Night Shift

I was in town for part of the day from Phoenix and trying to figure out what to eat we drove by this place coming into town and I looked it up on Google maps. People that work in here are very nice friendly helpful. I ordered the lasagna and in talking with the server she mentioned the Alfredo sauce was really good. So I asked if I could get a cup of it on the side and poured it on my lasagna it was really good. They make their lasagna from scratch and you can tell. That bread is fresh I almost ordered extra but I was pretty full. The Italian salad was good. And topped it off with a pistachio ice cream with a sugar cone. As we were sitting there eating people were coming in for pizza and getting it to go and several people came in and it was around 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. We're definitely will stop in here again next time I come in town. Thank you guys.

I have one word (impressed) We were greeted at the door. We were asked to sit anywhere. The place was a little outdated, but clean. Our waitress was kind and attentive to our needs, and most importantly the pizza we ordered was delicious. We ordered the De Marcos specialty pizza crispy crust and it was perfect. We learned that they have two other locations in Superior and in Tucson. We will definitely be back I'm sure next time we are passing through. This restaurant is open on Sundays which says a lot for a small town where most places are closed or have limited hours of operation. The last thing I would like to share is that the "Medium Size Pizza" we ordered was enough for two. We actually had 3 slices left over.

Quick stop from road trip, not disappointed.. got in & out pretty quickly. Rolls were really good & leftovers were even good after reheating & that balsamic dressing was amazing 😋

We haven't eaten at Demarcos here in Globe, Arizona for al.ost 1 1/2!!! We wanted comfort food, Food for a rainy weekend night with my husband and 2 boys, myself. My husband was unsure an as you can see in the two photo we took, we will be eating here much more often on our family "cheat day dinners". Price for it all was under $45. For our entire growing family of 4. That is about $5+$8 cheaper than the regular order at the local drive Thur window 🫣 THANK YOU again Demarcos for serving the Globe, Az. And giving us some amazing food options 😋

Great place, excellent food! We traveled up from Mesa, and the food at De Marcos restaurant was excellent. We had their 12 inch meat lovers Pizza and it definitely had tons of pepperoni and sausage. We also ordered their chicken Primavera, and it was light and fresh and the vegetables were bathed in garlic and olive oil. We also had their battered Cod meal and it was excellent. The staff here were friendly and welcoming. For dessert we had their old school Thrifty brand ice cream and it was a blast from the past!

Good food, great staff, everything clean and well kept. Veal Parmigiano was great and Garlic Twist bread was good too.

This place is on road side in Globe , we stopped by for lunch and thankfully we received very good all home made food.. the bread was itchy on throat but lobster ravioli , salad was too good.. we got chicken noodle soup too it could have been better . Over all good stop if you are traveling to Pinetop from Phoenix

This was about my 12th order and same mistakes, its a shame, because the owner is a very nice man, however, his pizza makers are awful. Pizza dough should be moist and smooth on the bottom. Demarcos pizza makers always over knead the dough, causing it to be dry, over kneading takes moisture out of the dough. It also creates a crater bottom (see pic) the bumpy craters on the bottom is extremely dry crunchy spots in the dough, like week old bread, thats caused from over kneading. The only other thing that could cause dry crater dough is not using fresh clean flour on every pizza while kneading it on the table. I always ask for EXTRA HEAVY sauce, the pizza makers are too afraid to put extra sauce on,, or the person taking the order never told them (see pic) almost no sauce, as if they were making a cheese quesadilla. It really is a shame because the quality sauce and cheese that they use is very good, and the dough is probably good when cold in the ball before the pizza maker over kneads. Thursday January 13 2022 was probably the last time I'll ever go there, unless I have stupid written on my back again. Looking at pics it seems they need to sweep their ovens more often too.

Service was great. Food taste good. The reason for 3 stars is i orderd a large meat ball sandwich. And in it was 1 meat ball cut in half. This is like a $10 sandwhich.

The good part first: the food didn't taste bad. The bad part: it made me sick. We told the waitress clearly that one of us was allergic to ricotta, so she recommended the fried ravioli for appetizers, assuring us that these were filled with mozzarella. When they came, of course they were full of ricotta. So we called her over and she said that wasn't possible. So we asked her to check with the chef... had she asked him first, she would not have made one of us sick... because the chef did tell her that they contained ricotta... When she asked if we wanted something else, we assumed the replacement would be comped after she intentionally gave us bad food Nope, we charged full price for the replacement appetizer - giving you food that you cannot eat is their way of selling more food. And your check doesn't come in paper, but on a machine, so you'll tip the waitress BEFORE you get your paper receipt and find out that you got charged extra. We will NOT be back - which is also my recommendation to anyone else who dislikes puking after restaurant visits.
