Very fast service, well stocked (straws, condiments, etc), clean dining area, and clean bathrooms. (TBH, I can only vouch for the men's room.) It's probably important to note the food is pretty good, Carl's Jr is one of my favorite fast food restaurants.

What a Great Deal! Good burgers. I got the classic double cheeseburger. My wifey got tha Spicy chicken burger. Plus a good portion of thick warm fries and a large soda and a soft chewy cookie for $6 plus tax. Wow Satisfied customers.

Love the new vegetarian Beyond burger. Also, the fruit loops mini donuts are great. I came for one thing and ended up staying for another thing as well. Definitely will be back now that they offer vegetarian

My favorite here is the Big Carl, what a great fast food burger! Another great is the Big Chicken. Carl's is our favorite fast food restaurant, and so convenient with the drive thru.

Always have good food here and is 1 of my 4 go to burger places in town. Also only place you can get seasoned crisscut fries. A delicacy.

The staff is always so nice! Cat is always so sweet and always smiling. She's a very hard-working young lady and always has a positive attitude!

Haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr. in a long time but this place was awesome. The staff are super professional and the place is very clean; unusual for a fast-food joint. Also, I think the man who helped me was named Brodryk. Anyway, he was super helpful in guiding me through the menu and was a big part of why I am writing this review. Very pleasant experience.

Theres a new guy in the morning shift. Very well mannered he is like the perfect cashier. Wish there was a billion more of him we need great people like that in various stores and restaurants now and days. He even offered sauces how come cashiers cant be like that in other fast food restaurants. The other staff seemed well mannered also and respectful to each other:)

This location features friendly staff and consistent food. They do a decent wedge slice lettuce wrap for those looking to cut carbs or just cut calories. As far as fast food goes, I place Carl's Jr somewhere just above the middle.. They offer relatively healthful ingredients, and their food tends to be flavorful without being excessively fatty / greasy leaving you with the post fast food nausea other chain's can cause. The Santa fe chicken sandwich is my go to, but their fried chicken is also good, sourdough is tasty, and all their burgers generally have something going for them.

The staff was helpful and friendly at the drive thru. The Famous Star was good. I also ordered chicken tenders with small fries and a drink for under $10.

It's ok for a quick bite. The good thing about it is that there was no waiting line, the place was practically empty, just like I like it 😆

Carl's Juniors much better than most fast food chicken strips fantastic I have to admit that and it's always a clean restaurant I appreciate it

I love the taste of their hamburger but, it hurts my stomach after few hours... it is probably the meat how they make it. It should be real meat. I dont know!

I like Carl's Jr. for some stuff. I liked their Chicken and waffle sandwich but was greatly disappointed with the size and price! K.F.C. has a really good Chicken sandwich, no waffles, out the door for about $3.65. Nice big breast piece. Twice the size of Carl's!

Even before Covid, I've not seen hardly anyone eating inside this place, even though it's fairly spacious. I think the drive-theough is it's biggest draw, so it's convenient, for sure.

Waited over ten minutes before someone came to counter to take my phone order. Food took another 15 minutes. My "to go" order was fun me, but waiting over 30 minutes to eat is unsatisfactory.

It’s 9 dollars for a cheeseburger and 9 dollars for fries and a drink. It cost me 19 dollars with tax for a meal. You can go to Applebees, or a sitdown restaurant for that price. You people are crazy to charge 9 dollars for fries and a drink.

Tried a Western Cheese Burger for the first time in years, I now know why it's been years since going to Catls Jr. I am sorry, but the meat was dry, and bacon was subpar, and the fact BBQ sauce was needed to give it flavor tells you something. Maybe since I am getting older, I realize what food should taste like. Carl's doesn't market to my age anymore LOL

Drive thru service on a Monday afternoon was very slow, and then the food was cold. Disappointing.

Cashiers at the drive thru can't get orders right. They don't care if you have a special request when you order your sandwich. I always get stuff I don't want on my burgers, like tomatoes. Too bad they closed the one on upper state

I spent 15 minutes behind one car in the drive-through. When I got to the window I asked the young man why it was taking so long? He just looked away, did not respond at all. Gave me my food and I asked him again, if they were shorthanded. He just walked away. As someone who has worked in the food industry for 40 years it made me very sad and angry. Asian kids need better training and better PR service. Carl’s Jr. is a Nina some major help

I am a disabled person who is unable to have a license due to the disability. Had to stand in the drive-thru to order food because ordering pick-up costs an extra $2 per item plus a service fee. The refused to take my order over the phone or to send out someone to write down my order. When I asked for the contact information for a general or franchise manager I was repeatedly denied. I explained that this was discriminatory towards disabled people who dont drive, the manager did not care and again refused to give me anyone above hers contact info. So yeah they will deny services to a disabled person or upcharge a disabled person without blinking an eye or even giving a simply apology. So if you dont drive they can chose to not care about you without a care in the world. And the fact that a disabled person cannot order pickup without being up charged is disgusting. I've been eating at this location since it opened 20 years ago, this might be what gets me to stop.

My experience almost every time: Half asleep or laughing and distracted workers. I got the worst Superstar burger the other night. I dont enjoy going here but the drive thru feature is good for people on the go.

Shift manager at register and was VERY poor at communications and had a "snippy I don't want to be here" attitude. Even though I asked 3 X's for no onions, they still put them on my sandwich which was delivered with cold ff's. I do not recommend this location and shall not return. .

terrible service, i had to wait in the drive through for 10 mins at the window for my food just to get my order wrong twice. Thats the longest i have ever waited for food at a drive through restaurant. Dumb and Lazy workers.

I ordered through the drive-through when I got my order it was wrong so had to go back, park and go inside. When I went inside they looked at me like I was lying to them and I got a very low mumbled sorry. They did change my order to what I wanted but I felt like it was done with some resentment.

My step mom workED at Carl’s Jr. And she told me that they drop their lettuce on the ground and put it in the burgers and never washed it off so I think they need to go out of business #ihatethisworldnow

Mmmm don't like it that they leave the back door open day and night, when they have a rat trap right by the door. I wonder if they have a rat problem inside, since the door is always open. Won't be back.

Ordered a 6 dollar burger with no mayonnaise. Cashier confirmed. A mile later on the highway I bite into the burger and get a big wallop of mayonnaise. I won't be back.

This Carl’s Jr. in particular is absolutely disgusting and poorly managed. Every time I’ve gone here in the year I lived nearby they’re always really dirty and have poor customer service. They play their own music really loud in the back on top of the music they already have going on. The two conflicting songs along with the poor Wi-Fi, makes for a really unpleasant atmosphere. The past two times I’ve gone I’ve had stomach issues after leaving. Go to the Taco Bell nearby it is ran much better. I feel the reason why this Carl’s Jr. is so bad is because of the management, it’s hard to blame the workers when there is no incentive to perform well without a competitive wage.

Went at lunch today. Hamburger was dry and when I opened it up the patty was in pieces and like cardboard. The bun was stale. Wouldn’t go back. Service was bad as well. Had to call out about 4 times just to get someone to come to the counter. Should have been a clue.

Worst Carl's Junior I've ever been to. Seems like the manager who apparently has zero clue too...just throws in untrained no personality people who have no idea what they are doing. Don't even know the menu properly. The cook is horrible..always getting orders wrong and it looks nasty and taste gross. No wonder they are always empty.

HORRIBLE! Picked up 2 small burger looks like someone stepped on it then slapped it on the bun! They forgot sauce and catsup for the kids nuggets! I cannot believe how crappy and disappointing your service and food are! I’d like a refund as I couldn’t stand it enough to eat!

This place has never been good, but it was always "ok" before. Slow service even with nobody at the line. Yesterday put the nail in the coffin though. I don't think they're following good sanitation. I got the worst food poisoning of my life after eating lunch there yesterday. Never again.

Ordered an El Diablo combo through the app and picked it up through the drive thru. Drove all the way home only to realize they forgot the burger entirely! Had to drive all the way back. Very disappointed, won’t be coming back

Okay I went back to Carl's Jr to try the new chicken and waffle sandwich and its a joke!! It's the size of a slider and they charge $5.89 for the little Sammy. 2arning don't buy it since it's tiny and should be a 2 for $5 not almost $6 for a small slider. See the pics the waffle chicken sandwich was the same size as only half of the western bacon cheeseburger. Just so you get the idea of how small this is. I went across the street to KFC and got a huge chicken sandwich for $3.99. 3 times the size of Carl's Jr tiny half of a waffle sandwich. It taste good but it's only 3 buts and gone they need to rethink there price on that slider chicken and waffle sandwich
