Me habían recomendado el restaurante y desde luego tenían toda la razón. La comida está buenísima. El servicio es excelente. Los platos fueron saliendo con rapidez pese a que había varios comensales en el restaurante. Nuestra camarera Celia fue muy agradable y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Adenas, nos recomendó algunos platos y acertó con todos ellos. Sin duda volveremos.

The place got busy in once where you saw the entire team adjusting and try to be the best version they could be and the best service they could possibly provide in the moment. it was nice to see that all guests around us understood that too, everyone noticed that they gave their best efforts more importantly our waiter, Laura, kept smiling and being kind!

Without a doubt the best culinary experience we had in our trip in southern Spain. We had the most amazing meal and the selection of wines was excellent. Highly recommend for sushi lovers!

Came for some sushi to beat the heat and had a great experience. The interior is gorgeous and nicely cool in the hot weather, and my server Laura was fantastic, very friendly and helpful with the questions I had about the menu in English! The sushi was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were of good quality, especially the pickled ginger. They ever serve you a free full appetizer portion of edamame when you sit down. Definitely recommended. Thanks Laura ^_^!

Daring, fresh, bright and wickedly good 💥 We tried udon, uramaki & hot rolls 🤩 For those who post dumpy (ok, bad) reviews I should say: these guys do not call themselves refined and classy Japanese restaurant, where recipes are passed down through generations. It’s a modern, vibrant and literally “urban sushi bar” 😊 Thank you and we definitely come back☺️

We were having some of the best sushi we ever experienced. What an amazing experience. Especially the service provided by Carlos, our attentive waiter made this an evening to remember. Whenever you are in Granada, may it be before your visit to the Alhambra or after, go there, enjoy the stylish atmosphere, delicious food and amazing service.

Quick service and nice atmosphere. Maki sushi’s were ok. The chicken salad was good but too much dressing. The green mood special roll was brilliant!

I tried it when I was waiting on the hotel. When I first came, the place was empty. The staff seated me in but when I looked at the wine glass, it wasn’t clean. I asked them and they did change it - not very clean but it was okay. Salted Edamame was complementary and it was good! I have ordered the shrimp bao it was good, California Maki was imbalanced for my taste, too much cream cheese - wouldn’t order it again, but the Gunkan Niku was excellent where I had to place another order of it! Requested for chopped chilies and onions and it was unavailable which was weird for me. I would definitely come again for the Gunkan Niku 🔥

Absolutely delicious food, great combos and some a bit different to the usual sushi fare which is delightful. The 8 piece rolls are on the small side for €12.50 which is my only complaint as it is then quite pricey as i had to order a third item to get enough food. I’m used to almost double the size.

Food was good, but the sushis and makis are not all consistently formed and break apart easily. Not sure if it's the type of rice being used or the ratio of ingredients. We ordered combos and had the chance to try different kinds, and while some were good, others were an absolute miss. The eel (unagi) was good and the ones with salmon. Their house sake is also delicious. Ask waiters for advice on the quantity of food you order. We thought ordering a combo of 24 sushi (for 4 people) was enough. It's a good thing the waitress advised us it was too few.

Hicimos reservación para llegar a las 8pm, pero la comida estaba muy fría. No sabemos si un poco más tarde esto mejore. Los aderezos estaban muy fríos y el arroz también. El lugar es bonito, pero la comida no nos gustó.

Tonight, unfortunately i had the worst service i never had. I worked in a restaurant as a student, I know how hard it can be. But the man who served us (literally threw plate at us) was unrespectful. Did not reply at any question. Did not came when we requested (a few times) Food was good but came in 1h10… The ladies were very nice and polite and tried to cover for the bad service he gave. This is the first time I am giving this kind of comment. If I was a local. He would be the reason I never come back.

We had family dinner at Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar and this was not what we expected regarding of all the reviews. First of all the food we order came in a disparate way two plate first then waits then you get 6 maki then you wait and so on. So depending on who's eating what at your table you might have finish while the other still haven't eat. And then we waited like 15 minutes at the end to get the last salmon we orderered. Food quality is below average nothing that deserve 5 star review for sure. No coffee available at the end of the dinner. Service I do not know what to think about, because the restaurant have lots of table so I guess the waitress do as they can. To the owner maybe you should take more care about your customer inside than having all you deliveries... Restaurant or delivery restaurant maybe you should choose. Overall not a nice experience here. I would recommend to find somewhere else if you are looking for a nice sushi dinner.

Tapas are great but sometimes you want something familiar, which is why we decided to try here. We ordered the nigiri special along with a chicken katsu bao and chicken yakisoba. The cooked dishes were decent but where things fell a bit flat for us were the nigiri. The sushi rice was a bit hard/dry and the fish were a bit rubbery/off (definitely edible, just not to our preference/expectation).

This is a beautiful and unique restaurant. The menu is huge with a lot of variety. PROS: The EBI Furai panko shrimp with chili sauce was delicious. I wish I had ordered three of them as my meal. Some of the sushi was really good, like the Tuna Avocado, Gunkan Siboya, and the California Salmon. The desserts were good, especially the warm cheesecake with blueberries and sauce. The service was great and the servers were all personable and helpful. CONS: We had reservations, but the doors were locked until 15 minutes past our reservation time. We and two other families stood in the cold waiting for them to open while the employees looked at us and continued making to-go orders. A lot of the sushi rolls were rolled very loosely and fell apart easily. My first roll completely fell apart and landed in the tiny bowl of soy sauce, causing the sauce to overflow and spill on the table. Several other rolls fell apart. They needed to be eaten with a fork, unfortunately, which we didn’t have. Many of them had too much cream cheese and mayonnaise, such as the Maremoto and the JapoTako Ebi. We left behind maybe a dozen rolls.

Decepcionante por completo, la calidad de la comida no se corresponde con el precio, que no es alto pero menos aún lo merece. Nos sirvieron fria la comida que debería ser caliente, y aglutinaron varios platos limitando el espacio en la mesa sin retirar babidas vacias y con la escusa de que todos los platos habían salido a la vez (pero si estaban frios...). El crab bao es literalmente un cangrejo tal cual, dentro de un pan bao... los fritos estaban cocinados a medias y empapados en aceite. Hacía muchos años que no salía de un restaurante con un olor a fritanga impregnado en la ropa tan intenso. Un lugar al que no volver y por supuesto para no recomendar.

Reservamos una mesa para 6 personas, la comida estuvo rica pero la camarera que nos atendió fue muy poco profesional, nos trato con mucha desgana , tardo 20 minutos en servirnos la bebida y cuando pedimos una botella de vino, nos trajo solo 5 copas y nos explicó q no tenía más copas que teníamos que esperar a que terminará el lavavajillas. Total que la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. A punto estuve de pedir una hoja de reclamaciones, no lo hice porque uno va a pasar un rato agradable y espera ser atendido con amabilidad.

It gives a great impression from outside and is easy to reach since it's right in the center. I went with quite high hopes and I couldn't be more disappointed... I ordered a set of maki with tuna and a veggie yakisoba. I was first brought the yakisoba which had a very salty, monotonous flavor. The sauce dominated it all and I couldn't taste anything else besides it, for sure not the few veggies that came with the noodles. The salty, dry aftertaste stayed in my mouth a few hours after finishing. After that I was brought the sushi which for me is a total failure because sushi being so delicate shouldn't be served after something so strong like their yakisoba. I could taste though that the rice was half raw and the tuna seemed of a second freshness (see the photos). The interior decor is outstanding for Granada's level and each table is nice set up even before you sit. The dishes are also presented nicely and so I add a star for the visual aspect. But in the end what matters most in a place you go to eat in, is the food... I wouldn't go back, unless to give a chance to their exotic coctails...

60€ por La peor experiencia sin duda en un sibuya, llegamos muy tarde a Granada para celebrar San Valentín como sorpresa a mi pareja pedí comida a este restaurante y lo que me llegó fue un horror… no pudimos cenar básicamente.. atún con un olor y color INCOMIBLE, piezas apelotonadas, otras humedades y totalmente deformadas, salsas mezcladas por el bajo de la caja que si coges las piezas se deshacen… vamos lo que iba a ser una velada ha acabado siendo un horror…. Para nada vale el dinero pagado y tirado a la basura🤬

Experiencia muy decepcionante en Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar. Las piezas son ridículamente pequeñas para el precio que se paga, algo que no se corresponde en absoluto con la imagen de la marca. El servicio es lento hasta el extremo: llegamos a esperar cerca de una hora para recibir un plato y, para colmo, llegó frío. El personal fue poco atento y nada profesional. Al retirar un plato, derramaron salsa sobre la mesa y la dejaron sucia durante bastante tiempo, hasta que tuvimos que pedir expresamente que la limpiaran. La respuesta fue de mala gana, sin disculpas ni el más mínimo gesto de atención hacia el cliente. Lo más sorprendente es que esta experiencia no tiene nada que ver con otras franquicias de la misma cadena. En Sibuya Tomares (Sevilla) el trato fue excelente, el sushi estaba genial y con piezas de tamaño adecuado, demostrando que cuando se hacen las cosas bien, el resultado es totalmente distinto. En definitiva, una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado, que daña la imagen de la marca. No repetiré ni lo recomendaré.

Buenas tardes. No suelo poner reseñas pero esta vez sí yo entiendo que entrar en una restaurante a comer a las 15:30 es tarde pero si ves que vas a dar un mal servicio di que no está la cocina cerrada. No que te atiendan de prisa y corriendo, la comida mal preparada y no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías de la carta. Adjunto foto de un flamed roll. Que no tiene nada que ver. Y presionando para que te vayas. No volveré

Mala calidad y mal servicio. En primer lugar nos pusieron en una mesa en frente de servicio , habiendo sitios libres por todo el restaurante y con nuestra incomodidad con ese lugar. En segundo lugar la comida ha bajado muchísimo el nivel y es una pena porque conocemos el restaurante desde hace mucho tiempo. En tercer lugar , lo clientes que teníamos sentados en la mesa de al lado le han traído el pescado congelado. Espero que mejore en muchos aspectos porque es un restaurante muy conocido por toda España y me da pena que se vaya arruinando poco a poco.

The glasses were not properly cleaned and had a strong fishy smell. We asked for replacements three times, but each time they came with the same odor. Under these conditions, it’s hard to believe the food would be hygienic either. We left without eating. Very disappointing.
