Excellent service and staff with smiles. The environment is super relaxed and the employees seem to have a great time working together! The sandwich artist, Mason, made our sandwiches with care and attention. The employee at the register, Summer, was a pleasure and Jason assisted on the line with a great attitude!! Top notch restaurant, top notch employees, top notch in cleanliness and care! We will return again soon!!
Callie is an absolute gem!! She's super sweet and made my order to perfection! Summer was my Sandwich artist this evening and she completely nailed it, 👌 my Sandwich is unique and she made it with love and it was so delicious!! Jerry and Xander are two of the most hard working humans, and SUBWAY should feel so lucky to have such upstanding gentlemen as employees, best customer service ever !!!
Went in today for a sandwich, got exactly what I ordered and was greeted by friendly smiles from the staff. Great people, great atmosphere. Keep it up guys!!

SUBWAY is great, very polite and friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean.

I don't know what it is about this particular Subway location but it attracts a lot of characteristically interesting employees. They make decent sandwiches too.

Employees don't care, had one guy (customer) rubbing himself while girl made his sandwich. I asked for 2 ribbons of mayo got 6. Both girls don't take their jobs seriously. I could go on but I know it's hard to get good Employees but tonight pissed me off.
The manager Michelle was very rude. I felt rushed throughout my entire order. She tried to get me to make a sandwich I didn’t even want and didn’t seem to want to allow me to make my own decision. I just felt like I had to constantly keep rep leading myself over and over again. It was just all over really stressful.

uhhh so when i order extra mustard i also do want to emphasize that the sandwich should also preferably remain edible throughout all customizations. half of the vegetables were UNDER the sandwich, and it was constructed with enough mustard to keep in a Heinz bottle in my fridge for decades to come. it was…..a bit much. after trying my best to salvage it, eating the sandwich left me to emerge, victorious, from its hellish swamp of yellow spices and vinegar. p.s.turmeric, does, in fact, stain the skin.

Ordered a footling sandwich which I always do and when I asked for olives they put 3 olives on a footling and when I asked for more they said no!! I even said I’d pay more and they wouldn’t. Took 30 min just to get my food and there wasn’t a line. The new manager there need to care about the customers not her quota.
Absolutely horrible service manager is beyond rude and unfriendly never again
I’ve been to so many subways and never ran into a rude employee let alone MANAGER like Michelle. I just wanted my sub toasted and she kept on ignoring me until another co worker came up and she demanded them to toast it for her. The entire time she was prepping my sub she didn’t have her gloves on and was being straight up rude to me and making back handed remarks whenever I asked for specific items such as chicken and different cheeses. She needs to be out of there I bet its 3 star rating is due to her alone.
I visited this location around lunchtime, and unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant. The manager on the floor, Michelle, was extremely rude and dismissive. She ignored me multiple times when I told her what I wanted and even tried to correct me over wording when I said “cubed chicken” instead of “grilled chicken.” Her job is to make customers’ orders, not to be rude or make them feel uncomfortable or stupid for how they describe their food. The overall attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will not be returning to this location.
Michelle the “manager” never washes her hands. She came in from the back, phone in hand, and grabbed gloves. When I asked if she could wash her hands before making food, she had another employee wash his hands to make the food instead of just washing her hands. I’m afraid that her lack of hygiene is going to make someone really sick. It’s hard to believe she is a manager…her attitude is always the worst too. She needs retraining on how to work in customer service and food industry. On the other hand a red head girl clocked in, and automatically washed her hands and gloved up! Loved to see it. She gets 10 stars!! ❤️
I don’t know how this Michelle lady is the manager here, she is beyond disrespectful. She rushed us the whole time, acting as if ordering more than one item was an inconvenience for her and yelled at my husband saying “what else do you want, I can’t understand you.” I could more likely understand from a normal employee but not from the manager to treat their customers this way.
I went in today around lunchtime and when I walked in all I saw was this little girl with red Tipped hair handling a line of customers That ended to the door. I don’t know where the other employee was, the girl was by herself and I’d say at least 5-7 minutes pass before this older lady walks in and goes straight to the back. The girl with the red tipped hair looked stressed but handled the customers very well, then at least 4-5 minutes pass before she comes out puts on gloves WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. She’s going to get someone sick especially since she has those acrylic nails.Now it’s my turn to order my sandwich and the nice little girl puts meat on my sandwich slides it to the older woman then heads to the register to ring up the customers ahead of me. While the girl tries to ring them up the older lady told her not to, but the girl did it anyway. Then the older lady stops what she’s doing and goes to the back walks out on the phone and heads out the door leaving the little girl there to continue making the sandwiches herself.
Terrible customer service, Workers never greet you, Very stingy with olives and if you want more they will say it’s extra but if you pay the extra amount they still will be stingy on the amount that they give you. Michele the manager always seems rude and almost acts as if they don’t have to earn your business.
Ordered on the app and arrived when it said it would be ready. The employees said it would be a few minutes then proceeded to talk to each other for the next 15 minutes. In which time they completed 1 sandwich for another app customer. It took 25 minutes after the promised time until I finally got my order. And they were by no means busy. Don't count on getting your order in a timely fashion. I mean, what's the point of ordering in advance if you still have to wait half an hour.
There was a guy working yesterday evening (4/25/25 around 7PM) who had long black hair. He was texting on his phone when I came in and he asked me to wait which was fine…he went straight to the gloves and did NOT wash his hands…I started to say something but he was probably doing that all day and contaminating the food anyways. It’s absolutely disgusting and he has no integrity and lacks hygiene.
