Best gorditas and tacos I have ever tasted!! Small town, big on flavor!! Can't wait to drive through here again and try something else off the menu. Only downfall, had to repeat my order 3x and still got it wrong. lol But very satisfying. FYI: gorditas are made FRESH to order, it takes time. WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! 😋
This is a must visit place to get your authentic Mexican food cravings satisfied. Kind of hidden in the only shopping center in Gonzales, CA but well worth the detour from the US101 freeway via the 5th Street exits. Very decent prices, for a wide range of choices that taste very, very delicious.
I love the tacos! The workers are so sweet and nice. I love coming here whenever I can because the atmosphere is amazing. If I could rate Linda Taqueria more than 5 stars I would! 😍❤️
Wow. Just stopped here while driving through and woah!! The green chile plate was absolutely amazing. Truly to die for. Great prices and such good food. That was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
Awesome food, staff and service. The food was extremely delicious, and had fresh veggies. The place was very clean and inviting. The hosts were very kind and helpfule. I don't know what else to expect.
Can't go wrong with this place. I had 3 a la carte tacos and they were so good I ended up ordering something else off the menu for the road. Legit place to get food!!! Will make it a pit stop every time I pass through
Great place on the 101 for quick Mexican food. The shrimp tacos are really good and the people super friendly and hard working.
This place is wonderful. Food was Great. Lengua quesadilla are addictive. Staff is very friendly. Service was incredibly fast.ove the ambiance too. And now I'm hungry and I'm gonna have an early lunch there. Yum yum
Best California burrito and horchata north of San Diego. Very clean, great music and friendly and attentive staff.
We were passing through and stopped for some gas and food. We decided to try out Linda's and they blew our minds with amazing and delicious food. This place is a must try for anyone and everyone.
If you need a break from 101, stop here. Excellent food and lots of other services: Starbucks, McDonald's, Chevron, grocery store, hardware store, auto parts store. Truly a beautiful spot.
These folks are Mexican cuisine artists. Great tasting food, great presentation, quality ingredients. Your taste buds will love you.
Good quality and service. A nice variety of food to order. One of my favorite places to eat in Monterey County
Food is really good, courteous service with a smile, food hot of the grill, flavorful. Worth to stop by if you're driving on 101, won't disappoint you!!
Unassuming spot, clearly beloved by local Hispanics. Driving through town, I needed something to settle my stomach. The cactus/egg breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious. It had layers of flavor that made every bite worth it. Highly recommended.
Great Food!!!! You have to try the California Burrito 🌯 it's a creation of years ago of the previous owner Genaro Garcia. Best 👌 Burrito 🌯, tell them Robert send you, one of their customers.
Great food. I loved the tacos, asada and the rice and beans
Walking in and I over heard another customer complementing la cosinera por buen Sazon which Means it taste super good. Place really nice and clean. Great music playing in the back ground. Accepts Apple Pay
Perfect place to stop on the 101 for authentic Mexican food and great service. Fresh ingredients, not too greasy. Reasonable prices.
So good!! Wonderful folks and great food. I highly recommend the beef marrow tacos 😊
Quick stop on our way home from the holidays! Food is delicious!! It was very popular when we went inside. Great quality at a great price!! Enjoy 💕

Oh my, hands down the best breakfast wrap I've ever had with egg, ham and cheese. Excellent value, delicious food and super friendly helpful service with a smile. My husband has bn raving about it all day. Thanks very much.
Stopped by this place randomly and glad I did. They're food was delicious and tasted home made. Had the chilaquiles, they were a bit on the sour side due to the sauce but nonetheless, tasted great! Had some tacos on the side which were just as good. Would reccomend to anyone driving by to stop and give them a try. Customer service was exceptional as well!
Service was friendly - food delicious and came up quick! Bathrooms clean. Perfect for traveling. We had the Supreme Vegetable Burrito and a Taco Salad. Would definitely return. They close at 7 PM.
Starving on my way to Pismo Beach, I took this exit randomly and decided to give this place a try after reading the great reviews. I CAN'T EXPRESS HOW AMAZING THE FOOD IS!!! I had three tacos (chicken, beef, and sausage) and the flautas, all delicious and authentic. The customer service was also exceptional, we asked for something not on the menu and they were kind enough to make it for us! You gotta try it!
They are always friendly and the food is very good! Update 11/2021: They changed owners a few years ago and the food quality has changed. Last time I was there, even the salsa seemed watered down. I’ve updated the rank from 5 stars to 3 stars.
GREAT FLAVORS We came once before about a year ago while driving through on a road trip, and we liked it enough to come back and still really enjoyed it. I had the chicken mole and the mole sauce was really good, not too sweet like so many others. The chicken was tender and falling off the bone. My husband got a pastor super burrito and the meat was cooked and good quality (I hate dried out or overly fatty pastor).

Nice relief from fast food, but if u in a hurry u can pre order a few minutes before u arrive. I recommend especially to all truck drivers. This comment if from a local truck driver.
Walked in bought food and was really good. Place was very clean. Owner she works hard to keep place clean. Great work Linda Taqueria . Your chicken enchiladas were very good.
Carne Asada Torta was great! Toasty and the pickled jalapenos complete it so well. Carne Asada Burrito was ok in comparison.
My fiance and I frequent here on our drives up North. They have good food and kind service but get insanely busy during lunch
I had the red, cheese enchiladas. They came with rice and beans. The enchiladas had what seemed like monterey jack inside, or some kind of melty cheese. They were topped with queso fresco. The rice was good, i was not a big fan of the enchiladas because of the type of cheese used. The service was good. The cashier was polite and nice. The cook was nice too since my friend asked for extra cheese for her chilaquiles and she was given a bunch. They waiter checked on us a couple of times. The prices are decent. You're supposed to order and pay before you get your food. They do take cards.

Good food and fast service. There was only one young lady taking orders, answering the phone, cooking and serving. She's good, fast and efficient. The Enchilada I ordered was a little bit too garlicky (that's what it tasted to me), and my wife's Chicken Fajitas were good, but the chicken was a little dry, and it would have tasted better with a little of Sour cream and maybe Guacamole. What was missing also was the chips and Salsa. Overall, 8 out of 10.
Good food for a random stop. Staff is cordial. Overall good experience and good lunch! Thank you.

Had great food there once, tried to go back, Google said they closed at 8, their sign says they close at 7:30, I was there at 6:50 and they were already totally closed, lights off and everything. What a bummer. The chimichanga was really good that first time though so I will try to go back again.
I might have got a smaller burrito, but it was about 7 bites. Good tasting, but portions were not even close to enough
The fries from the Super Papas were not fully cooked, other than that they were fine. COVID must be making an impact for them to reduce the portion while keeping the same price.
Great little spot! Tasty and fresh choices on menu. The iceberg lettuce in their large burritos is peculiar.✌️👍🤗

Food had decent taste, though my beef soup was cold the lady put in the microwave to heat up so obviously didnt heat up like the stove would, my daughters tacos were cold. Waitress/cook was rude and had an attitude, so sad that a place that has decent taste food has rude employees. Not like it matters but wont be going back to that place.
First, the place looks clean. The restroom was clean and will kept. The kitchen is visible to customers ( I like that) the cashier was polite and patient. The "authentic" Mexican music was a little loud for my taste. I ordered chicken nachos, chicken tacos, cheese fries. It took close 20 minutes to get the food. In the mean time, the restaurant filled with smoke. Very unpleasant. No outside seating ( although, there is next door at Starbucks.) There for was not worth the wait. Nachos, Store bought chips, tasted like canned chicken, very skimpy with the toppings for the $8 pricetag. The tacos, the shells were fried, but overcooked, same chicken, not stuffed, but only$2 @. Would you believe that after 20 minutes, the fries came out very under cooked. There salsa was good, but any "authentic" Mexican restaurant that doesn't cook fresh chips should be called taco Bell. The only reason they got a third star is because they were nice people, and it was clean.
The flavors were good, but it was expensive for the small burritos they made. With that said, if they had air conditioning running in their restaurant we probably would have stayed and spent more money. This place was average at best. There are just so many better places nearby.

My first time here was good. I ordered 3 different tacos and they were all good. 2nd time, I ordered spicy shrimp dish. It was very spicy, but not much flavor. 3rd time, I ordered super burrito with chorizo. I got a potato burrito with some shredded cheese instead. When I took the burrito to the cashier/cook lady she said, "Oh, you want chorizo too?" I said no, I ordered chorizo super burrito, but I got potato and cheese burrito instead. She made a small chorizo burrito and gave it to me. I didn't bother telling her I ordered $8 super burrito. Chorizo burrito was very plain and bland. I can't recommend anything other than tacos here. 2 stars, because tacos. Hopefully tacos are still good...
Food is descent but portions are super small. I ordered a super burrito and was definitely not satisfied. Not worth the money at all. Will not be back.
Loads of free parking. Clean place. Service is average and friendly. Staff assume customers speak Spanish. Ordered Chile Colorado. Rice had the taste and texture of reheated day old rice. Meat was dry. Meal served on stoneware with flimsy plastic ware. Fork tines kept bending when trying to eat hard meat. Music was too loud for my taste. Place was nearly a half hour late in opening.
We were a party of 8 and the waitress took our orders from the cashier box. We had to go one at a time. Then the portions were minimal and the food didn't taste good. Ate here before and this was a huge let down
I will never order food from this place again. I was at work and had a co worker who was going to pick up my food for me and I wanted to pay for my purchase over the phone with my debit card. The lady was very rude and hung up on me. When I tried to call back thinking my phone or theirs had dropped the call the phone went to a message. She had forwarded their calls.. My co worker had already left to pick up my order and the order wasn’t even ready. When she questioned the lady she was told that no one had placed an order.
The fries on the super papas were not fully cooked. The meat did not even taste like asada, idk what it tasted like but it was terrible. I randomly decided to go to this place since it was right next to mc Donald’s but overall it was not good. Won’t be coming back.
For the price of their items, you’d expect a decent amount of food. My food was very small and did not taste good at all. I spent $42 and all the food tasted like it was a day old. My order was also incorrect. They asked if I wanted salsa in my food because it comes with it and I said please on the side. Then they proceeded to charge me $1.50 for a cup of salsa half full. Their rice is congealed and stuck in clumps. It was dry but mushy. They also charge about $5 for one can of soda.
Ordered two california burritos for lunch today. I should have known better when my burritos were ready to go within a minute or two. Asada did not taste fresh at all. When the lady attending the register gave me my food it didnt feel hot to the touch either. I ate a luke warm burrito and threw the other one out. Gave me diarrhea. Only thing thats a plus here is the lady running the counter. Super friendly. I will never eat here again. My stomach hates me right now.
Ordered a bacon, egg and potato burrito. First five bites just bacon. Then, I hid the potato only and finally got to the egg right at the bottom. They don't know how to make a burrito. And even it all out and it's super small and overpriced. Don't eat here. They lost my business. The first time learned to cook if you're gonna have a restaurant. I'm a white boy and I can make a burrito better than that
Not even trying to hate. I had Mexican food every week of my life, this is genuinely the worst. They serve movie theater cheese with the nachos and this beans are from a tasteless can. This place is a joke food wise. Atmosphere is fine it’s clean.
