The is absolutely nothing bad to daddy about this place. The food is greasy the employees are the best in the business. They are always smiling always pleasant and always nice. This place should be the model for all fast food restaurants. The owners pic is at the entrance. Great job don't change anything you obviously know what your doing. Smart woman. I eat here about 3 times a week.

Pasadena Chick-fil-A is great. The restaurant is clean and everyone is so friendly and the food is always delicious and hot. The staff is diverse all ages and ethnicities but they all work together and do an excellent job taking care of the customers so quickly. Love this location. Management works alongside with everyone and it’s so harmonious.

The best Chick fil A experience I’ve ever had! Amie (the manager) took out order and went above and beyond in friendliness and customer appreciation. The location is clean, roomy, and staff is attentive, smiling, and you can tell they care a great deal about their customers. The food came out perfect and it was all around a great experience. They’re doing a GREAT job at this location! I’m very impressed.

The food is as delicious as you'd expect at any Chick-fil-A. The drive thru line went quickly. Inside looked nice and well maintained & clean. There is a code lock on the bathroom doors.

Always love the food, and customer service is amazing! I hadn't been in about a year and they have changed their drive thru which makes things so much faster when the lines are super long. The inside sit down is always clean and I love that employees will walk around offering refills on drinks. When it's really busy then I've noticed they sometimes can't seem to spare the extra hands. The service is always above and beyond any other fast food place I never mind when they don't have the time to walk around.

Went to the Pasadena location on Coloradoto get my my niece's favourite. All she wanted on her birthday was Chick-fil-A... It was raining and the employees were serving and taking orders outside in their cute rain ponchos. I was surprised they still had a smile on their faces and were very fast and polite🏆

Ranking against other fast food places in the area- it stands out as one of the best. However comparing against the Chick-fil-A on Lake, it falls a bit short. Hard to navigate in and out of due to Colorado Blvd and the staff aren't unfriendly but always seem pretty overwhelmed

Service was amazing! When I lost my wallet the team did an outstanding job helping me find it. They even searched through the trash to find it! I couldn't thank them enough for putting in so much effort and being so nice. This location truly has some amazing team members. I will only focus on the drive thru experience. Even with long lines, the staff makes the entire process smooth and quick, I would recommend looking up the menu while moving thru the line, once a worker approaches your window they greet you and ask how your day is going. Always with a smile while taking your order, you can modify your order with no judgement or annoyance. Once you receive your food they will read out what you are getting. Overall the best fast food establishment.

Ron needs a raise! That was some great customer service he had the other day. I just can’t get him out of my head since he took my order on Friday when I visited the restaurant with my family. He sang “I Want It That Way” to me and it was like hearing the voice of angels. Seriously talented. I would pay good money to experience his comedy and musical talent. Come here just for Ron! Great food is a plus.

Great fast food, good prices and easily accessible. There's bus lines nearby, you can get an Uber or walk here or drive. It's usually busy so be prepared to wait. It's really nice if you order inside they can bring your food to your table. Wheelchair accessible and kid friendly.

I did a review on the other location and the owner responded and told me to come in .Today I went in to see if I could catch the owner on because of a review at her other location. She wasn’t available but her Manager Katelyn was and she asked the reason and although it was not the location my concern was with she was very accommodating. She went above and beyond and ensure that I was a happy customer. Something I don’t feel she had to do seeing as this wasn’t the location. I love Chikfila and the Colorado location is why. Consistently friendly, upbeat, efficient staff! Good food, several ways to order food ( - mobile orders, drive through, or at the counter), great rewards app/program! Young kids (under 5) love their indoor play structure. Restaurant also has high chairs and plastic placemats for little ones.

Locals of this franchise are lucky; I wish I was one of them :'( My visit was on Feb 20 at night. This location is extremely busy. I was lucky to get a seat. My table was pre-sauced for me. I tried not to touch the surface lol. To be fair, the only table available was the large table adjacent to the children area. These little bites are amazing! There needs to be a bigger box 😂

Busy during rush hours as the lunch time for nearby students and school staff. Plenty of seats for sitting down, grabbing food and doing some work. The drive through space might not be enough and foresee a long waiting lane.

Very busy and understandably so. Purchased (2) Chicken sandwiches and a (30) Piece Chicken tender order for $27.11, (30) Piece was $15 + some change. No receipt was furnished. My boys never had Chick-Fil-A before so we decided to try. Nuggets were better tasting than the dry sandwich with (1) little pickle. The Drive Thru system was very efficient to get your order in and out ASAP, which impressed me. In the future, my family would seek alternative meals for a little better "bang for our buck."

I just had to share my recent experience at this Chick-fil-A. On April 6, 2024, I accidentally left my bag, containing my wallet, at this particular location. When I realized, I called them immediately and thankfully, they had it. Since I couldn't retrieve it during the week and I live far away, they kindly agreed to hold onto it for me. On Monday, they not only confirmed they still had my bag but also offered to ship it to me! A generous employee even took the time to go to the post office. The restaurant was most likely going to cover the costs for my shipping by I insisted on covering the shipping costs since I needed my bag ASAP (I got overnight shipping). The employee took a picture of the receipt with the tracking information so I could keep track of the package. Today, April 9, I received my bag, wallet, and everything else intact! I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional service and kindness shown by the Chick-fil-A team. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Huge thanks to them for their outstanding assistance inside and outside the restaurant!

He had the biggest smile, was friendly, patient, and did mention Patient? Not just taking our order, but also came to the rescue when my daughter, spilled my husbands just refilled drink, from another male worker (sorry I don’t remember his name, he was very nice as well!). I felt horrible but Pedro was so pleasant and just left us feeling so blessed with his presence tonight after having such a messy accident. He stopped power washing the floors to come clean up the spilled drink on the floor. I just want management to know that Pedro and his team tonight were on point! You already know Chick-fil-A is good, but the one on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena really hits different. Even when the place is absolutely slammed—which is basically always since it's right in the heart of everything—the staff there is so incredibly fast and genuinely nice. They’ve got that drive-thru and mobile pickup down to a science, so you’re never actually waiting as long as the line looks. The food is always super fresh and hot, the fries are never soggy, and honestly, the vibes are just great for a quick lunch while you're out and about. It’s definitely my go-to spot in the area when I’m craving a solid chicken sandwich and actually want to be treated like a human being. 10/10, they never miss!

The staff at this location is top notch. And you never know when you’ll meet a TOR volunteer in Pasadena, but we were delighted to have a few minutes of Arnie’s time. He’s the hospitality director and the staff there emulate kindness and compassion. We interacted with several staff members and they were each quick to help and pleasant. I loved that this location has 2x the amount of seats as a normal store it seems, and they have good outdoor seating options as well. Parking is tight, but doable! Would definitely return.

I’ve been coming here for more than a decade, and the service is always excellent. They have gone above and beyond a few times before but today I missed breakfast by a minute and the sensor on the mobile app didn’t register that I was close to the restaurant so they just gave me a free lunch item . I wish all establishments would have this great of a service. I actually think that every young person should go work at Chick-fil-A to understand what great service means. Was greeted upon entering by an extremely welcoming staff member. Food was presented and tasted exactly as you would expect at any other location. Say what you will, but Chick-fil-A knows how to run their business and train their people. They and In-N-Out leave every other fast food brand in the dust when it comes to customer service and consistency of food quality. This Pasadena location is no different. The space is always clean and buzzing, even when less busy. I always order ahead of time on the app, so it’s seamless to arrive having already paid, going to my table and letting them know the number so they can bring it straight to me. I do wish they could use less paper and material for when I’m specifically ordering to eat in. It feels a little odd when they arrive with a very to-go looking bag. Other than that, Chick-fil-A continues to be elite at what they do.

This is probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants for the quality food and excellent customer service. Chick-fil-A deluxe in a lettuce/protein wrap with large waffle fries and lots of Chick-Fil-A sauce. The sandwich was delicious as always and the waffle fries are phenomenal especially with their signature sauce! Their strawberry shake was also great and finished off the meal perfectly. I’d definitely come back here again and the workers always doing their best to make your dining experience best. Stasia and Dylan for making my take out order awesome!

As such, my girlfriend and I went to this location for dinner last night and had a 10/10 meal. Food was amazing (we'd missed it!) and it even came out sooner than expected with all currently going on with the nearby wildfires, etc. I want to say, too, that bar this one unfortunate experience, I/we come here all the time and can say with 100% confidence that the food and service here is typically fantastic. And if last night is any indicator, they're back on their A+ game. Thank you, Chick-Fil-A Pasadena for making things right. We'll be back. Original Review: I am genuinely sorry to have to write this, but this location stole $11.70 from me on August 26, 2020. I have contacted Chick-Fil-A's customer service line three times and each time my information was forwarded onto the Operator of the E. Colorado Blvd. location in Pasadena and I was promised a response within a few days for my refund request. I have never been more upset with a restaurant in my life – and at this point I have no desire to ever return to Chick-Fil-A despite having been a weekly patron for years. I love Chick-Fil-A, so this review pains me to write. Nonetheless, it does not appear the company or this location is interested in taking this seriously. On August 26, 2020 I came to the Pasadena location for breakfast as I was picking up my girlfriend from the airport and she specifically requested Chick-Fil-A breakfast – and I was happy to oblige. I ordered via the app for curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes for my food. All this time the drive-thru was moving. I exited the car and found an employee who checked on the situation, came back to my car and apologized, and re-took my order saying that "their network had just crashed and my order was likely lost." Understandable – things happen. I get it! Meanwhile, I had already been charged. I waited another 25 minutes for my food and it never came. Finally, I had to leave (I was already late to pick up my girlfriend from the airport) – and without food in my arms. I requested a refund from the restaurant, I never heard anything. I requested the reward I used be added back to my account, I never heard anything. YOU STOLE FROM ME, CHICK-FIL-A. Shame on you! You lost a devoted customer. Never again!

This location, adjacent to PCC, gets really busy. There are two entrances for vehicles, one to the drive thru lines and another for the parking lot. The location is well staffed but with the constant flow of orders is always packed with customers.

Been going to this Chick-fil-A and it is always clean. The staff is helpful and kind. The only thing that is annoying is the parking as I feel it is more on the limited side. The kids play area is still closed not sure why. We went to the Chick-fil-A in Victorville and they had the play area open. The honey roasted bbq and the zesty buffalo are awesome sauce for any meal.

I keep getting incorrect orders. I order correctly but the associates are selecting something else. I order the original chicken sandwiches and I consistently get spicy chicken sandwiches. Attempts to correct the problem at the restaurant is not working. If not for this problem, the rating would be 5 stars.

Little disappointed on this visit. Some of our order was cold & some items were missed. We had to drive back to retrieve our missed bag.

The food here is good but overpriced. The Spicy Chicken sandwich $5.39 didn't stand out to comparable offerings and was on the small side. Also the parking lot isn't big enough to accommodate the volume of customers they serve. On the positive side the staff is friendly and the line moves quickly. Best to come during the off hours for best experience.

I was interested in stopping by and seeing what this location at the intersection of Colorado and Bonnie Avenue had to offer. It is a nice area to walk. The patio side is a great place to eat, study, and read. The food was okay. I'm not sure what I was expecting. The waffle fries had no flavor. The nuggets were crisp and tasty but expensive. I also tried a kale salad with the Chick-fil-A dressing and it was all right. I did have a large cup of coffee which was very good. Service was good but almost mechanical. I know it's fast food but I do like people to be themselves and show personality. Chick-fil-A has its identity and they are known to be very consistent across many locations. When I go back to this location I will order the original chicken sandwich with the waffle fries. Because this establishment is across from the college, this location is very popular. The drive-thru is always busy! They have a large parking lot in the back off the Bonnie Avenue entrance. It can be expensive. Pay attention when you order! Rose Parade friendly!

I've been here a fair share of times. Today the sandwich looked really bad and the chicken was neither crispy nor tender. It tasted alright. Service is great per usual. Hope they do a better job next time. Maybe it's my dyed hair, and pink bag I had? Idk the chick fil a on Hollywood tastes way better, juicier thicker meats and better presentation.

They screwed up my order. It was a big order, approx $61. I should have checked for completeness. They omitted two 4-tender meals. Discovered this when I got home. The food was extremely salty this time. This was walk-in, take-out. The order-taker was very nice. He's the one that took the bags to us. He should have checked for completeness. Fries were good. At this location, parking makes you walk through the car line to get inside. Be aware of your surroundings. This particular location is super busy.

**Disappointing Experience at Chick-fil-A Pasadena, Colorado Location** I visited this location today at noon, and unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. The employee who took my order seemed unfamiliar with the details I provided and refused to honor a drink option available on the app, insisting twice that it cost extra, even though it clearly did not. After several minutes of trying to confirm my order, she rolled her eyes as we drove off. At the pickup window, I asked for light ice, but my drink was filled with ice. When I requested a change, the staff gave me a look as if I was the one at fault. After finally receiving my drink and driving away, I realized that the kids' meal was missing essential items—a toy, utensils, and even a straw. On top of that, after they replaced my drink, they changed its flavor. This marks the second negative experience I've had with this location. If you want an accurate and hassle-free order, I suggest avoiding this Chick-fil-A branch.

I live 20min from this location, I went thru drive thru on 2/14/26 at 5;36 pm they missed a whole chicken meal and also fruit cups , I was charged and no meal now I had to drive back to resolve issue another 20min going and coming back I clearly confirmed with the drive thru person my order and they still missed an order my order included 3 crispy chicken sandwich meals , 1 grilled chicken sandwich meal a kids meal and two bags of ice , very upsetting considering it’s dinner time and I have to travel back , attention needs to be put when giving orders mind you the drive thru was not busy at the time of order so I don’t understand how a whole meal could have been missed

I purchase a Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a muffin at around 730AM. There’s literally 3 cars in line.. I get purchase, drive to work and find out they gave me someone’s $3 chicken biscuit & hash browns.. yes, I prob should of checked, but come on.. there’s three cars in line. Robbed me of my money and craving.
