First time coming to this store I was impressed. This one employee Lexi really is the best. I watch her run the whole shop by herself. Take a shipment in, take my order, and answer the phone all at the same time. Getting my sandwiches done to perfection mind you I have a every picky wife and three fickle children. Made me come back again... So day I treated my family to subway for lunch and was so glad to see this young lady Lexi working. Putting her to the test of making 6 subs for me and my family. As before multi tasking baking bread, keeping the counter full, and knocking out my order in record breaking time. This young lady have it down packed. I give you Lexi 5 Stars for Excellent..
The young girl that was working was so very kind and sweet. She made me a delicious sub too! This place seemed very clean. I will definitely return.

My first time being let down by Subway. Been looking forward to trying the hot honey chicken sandwich and footlong nachos for a full week, and after two prior weeks of disappointing Friday meals I felt Subway was a safe bet. Turns out, even the most consistent chains can have a weakest link. As stated previously, I ordered the footlong steak nachos and a hot honey chicken sandwich. Coming to a a little over $21 before tip. Sadly I was informed at the beginning of my order that they were out of the hot honey, which, was pretty disappointing. The one key ingredient to making a hot honey chicken sandwich, and they are missing it. I tried to make due with honey mustard, since it too is a sweet and spicy sauce, but it just does not hit the same. Real shame. The nachos were complete, but they were so much smaller than I thought. They make the thing look huge in the pictures, but in actuality it's a single personal bag of chips worth of nachos. Felt a bit disingenuous if you ask me. Real sad with how all this turned out, but, because of the girl working there being real nice and perky, I only will take away one star. In reality, this was a 3.5 out of 5 experience for sure.

Food was good ,1 problem, they asked if I wanted xtra meat for $1.50, I said sure(we all know that they put the bare minimum amount of meat on there anyway). What got me is that she (the owner)only put like a 1/4of that little ladle scooper worth of meat. I didn't say anything, my bad. I just won't go there again. The subs they show on tv,they be bulging with meat,this ,sadly was not!!!

Nice location and the employees are very kind. Always willing to go an extra step if you ask them nicely! I will say though, I went on a Friday night and there seemed to only be one worker there during a dinner rush. I felt bad for her, but she was a great worker all the same. Expect to wait if you go in at peak times, but please don't be mad at the employee. As someone who used to work food service, being on the line alone is rough. Order online if you can.
Hire more people! There is zero balance between online orders and walk ins.No matter what, you are waiting longer than should be. 1 person working, they get backed up, and the employee gets overwhelmed. Not fair to both parties

Asked for a "bunch of shredded cheese". Was given regular amount and told me it was extra. I indicated that I didn't say "extra" so server picked off over half and left a minute amount. (Pic shown). Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

$9- 6” sub: I ordered: italian bread-double roastbeef-lettuce-xtra tomatoes-dry (by choice). My daughter picked it up due to my surgery healing. Gets home: 2 pieces of roast beef.. size of half of my hand, yes lettuce, 4 small tomatoes. The meat had a iridescent sheen on it also. Not edible. Couldn’t go back being my daughter dropped it off and left. I would be embarrassed to give this to a paying customer and certainly not even worthy giving it away. Haven’t been to Subway in over 20 yrs and this proved why! Never again and be mindful going if you do. I have pics but can’t upload.
I went in to get a sandwich. I ordered double protein and double cheese. I asked for swiss cheese and they say that they continue the Swiss cheese. I ordered two raspberry cookies. The cookies were so hard that it was hard to bite them and once I did get them tasted moldy, as it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had I asked for pepper jack and it tasted awful. I can only eat half of it and I’m praying I don’t get sick from this experience. My suggestion do not eat here
Went into Subway with my grandkids. The kid was in the far side of the building talking on his phone. Tell me 2 minutes. We waited five. Then we left. Need I say anymore
I recently ordered a "favorite" sub of mine through the app from here. Not only was it wrong, but I found rotting lettuce inside after I had starting eating, and had digestive issues as a direct result. I can forgive a mistake, but not the rotting food. Won't be going here again, take the trip down to Freeman's Bridge Subway for a better experience and they've never made a mistake with my order
Ordered 2 subs. A steak egg and cheeses and an oven roasted chicken breast toasted. We saw her put them in the oven, but when we got them home they were stone cold. Tried calling and got no answer. Very dissatisfied. Will never go there again
Absolutely piss poor service. Was never greated. Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. They burnt the bread to where I could barely eat half of it. Skimpy on all ingredients on it including the veggies and little to no dressing on it. Very disappointed. Never had such horrible experience with subway in my life. Will not be returning return.
Unfortunately owned by the same family who owns the one in Burnt Hills and the one that closed down for a bit in the Hannaford Plaza. That family and the wife when they work give you the minimal portions. Any other employees working there great experience and feels like a nice sub. I just walked out from the disappointment today watching her make a wrap and 3/4 of it is just wrap with this pitiful pale of food. Be careful going here, better off going to Market 32 for a fresh made deli sub price and meat given match the price.
My wife and i went to eat after she got out of work and the young guy that helped us was extremely rude and almost looked agitated when we walked in. When we sat down to eat he said in a very rude tone that he wanted us out in 15 minutes so he could close the store. I dont feel that is right or professional. If you dont like your job or dealing with people then dont do it
Was vert disappointed with the service near our home. We had both asked for a soft drink and when we both had flat drinks and we requested a new one and they said well it broke this morning so No you cannot have new ones??!! So your selling flat soda and thsts right?! Nope wrong and we WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT ONE.
Dirty, spiders, webs and ants in corners of areas Their "solution" to ants is to spray all the corners with vinegar, which the store will reek of for a while They were light on the toppings Not a great atmosphere Men's toilet wobbles and seat not properly secured Owner not friendly, doesn't really interact with customers, I've seen him attempt to toast a sandwich right before the customer stated they didn't want it toasted (It was a custom sandwich, not even a melt) Haven't seen him ever wash his hands I'm friends with a female ex-employee, and she said they were taught to clean the oven handles in an inappropriate motion Also been told on at least one occasion the owner was told it unexplainably smelled of bleach and he did nothing about it Same friend was also sick once with Covid and the manager tried to get them to come in with the idea of LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN FOR CIRCULATION DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY COUPONS Only at stores that this person owns Other known stores include the one in the Glenville Walmart Supercenter, and the one on Freemans Bridge Road Almost any other Subway in the Schenectady area alone accept coupons, with the occasional exclusion of one or two coupons Go to any other Subway
