The food is always fresh and hot the only thing that I would say is that sometimes the rolls are a little hard. Other than that it's good 👍

The customer service I received at this location was phenomenal. If more businesses operated with the integrity and kindness that was displayed here, the world would be so much more well off. Do not hesitate to call in an order - their online ordering is handled via a third party and there are sometimes some hangups that can be time-consuming to resolve. The food might be a bit pricier than some other options, but seriously people, you have to vote with your wallet, and businesses that prioritize their employees feeling secure in and valuing their jobs and being well-trained and friendly need our help to compete with those that only care about lowest possible price, even at the cost of subpar service and product quality.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at the Granbury location on 4/1. I had the pleasure of meeting the employee, Hunter, who was fantastic. It’s rare that I come across an individual in the fast food industry that truly makes a memorable impact on me. He was absolutely superb at his job, and his customer service skills far exceeded what I expected, or have experienced, in other restaurants. He truly takes his job seriously, and put forth more effort than is likely required. My hope is that his manager sees this, as Hunter seems like the kind of employee that any employer would want to ensure they retain. Great job, my man!

Gayelynn and her staff were stellar hosts and offered service that was super welcoming and kind as could be! This lady runs a great shift!! I brought a couple of Golden Chick first timers, and I am glad Gayelynn was the one here!! They loved it!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at the Granbury location on 4/1. I had the pleasure of meeting the employee, Hunter, who was fantastic. It’s rare that I come across an individual in the fast food industry that truly makes a memorable impact on me. He was absolutely superb at his job, and his customer service skills far exceeded what I expected, or have experienced, in other restaurants. He truly takes his job seriously, and put forth more effort than is likely required. They took out the ice Cream, rolls were too doughy like they didn't rise enough, Mac and cheese was grainy. Service was great though and staff were very kind. Upper management should reconsider the ice cream issue and food quality.

the worst golden chicken I have ever had.. why yaw food can’t be fresh like the other locations.. roll is stale, wings are dry and taste like they been sitting there for hours.. ughhhh.. the grave was prettt good tho

Got a delivery order with the wrong food … the manager who “ packed it himself” took no accountability and would not fix it and do the right thing , will not be returning. My food was cold and the biscuits were hard as a rock .

Normally I would give this establishment a 4 however, tonight I was highly disappointed. We went through the drive through around 8:30 this evening and our food was not even edible. The Golden roast chicken is usually very juicy, tonight it was dry and tasted old, the side of dirty rice was the same way, the fried okra was soggy, and the roll was rock hard. I understand that we were eating a little late in the evening but I still believe we should've been served food that didn't taste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 12 plus hours. 😔 I guess at least the sweet tea was good and the employees were pleasant.

Manager Hunter offered no resolution for nasty old and cold food that I paid $41 for. He refused to provide corporates number or another resolution besides replacing two tenders. Absolutely dissatisfied and won’t be back. I’ll go to chicken express next door before I pay for low quality food again. Also this is the two tender kids meal my daughter got lol and they were old as well which he admitted to being old but nothing else that was hard old and cold. So not only is he lying about it but calling me a liar. Not manager material.

However, my loyalty is fading fast because of THIS store since they fk up my order evert single time! Please see the pic attached to this review... note the size of the catfish fillets on the plate. Pretty normal size, right? Also, note that those are from Chicken Express located two lots down from this Golden Chick store. I stopped in Golden Chick and ordered a three piece catfish meal. Well, let's just say that you would NEVER believe what they passed off as catfish fillets! I'm not exactly sure what it was, but the three that were in my order, in total, didn't add up to even half of one of the fillets in the photo! I paid $10 for what amounted to three minnow fillets! Not kidding! Seriously, I thought that they accidentally gave me three shrimp instead of catfish fillets! Shame on Golden Chick and shame on the idiots working there for taking people's hard earned cash and giving them garbage! This location is simply horrible! The employees seem to be bumbling stooges. Nobody knows anything and they screw EVERYTHING up! It is pretty bad when you stop at Golden Chick to eat and, when you leave, you have to go to Chicken Express and eat again.

We ordered a ten piece roasted chicken over twenty minutes ago... still no chicken. There's really not any other customers here either... so no excuses, they either need to be retrained or prep more food. This is an ongoing issue from what I hear. Yep. Another customer just came and they sent them to park too.... hopefully the food is decent.

The girl said she was dropping my fish fresh, but when we got the food it was already warm it didn't feel like it just came out the fryer and my client was very upset!

Seafood here is like eating cardboard. I got the 'shrimp', and could not eat it. The shrimp was about an 1/8 inch thick. (Reconstituted powder). The teenagers working were having a glorious time joking around and playing on thier phones. The chicken was overcooked as well. The mashed potatoes seemed to be made from dehydrated flakes, as they were not edible. I left my 'food' on the table and walked out.
