Absolutely the best buttermilk fried chicken in the Santa Barbara area! I ordered the wings and they were Jurassic size. Best homemade comfort food ever.

If you want fried chicken....this is the place. Tucked in a lil business parking lot off the main blvd. There signature and popular plate is their JFC sandwich. , their arugula salad , and mac n cheese. Is also tasty .

Only reason I docked a point for atmosphere is because of parking can be difficult but other than that everything was outstanding. Will have to go back to try the mac and cheese.

Nice fried chicken spot in a weird location in Old Town. Great food and friendly service, would come back again for sure!

Food came out fast and piping hot! The biscuit from from the Georgia Peach was a bit dry, but the mini biscuts were crispy on the outside and super soft and fluffy on the inside. Spicy Nashville fries weren't super spicy, but it was just the right amount. Fried chicken was piping hot, crispy, and juicy on the inside. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We love coming here for quick and fresh food. My husband loves their chicken trios and sandwiches. I'm vegetarian and their Cauliflower patty is a really good substitute. Their new ceaser wrap is delicious subbed with cauliflower. We also love buying their containers of dill pickles.

Delicious, perfectly cooked fried chicken…well seasoned, crisp and crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Shared the Five & Three with hot fries, slaw and tomato salad. The chicken was great by itself and even better with the hot honey and Carolina gold BBQ sauce. Looking forward to returning and trying some other items from their menu.

So delicious and the team is always super nice. Chicken caesar wrap is amazing. All of the sauces and spice dusts are delicious. The peppers and pickles are a great touch and really complete the meal. Highly recommend this spot.

Awesome spot for a quick meal. Ice cream sandwich was huge and delicious- chewy with perfectly paired components and big enough for 3 people. Fries were spot on- hot and crispy. Chicken was crispy, juicy, and flavorful and kid meals were a generous portion size. For a new restaurant, everything seemed to be running smoothly- no issues with ordering and we got our food quickly. Highly recommend

The original jfc chicken sandwich is by far the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I got it in the “hot” version, just the right amount of kick, not overpowering. So so good! Without a doubt will be back soon.

I had to stop eating and write this review. I don’t know how this place ended up here, but I’m glad it did! Chicken, perfectly fried, Mac and cheese, delicious. Cole slaw…this is the one I’m so picky about because I enjoy Southern food a lot for a little white girl from Chicago lol but most places miss the mark…and this was some of the best I ever had! The lady who took my order was also sweet as pie! Will definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

The fries were cold when we got the food to go and were rock hard, but it seems like they have already replaced the terrible fries I tried, so good on them! The next issue is the “texas toast” which is just a piece of white bread not toasted at all and no butter, would like to see a nice crisp piece of bread with some butter or seasoning on it. I know they just opened and fine tuning will happen so I will give them another shot in a few months.

I got a JFC chicken sandwich. Its definitely a good sandwich however at $17.50 and the expectations I have for a southern chicken sandwich... I would say that the flavor falls a tier short. Good sandwich but not $17.50 good. Maybe $12 good
