Mouma and Kameira were incredible and deserve a raise. They are elite, and a great addition to the staff!!!!!! The best service hands down! I will recommend and be back.

I dont write many reviews but this one was absolutely necessary. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Chris and Amber are exactly what we need more of in the food industry. Their customer service was outstanding. It was above and beyond what a lot of employees are lacking these days at fast food chains. Great job to the two of you!! Keep smiling!!

This subway can be a rough location at times. The workers definitely make a difference. Karen recently came to this location and she is amazing! She has a great attitude every time we come in. I even messed up one of subs on my online order and she fixed it with no problems. Very friendly about it! I really appreciate the wonderful customer service. Give her a raise! It’s rare to have great workers these days. Subway became very expensive but if you order on the app and look for promo codes online it takes a huge amount off the bill! Definitely makes a difference!

Usually the service here is great, friendly & will give senior discounts and they even set me up to get points & rewards. However, on the day shift, before 4:00 pm, yesterday, 9/19/23, my African American thin female server was rude, unfriendly and refused to give me discount or points. I didn’t do anything to provoke such such a hostile treatment. I refused the order and will NOT go in this store if that woman is working. So, I guess she gets to take my dinner order home for a free lunch?? I went to Del Taco instead.

This is my 1st time in like 3 years i been to subway! there was a young lady working named liv, she was very sweet , fast, wrapped our subs tightly so they wont fall out! only thing i didnt like was how she was by herself! she had a line and someone could been with her to help! but so far love the service thank you!

Really, really excellent people. Chris is so nice, literally the best customer service ever. They were out of a couple things but he suggested us another sandwich and they were great. Bro asked for tomatoes and they were out so he went and cut a fresh one on the spot. Just a super cool guy. Thanks!

My daughter went in yesterday to get 2 subs and cookies. I open the oatmeal raisin cookies break it in half to give my son half. It’s a long hair baked into the oatmeal cookie! So nasty ! Customer service is not existent. Walked in and the ogre behind the counter just looked at me. Strike 1. Then it tells the customer in front of me to "hold on, this a online order" . Then on top of this shenanigans there's literally 3 or 4 grown men just hanging out in the store on their phones. No food. Not waiting for it to be made or anything, just hanging out like they're waiting for a bus stop. You can miss me with all this. Will def never be back here again. Used to eat here once a week. Enjoy going out of business soon because of the employees you hire

Ordered online, 2 different subs. When picked up, the employee just handed us both subs, but failed to tell us some toppings we ordered they ran out. Drove home realizing then that each sub was missing tomato and onion, and one was missing sauce entirely. Drive back to find the store empty for about 8 minutes. The manager walked in with no shirt on blaring music on a small speaker. Another couple minutes pass, and he comes out with a younger guy who was evidently just in the back. Told him what happened and he proceeded to tell me he would not remake nor give me money back and that was normal procedure if they are out of items. I spoke with him in detail about paying something that I did not receive where he then took one sub from me, and slammed it so hard into the trash that the can moved a few feet. He remade one sub talking about how this was going to cut into his food costs. He gave me sub and 2 bags of chips to make up for the problem. Never will go to Subway again obviously. But more concerning is the fact that he was the manager. Store 1116-0, Dequindre and 11 mile.

My boyfriend and I recently went there today and we end up walking out because a footlong sub is now $15 outrageous you got to change your prices you're never going to have a customer this is really sad 😩

I came in looking to get a quick sandwich but was turned down by the employee who stated she is not taking orders. I didn’t come in near closing hours and still the worker said she’s good on taking any orders because she’s leaving in 10 minutes. Garbage place with garbage humans don’t go here.

This store ruined my lunch break with a doordash order. I ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese, and not only was it 6inch all I received is lettuce on bread no steak or cheese. Just lazy and careless. I don't think I'll be ordering subway doordash again
