Great overall time at 526 as its my favorite place to go for some live music & good drinks, however, we wanted to go outside for 10 mins & the hostess cleared the entire table without asking any of us & I let the server know. Noelle our server was great but other than her, my experience was not great & not sure if i’ll be returning myself.
Absolutely love this place!!! The music is always on point. Trivia night was a blast, Julie kept it interesting and engaging! The piano players are so talented and have so many tricks up there sleeve to keep you entertained, Avery our server was the best- such a bubbly welcoming personality. Could not recommend this place enough!
If you are looking for a fun non club experience go around 7p, the atmosphere is relaxed with an older late 20's and up crowd. Anytime after 9p is more of a club since there is an actual night club upstairs. It was a fun time, food was good. Coconut shrimp, the egg rolls and the wings are all delicious. Jen the bartender is the best! She makes delicious signature drinks, can't say enough about her!
The hostess, Amber, is the best! My boyfriend walked in at 6:30 and asked if we could have a reservation for a group of 8 at 8pm- the bouncer said he was crazy- Amber took his number and text him a little before 8 to let us know she had a table for us. She went above and beyond and set aside the last open table until we could get across the street and our party could get here! 10/10 stars for Amber!
I didnt get food this time, but have eaten here before and remember the food was great. Who doesn't like dueling Piano's? I mean come'on now. Always a good time when you have a piano or 2 playing with drums beating in between. Great place to go hangout, have some drinks with some friends, and maybe hear a song from your past or something new all while the piano man hits the keys. We shared the MONSTEROUS Mule which I believe was 94oz and I am definitely feeling it today.
Went on a Thursday night, they were doing karaoke upstairs and everyone was having a great time! I really enjoyed myself watching everyone do karaoke, and vibe with each other. The bartenders were nice and attentive. I’m definitely coming back soon!
Had such an amazing night out with friends! The atmosphere was awesome, the staff were friendly, energetic, and so fun, and the drinks were awesome! Can’t wait to plan another visit. Thanks for a great time 526 Main!
Very energetic, fun atmosphere! Food is good and comes out quickly. Wait staff and bartenders are very helpful and friendly - the musicians are amazing.
My boyfriend surprised me with reservations for my birthday. Everything was excellent. Will definitely be back.
Definitely a must! Lots of fun the piano players were amazing. Lots of crowd interaction!
Had a blast! Everything about this place is great. The service, food, drinks, and the talent. Charles was a wonderful host. He checked on us multiple times to make sure we were having a good time. Our server was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. The piano guys were hilarious, friendly, and so very talented. I could listen to them all day! They played a variety of songs, created fun banter between the crowd and other band members. If you are looking for something fun and engaging, definitely check this place out! Even if you are solo and just want to sit back and enjoy the show, check this out. Everyone we met here including staff and other patrons could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Hope to return again soon!
This is such a fun experience! There is a cash only entry fee ($5 for women, $10 for men, not sure if it varies.) Dinner show starts with reservations and walk-ups only if there's availability. Show starts at 7 and lasts 3 hours. By the end, the nightclub crowd is showing up and tables are moved to the periphery. The piano players were absolutely fantastic, the best rendition of T-pain by two white dudes on pianos I've ever heard.
We went for a friend's birthday. It was so much fun & very entertaining. Ashley was our server. She was awesome. Attentive & fun!
HIGHLY recommend the Piano bar for any large party /event you may have. Everyone was amazing and made everything so easy. Literally from the door guys, wait staff, mangers, and entertainment. Super accommodating, friendly and fun. Everyone in my group commented on how great the food, drinks and people were and had such a great time!!! Not always the case with a large group.
Went here for my 21st birthday in the summer. Their raspberry mojito has been the best mojito I’ve had yet. Dessert cocktail was also great.
We had a great time Service was off the charts. We had a big group of people did just a fantastic job. Give it a try good music.
Went for valentines day. Pianists were really good, lively, knew a variety of songs. Food was decent, I give it a B. Only problem was with wait staff. Unfortunately, we had a waitress who was on her very first shift and was kind if clueless. I don't blame her, that was a bad choice for management to put her on that day. It was our first time there so it definitely affected our experience.
This place is a lot of fun to go to with a group of friends. Make sure to reserve a spot in advance as it's not very big and gets very busy. There is a cover at the door. Parking is available in a paid lot across the street. Food is very good chips and dip appetizer is great for the whole table. Really enjoyed the burgers and flat breads as well. Bring cash for the pianos or have venmo ready.
Very good bar to see live music and have a good time!
I brought a reservation of 20 people here Saturday night for my birthday. Chloe was our server and did amazing. She was so quick, attentive, and kind. She kept checking in on me and everyone in my party. The musicians were amazing and very entertaining. I have made a reservation every year for my birthday for the past 3 years because I always have a great time.
Enjoyed the night, great group of musicians! The music is very loud, I am a heavy metal fan, so it doesn't bother me, older people might want to be aware. The staff was great, very friendly!
Very nice place. Loved the piano music and they peopel there. Drinks are out of this world. Didn't eat any food but there was plenty at our table and it all looked amazing. The atmosphere was very nice. Service was spot on. Restrooms very clean.
What a well established place. Everyone was friendly, the music was fantastic, and the vibe was stellar. The bartenders made us feel at home and handed out clappers and bubbles! I can't wait to make another reservation.
Go here for the drinks and the amazing incredible vibes!!!! (But eat before you go, the food is severly lacking) Alisha was incredible tonight! I don't remember everyone's names but Alisha and Shawna KILLED IT. Amazing job ladies!!
Not only is this place nice, fun, the staff was outstanding. The owner Tony is absolutely fantastic. If you haven't tried it, I highly suggest you do.
This bar is special. 5 stars all around and truly one of the best experiences I've ever had out at a live music bar. The owners and managers both were friendly, kind and served their customers in an "above and beyond" manner. The music and stage was excellent. Overall truly one of the best places in the area and will absolutely be back, thank you Piano Bar for your superior customer service, kindness and hospitality!
INCREDIBLE place! The overall design is stunning. Our waitress, Chloe was very attentive and never let us finish our drinks before offering us another one and filling our waters. The bar tender made us a special drink…I don’t know what was in it but it was delicious, as was the food. The talented musicians honored all of our requests, from Snoop Dog to college fight songs, they knew it all. We had an amazing experience and I can’t wait to bring more friends back with me to experience it again!
When you walk in tight security , and good vibes. Great crowd and the band was great.I will recommend it to others and to show up between 6p-730 ,8p to find a parking space and to get check in . Cover charge CASH ONLY resonable, $5 for Women and $10 for Men. Because you really paying for the atmosphere and the environment and they have a band that was lively and switch instruments. It was enjoyable and fulfilling!
I went here with my husband and our best friend last night and it did not disappoint!! The piano players were amazing, the vibe was out of this world, and the servers were interactive and so friendly! I ordered the “Sexy Mule” with a double shots and they were delicious!! I can’t speak on the food because we got there at 10:30pm and had already ate, but the dishes coming out smelt and looked great! We made a reservation and were seated right away and at the very front. Around midnight we headed up to the upstairs DJ area and I was blown away!! I did not expect it to be that fun and it felt like we were at a completely different place! The DJ played a great variety of music, and kept us dancing the rest of the night. We are already planning our next night there in a couple of weeks. I am a mom of 3 who rarely gets a night out or a break and 526 on Main was the perfect place to be!
The talent was amazing! The night we went, they had rotating musicians on piano, guitar, drums, and bass. They were great with requests and were very entertaining. The wait staff was friendly and on top of it!
I had so much fun here! The guys are really engaging, and funny. The wait staff was great too. I only had one issue, I wanted to tip the waitress with cash (used to work waiting tables, so I know most cases when you tip with the card, they have to wait on the money, AND it's taxed), the waitress came right over to ask if something was wrong with the service. This was cool, I didn't mind, I let the person know we'd collectively be leaving cash once we left (we were still ordering more drinks), and I got asked a few more times. It was a little uncomfortable, but we assured them that we weren't going to leave without tipping (was still waiting on people with us to leave their cash). It makes me think that people must not tip like they should here, making the staff a little jumpy about tips. If you're reading this, TIP YOU'RE SERVER!! Still giving a five star review, just thought I'd bring it up for people coming here.
Fantastic New Years Eve at the 526 Piano Bar. For the event they had buffet style food. Not great but not bad. Served it's purpose. The drinks were good, albeit a bit overpriced for the sizes we got. I'm giving a bit of a pass on those things as it was New Years Eve and maybe they were accounting for the large crowd that was definitely there. The entertainers were amazing!! All the staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!
Fun piano bar, great service, delicious drinks and the pretzel bites are perfection! The only complaint is the "entertainment fee" you pay to get in the door. Didn't know places still did that 🤷♀️
The musicians were awesome! We found it extremely loud. Food and drinks were pricey. There is a cover to get in. You are packed really tightly so prepare for it to be very warm. It is a lively atmosphere but I think just not for us. Keep an eye on your bill it’s so loud our waitress kept messing up our order and we were charged for things we didn’t order.
Said dueling pianos every Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting at 7. We got there at 7, it was in no way dueling pianos. It was basically a band with 2 pianos, drums and guitar. Young people just looking to party, this is the place for you. However, if you're looking to have dinner and enjoy actual dueling pianos, don't go. Dinner was decent but service was very slow. Need more staff. Has to pay $45 just to get in the door for 6 people ($10 for men and $5 for women). Wasn't worth it at all. Won't go back.
We ended up there on country karaoke night on a whim. That was kind of fun! We enjoyed the wings and actually ordered them three different times. They were really good! I did not particularly care for my mojito, but also I'm not a big drinker so I'll leave the alcohol reviews to those who know it better. The server knocked over water that spilled all over me. She apologized but I was wet for a while. We happened to be sitting at a table in the front that they needed for a VIP client. We had been there all night, but they did make us move tables. And we got a round of shots comped for the inconvenience. Once we were made to move, we didn't really feel welcomed anymore, so we decided to leave. There was a free nightclub upstairs but it was kind of dead. I think I would visit again, but maybe I would avoid sitting in the front so that I won't be made to move later when someone more important comes.
The reason why I gave it 2 stars is 3 reasons, I usually come here and enjoy my time, but yesterday, I didn't. The first reason is that at the entrance, we have been asked a racist question. The second, the waiter, blonde Sara, did not like my tip amount and gave me an attitude, and the third we ordered food, and I got stomach poisoning at night, I took 2 medicines to be able to sleep. I wish I can get my money back. This is an encouraging review, so the owner knows why the place is going downhill!
Way over priced drinks. Atmosphere is kinda eh. The dj that night didn't know how to mix songs in properly. Charged for men at the door. It's 2025. I wouldn't come to this place again. Can easily spend over 150 in a hour for a few drinks.
Everything was great then I was charged twice for my order have been calling and know one answer can’t get through to them
It was the first and last time we planned on going to your establishment. We made reservations online like you have to and the webite said basic seating so what we thought that meant was we would be seated at a table but when we got there we were told our only option was to leave or sit at the bar. This was supposed to be a date night for us as your website even asked what the occasion was for and we drove over 40 minutes to enjoy a new experience, do you really think we want to be seated at a bar? The bar was packed, and you can't even see the band play unless you crank your neck around just to see half the stage. The staff was crowded around the bar with so many people that no one was paying attention to their surroundings, and one waitor almost hit my boyfriend in the head with a food tray. The staff behind the bar was very nice and gave complementary drinks on the house, but by this time, the experience was already ruined. We ordered two flatbread classic pepperonis, and they were just awful. They tasted undercooked and cheaply made. Very poor experience, and we will not be returning.
I have been to many of these piano bars and they typically do not disappoint. This one had no energy, the rotation of artists was poorly organized and the talent was just not there for some of the artists.
We did the Valentine's Day special. The restaurant was beautiful, but there were not dueling pianos, it was two pianists playing bar favorites and modern music together as accompaniments. The waitress was mostly non-existent for the whole event and did not even bring us silverware for our food. They had no allergen-friendly substitutions, the food was extremely bland and way under seasoned, and the steak was mostly fat and cartilage. We then got herded out of the restaurant so that they could pile in the next set of guests for the event. Overall, I would not recommend the valentines day package in the future.
If you’re wearing something that looks less put together than this, you will not be allowed into this bar. The dress code is very important to them. Unfortunately we were not able to get in with our attire.
The Groupon allotted one appetizer ($9) two entrees ($13) and one dessert ($9.) That's $44 worth of food for the $35 I paid for the Groupon. We had a reserved table but they put us in the corner where we couldn’t see the show. The waitress came over after about 5 minutes. She told us she was our beer list but didn't tell us any of the options. I asked if they had anything specifically vegan or could be made vegan. She said, "No. Honey this is Mexican cuisine." I know vegan food can be hard to come by but obviously a salad or a side of vegetables wouldn't be difficult to put together. We ordered the Mexican fries as an appetizer (which turned out to be chili cheese fries.) We asked for half of the plate as it normally comes and the other half with just plain fries. They brought out 2 plates of fries, one as the regular Mexican fries and the other as cheese fries. Obviously cheese isn't vegan so I mentioned this to the waitress and said if there's nothing that can be done it's not a big deal. She said she was really busy (we were 1 of 5 tables in the entire restaurant) and had asked her manager to take care of this one for her. She said she would go back and get this sorted for us. We thought it was just a funny mix up that maybe the lines got crossed. We got a plain plate of unsalted fries a few minutes later. I ate these until I found a curly hair then decided I didn't need anymore fries. We were told the fries had been comped. We had been there for about 40 minutes before our entree order was taken. My husband ordered a pizza and I got the fajitas with no meat and no cheese. Our plates came out and there was cheese on it. I figured I had already caused enough trouble so I would just eat around it. The vegetables that came with it were mostly onions and a few peppers. They weren't salted or flavored at all and there was no salt and pepper on the table. It was incredibly flavorless and felt like a true sign of someone that is following a recipe rather than given the freedom to cook a well flavored meal. To be fair it all looked like pretty poor quality food to begin with. My husband got The Cali pizza which turned out to be more like a flatbread than a pizza. After 15 minutes with our entrees our waitress came over and noticed that we hadn't eaten much. She asked if everything was ok and my husband said he just wasn't into it. She pushed him for a bit more and he said "It doesn't taste good. I think muenster is a weird choice to put solely on a pizza." She said, "Well it's our house cheese. Let me go talk to my manager." We insisted it was really not a problem we were just ready for the check. A minute or two later the manager came out and frustratedly asked us what seemed to be the problem. We told him it really wasn’t a big deal we were just done with our food. He pressed us for more. My husband said it tasted like poor quality food and the way it was put together didn’t make sense taste wise. The manager said he was disappointed to hear that and he would comp 25% of the pizza. Then he turned to me, I was clearly not interested in discussing this again especially when I felt like I was being scolded. I told him about the hair in the fries and he said, “Yeah, we’ve already comped the fries for you.” As if I shouldn’t have mentioned the hair again. I told him about the cheese and he sort of brushed it off as if he realized he had already heard these issues before. He capped off our interaction by saying, “I’m really disappointed to hear you’re having such a bad time. We really never have stuff like this happen (the reviews say otherwise!) so I’m very surprised. Did you at least like the music?” We said sure just to make him leave but to be honest one dude was super rude. Neither were great singers and every song was played too fast to enjoy. The rude guy seemed to get upset that no one was singing along with him although there was a total of maybe 12 people in the whole restaurant? When we got our check it turned our we had only spent $33 which means it was actually $2 more to use the Groupon.
Walked in waited to grab a booth, finally did then it all went downhill from there...wait staff ignored our table, clearly walked by us three time, no staff to buss the table (sat there with a dirty table for a half hour). We finally got the waitress to clear off table for her to jus ignore us some more(obviously she's not working for money here, must be her good looks she's paying her bills with) finaly got her to the table ordered one drink ciroc berry cosmo two limes, she came back with drink in hand no napkins I was charged 10.07 for this drink, hour later still being ignored we finally recieve another waitress ordered same drink and she comes back with a bill of 13.25, umm one hour and my same drink is 3.00 more? Needless to say I won't be coming back to this establishment EVER! Royal Oak has become the below mediocre hang out for young adults looking for a good time too bad they're too young to realize how much they're being ripped off!
Writing this at dinner on Valentines Day. We paid $75/pp for a 3 course meal. We arrived 5 minutes ahead of the show/dinner. Tables were not set up or ready for patrons, the space was still dirty from the previous show. We were told to grab a drink at the bar. They could have spent $100 to at least have table cloths and dollar store candles. The jack and coke was terrible- mojito was gross. The flyer says app/salad. We were told sorry; only salad. (Flyer included) There was not communication on seating or any system to seat people so the bartender finally said “you should probably just get a table.” 6 oz steak was an option, we ordered it medium rare. It came out well done and was terrible. Found out later from another waiter at another local bar that the food was catered, so they were literally reheating steaks and mashed potatoes. When I told the host it wasn’t cooked to order he lied and said “oh sorry, we do batch cooking.” Again- this was $75 per person. There also were no steak knives available. We ate some because we were hungry. We could’ve had a meal downstairs with the piano entertainment all the same. This was a money grab and as someone who has planned events on a large scale, that was clear. Super disappointed.
They expected people to stand on their feet for six hours for the New Year’s party and if you wanted to go anywhere else, so you can go sit down somewhere they would not let you come back in. We paid our money But apparently they over Sold the place I did not care about the people who already paid I would not recommend it for anyone and if that’s the way they want to do business I think that it would be better if they just close their doors because they’re not worth going to.
So disappointing! My husband planned a great night out for my birthday with friends.. made reservations weeks ago and we are stuck at a table in the back having to compete with the bar noise from upstairs... can't even hear the piano bar... there are closer tables that are empty.... nothing being done about it. ... $75 for a few drinks and zero atmosphere... spend your money elsewhere
Had tickets for the Valentine's day show and purchased them a month in advance. Showed up 30 minutes early only to find out the show times had been changed without notice and it had already started. Then we found out they didnt have any seats for us, no dinner, etc. $200 tickets and nothing. Absolutely ruined valentine's day and they didnt even try to make it right, so we left. Instead, they had smart ass remarks for my wife and I when we were leaving. We ended up spending Valentine's day at BWW's. Thanks a lot 526, what a special evening. We'll never come back again and if I were you, I would avoid it also unless you want your date night ruined.
Charge a cover. The drinks are way overpriced. The service is horrible. Pretty much sat at a dirty for 20 minutes before I had to get up and go to the bar to order. It wasn’t even busy. The entertainment talent is mediocre at best. If there was no cover, I may comment differently about the entertainment talent. Overall, save your money and go elsewhere.
