Love Granbury Wendy's. The biggie bag is the best deal out there today and the ghost pepper ranch 🙌. Jeff the manager is by far the best part of this restaurant and the whole staff is excellent and makes you feel right at home and I leave there with a smile on my face a full tummy. I had the small bacon chicken sandwich, enough for me, and added jalapeno to it and I would bet money that it's just as good as the big one but less than half the price. Good for those of us who don't eat large portions.

Best Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time. The service was fast, the food was hot, and the customer service was amazing! They messed up my order the first time and I brought it up with the cashier and they fixed it really quickly. Love this place can’t wait to return!!

Most amazing thing happened today! I have a car full of boys and my wife. I walked in here to use the bathroom and take 4 boys to the bathroom and needed to buy them some burgers. Manager is a marine and truest an amazing man. I only had 11 dollars and he said “you know how to change the world... one act of kindness at a time.” He fed me and my wife! I will never forget this day! God is real! Thank you for the blessing!

Among the best service I've ever gotten at a restaurant here in town. Jeff is by far one of the best managers I've ever seen, really makes my coworkers and I feel welcome. The food is always fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is always very inviting.

The mobile app was having some technical issues with their servers after spending half an hour trying to redeem one of my offers with no success however the gentleman at the window on April 26th yesterday at 9:50 p.m. not only took my order at the very last second but also compensated by still allowing the offer after verifying my inability to redeem it though he didn't ask me to show him he was nothing but professional and helpful thanks to granbury wendy's staff what a breath of fresh air considering a majority of fast food places or regular food places can't seem to get it right especially when it comes to getting the actual order itself accurate

Went through the drive thru, which I rarely like to do, but what a great experience! It was like it should be, fast friendly, and the food was the best I’ve had from any fast food place in a very long time! Fries were so fresh and cooked a little more than usual which made them crispy and perfect! The staff, especially the lady with long dark hair and possibly a manager, was so friendly and smiling.

Kudos to the Granbury Wendy’s. The order was perfect and done very quickly. And the staff was very personable. So refreshing from what we find at most fast food establishments these days. Less than 2 weeks later and we were back. Great service by Leticia and an accurate order prepared quickly! They put service back in customer service.

Stopped for lunch today. The service by our cashier Jeffrey was awesome. He was attentive and courteous and has a great work ethic. As usual the chili was perfect. I tried the peppermint Frosty and loved it.

It's probably the best Wendy's we've ever been to, and we eat here pretty regularly because of it. Honestly, it's probably one of the best, if not the best, fast food restaurants in Granbury. Not necessarily for what it is (it is fast food after all), but because the service is courteous and prompt, the food is always fresh, and we have never received a wrong order. Ever. Orders have been right every time, and that's something in my book. Wish I could say the same for pretty much every other fast food establishment in town (with the exception of CFA of course). Y'all are doing everything right, please don't change!! ✌🏼🫶🏼🍔🍟

The manager, Jeffrey made the experience amazing. I was having a particularly bad evening and wanted some comfort food so I went through the drive-thru at 9pm today (sunday).. I was feeling discouraged and sad because of life stuff and When I got up to the final window Jeffery was the one who handed me my order and he took extra time to give me kind words and made my week. I will return just because of my experience with him!

I love the Wendy's in Granbury. The restaurant is always clean, the employees are wonderful, and the food is always fresh and delicious. If you haven't tried the cobb salad add bacon and blue cheese and it's the best salad ever.

Jacob is a wonderful host. He does his best to make sure customers are satisfied. Always like his friendly personality and great attitude and kindness and attentiveness. Food is always good and made in a timely manner. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The music isn't overbearing and loud. Place is clean and always enough room. Plenty of parking and easy access.

Ate here with my kids and grandmother for lunch after shopping. The restaurant was very clean with lots of good places to sit, the lady taking our order was attentive and made sure that everything was correct, and she even helped my grandmother figure out how to work the drink machine. While we were eating, the manager came and checked on us and spent some time talking with the kids. He was very personable and kind. We will definitely eat here again. Food was good, and customer service was awesome!!

I got some nuggs and they are actually really good I asked for ketchup in my bag and they were like sure no problem. 15 mins later I open the bag to find no ketchup. I had ketchup at home so its all good. But is it?

The food was good and the customer service was good as well. They were all nice. The reason I gave 4 stars is because they got my order wrong. The only reason it's frustrating is because I made my order very clear to them and even gave them the time to make it right after repeating myself.

Updated below this review Didn't even eat here. Walked inside and there were 6 persons in front of us. 8 more came in behind us. They were trying to run the drive thru, counter, and kitchen with 3 people. The people at the counter were not even waited on while we stood there about 15 minutes. Once the 8 people left behind us 2 more walked in behind us and like I said after 15 minutes noticing the people at the counter had not even been waited on...we gave up and left. Updated stars 10-1-21 Gave them another chance and glad that we did. 2 Biggie bags to go. Cheap and easy. $10. and change. MY food was good and it was warmer than most all of the fast food places in town when I got home (5 miles away). I'm pleased that we gave them another chance. Great job tonight.

All around 4 stars which is me pretty much saying, I can go here almost any time and it won't disappoint, but it's not quite a blows my mind location. Service is okay. They've slipped up on orders a few times. But they seem enthusiastic and happy to help from my experience. And when dining in, they seem even more accommodating. Atmosphere is not special, but it's never felt unsafe and it's never felt negative. So 4 on that Food is awesome. I always get a Dave's triple. This is one of the largest burgers with 3 square patties. It's awesome. McDonald's when you order anything with even two patties, they do you dirty with paper thin patties completely unlike the pictures. Wendy's does a good job of providing what they portray to offer. Bathroom inside. Good parking. Handicap parking. All the essentials from a mixed fast food drive through and dine in joint. Pricing is a bit on the getting to expensive end for fast food, but it's not over 30 for two people

This Wendy used to be a place you can bring your kids and have a quick meal. Now, there is very limited staff. Mostly dedicated to drive thru and then they'll take care of the people at the counter. The soda machine is broken most of the time or not working properly. Disappointing!

2021 Update: Last five times I've ordered 30 or more nuggets I have to wait another 10-20 minutes for them to cook some up. They also have a tendency to forget items. Friendly staff, usual Wendy's fare. Frosty machine has a tendency to be out, and sometimes the food isn't as fresh as it could be

Was very upset with the food. The fries were cold and the employees were far from being pleasant. Good thing I was the only person in there that heard the cook cursing. Will I visit this place again? Just have to say it will be awhile. There is no excuse for employees to be as loud as this one person was. I am happy that no kids were there. Leave the curse words after hours.

Several issues with my order just my meal the other meals were perfect.. and they are the picky ones... items not upsized as requested, my drink was requested with no ice I had 4 large drinks and had to ask for a drink carrier after getting the size corrected. Received bags of food the orders were correct on the plain and dry ,even the no cheese was right... asking for cheese and onions in the chili is regretted it was three spoonfuls of JUST ONIONS 🤮 No ice drink and fry upcharge was brought out to us... she had replaced all 4 drinks with no ice 😕 and charged me for the fries ... got home realized my onion overload, and my baconator fries were not included 😱😭 The person at the window had nothing but a bad attitude and mouthing off, yes I heard him clearly and when upsize was requested he failed to update the fries with other staff. Causing additional delays, the manager, she was great though.

It's always a hit or miss with this Wendy's. Forgotten items, slow service and they can never seem to get the order correct. I remember when Wendy's would have an order fulfilled with 100% accuracy and within a quick timeframe. Where has the good customer service gone?

I’ve never heard somebody so miserable and all their life. I really hope she can find peace and a better job since she’s so unhappy where she’s at. Food was good. Service was good. The floor was NASTY! carpet tile in dining room was sticky, matted, solid with dirt. Needs complete replacement. This can be done in one night. Even ceramic tile replaced in 2 nights per section.

I am now trying to reduce my intake of red meat and specifically hunted down a Wendy's for its spicy chicken sandwich. This is not the same chicken sandwich. They used to be round and puffy, but this one was oblong and flat. I found myself thinking I could have had a spicy chicken sandwich from McDonald's for a fraction of the cost. This Wendy's did not sell lime Coke. I was sorely disappointed with that.

Difficult to hear on the speaker, no clear instructions after paying, while they were making more fries my overly expensive burger was getting cold. I remember the days when Wendy's were at the top of the fast food hierarchy but now they don't even seem to try.

The food was perfect! Couldn't ask for anything better. But the employee on the order station sounded like she just rolled out of bed and was avoided that how dare I disturb her. This just hit me as she needs another job. If it was my business I would want a welcoming voice to take orders.

They seem to have a quick turnover in staff. Sometimes helpful, friendly, and fast. Sometimes the total opposite. It is a hit or miss. Dining area has always been clean. Food is fair, same as any other Wendy's. Often a good quick affordable lunch when you have a family with several kids. Who doesn't love a frosty. Bathrooms are usually fair.

I’ve always loved this location as a long time resident of the town. Never had any problems or complaints, and if I did or anything was forgotten the manager made up for it kindly and graciously. But, what I experienced in the drive thru today (8/19) around noon was completely unprofessional and off putting. The girl at the drive thru left and then I could hear her yelling at someone. Something about how she had a problem with a new hire? You could hear her yelling at whoever this new hire was and the manager didn’t even intervene. It was extremely shocking and highly unprofessional for this to happen and for the manager to allow such behavior. I hope the new hire promptly quit.

Honestly the food is best one day so so the next.. idk BUUUUUUUUUT! There is a lady that works there and I couldn’t get her name. She is so rude! She yells at me and anyone every time I go in. Slams keys and just makes it such an unpleasant experience. Every time someone leaves the register they’re either shaking their head or talking quietly about it. The carpet was the dirtiest thing I’ve ever seen. Black with dirt and grease. The restaurant smells like a dirty mop. The food was not good. I had a salad that tasted like the place smells.

The food wasn't good! The bread seemed a little stale. The smell of the carpet hits you as soon as you walk in. When you want a refill on a drink, they take the cup that you were already using, behind the counter and refill it. How gross? I was hoping they would've given you a new cup. I don't know the reason for it, but I will not be going back to find out!

I love the apple pecan salad it is pretty good but i have ordered it 3 times and they have forgot the dressing! Even when I have asked for extra. Normally I check but when I'm at work and someone else picks it up it get looked over.. Good food poor service.

Waited 20 minutes before I could order. The person bagging the food couldn't be bothered to read the screen and get the order correct in the first place. Had to wait longer for them to correct the issue, but it took an absurd amount of time to correct it. Other orders were either missing items or were outright wrong. Not sure I'll risk going back.

We got food here this morning and first we sat at the drive through and waited for 20 minutes before I had to go in and get our food. Then they had forgotten our baked potato and chicken and the avacodo for the salad. I called they said they would fix it I stood up there for 10 more minutes waiting for them to make the potato only to get back home again and have about 4 tiny pieces of bacon and a little cheese on it. Will not be going here again for a while.

Asked if there was a deal I seen and got a blank stare with I don’t know. I asked if she could ask someone about it and came back with nope. So I just ordered and I did have my order mixed up because I thought I was getting the offer I seen and it was with a kids meal. But I changed it to the Wednesday meal and she looked at me and said that’s not a kids meal kinda harsh with a like that would kill. I said thank you and just asked for her name. This wendy's has really gone down hill. Each time I go there I leave frustrated. The staff always says they are short handed, but it is also dirty. Today's trip probably took the cake. 25 min to go through the drive-thru. Worst part, the last 5 minutes of waiting, i could see my food there waiting, but instead of just handing it over the attendant was off doing other things.

I went in one day and went through the drive threw. and i waited for about two minutes before someone came over the speaker. and i order and i got back home. And the burgers was so steal and the meat tasted funny. so my mother call up there and told them. so i went back up there and went to drive threw again. and there where two employees and one manager one of the employees asked could he help me. And i said yes i need to talk to the manager. And he look at me funny and said me. and i wasn't happy but i said one cuss word f thing. and when he asked me to quit i did so he left then one of the employees brought my burger back and i ask for corporates Number.and she didn't know it so i ask her to ask manager he didn't talk to me anymore. so i left got back home and my mom ask what happen. so i told her and she told me the manager called here and said i was banished from wendy's. Because he said i cussed him out in front of employees but what was so funny is i had the hole thing on record. and he didn't know it because he also had his employees say the samething. so i was being banned for something i didn't do. so i call district manager and told him a bunch of things he lifted the banned. but i haven't went back because the food was bad and the service is very bad. and they have employees And managers that lie on customers. and that isn't good for bisness. and they don't seam like they are not doing there jobs like they sould be. representing a fast food restaurant so since they have ppl that lie and food that isnt good and the service isn't good so i wont ever be going back there if i want to go to wendys i wont ever go back to granbury wendys ill go to a different One the one in hood county differently needs change bad and i also know they have about four family members that work up there to and theres also one of the managers closes the store early then what there suposed to. its crazy there like i said i wont ever be going back

Tried to get breakfast just to see the lobby was still locked but the drive through was open.. It's great for normal vehicles but I drive a large box truck. Wasted my time and nothing for breakfast. Thanks.

I went around 10 am and wanted to get some oatmeal bars but they said they hadn’t even made any yet. So I then ordered the #10 and they forgot my syrup and my dipping sauce for the fries. Also the staff was not nice at all very rude and seem like they were not very happy to be there. Not a vet good experience here in granbury texas

I spent a good 20 minutes waiting for a #5 combo (grilled chicken sandwich) which was disgusting! I went inside to order because the drive thru was so long and slow and apparently so did the whole dining room full of waiting customers! The girl taking orders put the ice on TOP of the drinks and left mine sitting there the whole time! There was a tiny piece of lettuce on my sandwich and the tomato slice should have been thrown away because it was the part of the tomato where it attaches to the plant! Something yellow,tasteless and extremely watery ran out of the sandwich and all over everything!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!!!

Spent 22 minutes in line before I even got to order. The order took another 12 minutes to reach me. When I entered there were 3 dirty, trash filled tables. When I left, there were 6. I don't know who is in charge for staffing here but you clearly need more people working. 1 person on the register, one person in the kitchen and 2 working drive thru from 12-1 is just begging to lose customers. Cutting labor is a good way to kill your profits because no one is willing to wait 35 minutes to get their food. There was nothing the 4 people working could do to increase their speed of service. There are literally over a dozen better staffed fast food restaurants within 5 miles of this place. Until upper management gets more staff here, I would advise anyone looking for lunch utilize those other places.

Do NOT do mobile orders at this location. I placed a mobile order, paid for the order, went thru the drive-thru, was given my drink, then was asked to pull forward. At this point, waited for 16 minutes as I watched them serve every customer behind me. I went to the door and was stopped by an employee, as she seemed to be locking the lobby door. This was at 8pm. I got her to open the door and I told her I have been waiting for 15 minutes. Her response was oh it's done, but we are to serve all our other customers first. Food was Wrong, food was cold, and they made it a point to serve every single car behind me. Management really doesn't understand the concept of mobile orders.

Dirty tables, dirty floor. The store was not presentable. From someone who works in food service, the appearance of this establishment was not up to par. We were not given our drinks with our meal and had to go ask for them after getting our food along with the sauces that we asked for. The cashier had also taken our order wrong. Overall I was rather disappointed.

When we drove up it was 9:45PM and all of the lights(signs/menus) were off like they were closed. We saw a minivan out back talking to an employee. By the time we drove around the building all the lights were on and the mini van had backed up to the drive thru menu. Basically the lazy employees were pretending to be closed an hour and 15 minutes early and the minivan called their bluff. My girlfriend said this happened to her around 9PM once as well. So after 2 more cars pulled up behind us they once again turned off their signs to make it look like they were closed again and it still wasn't even 10PM and they close at 11PM (yeah I made sure to check the hours when we got to the window) So basically if you want Wendy's after 9PM in Granbury you'll have to call them out like Mr. Minivan. And this next part is kind of expected after that build up of terrible customer service already, but they got my order wrong as well.

Waited ten minutes at the drive thru. after trying the dining room first. Called 3 times. At 9:55 they finally came on the speaker and very rudely said they were closed. Their hours online say they close at 11. They said they closed at 10. We still had 5 minutes by the time they came to the speaker. And so did all the cars behind us. I get it. I worked in fast food. It sucks. But change the hours online and don't ever close early. Or change your hours to 9:50.

The food was OK, but the girl who waited on me was rude and curt. Won't be going back. Went there September 5th 2024 at 4pm. I think that she was the only female there. They lost my business because of her. I'm old, I don't need that sort of thing. I was very kind to her, but she was put out. I guess just because she was there. Ugh. I just read several reviews, this female seems to be a common thread. Management might want to look into this. So, I went to Wendy's again. I got a baconater combo. They were out of Dr Pepper, no biggie, but the baconater literally had one slice of bacon cut in half on it, tons of mayo and katsup, I'm guessing to cover up the fact that it had such a small amount of bacon... I'm done. Never will be going back.

Guy in front of me hand a gift card and they can't even process it I guess, nothing like sitting in line forever, you'd think with a fresh remodel they'd be able to process certain cards. Obviously these guys suck at their job and that's why they work at wendys. Whataburger is faster then these losers

Forgot baked potato had to go back around and get it. Get all the way home and well we should have checked the sandwiches too. Ordered regular chicken sandwiches and got spicy. I can’t eat the spicy. Totally waste of time and money.

Went thru drive thru after long drive into town. While we got our order quickly my husband asked before leaving addressing lady at the window If everything was in the bag. She replied yes. We discovered Our large chili was missing. Very deeply disappointed. Called the location rang rang rang. Finally voice-mail says we are not available. I proceed to Leave a message. Left word , no call back. Called back asked to speak to manager they kept me on hold for 10mns no one ever picked up. I hung up in frustration...Horrible experience.

Just ordered breakfast from here, a female took my order and wow for starters i had to repeat my order at the window, mind you there was no line. I had also asked for a vanilla iced coffee she gave me a hot coffee, asked if i could get it iced, she gave me a tiny cup of ice that she already had out. Very rude. And she messed up my order.

Start hiring employees who have at least a modicum of customer service experience and possibly a personality that reflects their desire to work there not be overly rude! We went to this restaurant at 7:54 in the 18th and the young lady working the drive thru was the most rude and indignant person to have that position! I dont normally leave reviews but what in the actual is wrong with the lady there. So I went and ordered a kids meal and a meal for myself around lunch time the lady on the speaker was rude and kept rushing, the lady at the payout window was really nice and same with the drive thru window however the lady who gave me my food was ridiculous rude. She gave me a bag of food (basically threw it at me) that didn't look like mine or a kids meal so I asked if the kids meal was inside and she gave me a dirty look and said you ordered a kids meal? I said yea, so she said "give me the food" I handed it back. I guess she was training someone throughout her shift because she told the girl next to her to shut up and move. I got my order but everything was soggy and gross and my son didn't get the toy in his kids meal which I could care less but whatever.

I did a mobile order and when I arrived to the store they said they have no sodas. I asked for a refund on the soda and they refused to do so. So I then asked to just refund the whole order. They refused that as well. So I tried to cancel order online and it said I could not cause they already finalized the order. This should not be that hard to just cancel an order they can not fulfill. I am trying to get ahold of customer care to get the refund and can't get ahold of anyone.

We came in from out of town to go to Troy Vinson jewelers in the same parking lot. We decided to get something from Wendy's when we were headed home. Because we had been traveling for over an hour to get to Granbury, my husband needed to go to the men's room real quick. While he was in there, what I witnessed was absolutely appalling!!!! An employee was having an issue with her register. The manager on duty was being SUPER hateful to her and even accused her of doing "something illegal" to the register. She kept saying she didn't and seemed like she was in the verge of tears. I think they couldn't seem to get the keypad to work. This jerk kept threatening her job while telling her she was pushing on the "buttons" too hard. He said stuff like, "What am I going to do with you Rhonda? And "I don't know if you're going to be able to continue to work here." We ended up walking out without ordering. He the one that needs to be fired. You don't treat people like that. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The service was absolutely terrible. The lady who was taking my mother’s order was very rude, disrespectful and was screaming at her the entire time. When she drove up to the window to address her loudness over the speaker, the employee popped off with even more attitude. She screamed at her and was very disrespectful. The employee at the front counter is extremely rude and doesnt make you feel welcomed AT ALL. As she runs around complaining about how busy she has been, throwing mop water all over the floor with no wet floor sign posted. Then she says "we have been so damn busy, I am hurrying to get the hell out of here".I get being busy as I worked in fast food 15 yrs, and get how overwhelmed one can feel. When Ms. Selena (no name tag worn so I asked her what her name was as she rudely was yelling and rushing customers). In fact as I am writing this a customer had a question about their food and she yells to him, we are working on it, thats why its not on the tray yet. That gentleman profusely apologized to her and she just huffed and puffed and walked away mumbling something. I was told by a regular costumer to reach out to the manager and she would deal with it, I am hoping she sees this and does as she sees fit for her store and her CUSTOMERS that pay Ms. SELENAS PAYCHECK !! Such a pretty store for such ugly service!!!

The service was remarkably slow. I work at a local hospital and only have so much time for my dinner. When I paid I got no receipt. I got a number one single with a Coke When I got my food the fries were extra salty and cold. When I unwrapped the burger it was disgusting. Way too much mayonnaise and blood dripping from the burger. The bun was soggy. I ventured to take a bite but when it was pink inside it completely grossed me out
