I love my local Chili's. To me, it is like the neighborhood go to place. It's open late and always feels laid back and relaxed. While that is good for the customer, unfortunately that laid back and relaxed feeling permeates throughout the staff. Although you are seated right away, it could be a while until someone gets to you or checks on you after your food arrives. For me, the longest wait consistently is when you are waiting for the check. This is surprising as there are payment tablets at the table but the server needs to come over to program it for you. My suggestion is simple, make the payment tablets accessible as soon as a diner sits down so they can check out anytime. If the wait for the check is going to be long as it usually is, this would make the diner and the server less stressed. I'll still go back.

Rena showed us the 3 for me, and guys, try it with the QP - for not much more than you'd pay at some fast food places I'm not going to mention, you get a HUGE burger that blows their quality out of the water, plus a drink and side salad or soup. I think this has to be the best deal going at a sit down place right now!

Tried the new chicken sandwich with guacamole, cheese, bacon, and mayo, lettuce , and tomato. I had mine with grilled chicken. Seasoning on the chicken was perfect. The chicken was the right thickness. Fries are a little underdone. Might have been sitting under a light for a bit. My server was friendly and accommodating when I changed my cheese option.

My husband and I look forward to our frequent visits to the Glenmont Chili's. We usually sit closest to the bar area and arrive around 4pm on the days when our favorite server Kensey is working. We have our favorite menu items and rarely have issues with the food or the service. If there is something that needs adjusting it is always addressed readily. The menu offers a great variety of food offerings in a variety of price ranges. We find We never go wrong with the $10.99 menu. If there is a problem give the server and or manager the opportunity to get the problem resolved. We've been Chili's Glenmont frequent diners for some time and we suggest you give them a try if you haven't already done so!!!

Met a friend for a drink and dinner. We sat at the bar. The bartender was FABULOUS!! My strawberry margarita was wonderful (aka: the perfect amount of tequila). Food came out hot and delicious. I ordered the fajitas and there was way too much for a single meal so I took the leftovers for lunch the next day. Will definitely go again!

My wife, her 94 year old Father and I went to dinner at this location. We had an outstanding time! Not only was the food excellent, Rena(our Server) made this experience exceptional! She explained the drink menu and specials as well as the large number of entrees offered. Everything was exactly as described and we had a most pleasant experience. Finally, as we were leaving, Rena ran out to the parking lot because I had left a beloved Bruins baseball cap behind! She deserves 6 stars!!!!! Took my nana here for her bday recently,we had a good time,she wanted onion rings but they don't serve them and the fries had to much pepper on them for my Lil one but besides that the staff was very attentive and nice.

The food is good and decently priced. Our service was lacking a little bit. I ordered a burger, and the waitress forgot to ask me how I wanted it cooked. By the time I remembered, the food was on its way out. I would have grabbed her prior to them making it, but she was nowhere to be found. It wasn't bad but not the way I usually like it. Atmosphere is great. I like that there's plenty of tvs to watch sports on while you dine.

For a chain restaurant the food is pretty good, not exceptional, for the most part a good value especially the 3 for 10 deal. Can get pretty pricey when it comes to other meals and not sure they're worth the money. The service excellent and the atmosphere is more of a small local bar.

Excellent steak. I tried both the NY strip and the rib eye. Both are only around $24 and both were perfectly cooked to preference. Probably the best value and quality you could possibly get at a chain restaurant. Was very surprised how good it was. The service was awesome; prompt, friendly, and just the right amount. Everything was nice and clean, too. Unexpectedly great experience overall. Only minor downside was it was a bit drafty.

This place is very “hit or miss”. The staff is always friendly but the service is inconsistent. There seems to be no systemic training among staff. I’ve had bar drinks come out before fountain drinks and entrees given before appetizers, often missing a side item. They’re always great about fixing an issue. Once the food & drinks arrive to the table it’s usually pretty tasty. On taste alone- 6-8/10. Service 5/10.

It's definitely a Chili's! Same floor layout, same menu. Haven't eaten here during a typical dinner time, only occasional lunches and late day visits. Service experience at this location is best described as hit or miss. Food has never been cold - never been unwell from it. TV screens are versatile and well placed in the bar area. The volume has always been acceptable. Taps are typical generic domestics, and the others occasionally rotate (unsure the schedule). Formal dining area is open and clean, the windows could use a rinse.

It's not my favorite place for food but it will do in a pinch when the kids are starving and you need a quick service. I had the pick 3 fajitas shrimp steak and carnitas the steak was very tough and chewy like Walmart meat.

I recently dined at Chili's, and it was quite an experience! Despite a small hiccup with the bone-in wings that needed to be sent back, the Sangria Rita was an absolute delight – perfectly crafted. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; Ashley, our waitress, was incredibly attentive throughout the meal, ensuring our needs were met promptly. The manager promptly addressed the wing issue, displaying a willingness to make things right. Despite the minor flaw, the overall dining experience was pleasant, thanks to Ashley's superb service and the manager's proactive approach.

Food: The food at Chili's in general has gone down hill over the last several years. It's like everything is frozen and thrown into a convention oven. The sliders were over cooked, the chicken was chewy. In addition it was amazingly expensive!!! Service: Our server was nice, attentive and efficient. Atmosphere: the floor is filthy, the coating is coming apart. The table was sticky. They can certainly do better.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant star Services good the app is good the triple Dipper they ordered the Smokehouse three combo smoked sausage brisket and ribs smoked sausage cold the brisket cold the sauce on the brisket was cold the brisket was also very dry the rib with the dry rub was very salty apparently was supposed to be toast the bread was toasted the corn was very cold with butter showing the cheesecake was good and the coffee

After waiting about ten minutes at the bar before anyone even showed up to ask me about my order, I already knew that this was going to be a disappointing experience. Tried this location once before for lunch when it was dead quiet and the food was decent enough. But this time what we received is an absolute joke. They had a reasonable amount of people there when I picked up but they were nowhere near busy in a way that could at least explain the wait and the microwaved looking "smoked" food I ordered. I literally laughed out loud when I saw the brisket that looked like a single steak-um microwaved for 10 minutes and slapped on a piece of toast. Then I picked it up and realized that the already insanely thin slice was actually half fat folded over to look thicker. Hilarious. I thought maybe the ribs would be better so I moved on. Chili's is known for their ribs right? If you've ever found a decomposing bird in your backyard you might have an idea of the appearance of this meat substance they tried to pass off as food. Better yet, I attached a photo so you can appreciate the coagulated jerky of a rib that's supposed to be this restaurant's flagship dish. They get an extra star for the salad my wife enjoyed and for the meal I had once before that offered me a glimpse into the potential quality this place can offer. Maybe try this place if you're dining in so you don't have to waste a trip going back to ask what the hell the cook was thinking. I'm going to simply write it off as a lesson learned and not go back.

Lived in the area for many years, have had both pleasurable and miserable experiences at this restaurant. The other day I had an excellent burger, today I ordered a simple buffalo chicken ranch sandwich and was very disappointed. My one instruction was no tomato which they did, but it was missing everything else as well. Can't help but feel like the presentation and quality suffers when you order take out. Lettuce is basically brown and very anemic. Ranch is virtually non existent. Service and quality is very inconsistent at this location.

Where should I begin, first it took 15 minutes for our drinks to come out in dirty cups than we got our meal 30 min later. I asked for my burger with no pink and I could obviously see that it was almost entirely pink. I ate 1/2 of it and could tell that it was a RAW patty dipped in grease. As you can see by the photos it was not cooked. Even my French fries where raw. The manager came to my table because she saw me looking at my burger and taking photos of it and said she would give me a discount, when I looked at the tab it was still full price. DO NOT go to this chilis, I would recommend the glenmont Applebees or the colonie chilis. This is the second time I’ve posted this review because chili’s keeps taking it down so keep that in mind.

We've been going to this chillies every Friday never had a problem today it was my granddaughters birthday 🎂 she turned 10 my granddaughter asked the waiter to sing her the happy birthday song and he told her that they were to busy and they didn't have time to do that when he walked away he went over to the bar area and sang happy birthday with the other employee's to another table my granddaughter was disappointed and wanted to know why he wasn't to busy to sing to that table 💔 so I don't think I ll be spending anymore money with chillies.!!!

Ordered two kids chicken tender takeout meals, upon removing containers from the takeout bag both my kids remarked “someone ate my fries”. Went over to their containers and it honestly did look like someone ate their fries. If anything food wise your going to cut back on to shave costs, you’d think fries would be towards the bottom of the list. I would either skipping this location or ordering extra fries unless you want very disappointed kids.

Food was terrible! It took over 30 MINUTES to get seated when we were told it was only gonna take 15 minutes, HALF the time! I had to flag a random person down for a refill and they practically threw the re-filled drink on the table and ran away without saying a word. People around us were complaining and walking out and this is all while there isn’t a SINGLE employee in the entire dining area of Chilli’s. Ridiculous ! Cant believe anyone would want to come here. Not to mention they can’t even clean their silverware #healthhazard. Wasn’t given any napkins and straws. Messy restaurant, stuff all over the floor, tables no where near cleaned that have been sitting there for GOD knows how long! Happy to say won’t ever be returning !

The evening of 12/27/25. The server was good. However, Everyone's food was burnt at my table. It was so bad! The food use to be good here.

Food was cold burger want cooked all red gross, ff cold queso dip looked like it was either sitting out or someone else's and they pass it on to me. I would upload photos of my gross food but it will not let me

I placed an online order December 23 and my order wasn't available or an "accident" happened, and I'm still waiting on my refund... I still have the voicemail from Eileen proving this by the way.

Tonight I placed a to-go order and went to pick it up during my given time slot (4:03-4:08). I was completely ignored by all staff at both the to-go window and the front of the restaurant by the hostess stand. A family came in and got seated in front of me. There were at least eight or nine employees behind the bar standing all together (there were only about 4-5 tables with people, so not a very busy time of day).. I finally asked a bartender if they were doing to-go orders today, and then she got me my food (4:12). I received the text message saying my food was ready at 4:18 when I was driving. I wanted to at least try the food first to make sure I give a fair review. The food was fine, but the quesadilla per the menu is "Served with pico, sour cream, ranch." Which I did not receive. Really disappointing as I was looking forward to having Chili's since I don't have one where I live.

Sat down and waited over 20 minutes — not a single person came by to greet us, offer water, or even acknowledge we were there. No courtesy check-in or “we’ll be right with you.” Absolutely terrible service. I’d give it zero stars if I could. When we finally walked out, the host didn’t seem to care at all and just went right back to staring at his phone — the same thing he was doing when we first walked in.
