Friendly staff and was asked how we were doing and if everything was ok. Attentive and polite.
This Wendy used to be a place you can bring your kids and have a quick meal. Now, there is very limited staff. Mostly dedicated to drive thru and then they'll take care of the people at the counter. The soda machine is broken most of the time or not working properly. Disappointing!
Honestly the food is best one day so so the next.. idk BUUUUUUUUUT! There is a lady that works there and I couldn’t get her name. She is so rude! She yells at me and anyone every time I go in. Slams keys and just makes it such an unpleasant experience. Every time someone leaves the register they’re either shaking their head or talking quietly about it. Idc what her problem is I just need her to fix it before someone takes it personal.
Asked if there was a deal I seen and got a blank stare with I don’t know. I asked if she could ask someone about it and came back with nope. So I just ordered and I did have my order mixed up because I thought I was getting the offer I seen and it was with a kids meal. But I changed it to the Wednesday meal and she looked at me and said that’s not a kids meal kinda harsh with a like that would kill. I said thank you and just asked for her name. We came in from out of town to go to Troy Vinson jewelers in the same parking lot. We decided to get something from Wendy's when we were headed home. Because we had been traveling for over an hour to get to Granbury, my husband needed to go to the men's room real quick. While he was in there, what I witnessed was absolutely appalling!!!! An employee was having an issue with her register. The manager on duty was being SUPER hateful to her and even accused her of doing "something illegal" to the register. She kept saying she didn't and seemed like she was in the verge of tears. I think they couldn't seem to get the keypad to work. This jerk kept threatening her job while telling her she was pushing on the "buttons" too hard. He said stuff like, "What am I going to do with you Rhonda? And "I don't know if you're going to be able to continue to work here." We ended up walking out without ordering. He the one that needs to be fired. You don't treat people like that. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
New employees don't know what they are doing. Got my burger wrong twice. I give up on this place. Used to be good, and there's a few that are still solid employees, i guess the rest don't care.
The worst Wendy's ever. I asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweet. The lady that took the order was rude and not professional. When they took my money they were rude. Food was nasty, cold and old.
Waited 30 mins for food. Only have small cups and fries. Out of stock in the large ones. Although we waited forever the food did come out hot that’s the only good thing
Ordered DoorDash, didn’t get Cobb salad and got a medium combo instead of large. I understand things can get busy but when you pay $50 for food you are expecting to get it right
The woman at the window not only got my order wrong she had the WORST attitude I’ve ever received from a drive thru. I will never return to this Wendy’s.
Every time we go to this location they don't have what you ordered something as simple as biscuits and gravy sorry we don't have biscuits at 9am in the morning just cancel your order at night its sorry no baked potatoes out of salad and then don't get me started on how rude the night employees are we won't be back to that Wendy's
The service was absolutely terrible. The lady who was taking my mother’s order was very rude, disrespectful and was screaming at her the entire time. When she drove up to the window to address her loudness over the speaker, the employee popped off with even more attitude. She screamed at her and was very disrespectful. I do not appreciate how she handled herself and I would like for something to be done about it
The lady inside is very rude. She was rude to the people in front of us, and so on. I can't imagine why. She was that way a few weeks ago and nothing has changed. The worst restaurant in town... they just don't care about customer service AT ALL- IM kinda sad for them... I won't be back... 2nd time & when u talk in you feel the heavy rude altitudes
The employee at the front counter is extremely rude and doesnt make you feel welcomed AT ALL. As she runs around complaining about how busy she has been, throwing mop water all over the floor with no wet floor sign posted. Then she says "we have been so damn busy, I am hurrying to get the hell out of here".I get being busy as I worked in fast food 15 yrs, and get how overwhelmed one can feel. When Ms. Selena (no name tag worn so I asked her what her name was as she rudely was yelling and rushing customers). In fact as I am writing this a customer had a question about their food and she yells to him, we are working on it, thats why its not on the tray yet. That gentleman profusely apologized to her and she just huffed and puffed and walked away mumbling something. I was told by a regular costumer to reach out to the manager and she would deal with it, I am hoping she sees this and does as she sees fit for her store and her CUSTOMERS that pay Ms. SELENAS PAYCHECK !! Such a pretty store for such ugly service!!!
The employees that work here at night are extremely rude, and I had one yell at me a couple of nights Ago. As a DoorDash, I go into the store all the time and the employees at night are always rude every single time
There’s a lady that works drive thru and she’s sooo rude. She doesn’t wear a nametag. There’s no attempt at being nice at all. It’s shocking that she’s okay with being rude to customers. Taking your life problems out on others is not the answer you’re needing…
I'm sick of going to this Wendy's and never getting my whole order.... This is like the 5th time it was either wrong or just missing stuff in the past 3 weeks.
Worst fast food restaurant in Granbury. How are they still in business? They give out old food to doordash customers and sometimes ignore the dashers completely. Dont go here, dont order food here, just dont.
Service and food quality fell off a cliff recently. It'd be nice to not get stale fries and have them mess your order. Also apparently condiments are a premium thing. Go anywhere else
The service was remarkably slow. I work at a local hospital and only have so much time for my dinner. When I paid I got no receipt. I got a number one single with a Coke When I got my food the fries were extra salty and cold. When I unwrapped the burger it was disgusting. Way too much mayonnaise and blood dripping from the burger. The bun was soggy. I ventured to take a bite but when it was pink inside it completely grossed me out
