La terraza es muy agradable, ideal para estar tranquilos mientras los peques disfrutan. El ambiente es familiar, el trato del personal excelente y todo estaba riquísimo. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Vinimos ayer a desayunar y nos gustó tanto que hoy hemos vuelto a repetir. El sitio es precioso y muy acogedor. La comida está riquísima y hay mucha variedad. El personal es muy agradable. Muy recomendable.

Hands down, the best service I’ve ever experienced. My friends and I came to Café Fútbol expecting not much more than some really good churros, and maybe some hot chocolate. We left with our stomachs and our hearts full. If you’re ever in Granada, this place is a must-visit. I feel like it encapsulates the warm, welcoming, and absolutely soul-filled energy that is in abundance in this city. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, conversations, and meals.

An absolute must if you’re in Granada. The churros here are outstanding—honestly, I think they’re the best churros I’ve ever had. Fresh, perfectly crispy, and paired with rich hot chocolate… unreal. We kept thinking about them long after we left, and ended up visiting multiple times. That said, everything else we tried was great too. The English breakfast and toast hit the spot and the sandwiches were solid across the board as well. The service deserves a shoutout as well. The place was always popular and pretty crowded, but even when it was packed, the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. We went multiple times during our stay, sitting both outside and inside, and it was consistently excellent.

Best churros in Granada! Cafe right off a cute park near the center. Totally worth it to wander off the tourist path a bit. Everything is homemade, including ice cream. Wonderful service, and even gave us a free taste of turron flavored ice cream.

A very bustling, lively breakfast spot (open all day) in a lovely local plaza. We enjoyed the atmosphere and overall dining experience, even though the food isn’t anything out of this world. Their cheesecake is worth trying, it’s creamy, not overly sweet, and slightly reminiscent of flan with a hint of caramel. For non Spanish speaking visitors like us, a quick tip: like many places here, it gets extremely crowded during peak hours, and most staff speak little to no English. Don’t expect to be greeted or seated with a smile. You just need to be assertive, make eye contact, use hand gestures, ask for a menu (they have English menu with pictures), and at this place, grab a table as soon as it becomes free.

Undoubtedly the best churros in Granada. I’d seen this place pop up on a few travel blogs, but the real push came when a staff member at La Bella Meri said, “You have to go to Cafe Fútbol”, when I asked for some churros. They were right. Crispy and salty churros, impossibly rich hot chocolate make them easily the best I’ve had anywhere in 🇪🇸.

Myself and my two daughters came across Cafe Futbol after having a bad experience in another cafe and we were amazed at not only the quality of the food but the fantastic customer service. Concha and the team of staff were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and recommended some great dishes to us while telling us about the history of the cafe. We tried the infamous churros and they were absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend this place for breakfast lunch or dinner, especially the sweet treats they have. Concha was just fantastic she gave us so many recommendations of things to do around Grenada, she is a mindful of information! Thank you Concha and the team at Cafe Futbol! ❤️

Sitio con solera en Granada, famoso por sus churros con chocolate, pero nuevamente para nosotros una decepción. Llevo residiendo en Gr mas de 10 años y he ido en muchas ocasiones, pero las última tres veces ha sido una mala experiencia, tanto que el sábado fui mi última vez con seguridad. El esperar en la cola es algo que entiendo y acepto, pero que te sientes, no te limpien la mesa, no te atienda en 20 minutos (si atendieron a un par de mesas que entreron después que yo) y que cuando te sirvan sea unos churros tiesos y fríos con un chocolate muy líquido...y un croissant relleno de choco pero que brillaba por su ausencia ...no nos pasará más. El servicio muy que muy mejorable. Le pongo dos estrellas porque en la terraza se estaba caliente.

Los churros muy aceitosos y huecos por dentro. Hay mucho mejores. Hay que esperar colas y tardan en ponerlos, el chocolate llega frío. El sitio bonito pero mucha gente alrededor tuya y ruido, ademas te traen la cuenta cuando aún no has terminado de comer para que te vayas rápido porqué necesitan la mesa.

Una de las churrerías con solera en Granada, situada en un entorno bonito, en plena plaza de Mariana Pineda, a un paso del centro, de la fuente de las Batallas... Poco amable más puedo decir. Han sido ya unas cuantas veces las que le hemos dado otra oportunidad pero, los churros ya no son lo que eran, estaban casi fríos, duros, el chocolate aguado, el croissant relleno de Nutella... Una vergüenza, apenas una leve decoración de hilos de Nutella. Por otro lado, tras 25minutos en la cola, nos toca, una mesa libre otros, casi, 10 minutos para que la chica que da paso nos siente. 25minutos después, aún nadie nos toma nota, nadie nos limpia la mesa... He de decir que el camarero que nos trae el pedido, muy amable y atento en todo momento, pero el resto deja mucho que desear. Ya no más oportunidades.

Mi experiencia más desagradable en Granada. Tardan a la hora de servir, sirven antes, mesas que se sientan más tarde y tenemos que pedir en varias ocasiones que tomen nota. Traen los cafés y no las tostadas. Las tostadas para nada como se ven en las fotos. Pedimos la cuenta y nos cobran lo que todavía no han servido. 2 horas para desayunar. La atención pésima. Quieren abarcar demasiado, desatendido a los clientes con un mal servicio y mala comida.

Mal, muy mal. Pido dos cervezas negras, tras preguntar si había este tipo de bebida. Como me confirman que sí que las hay, pues que me traigan 1 pinta, para mí, y ½ pinta para mi mujer. Cuando vienen sendas bebidas, veo que son cervezas rubias (ver foto). Le digo al camarero sobre esto y, tras consultar, me dice que sí que son negras. Por favor, que estoy harto de consumir cerveza negra, que me gusta mucho. Además, me cobran 4,90 €azos por una jarra de cerveza. Evidentemente, no volveré a pisar este lugar. Le otorgó 1*, pues no puedo dar menos.

Fuimos ayer sábado, éramos un grupo de 8 personas, preguntamos si podíamos ubicarnos y nos dieron una mesa. Después de eso estuvimos 30 minutos literal esperando que el camarero venga a tomarnos nota, le hacíamos seña y se hacía el que no nos veía. Afirmo esto porque es imposible que estés mirando dentro de la terraza y al hacerte seña varias personas no nos veas. Ni siquiera estaba llena la terraza. Nos terminamos levantando y nos fuimos a otros sitio. Muy mal servicio no volveré y NO RECOMENDABLE

STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER! Very disappointed with the rude wait staffs last Monday around 11am, we tried to be patient but nobody even gave us menus! I had to steal a menu from their stack because we were really hungry. When the food arrived, I asked for “ketchup” from the older waiter (grey hair) and he told me “Español”. When I repeated it as “keh-chup” he understood it but never gave me ketchup. And that’s okay but then it was time for our bill, I kid you not when I tell you that the wait staffs were ignoring us and not making any eye contact at all. We felt very unwelcome and we’ve never had anyone so rude. It was my birthday breakfast too so imagine how disheartened I was! Overall, food was okay. The chocolate dip with the churros tasted powdery. Again, AVOID this place if you don’t speak Spanish!
