Nice spot for Boba in Michigan outside Ann Arbor! After moving out to Michigan from the Bay Area, it's hard to find decent boba anywhere! Luckily Bambu serves a pretty solid selection of teas and things to put in them! It's just about as good of boba as you can get in Michigan, so if you have a craving for some good boba, check it out!

The cashier was super friendly! I tried 3 macaroons and they all weren’t as good as ones bought at Meijer. The cheesecake one had no flavor, the birthday cake one was decent, and the Oreo one didn’t take like chocolate at all it just tasted like the cream of an Oreo. I find it weird that they add sugar to their smoothies, that sort of defeats the purpose of ordering a smoothie as a healthy option. I got a kiwi strawberry smoothie and it honestly tasted like it was unhealthy for me and as though it was made at McDonalds. They also don’t make the smoothies in front of you, they go to the back behind a curtain to do so. Wanted to try a new place but I won’t be back.

It’s been a while since I last stopped into this location.. The dessert drinks came out looking nothing like the ones pictured on the menu. The dessert drinks were very bland, watered down, and had no flavor. For an establishment selling refreshments and desserts.. You would think the air conditioning would be on when it’s hot and humid outside.

My experience is not great at all. These are flavored drinks with various add on supplements. I took 7 drinks and none of us were able to finish even half of the drinks. There is no process visibility of the drinks prep...which makes thinks even fishy! I went in at around 8pm and they already run out of Tapioka, I assume that is because of closing time which doesn't make sense!!

Used to love coming here as a kid - I tried it again after about a year of being away from it, and the cashier (young latina-looking woman with longer, straight brown hair and glasses - she looked like was maybe around 16-17 at the time) was RUUUDE! I was looking on the menu for jasmine bubble tea and didn't see it anywhere, so I asked politely whether or not they still had it - she cuts me off and goes "yeah!" with this clearly unfriendly tone. I was caught off-guard and was like "uh... ok..." so I just made my order of jasmine bubble tea with pearls and less ice. She leaves in a huff and comes out after a few minutes literally slamming (yes, slamming! I'm not exaggerating!) my drink on the counter. What makes it even better is that the drink had no pearls in it, and was REALLY bitter. Lol! She was probably just having a bad day, but still! Totally inappropriate.

This place had been a destination for me after every costco trip. Order the #10 every time. Today they served it with spoiled coconut milk. The barista said she tried the milk before she made it and thought it was fine (why would anyone do that unless you thought it was bad?). She offered to mak a different drink. I ordered a taro milk tea this had actually curdled. I will never order here or anywhere else that goes behind a curtain to make the drinks.

They gave me this type of opened-lid for a to-go order and it spilled everywhere in the car while I was trying to balance 3 of them and driving at the same time. They should improve more about to-go service Update: They even got me the wrong items

Very disappointed, they do not accept their own promotion card when you finally meet 10 cups. I saw some ppl mentioned about new management something, don’t know if they changed the owner or what. But anyway, they should take their responsibility on their brand name or old promotion. We would never come again.

The staff were very rude, I'm questioning about the drinks,the pricing,my reward and instead of getting answer the guy was yelling at me and put his both hands on the table. What I don't appreciate from the place was they deceiving you which how much they charge on the products versus how they put on the screen.BEWARE BEWARE they will make every excuse to charge more and refuse to refund your money no matter what. I also asked about the free add in that was on the board and the guy refuse to honor it for me. Shady shop
