Great service! Great beer. Great people
My normal go to is the brisket quesadilla and the shredded chicken nachos. I am here multiple times a week to end my day with a frozen margarita or a Michelada. All bery good. The staff are always professional and courteous.
It has a great environment. I can hear the music clearly but I can also hear the person next to me speaking. The food has greatly improved and I just enjoy the positive vibe I get whe. Walking in. Even the kitchen staff is nice and hard working.
I went to Fuzzy's on the square in Granbury, Texas a couple of nights back, and their treatment of me and my 3 month old grandbaby girl was very nice. I loved the music they were playing, 70's classic rock, and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. I don't recommend that you show up with a crying child, though, since that would be rather selfish, but they were very accommodating to me and my granddaughter who was happy with her bottle while I ate, and I really appreciate that. The food was great! Fresh and hot! I had a plate with a shrimp taco and a shredded pork taco along with cilantro lime rice. I really enjoyed the seasoning they used, and I thought that the meal was a really good value for the price I paid. One of the employees there told me that they have live music on Fridays and Saturdays starting in the spring, but nothing through the winter months. I suggested that unplugged acoustic guitar would sound great inside and he agreed. Hopefully, that idea will make it to the person we need it to in order to make that happen. In the mean time, I will certainly return to Fuzzy's and enjoy their friendly staff and excellent Tex-Mex cuisine.
Andrea, was an absolute angel! Best service and the best tacos and margaritas! Don't know how they did it but better than my local fuzzy's!
The kitchen staff, only 2 people during a lunch rush, we're phenomenal. I don't know how they kept it all together back there but they did, and I appreciate it. Meal was cooked perfectly, will definitely go back again. Give that young man and woman in the kitchen a raise, they work hard back there and I'm sure there was supposed to be more help, but they got it done!
Since the new owners have come in, this place has just gotten better. I am not a fan of Fuzzy's in general, but my team loves them. They did not disappoint. Great job y'all!
We have eaten at Fuzzy’s for several years but stopped going to this location a few years ago. We met one of the managers, Hailee and she told us about all the changes so we had to try it out. Wow! She’s done an incredible job tuning that nasty place into a gem! If our business could hire Hailee, we would hire her in a heartbeat. We will continue to return to see Ms. Hailee and her growth.
This Fuzzy's is under new management, and it shows. The staff are attentive and friendly. I'm always welcomed in and have any questions answered in a patient manner. The food is great. It's tasty and is prepped by a kitchen crew who know what they're doing, with everything hot and fresh when your number is called. Meanwhile, the dining room is clearly been maintained beyond basic cleaning. The jukebox even consistently works.
Autumn gave us such good service we will definitely be coming back regularly :)
Bailey the server is very kind always happy to help the service was great and the food was good
Came in late, greeted with a smile and they were so nice to my kiddos! Great service :)
Food was great! Bri is an excellent server! She greater us as soon as we came in, took our orders and even check on us several times after we got our food. Thank you Bri for the phenomenal service!
Good food and brews at great happy hour prices!!!
We go to Fuzzys a lot. We came to Granbury Fuzzys and everything was better even the food my girlfriend had a carnival taco that was packed full of flavor! Great atmosphere and service! Just a better vibe.
Restaurant is much cleaner than it was last time we visited. We were here over the summer last year and the restaurant was disgusting!! We had sworn we would never be back but decided to give it one more shot and so glad we did. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent! The food was also great, and the difference in the cleanliness was an immaculate difference!
The food was great. I did not smell a strong odor in the bathrooms, they were well maintained. The whole place was cleaned, I had a complete opposite experience then the other reviews. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try it.
We love coming to Fuzzy’s on the square! The patio is kid-friendly and Autumn was great!
We were walking around the square and came in to sit to wait for our dad and the dude was really nice
First time! Fun vibrant place! Staff was helpful! Tacos were amazing! Try the Grill shrimp tacos! Yum!
They allowed us to sit in here yo warm up so we could wait for my dad and the guy who was here was nice.
Leddy was so helpful and kind. We always love fuzzys. The Baja taco is the best and it's always clean. 🩷 Plus there is giant Jenga, claw machines for the kids. Always have a good time here.
Autumn was an incredible host—super patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk us through menu options and made some excellent recommendations that we ended up ordering, and I’m so glad we did. Every suggestion was spot-on. The kitchen absolutely overdelivers on flavor. Everything came out fresh, hot, and packed with bold, delicious taste—exactly what you want from a great taco spot. You can tell there’s real care put into both the food and the customer experience. This location is doing it right. Huge shoutout to Autumn and the kitchen crew—we’ll definitely be back!
We had a great experience at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in Granbury, Texas! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. What really made the visit stand out was our server, Autumn. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude and great service truly added to our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend—especially if Autumn is your server!
We just ate at babe chicken. We walk across the street to have a couple of beers. We sat outside, and it was cool to see everyone walking around. The staff was very friendly. Thank you 😊
I had the best experience at Fuzzy’s thanks to Andrea! She was not only an amazing bartender but also super friendly and attentive the entire time. She made great drink recommendations, mixed them perfectly, and made sure we were taken care of without even having to ask. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If you go to Fuzzy’s, definitely ask for Andrea — she’ll make your night that much better!
I love this atmosphere, so fun and energetic and very helpful for all and any needs you may have while dining here. The food is well priced and very good. Happy hour is great and the service were friendly and willing to help with any issues or concerns that I did have. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
As always, the food is delicious! You may want to double check your order for accuracy or have them read it back to you. We ordered 3 shrimp and got mahi-mahi, ordered spicy pork and got shredded chicken. Not even phonetically similar! (We understand staffing has been difficult for all businesses - so they get the 4 stars!)
Excellent excellent place. Sliced brisket Taco I had was delicious.I told the cook behind the counter how good it was and she gave you a very nice smile and said thank you very much. The counter order was very professional and very quick. Granbury should be happy to have a fuzzy Taco near the square like that.
Food was good, but I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order it wasn't ready. They only had 1 cook. When I got there he hadn't started on my order and it was him that showed me a ticket with my order asking if that was my order, they he started my order.
Love the food from Fuzzy's. But ordered an order of brisket nachos with extra brisket, but the amount of brisket was barely enough for one basic order of nachos. We ate what we got but was a let down just the same.
Four stars for the tacos. All were super tasty, even if the steak wasn’t trimmed as much as I’m used to. The men’s bathroom was atrocious — both toilets had unflushed business, there were no towels at the sink, and the door was slightly stuck which meant I had to touch the handle and pull firmly to exit. Fortunately I had my receipt in my pocket so I used that as a prophylactic. The lack of hand towels made me wonder whether employees washed their hands or not. Food was good enough that I’m still at three stars.
I have ordered to go, at the store, and via door dash. The food always tastes decent. But I have yet to get an order done correctly the first time, and it doesn't seem to matter which method I get the food. I've ordered things without jalapenos and they've left them on. Or I've asked her soft tacos and I get crunchy. And a few times can be shrugged off. But every order gets old after a while. I only go to this location in Granbury if other people that I'm with are wanting to go. It is not a go-to place for me anymore.
Pretty good. The restaurant was completely empty when we got in there. Hostess told us we couldn't get guacamole even though it was noon. Tacos were okay, but didn't really have any sauce. Hot sauce tasted odd and wasn't even spicy, but there were only medium spice bottles. Asked for steak quesadillas but got chicken. Employees were nice.
I visited before any lunch crowd would arrive. It has a very casual atmosphere, and it does look like a great place for beers and Mexican food later in the day. I ordered a combination plate of a beef Taco and a cheese enchilada. The Taco was pretty decent, but the enchilada was tiny. I think it was the same tortilla size as for their soft tacos. Worse, it was tough as a piece of leather. With my plastic silverware, it was very difficult to saw through, and I eventually left almost half uneaten. It looks like it is a fun place, but a gourmet experience ---it is not.
Food is good but man 30 minutes for 4 shrimp tacos is kinda crazy not going to lie... I don't know what else to say.. like I'm the only customer..
Food was served with undercooked rice. Hard to serve barely edible food with broken teeth. Flavor isn’t too bad. Only good things here are the drinks and chips/queso.
I think it is absolutely ridiculous to be told I cannot order chips & guacamole. I was told, “My manager does not want me to sell it. A case of avocados is $50+.” Well if you would sell your guacamole maybe you would offset the cost of actually having to purchase the avocados. Also, to see guacamole come out on the burrito bowls and burritos is maddening. Then to suggest if you cannot sell it to have it removed from the menu. “We can’t do that because then all Fuzzy’s would have to change their menus, and it’s a corporate thing.”
The lady at the register was extremely rude and I was very disappointed that she "couldn't make" the lemon drop martini. Over half the tables were dirty. It was very slow while we were there 2 other tables in there tops but the cashier agreed like she was super inconvenienced by everyone.
Seems like evertime i go here now there is an issue with the cook. Last 2 times the temporary shrimp were overcooked and were like rocks. Tables were dirty. It smelled like raw sewage near the bathrooms, and was almost overwhelming.
The food was amazing, and the place was very clean. However, the female bartender with the short platinum blonde hair was incredibly rude. She started out great when we were ordering but the restaurant got busy and we never received our margarita & jack n coke. When we went to ask for a refund she became rude and insisted she make other people’s drinks before providing us the refund. Her demeanor had changed entirely and she became snappish and uncomfortably rude. I said we had already waited for the entirety of our meal so she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and rudely completed the refund. I definitely regret going in for lunch.
We have eaten here many times. Food was good and fast. Last three times there and one being this evening it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. Place was not that busy. This was the third time in the pass month and a half I ask for crunchy taco shells and I got flour shells all three times. So something is terrible wrong and alot of people were complaining. No Manager was there that we were aware of. Something needs to change or we won't go back!!
I haven't been here in a few months. It has really gone down hill. Had to order at the bar and Morgan the bartender could not have carried less or be less helpful. Took a long time to get my order and there was a long line of people waiting on theirs.
The place is pretty run down and the bathrooms were disgusting. Food was okay. I've eaten at other Fuzzy taco locations and this one was just okay. The food was definitely not as good as others. Service was great. The person working the counter and taking orders was nice and friendly. The food and drinks came out quickly. Overall though, I'd choose somewhere else.
$18 for water,4 tacos and no sides. It got an extra star as there are more flavor options than Taco Bell. Other than that, it is an expensive taco bell. Place order at the counter, pick up your food, sit and eat, clean up your own table. Nothing special at all. I suggest you go to taco bell and get 3x the food!
So dirty. Can you please wipe down the tables and chairs. I have been twice and every time it was filthy. Love the food but do not love the sewer smell from the bathroom.
The men’s room does have a raw sewage smell, and that is unsanitary, and if the people that work there go in to the bathroom, then I don’t want them making my food. I also found something very ugly in my drink, which was probably in the ice. Employees are not that professional. You need to close this store and spend your money on the rest of your stores.
The most mediocre Fuzzy’s experience we’ve had. The chain has been faltering for awhile now, but we thought we’d give it one last chance. This location was the most underwhelming yet, with long wait times for food that just wasn’t very good.
Oh my gosh, this was my 1st time there, I will not be back. Let me see if I cam explain. I ordered 2 shredded chicken tacos no cilantro. My husband ordered two brisket tacos. When I went to pickup my order the man behind the counter asked if it was to go. I said no its for here. So he proceeded to take our food out of its wrappers BARE HANDED NO GLOVES AT ALL. Then I saw mine had cilantro on it . I said that was no cilantro so guess what he did next picked off the cilantro BARE HANDED STILL. I about died. It did appear his hands were clean but just not sanitary at all. I almost said something then thought okay if he remakes them he'll probably spit in them because I complained. Pitiful. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR LET ANYONE I KNOW EAT THERE EITHER. The restaurant was not clean and very dirty. I truly don't know how they have stayed open. Someone is paying off the state health inspector. That I will be contacting.
Worst place I've eaten at. I thought it was going to be great seeing how it's usually packed but I believe people must be on crack or heavily sedated to keep coming here. Maybe the alcoholic beverages are out of this world or cheap.. Who knows the mysteries of the universe. Food tasted like it was a microwave dinner, rice was under cooked, beans must have been store bought canned beans, place is horrible. The girl that was working the bar was totally rude and had that lost deer in the headlight look, she must love working here or maybe she couldn't find a better job. Maybe she is having a bad day and didn't expect customers to come in during lunch. I would not recommend this place unless you have plenty of cash to give away. In that case I'd like to be your friend.
A friend and I both went to this Fuzzys location with high expectations, these high expectations were soon dashed. First, the main register was closed down, so we had to order at the bar, that followed with having a snobby server. We then tried the; what we though was a simple task of finding a table, these basic hopes were onced again dashed. There was not a single clean table in the establishment. We found the cleanest table we could find and wiped it off with some napkins. We then went to go get our drinks, the "ice" was in a 5 gallon bucket on the counter that was basically water, and might I add extremely unhygienic. We got our food that was alright, then left. Do better Fuzzys Granbury.
Moved to Granbury over a year ago. This place seems to have gone downhill over time. Food is always pretty decent and everyone is friendly. But the cleanliness is more than lacking. The drink machine is always kind of a wet/leaky area. And tonight it smelled like, well, a veterinarian's office. Just funky dirty. Update: we have completely stopped going. It really stinks in here. We walked by today and could smell it from the sidewalk as they had all of the doors open. The smell is like cleaner over something dirty still. We really loved Taco Tuesdays and the porch in the summer time. Unfortunate.
So my sister and my one year old son went to Fuzzy’s in Granbury on the square Friday night and to start this off, it wasn’t very busy at all everyone there already had their food. The wait time wasn’t long but the floors were gross the tables weren’t wiped down staff was just standing around. We got our food and it was okay the refried beans looked like they’ve been sitting under a warmer for a while but the grilled shrimp tacos I got and her brisket quesadilla were pretty good. But the worst part for me was I got a strawberry margarita. I watched the bartender make my drink. She took a margarita glass, filled it with some strawberry purée layered it with the margarita premix they had and handed it to me with a straw without mixing it or shaking it. I had strawberry purée sitting at the bottom of my glass and the margarita floating on top like it was supposed to be separated like that. I mixed it myself and tasted it and it was not good. I’m not going back to this Fuzzy’s ever again.
It took 2 hours to even get the food, then when we got the food the nacho meat was frozen cold. When we ordered the food they told us they had brisket then we sat there are waited for 1 hour then they said “sorry we don’t have any brisket” so we had to set a different kind of meat, when we did finally we all the food it was completely wrong and it was ice cold, but the drink were good, my mom sure did like them. We told them over and to not put guacamole, my step dad is deadly allergic to them. If we did not check the burritos he could have been seriously hurt. After we asked for our money back they gave it to use but they laughed at us after we walk away.
The worst location I have ever been in by far.cashier was super rude and kept glaring at us so we had to go outside. The restrooms seemed to never be cleaned and smelled AWFUL.Queso was cold and the quac wasn’t mixed properly so it was bland and had a huge chunk of just avocado.Even the crane machines were filled in a way that deemed every single toy uncatchable.I STRONGLY suggest going to ANY other location.
I eat at Fuzzys all over and this one has gone downhill. It's sad because this was my go to place to eat when I'm in Granbury. I bet I've eaten here 50+ time the past two years. I tried to redeem my points, and they couldn't read the QR code...so 1250 points waisted. So I bought my salad and drink..almost $13 bucks. My salad was absolutely pitiful. I did not eat it. I had another gentleman come by on his way out and said he would never be back. I won't be back either.
Neverrrr everrrrrr eat here they are extremely un professional. Needed to refill my caso for my chips and staff disappeared for 10min before i could hunt them down. My PREGNANT fiance’s rice was uncooked and old same as the hot sauces they have for everyone to just grab a bottle of that expired on 12/7 it is 12/11 as im writing this. I read a review that was 3-6 months ago that was complaining about the sewage smell coming from the bathrooms that i can only assume got even worse when i smelt it. All of this is completely unexpectable and will not be tolerated by yalls guests. Did i mention we spent $28 on a borreto and 2 drinks and 2 enchalates just for our stumics to be upset for the rest of the day? I swear with every fiber of my being if i knew how to report you to the people you contact to shut down a restaurant for health code violations yall would be shut down for good this time. Litterly called 5 diffrent numbers to try n get yall shut down while i was still in the parking lot but none of then where the right number so if anyone reading this review knows who to call can u please call who ever needs to be called to shut them down. You may use this review for reference when you do. Also id like every last penny returned to me from this place. No one should ever have to deal with is.
Upon walking it, it smells like a sewage. The person up front could hardly take our orders, and even left our chips and queso off our ticket that we asked for. When we got our food, the burritos were nothing but beans, garlic sauce, and next to no meat. This is the WORST Fuzzy's I have ever been to. Thinking about the food we received still makes me feel sick. My son couldn't even eat his breakfast tacos.
I love Fuzzy’s and went to eat at this one today. The horrible smell was overwhelming when I walked in. I couldn’t eat here with the smell and not knowing if things were sanitary. Also it just feels very outdated and need of a major update.
I ate a Fuzzy’s Taco in Granbury…it was enough to turn me off of Tacos. The staff was wired…I mean jaws wrapped around their head. There was Feta cheese on my taco—-feta. The patio was disgusting and my meal came out in this order: the chips…5 minutes later the salsa, ten minutes later the tacos. I ordered A taco, she rang up two. It was noon-ish. No reason for that patio to be that gross. Never again.
They were out of drinks we wanted and at least told us that ahead of time, but didn't tell us they were out of the food we ordered until we went to pick it up. Should have just gotten a refund because what we settled for was stale and nachos had HAIR in it. Will never go back there.
Came tonight. I’ve had issues with this particular location in the past but it has been years, so we gave it another try. For starters they were out of beef, out of hot sauce, out of sweet tea. I mean just basic stuff… The food came out cold… the shrimp was painfully over cooked… had more breading fried on it than actual shrimp. The corn tortillas weren’t cooked and fell apart as soon as you picked them up. Overall a poor experience and won’t be back.
I wanted this to be private I visited Fuzzys for the first time January 26 right at lunch time we pulled up no one was in parking lot you could smell sewage at drink station my food was cold the cheese wasnt even melted I was told the cook was new but the ladies I came with received free nachos interesting had i not been with a group at a Christian convention I would of ask for a refund just got out of prison a month ago God is good but the food I received that day was terrible
They need to train their staff better. The cooks are amazing. But the front cashier was rude when I called. I told them I was there to pick up my mobile order curbside. He said “you’re going to have to come in” young kid probably his first job and his parents are soft. But once I came inside he ignored me. The manger offered me a drink but I declined. For a place using a mobile app that offers curbside pickup they sure will make you walk in. The order didn’t even have forks or anything, got a salad with no forks. Men’s bathroom doesn’t have a changing table either for babies. Always smells like fresh urine and musky bar. You would think they’d at least clean it once or twice a day. Looks like it’s been abandoned out of a horror movie.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at Fuzzy’s. Food was cold, fried shrimp were over battered and way over cooked, out of hot sauce… out of several drink choices…. Out of meat on one of the items I attempted to order. Completely terrible service at all levels. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to consider closing the doors. A refund won’t suffice, never coming back and spending money here ever again.
Came here for drinks, they were out of 3 different drinks we tried to order. Settled on a beer and Bloody Mary to which they were out of topper ingredients and the ones they did have were old and gross. The bar tender was extremely rude and slow. Will not be back. Pity because other Fuzzy’s are great!
Came in at noon to eat lunch and have a drink. Had to order at the bar instead of at the front counter. They didn’t have any of the lights turned on. Asked worker what flavor margaritas they have and he didn’t even know. He had to go get another worker to show him what flavors there were and how to make a margarita so I said to forget it and I would just get tea. Go to get tea and there was none. Husband went to get dr. Pepper and it was out. Asked about tea and they said they forgot to make it. They never called out a number so our food just sat by the kitchen till I went to see about it. Got food and went to go get butt burning sauce but all of the bottles were empty. I asked the lady if they had anymore and she went in the kitchen and brought one back out that was covered in old crusty dry sauce. It was all caked up on the inside I’m assuming because the sauce wouldn’t come out. The sopapilla bites were rock hard my son couldn’t even eat them. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this location. We love Fuzzys but this Fuzzys was not it.
Okay I want to first say that I know businesses are struggling for employees and food right now, which is why I’ve kept my many complaints to myself recently….BUT this time it was so bad that I could not! I order from Fuzzy’s weekly and sometimes twice a week bc I LOVE Fuzzy’s food (at other locations at least) but almost every lunch time order I’ve received from Granbury, has either been messed up or just unbelievably poorly made! Most of the time it’s the chips being over cooked with no Fuzzy dust(which is what makes their chips!), or the rice being hard/flavorless, or just the fact that this is the only location that takes out many fan fav items! This last order not only did my nachos not have anything but chicken on them, the extra bag of chips had not one spec of fuzzy dust, and the side of nacho cheese had a disgusting brown chunk of something in it!! Literally gagged! The employees are usually very rude and funny thing is, I talked to the owner about hiring me to manage for him bc I’ve worked in restaurants for 18 years and was a regular at other Fuzzy’s, and I wanted to help get this one to the standards of Fuzzy’s usual awesome reputation. Never called me back. Now has a rude manager that doesn’t seem to care much about anyone who walks through the door. Sucks guys and need to do something about all of this bc Granbury has few options but that doesn’t mean your employees can be lazy!
Wasn’t impressed. Nachos came out cold and watery. Edit: second time eating here and they messed up an entire order. This is the WORST Fuzzys I’ve ever been to and we love Fuzzy’s. Edit order DoorDash and ordered tacos and they completely forgot the tortillas. How how do you forget to tortillas for a chicken tacos?
Please enjoy Fuzzies if you have great medical insurance and can afford an ambulance ride to ER, 4 days pay and extreme GI pain and days of agony!
This is my last visit to any Fuzzy's Taco Shop. Service was abysmal. While the staff constantly complained about how busy it was and how short staffed they were, it was not as crowded as they cried about. They told me when I seated it would be 30 mins for food. An hour and 15 minutes later I got a partial order. 5 more mins for my last taco- they could not even send out my chips and queso... Ice machine was down, margarita machine was down. They all bitched about their manager in front of customers with no intention of hiding their disdain of the place. Every one should be terminated- starting with the manager. I'll never go back to another Fuzzy's. There are much better options available than to waste money in an overpriced, average tex-mex restaurant with zero customer service.
First time into this location and I must say it was disappointing. The building has a slight smell of sewage. Not to worry I can eat on the patio, well then I get Dr Pepper from the machine and it tasted terrible, no worries I swapped it to root beer and it was better but still tasted off. Food was fast from the kitchen I will give them credit for that. And the server up front was very friendly! But my carnitas burrito tasted almost like the meat had been freezer burnt. I don’t want a refund for the $66 meal I paid for, what I want is some accountability and someone from corporate to visit this location. Look at all the recent reviews… something has to change or shut the doors.
This place was disgusting. Half the restaurant smelt like sewage. The bathroom had water all over the floor where my daughter couldn’t go to the bathroom. There were two people working the restaurant and the woman at the front was very rude. The food was worse than other Fuzzy’s we have had. We should have taken a hint when there were only two other people there. Will not go again!!
The restaurant is disgusting!!!!! There is mold in the cabinet under the soda machine. The bathroom smells like a sewer. The owner is very disrespectful and dismissive. The food is ok but the cleanliness of the pots and pans is below sub par. They do not follow proper food handling protocols nor do they follow proper food safety procedures!!!!! The restaurant needs to be shut down and closed for good. It needs a new owner and to be seriously cleaned and a deep inspection done before reopening!!!!! The health department has been notified!!!!!
This was the worst experience at a Fuzzys I’ve ever had! And I love fuzzys. The Shredded chicken nachos had cold cheese, the margarita was the worst I’ve ever tasted and the staff was significantly uneducated. I’m not trying to be brutal but I will never be back. When I asked for no extra cilantro, I was asked if I meant the white stuff!!! Never going back.
We’ve tried this location several times over the years, usually after it changes ownership or management each time… and yes, that should say something. Tonight my chicken fajita quesadilla was so dry it was inedible. I tried to eat it. Someone else tried to eat it. It’s so dry that it’s crunchy, which is a quality that a chicken fajita quesadilla should never have. We ordered a seasoned ground beef taco that was clumpy, in a 3 day reheated beef kind of way. Clumpy isn’t exactly a desirable quality in a taco. The queso we ordered had more grease in it than queso… again, a quality we weren’t exactly hoping to receive. We’ve finally decided enough is enough. It’s been almost a decade since we’ve had a great experience at the Fuzzy’s in Granbury.
Went here to eat on 10/17/25 and ordered taco, enchilada and rice and beans plate taco shells wasn't warmed up or cooked same with enchilada the cheese wasn't even melted in the enchilada rice was about a tablespoon and so was the beans for what they charged it was awful will not be going back
Have never left a review before but warning others seemed worth it. Went in at 2pm on a Monday and after we ordered (from a very personable young lady). The men’s restroom was so gross my husband was gagging. Smell was terrible. There were fruit flies all over the trash by the drink station. We went outside because the atmosphere and smell on the inside was so bad and dirty feeling we didn’t want to be in there. Outside wasn’t much better. Never been to Fuzzy’s that wasn’t well kept and busy. Lack of customers should have been a clue. Had trouble eating our food because we were so turned off by the uncleanliness of the place. Hope we don’t regret it. This place needs a full refresh and maintenance. That is not on the employees, it’s on the owner. The upper management needs to get it together at this location or close it down.
Air conditioner didn't work, ice machine didn't work, drinks were not good ,the margarita was a premixed big container that she added a little flavor to ,it was gross . The lady was nice but this is not like fuzzys in Lake worth and Fort worth, there drinks are fresh and delicious, this was not it . Consistency is key in a chain like Fuzzys it's what closed down the Mineral Wells location I believe, this location could be a real vibe they need help in there and get it to the other location standards.
We have tried and tried this place. Love several of the other locations but ok matter what this Granbury location is just gross. They say they change management but it still sucks. My kids were craving and we thought we would give another try. Ordered online, place stunk and our order was wrong so had to wait to fix. Then there is hair in taco and pico! Would not recommend this place which is so sad because it has an awesome location.
Taco shop out of salsa, sweet tea and butter! Tables are filthy, definitely not returning fue to poor management! Still waiting on food 20 minutes after ordering and the place is not busy!
Honestly the quality of this place has really gone down. I used to go for the nachos and burritos. Now the cheese is watered down, the burritos are smaller, the chips arent loaded like they used to be. If you asked me 5 years ago my favorite Mexican restaurant in Granbury it was fuzzies. Now its just gone so downhill I hate to see it happen
Everyone got sick last time we went, the food tasted like it was left over from the previous days. We used to go once a week and now we get nauseous just thinking about this location
Manager was verbally abusive to many customers calling cops several times for no reason. Threw my husbands debit card over his head onto the floor and had already kicked several good patrons out. She and the gentleman working were mean and rude and we will never go back as will many others, including the musician they were rude to. This happened on 10/23/2025. They need to re-vamp management and service.
I came here not long after they first opened. Swore I would never go back because the service was so bad. Well, we went back a couple weeks ago. about 8 customers in there, seated. About 6 to 8 customers in line. Well below capacity. Nobody was taking orders. We left and went acrost the street. So did another couple that was waiting to place an order. Maybe I'll try back in another couple years. I'm actually surprised they are still in business.
I ordered through Door Dash and when my order arrived it was missing the extras as well as the normal ingredients were lacking and not all on the meal requested. I contacted the restaurant and they asked that I return and they would make my order again which I appreciated. Upon arrival the restaurant was a place I could see myself eating at it the future. However walking in the odor of urine was very obvious. My order was given to me and while some things were fixed other's still were forgotten. I paid $8.00 rounded up all together for a half scoop of meat in a hard taco, three cold sopas, one honey packet, and not fully cooked chopped potatoes. I was mostly upset because this was for my child. Lastly her sprite was forgotten which is included in the meal. I am disappointed and will not be returning again.
We eat at the FUZZY'S Fort Worth and Burleson locations regularly. Guys you got issues at this Gradbury location! We picked up these Cod Tacos to go because the mens bathroom has had a STONG sewer smell for several weeks. That smell is VERY strong by the order pickup window. When we got home, we discovered what appears to be made with old flour tortillas on all 4 tacos . Does that look appetizing to you? Hi Fuzzys owner thank for your reply. Just a heads up regarding that link that you provided. Google Maps review does not allow me to copy or paste from your comments. 😉
Another update on Fuzzy's Taco Shop....... Fuzzy's Taco Shop use to be such a favorite place to sit on the patio and enjoy good food. I went this Memorial Day weekend during the afternoon. Lot's of people on the square but aside from 2 tables inside, the patio was empty. There was only 3 employees, 2 in the kitchen. and one to work the front of the restaurant. You must now go to the bar to order food. I will say the young man working was very personable and friendly. We ordered the chicken nachos, which use to be great. No more....we received a plate of tortilla chips with cheese and chicken on top. The rest was just a big pile of chips. The cheese and chicken were lukewarm. There was a time that Fuzzy's had ice cold beer. No longer, it was cool, not cold and mine was flat. The food is no longer the quality it use to be but that was not my biggest concern. The place is filthy, the floors do not appear to have been washed in awhile, the area around the restrooms smells like sewer. I have no clue what the smell it but it is overpowering. The women's restroom was unclean with trash on the floor. I have attached photos, this is so sad as this place use to be such a great spot and a favorite gathering place for tourists and locals alike. Update on Fuzzy's.......ate there recently and it has gone downhill fast. No one at counter to order, you must go to bar to place food order, I use to love their nachos and cilantro rice. The rice was cold and hard, like it had been sitting for days, the nachos had very little on them, mostly a plate of chips with a bit of cold cheese. So disappointing as this use to be one of my favorite places to sit on the patio and people watch. I hope it turns around because it use to be an awesome place.
