanks. I told her I was not going to leave until I got a refund. She called her manager again and finally, one week, two phone calls, one trip to the store, two calls from her to the manager and I FINALLY got a refund. It should NEVER be this difficult to get satisfaction when an order goes wrong. So, if you order from here, just hope nothing goes wrong. As for me, as the raven quoth: Nevermore.
Scam city. Paid for a delivery order over the phone only to be told we wouldn't be getting our pizza due to it being "never confirmed". I am now extremely worried that these people have our card info. Side note that some of the employees can't speak English !! not a bad thing!! but if you're on phone duty maybe pass it to someone who can when you have a hard time understanding your customers

I can see why the reviews are what they are here. This is the worst papa John’s do not I repeat do not go here. It makes more sense to drive to another location. My order was not correct. When I called to speak to the manager, he insulted my intelligence by saying he was the one who cut my papa Dia as opposed to taking accountability. He was insinuating the order was correct because he cut the final product. I told him what my order was. He said that’s not what I ordered I said that is what I ordered. Two other employees weee having trouble placing the order. One guy was new so I understand he neede help. I stated “the two employees called you over the place because apparently they didn’t know how to do it, why would you the manager come over to place a simple order?” He was evasive and didn’t answer the question. He raised his voice at me! He offered me 50% refund I said to him why would I get in my car to drive all the way over there just for a 50% refund he said “I could do it over the phone” I said “why are you offering me 50% my order was incorrect.” I told him what I ordered. He said he didn’t see that order there. I said “that’s exactly the point you’re the one that input it the other people couldn’t do it so what do you think you got called over there for?”he then raised his voice and said, “DO YOU WANT A FULL REFUND? I got people here!” After he yelled I tried to explain him it’s not even just about the money it’s about the way he is treating a customer. But before I could finish mentioning that he disconnected the call. This horrible and poor service for a manager. The reviews reflect the service. Great example for his employees. It is no secret Papa John’s was known for being racist. I try to look beyond that. But the way the manager carried himself maybe I am naive.
