The owners and their staff are always warm and welcoming, food was delicious and HOT, as always. Best hash browns, scrambled eggs and rolls in town. Ice tea is always spot on too!

The food here is always amazing. We always have great service. Today I thought I ordered my sandwich, chips and a drink online using rewards points. Well apparently I only ordered my chips and the drink. I can’t remember the lady’s name. I think it was Edith. She was so helpful. I left my phone in the car but she took care of it and I still got to use my points. Awesome customer service. See ya’ll next week. 😁

I love this sandwich shop. I love what they stand for and love the food. Not crazy about gluten bread at all. Customer service reminds me of years ago when companies were interested in taking care of customers. I plan to go once a week.

This is my favorite sub place to eat at. But, the cost of of a large smoke briskst and hook & ladder with a large drink we spend $35 that is insane. It sure is good though. I miss the good ole day where eating out was reasonable and delicious.

I actually really like FHS and donate to the fund when I order. Fav is brisket cheddar sub. Ordered yesterday and the meat was different and sub par. Very salty, and very fatty. Had to pull sandwich apart. Never had that before. I hope this was a one off.

Pretty good sandwich, but be ready to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Every time I've EVER been it seems like it takes an unusually long time. For your sandwich. My wife likes their Italian sub, so I will order hers 1st, go get my meal from Chipotle next door, and still wait another 5-10 min for hers to be ready.

I have never been to fire house. We went in ordered our food the young lady made the sandwhich completely wrong. After correcting her she had a manager help her I walk outside and thr other sandwhcih was missing toppings I paid for, and my sandwhich was wrong once again. Wasn't impressed. The food wasn't the best either.

I ordered a veggie sub which was suppose to have green bell peppers on it. However, they put jalapeños instead. I did remove them, because they upset my stomach like something awful! When I mentioned it to them, they insisted they were green bell peppers. I took them off, but the juice upset my stomach for the rest of the day. I showed them and the smell was from jalapeños as well. Needless to say, the workers need to learn their vegetables and stop arguing the obvious!

We've always loved Firehouse., Today we took our kiddos to eat there for dinner because I've seen it promoted on social media that Wednesday's kids eat for 99cents with the purchase of adult meals.. went in and asked about it and got looked at like a dumby while they shook their heads no as if they had no idea what I was talking about. when I know %100 kids use to eat free on sundays (not sure if they still do that) BUT it shouldn't be a surprise for someone to ask concerning they use to do that. Paid $40 for our food. The meatball subs were disgusting. The "marinara" was thick as paste. Wont be going back.

I ordered cold turkey sub with everything except onions. I got hot turkey with cheese and onions. My husband ordered jerk turkey all the way. He got meat and bread sandwich. Disappointing. Oh my gosh, my husband just showed me our receipt for $40!!!! Really?

For the price of this sandwich I thought I'd at least find some cheese or the sandwich would be like actually full not bread to bread almost every time I come to this place I feel this and its definitely my last

Great people but $20 for a med sub extra meat with chips and a drink is outrageous. Also they use bun warmers instead of toasters so my bread was mushy and falling apart.

$78 to door dash 3 sandwiches and they can't even read the order. 1st time getting food from here for a movie night with the family and now I gotta make something else for my daughter since they can't just provide what was ordered.
