There is always just something special about In-N-Out Burger; food is fantastic, people are so nice, and atmosphere is that good old time burger atmosphere!

Staff here is friendly and service is great. I could come here every single day and not get tired of it. Juicy burgers, fantastic fries - slathered in cheese or animal style.. can't beat it.

Amazing food, speed, and service! Is now one of the cheapest fast food places in the city. You can start in line at the drive thru at the very end of the parking lot and get up to order and then make it to the windows to pay and pick-up in less time than I've had to wait at a McDonald's for my order inside after I've already paid at the kiosk. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and they all seem so genuinely nice. (Amazing what actually paying your employees a somewhat decent wage can do for them and your restaurant.) The food is almost always great. If you have a problem with something, most likely they will give you a replacement item, no questions asked. They are the latest open restaurant besides 24 hour places, closing at 1:00 or 1:30 in the morning. Despite how crowded it usually is and the sheer amount of work the employees need to do in such short time restraints, they seem to have a knack at just making you feel welcome there. It's such a simple menu, with such quality food, and of course they are one of the few chains that has a "secret menu". Though it is quite an open secret. They even offer quality milkshakes. I strongly suggest getting and trying out a float, next time you're there. (Root beer float, coke float, 7-up float, whatever floats your float boat, try it out!) Couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. A go-to for me, and seemingly only option anytime past 11:00 PM.

Great burgers and animal style fries - make sure you check out the secret menu online before you order! The service is excellent, with loads of staff available to make your order in good time. The feel and design is retro and done perfectly. Would definetly recommend this over all the popular large-chain alternatives.

Probably goes without saying that this is America’s best burger restaurant. Food is great and made fresh to order. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent and the menu is refreshingly simple. The only downsides are the typical long lines of customers (not really a surprise) and the fact that I cannot get In-N-Out in the Chicago area.

Only wait will be for the food, the line to place your order goes by QUICK, even when it looks long. I only ever go inside and it’s still quick service, about 15 minutes for 2 combos. Only issue is with seating, during busy hours the tables are quickly taken inside but I can’t knock them on that. Parking lot is also not big enough for a business of this size, so I usually have to either circle around a few times or park at the Starbucks on Turnpike and then walk about 5 minutes.

The drive thru is super crowded. You must use the first entrance, closest to the Shell station. The other driveways are closed. When you get near the front the lines split into two. Pick either one. Be patient.

You know you're in for a delicious burger at In-N-Out, I've written about other locations but never the one in my hometown. Went there yesterday with my teenager as we were hungry. The line for the drive through is always impossibly long and I've never used it, I always go inside. Parking was easier than most trips as there was a spot right up front. I was feeling frisky so I ordered my first 3x3 and I'll be doing that again. My son is all about animal style so that's what he got for his burger and fries, I prefer raw onion on my burger and plain fries. I will say I was curious to see if the prices had increased as much as many competitors prices have in recent days. Pleasantly surprised to see that the increase was very modest and our bill was maybe 2 bucks more than from a previous visit. Still absolutely worth it.

My SIL told me I had to try the double double, animal style with raw onion while I was in CA. He was right! Loved it. Service was really friendly too. Will go back next time I'm out there.

Consistently delicious. The drive thru takes forever and the ice in your drinks will be mostly melted when you get them so I suggest ordering inside.

As most of everyone on the West Coast will tell you, In-N-Out is the best fast food chain to satisfy a burger craving. The key to their success is their consistency in 3 important things: freshly prepared food, a clean location, and outstanding customer service. The location in Goleta has all those! It was very VERY busy when I arrived but the wait for my food was no more than 10 minutes. But it's the small things they do that keep me coming back to various locations. Things from religiously cleaning the dining room to holding the door open for guests coming in or leaving to employees that genuinely enjoy their job. Is it the absolute best burger money can buy? That I can't say. BUT it's the most consistently satisfying fast food experience money can buy!

We absolutely love the lettuce wrapped burger with grilled onions. And I don't like any other onions on my burgers. I can't say enough about how amazing In N Out burgers are.

My family and I stopped here after landing in Santa Barbara. This was our stepson‘s first time eating in and out. We were all so excited and the food did not disappoint. If you haven’t eaten it in and out yet you need to do so if you have then you know what you’re getting.

Exactly what you would expect at an In-N-Out. The servers were polite, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted great! Since this store is in southern California, bonus points for being able to comfortably eat outside.

My second time at In-N-Out burger. I am still amazed at the quality of such a reasonably priced burger. The staff at this particular joint was in the process of getting through a huge rush when I was there and worked efficiently to get the meals out in an orderly fashion. Make sure to get grilled onions and animal fries even though you won't see them on the menu

What more can you ask for? Bright clean restaurant, fast service, and the classic In-N-Out menu. Convenient location right off 101 with quite a large parking lot. Can get quite busy of course, but plenty of outdoor seating.

It's In-N-Out. Exactly what you would expect. Animal style cheeseburger, fries, and neopolitan shake did not disappoint. Parking was pretty packed around 7pm on a weekday.

The best hamburgers and fries in the Us, if you like McDonald’s, Burger King or any fast food of this kind you must try this one, I highly recommend ordering the Double double burger and the animal fries (the animal fries don’t appear in the menu but you can ask for them, got the tip from another in and out lover.) Not suggesting this to people with Diabetes, celiac or anyone with high cholesterol.

Best chain restaurant in the nation. High quality fresh (not frozen) burgers and fries cut on the premises. Excellent milkshakes made with real milk. And - they are known for taking very good care of their employees.

Please give me a Thumbs-Up if you're actually reading an In-and-Out review. You know exactly what you're getting here. The service is fast, the food is consistently good, and if you're from Southern California you've already visited an in-and -out somewhere at least 100 times. The product has not deviated significantly sine my first visit 35 years ago. I will return.

Got my order in four minutes, despite them being so busy that were just four open seats. I was guest 99, and once they reset they were back up to 44 in under an hour. Idk why it took an hour to finish my fries though. Though toppings were good, the fries were a titch ovesalted and need a grande pinch of moisturizer, which was grave. I recommend CeraVe or Cetaphil. To be fair, no one can cook anything as good as a McDonalds fry. Even Auguste Gusteau struggled to beat the golden standard throughout his final years. Good day. Good-bye. I love you.

I love to eat at in n out the servers were very quick and polite. The prices for their great food is cheap in comparison. Yet there trays are top notch. Only thing I don't like is how crowded it is all the time. But they are quick so you don't have to be crowded or for that long.

Really fast had a great experience at In-N-Out Burger! The burger was fresh flavorful, and just the right amount of yum. Even during a busy rush the service was impressive. I asked a staff member to clean my table, and he took care of it immediately, which I really appreciated. Despite the crowd, my food came out quickly and everything was hot and well-prepared. Their burgers are absolutely incredible. Fries are not on par, they just never hit right. Go to order is a 3x3 (3 patties x 3 cheese) animal style, which includes their special sauce, mustard grilled patties and caramelized onions and chopped pickles. Best thing on the (secret) menu. ;)

The food was decent, and the milk shake was too warm, it was made infront of me and served to me but it was wasn't cold cold. It was like Luke warm. Very packed and loud. I did like the guy calling out the order numbers and trying to be efficient.

Has my first burger here, having heard they were good. However, I must admit that I was less than impressed. Really wanted to like this meal, but NO. The sauce on the burger was rather odd...sweet like ketchup, ugh! The burger had a nice combo of lettuce and tomato which I didvsomewhat enjoy. I ordered the cheese fries, they were really quite inedible, so they were tossed. Very soggy and squishy, what can I say. The iced tea was actually quite drinkable. So, there was a guy taking orders while I was in the very long line at the drive up. I was very impressed by him as well as their willingness to move the line quickly. So, yup, doubt I will have another burger here, but must give them kudos for effort!

Being from the east coast, this was a must on my to-do list visiting California. It lived up to the hype for me, but I also didn't have too high of expectations. The burger was delicious, but the fries could have been cooked more. We waited 30 minutes food which to me is a little obnoxious for a fast food establishment. I've eaten at many fast food places and I have no idea why this place is so revered. It's standard fast food that you want to eat while it's warm or it's quality quickly dissipates. They usually have lines of people but for thr quality I would just as much enjoy a McDonald's burger as an in and out. The one thing it did have going for it is it is affordable. I would guess more affordable than even an equivalent burger at McDonald's. If you are not a resident of an area that has these, save yourself time and skip the In-N-Out experience.....It's highly over rated and the only thing I can figure is people are afraid to be the odd person out on social media that says so.

Garbage food. Fries were crisp by completely dry to the core. It was like eating cardboard. Same goes for their burgers. Incredibly dry and overcooked burgers. It baffles me how popular this place is given the quality of food you get. However, I will say it was clean and service was reasonably quick given how busy it was.

Terrible experience at this In-N-Out location. This location is going downhill. This sticky substance on the ketchup packages was touching my food. Hope to ketchup an explanation on this.... I would check your food before leaving the drive-through. They became Jack-N-the-Box when it comes to forgetting stuff. Went here late at night (just now, around 1:30am) after working a 10-11 hour shift. Waiting in my car in line took about 20 minutes until I got to the payment window. They had trouble finding my order, and after about 5 minutes said that it had somehow already been paid for. I was surprised to hear that, but was happy to hear that I was about to get my food for free - but I didn't. The cashier at the window went to check what happened again (another 3 minutes) and when he came back said that my food had been paid for and is ready, but that I still had to pay... What?! I said "why would I have to pay for it if it's already paid for?" He said: "if it was up to me, I'd give it to you." I'm not blaming the cashier - but whomever told him that he still has to charge me money. If it was the manager - maybe you shouldn't manage. Not only did you waste extra time of my day, you offered something up and then took it away for no reason (now I'm out $20)... I've known industry peeps well throughout my years - to the point that pulling something like this is just ridiculous - hence why I'm mad and posting this now.

Horrible wait time even at midnight. Looks like they forgot my order had to ask for it after 22 mins of wait and then another 15 more mins till I received. So many people after me got their order, this is ridiculous. Definitely so much to improve.
