Got Patty Melts and a Dr Pepper shake, which I normally don't care for it being a Coca-Cola girl, but it was so good! I'm so glad our local Whataburger is so good. And the staff is really nice.
Just went through the drive through and got food and banana pudding milk shake, very good. Loved the service from the girl at the window, Jamie. Definitely one they need to keep, she had my wife ready to come back again the next day for another one.

Friendly atmosphere, everyone pitching in and working together to cover all aspects of operating this diner. The interior was clean and updated and the food, thought still "fast food", was good and extremely affordable at approx $7.50 for 2 wataburger Jr.s and 2 senior drinks. This is my favorite fast food restraunt!
Cheyenne, Grimm. Cooper, and RJ are the best! They always give us great service when we come in after working our bar shifts! We've actually made a tradition of doing a "Family Night" there every Saturday!
First time to this location, staff was good but they were swamped with orders on this night. Even so they were communicating well and got the food out to us for dine in relatively quickly.
The people who work late at night (after midnight) are awesome. The lady who takes the orders is always very nice and professional. The food is better than when you go during the day and I have never had a wrong order.
Best Whataburger yet and I've visited alot. Cooper the manager took our order. Nice to see a manager working with his staff instead of "managing". He was friendly and efficient. Our order came out quick. Our burgers were delicious and the dine in area was clean. The kid that brought out our food was pleasant, and polite.
I always have the best service when I come here! Kallie works so hard to make sure our order is always correct. She really goes above and beyond and gives great recommendations!
The atmosphere isn't as important for me as I go to drive through here but their food is amazing. You will spend more here though than competing restaurants, but if you want to splurge a bit and take care of yourself, this is the spot. Service has been on point every time with no mix ups on my orders. Better than other fast food experiences. Parking and dine in available. Kids menu available. Breakfast menu available and open 24/7! (That's the best part).
Justin and his team had exceptional service today they got our food out fast and fresh and multiple employees checked on us multiple times to make sure our experience was satisfied. The quality of service was even more superior than chik Fila it's always nice to see even fast food restaurants strive to make sure the customers are comfortable spending money because inflation is real these days. This is the first whatabueger I left a review at the last 3 whataburgers had Mediocre customer service. STAY GREAT

After not having a burger from here for many years, they did not disappoint. The food was served hot and fresh to the table. With 6 people ordering, the orders did not get messed up. The restaurant was clean, table service was prompt, and the staff very friendly.
So glad to be back in Texas....... nothing like a good Whataburger. Staff is super helpful, super polite, and very clean. Keep up the good work y'all.
For a fast food chain these guys rate off the charts in my mind. The manager that was there made it a real experience. The customer service was top notch and the food was fresh and tasted delicious.
Kayla helped with our order. She was very professional and pleasant! Loved her cheerful but not overbearing attitude! It was raining & that sometimes gives ppl a bad attitude. But she was great! I don't typically go in so I don't know what the inside was like.. the food always comes out good .. it does take a long time to get your food through the drive-thru sometimes 20 minutes.. so if you're in a hurry don't make Whataburger your choice..

It was good but felt it was a little pricey for what you get. Steak was very tender and fried poppers appetizer was great. I’ve noticed that I get better service when I DoorDash with them versus going through drive-through. I’ve been through a drive-through three times and each time they got my order wrong.
Place was clean but just a typical fast food place. I ordered #1combo. Fries were good but way to much. Half that amount would have been plenty. Cheeseburger was ok but not something to brag about. The bun was cold, had not been heated, thus making the cheese burger cold and not very appetizing. Service was good.

I ordered online, when I arrived I went to online pickup location and waited 3+ minutes. Basically the cashier took 2 orders then asked if he could help me. Even though there were 10 people in back, none acknowledge me, even the runners taking out orders to curbside and drive thru. The sweet tea was overly sweet.
Came to visit family in Texas so it was my first Whataburger experience. Loved the fries! The burger was pretty standard I got the jalapeños and cheese burger. Decent. The store was VERY well kept and clean. The manager even came out and checked on us and other customers which I thought was very nice and doesn't happen often in fast food, so that made our experience better
Not from Texas and we don’t have Whataburger back home, one of the first billboards I saw for Whataburger was for their bbq chicken strip sandwich, I immediately knew I had to try it. I got a side of ranch (because who doesn’t love ranch & bbq sauce mixed, right?!). Yeah, you HAVE to try it! Their fries were okay but I would go back just for the sandwich! Only giving 4 stars because the staff wasn’t overly friendly, we kind of felt like we were a nuisance. But seriously, if you like chicken strips, get this sandwich!

This Whataburger felt greasy. Our order took quite awhile to get ready as did several others. Once we got our food it was tasty.
What’s up with this Whataburger judging me and for one it’s like they’re keeping tabs on me for what I’ve done and all I have done was use their toilet and bought a drink and some food an then hear one of the employees say he’s leaving the lobby. What does that supposed to mean? I’m not doing nothing wrong. 🤷🏽♂️ just getting food with my wife so she has something for work and I’m being judged just why. An this all happened at 3:13 in the morning and the lady with the black frames glasses moping the floor gotta be judging me early in the morning so sad.
This visit was not so good. Real quick you need to double check your order alway when take out anywhere but fast food place please do. It's so easy for them to always miss something. Food was cold by the time I got home because of all the time I waited. My issue that don't have to read it. Long version only. When I got there only 1/2 off my order was ready in my bag but the lady packing it though it was all. After checking it the lady gave some more of it that was missing. While she was doing that I check again and still was missing one burger and my drinks and I told her and she got the manager so the manager had to go thru all my order again because she said she had to know which burger was really missing than after telling her she ask for the receipt check it like 3 time still my order was no ready than I told her about the drink it took for my online order about 15 min. More after I got there to be completely ready. Short version check and double check your order because ones you leave the place sure your not coming back for what they did not gave you.
Food is normally good but the service is not always the best, of course they are on the slow side but I don’t mind that as long as it’s fresh and good

Had gotten previous order wrong completely and was returning to get the correct order made when I pulled up to the speaker irt her know I was back and she advised me to go ahead and pull up to the window, I did and literally 10 mins had past before someone came to the window, then once they did they told me that they had to get the manager and my receipt to make the food again. So I waited an additional 11 mins in the drive thru for my food, and I know the lady behind me must of had cold food cause hers sat on the counter the 11 mins I waited on my food. Just not very good customer service skills or any sort of hurry to these people at this whataburger.
Slowest fast food ever. Cashier had problems with order entry, it took about 5 minutes to order. Then it took over 15 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. When we finally received the order everything was cold and we had to send it back for a second try. The second burgers we at least warm.
Was in drive-through 20 to 30 minutes. The burgers were made incorrectly. I ordered a bacon burger they serve no bacon. My husband sauce was wrong. They charged us for two meals when we ordered one meal and one single burger. And it was around 8:00 p.m. in the evening so it wasn't peek-time frame. And their defense they said they had a $300 order come in. Usually have great luck with whataburgers. Will go back
This is the second time that I have received gravy that was more like thin soup and then they expected me to come all the way back and let them make me a new one when I live 30 minutes away and I had to argue with the lady that was on shift that morning that I didn't need it remade. I just need my money back or a gift card. And she continued to argue with me. The biggest reason I come to this one is because the other 1 in the next town over definitely is in need of help and I never ever can get out of there with a biscuit and gravy and orange juice, in under 10 minutes. It's almost impossible there. They'll have a shift of 5 people and only one working.
Whatever you do, don't modifiy you're order cause they're going to mess it up.
The food has always tasted great after you finally get it, I’ve been stuck in the drive thru line for breakfast unmoved for 20 minutes, so I’ve tried going inside to order breakfast and they just look at you from the back without taking your order.
I used to really enjoy going here. But nearly every time I go now which is night shift because I work late. It's a hit or miss. But the last 2 times the workers slam the drive thru window on me before I can ask for any more sauces or napkins. This last time I had barely grabbed the food before they did it.
Seems to be a hit or miss here. Always a disappointment when the food you expect to be as great as it was thatafe you want to go back in the first place is NOT EVEN CLOSE, but rather undercooked, over mustard, and a soggy, literally wet bun on the burgers. So wet n soggy can't eat the bun. Not sure if from over abundant mustard. Or wet lettuce. Or what. But one time you get it perfect. Meat cooked just right and taste great then next time it's like the worst burger ever. At the prices it's not worth it. I'm assuming it all depends on what time of day or who is working at the time you go.it used to be the go to place years ago. Now it's almost a last resort .
The only good thing about this location is that their workers are nice. However… this is THE slowest Whataburger I have ever been to. Every single time we go they mess up my order, or leave food out of it. This past time we went they just put a bag of apples inside of a bag and gave it to me for my kid’s meal. It’s almost become like a joke at my house to see what’s going to go wrong when I drive thru here. But like I said, the people are nice.
Got a jr whataburger and jalapeño burger. Way too much mustard. The mustard burned more than the jalapeños. Too much to be able to eat it. Never had a burger where the main ingredient is mustard, typically they have flavor, not just mustard. I cannot stress enough how much was on it. That is all you can taste. There is not even a hint of any other flavor. The bun is soggy because it's soaked up half the mustard.
Edit: called the store and i am receiving a refund. Very nice customer service however the grill is an issue if it cannot keep temp long enough to cook a patty during the slow time. Third time we got a raw burger. First time they messed up and gave us the wrong order, went back to correct it and received raw burgers. This was during dinner time. Decided to give them a chance again while they were slow early in the morning, raw again. Seems their training is lacking.

Spent almost 35 minutes in the drive thru last night. Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich meal, received the honey barbecue one instead. Ordered fries with two meals and both were old almost cold fries, which i don't understand how that happens when you have a constant flow of customers. Once you're in the drive thru you're stuck. We love Whataburger but this is the worst one we’ve ever been too. We try and try to give it a chance. Giving it every excuse we can think. Maybe they’re short handed. Maybe we ordered wrong. Maybe the drive through cut out on us. Nope. None of that. They just don’t care. They are a team of people who clearly hate each other and would obviously rather be anywhere else. They have no integrity and their food shows it.
Took 46min. To get order. Had to ask for order after waiting for an order that came in after mine to get thier order. Then cook said he took the orders as he got them after being asked why I had to wait. MANGER noticed a bag that was on the counter for 30min. It was my order. Needless to say Whataburger Has lost a customer of 42yrs. And we certainly will suggest not suggest Whataburger to anyone again. To bad what used to be the best in town.
Can't give zero stars. My husband wanted Whataburger this morning (8/18/23) at 8:30am. They were not busy. They became busy while there...HOWEVER. Food was not received until 9:20am. Almost ONE hour waiting and then they gave him the wrong order. He went back in and received NOTHING but attitude. The girl running the drive through giving nothing but snide comments and attitude...and when he went in to have his order fixed it was the same attitude. This is totally absurd and frankly a joke. Paying customers should not be treated like this, and thanks to the snobby attitudes and the unnecessary incompetence....we will never do business with this Whataburger again.
If you love Whataburger, skip this one! Our food is never correct. I called the manager and she started a conversation with someone else. 🤷🏻♀️ They lady I spoke to said she was the manager. However, she was a cashier. When I told her our order was incorrect, she said and I quote “Do you just want free food?” I said “No, I want the food I ordered and paid for”. Even after the renovation, nothing changed except the building looks a little nicer. They need extensive training and education!
This place sucks. Every time I come through here (which is seldom) they continually screw up my order. They’re slower than molasses and have never once apologized for any inconvenience, or extremely long wait. I sat in the drive through one night for a literal 45 minutes with only three cars in front of me. Low and behold, even with the 45 minutes of preparation they allotted themselves, my order was still incorrect. Whoever runs this establishment, I recommend hiring some new employees with the correct capabilities needed to run a fast food drive through. I realize it is not always the employees fault, because I too work in the customer service industry. However, this location is repeat offender of being extremely unorganized and untimely.
Literally the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. Our order is always wrong, and almost always cold. They try to pull you around to keep their times down at the window then forget you were ever there. The staff is almost always smoking cigarettes by the order box, and they're always rude. Except the older ladies that have been there a long time, they're always great. So, if you want your order to he messed up, and the area to smell like flint Michigan than this is the restaurant for you. Unfortunately most of the fast food places in this town are the same as this.
Truthfully I was very disappointed in the service there. I was only passing through but I don't want to go back. The food was okay once we got it...... 32 minutes after we ordered it. When I use to work fast food that type of service would have gotten the entire staff fired. There is no cause for making people wait that long. There was a gentleman ahead of us that got his just minutes before and he'd already been waiting when we walked in. No apologies for the wait. Just called our name and walked away. The Granbury store needs a major overhaul and you can begin with the attitude of your staff. I just wish we could give negative stars
If you’re looking for food fast, this hasn’t been the place for the last 4 or 5 years. Expect to wait 25 - 55 minutes in the drive thru or inside. If you’re looking for your food to be hot after taking 25 - 55 minutes to be prepared, it’s still not the place. When they build your burger, if you got cheese on it, the meat isn’t even warm enough to start melting it when they put it on top of the cheese. Then after your burger has been built, it sits on the counter getting cold for at least 10 minutes before they either give you cold fries out of the huge precooked pile, or it’s waiting on fries to cook. You’re either getting an ice cold burger and fries, or an ice cold burger and warm fries, probably won’t be hot. This has been the case the last 5 or 6 times I’ve been there over the last 2 years. The only thing I can say good is they haven’t messed my order up yet like they have for a multitude of other people that have left comments here. That could be because I won’t use their drive thru, I always go inside. Somebody needs to train the managers and the cooking crew on how to cook burgers and fries in a timely manner and get them out to the customer while it’s hot. It’s really ridiculous to run a restaurant this way. I’ve been eating at this store off and on since it was built in the 1980’s and this is the worst it’s ever been. I really think corporate should send some undercover customers in over a couple weeks time just to see the poor service this place dishes out on a daily basis. People in Granbury have taken to calling this place Wait A Burger. The stores in Weatherford and Benbrook are a lot faster and your food is hot when you get it.

I have been 3 times and my order was wrong and luke warm each time. The cheese on my number 2 was cold. This last time I decided to return my order for a refund and the woman at the counter was rude about it. While waiting on my money she just talked to other staff members about it and laughed at me. I am a huge Whataburger fan and this one is the worst I have ever been to.

I have visited this establishment multiple times. Decided to take my business inside to order takeout. No one was in line. I stood there for a few minutes. No one acknowledged I was standing there. 1 manager was counting the drawer. The store manager was present. Did not speak to me. No greeting whatsoever. After getting no help I finally decided to go through the drive thru. Sad the establishment has that many employees and I still can’t get service. That’s wasted money on the company side. Customer service is a plus for me especially when times are hard and I choose to purchase from an establishment instead of cooking. DO BETTER!

I’m a local business owner and I have been going to this whataburger since elementry school in the early 90s when this place was amazing. The last 10 years I’ve always let their terrible services go under the bridge, but have finally had enough of it to offer a review. There is a 90% chance that you will NOT receive the correct or complete order. Especially if using delivery services. The food here doesn’t even taste like the franchise flavor anymore, for which we all know comes from the toasted bun. Use Benbrook, Stephenville, or Brownwood if you’re passing thru. Locals go anywhere else. This Granbury whataburger staff has been incompetent for many years now. Such an embarrassment for the renown city of Granbury.

I drove through and ordered the bacon/cheese Whataburger meal. Got home and there was 1/2 of a piece of bacon on my burger. I also ordered an unsweet tea and received sweet tea. I'm glad I paid extra for that 1/2 piece of bacon and a tea that I couldn't drink!

I am an Uber eats driver and every time I come here they're always taking so long to get the order ready, and I can see my order already done being made and they know I'm there and they don't process to hand me my customer's food, I'm constantly having to apologize to the customers for being late and what's crazy about all this is that I see a lot of workers working back there no organization skills whatsoever I have worked in the food industry many times and I could have done a better job
There was a very pungent smell that made us order and leave. First and last time we will order inside. The line was in the drive thru was long so my husband thought going inside will be easier. Huge mistake! Hopefully they fix it soon. I have read lots of horrible reviews on the smell. Unfortunately, this is the only location here.
Grandfather came in asking to order some food, they basically refused to take his order unless he did it on their kiosk. He is 75s old. It was 6:30 in the morning so it's obviously NOT horribly busy. You can take his order at the counter. Let him walk outta the store because he didn't feel the need to use their kiosk. I've worked in food for multiple years and never heard of such a weird atmosphere towards INTERACTING with your customer. Do better.
The shift leader should be retrained the girl doing drive through should not be bagging and doing front counter I shouldn't be waiting an hour for 2 number 1s the new older man shouldn't be on fryer just so he's out of the way he should be on a shift where he can learn or in the kitchen the shift lead should be bagging and running front counter to be honest my McDonald's in high-school was ran so much better and my food I waited an hour for was old and cold the lead needs to be retrained there are some good employees trying but the lead can not lead
UPDATE: I just spent 30 minutes in the drive through. I expect this location to take a long time but what I didn't expect was burned french fries. However, that wasn't all, I was also given raw french fries in my order. Disgraceful. Original review: I really like Whataburger but this one is special. What makes it so special you may ask? Well, they need a little extra time to get things put together. You've already spent 15 minutes in the drive through? It's fine! They'll get you your food! Don't worry about it. They don't remember if you've already paid? Don't worry about it! It's just fine. Your chicken strips are nearly cold and taste like they were cooked in old burned out oil? Don't say anything because you'll be in the drive through for another 15 minutes! Hey, you got your food. You got your drink. That's basically like winning the Whataburger lottery at this location. Just be happy with what you get!
No more granbury whataburger. A $12 jalapeño and cheese whataburger meal means 1 jalapeño on ur burger
I'd probably avoid using the app to get takeout anytime past 10 from this location because the people who are working are incapable of handling the amount of orders that are coming in and you'll end up getting cold food a half hour after your order was supposed to be complete; this after rudely being told multiple times you didn't place an order even though it's been confirmed on the app. Oh and don't bother getting in touch with customer service about your bad experience because they'll just give you a long-winded excuse and promise you it will be a better experience next time (spoiler alert: there will not be a next time!)
I literally bit into a penny that was strategically placed in my cheeseburger. I was a loyal and always a friendly customer of the Granbury Whataburger. I will never go back. Worst fast food place in Granbury. Dirty, employees, dirty restaurant, cooks contaminate your food, orders are constantly incorrect. Please drug test your employees and hire legitimate management. The absolute worst Whataburger anywhere in the state of Texas I have ever tried.

I sorry but whataburger is going on a list got home to find with none in inside or outside simple order drive 6 miles home to find I was screwed again at the drive-thru I won't be coming back anytime soon . Double means 2 hamburger Patties 2 slices of cheese that's about 5 or 6 dollars difference I over paid again.
Went in last night to order food stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. Three employees all kept looking st me like I was stupid. I finally was able to get their guy at the fry station attention and asked him if someone was around to take my order. His exact words was I dont know let me.see if I cam find someone. Wow this store sucks. Sad they refuse to take a food order. And no one in the store was able to take a food order.
Took 30 minutes for one large fry. When I got the large fry it was only half full. Yall are very bad about this. The fries cost enough without being cheated a half order. Do better.
Service is poor lately. Orders are wrong or completely forgotten like my drive through order today. After 8 others served got my order only to see it was wrong. Training should not be done during the lunch hour. Granbury is now on the list w/Benbrook. Don’t go
The people in the kitchen i don't have a problem with not even the manger is the same people at least at night besides the point.Almost everytime I go in there there is this gentleman at the window and hes rude with an attitude and idk how but with out fail forgets some part of my order once or twice I won't mind thing happen ok, but at this point idk what's going on with him and his night be he needs to not take it out on the customer please and thank you for your time🤍🧡
Haven't been since the remodel so I thought I would try again coming home from the ER. Told us to pull around by manager between trash cans, waited 15 minutes before going in to be told no one told us you were waiting, attitude with order taken for half filled taquitos, hard as a rock jalapeño biscuit, ice cold hash browns with a tea tastes like it was sitting out all night. No receipt given.
I ordered DoorDash today and always do sometimes and food is normally good temp and fresh fries. Tonight, I received ice cold fries like they been sitting out for hours!!! Unacceptable
Me and my mom go and get whataburger every sunday morning and every single time theres a weird creepy worker that stares at you while in the drive thru and he walks around “cleaning” but just watching people in their cars, he walked past each car in the line and looked into everyones car, he even bent over to see my mom in the side mirror -edit, wrote that while ordering… my order was wrong
I think the employees are allergic to giving out condiments. Every time I order from this location they never give me the sauces that I pay for because they make sure to charge you for that, but never actually give it to you.. oh and one ketchup per bag.
There's always something wrong I can never get a completely correct order. When I order ahead they only once saw that I didn't want ice on my coke, my food more than once taste like it's been siting out, and when I get there on the schedule they give I always get there at the last time slot it gives and I always have to wait 5-10 min at a slow time and on the busy times I wait 15-25 min. I would go to the glen rose location and they know what to do so I know it's a location issue and not a company issue.
I love whataburger. This one, though, is a hit or miss. I have learned that if you go at lunch, you have a better chance of getting good food. If you go after 5, your fries will be cold, and you will barely get any fries. Several times I went after 5, and every single time the container wasn't even halfway filled for the fries. No matter what time you arrive you will have a wait for your food.
