I eat here at least weekly. The restaurant, bathrooms, and playground are always very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly, consistently amazing service. Food is excellent, hot and fresh every time and usually with a minimal wait. Their parking lot is bigger than a lot of other Chick-fil-A restaurants.

I was VERY IMPRESSED with this Chick-fil-a. The workers were very friendly, the place was VERY clean, the food we ordered was delivered hot, fresh, and quickly. We were so GRATEFUL for the indoor playground. We had our 4 year old grandaughter with us and she really needed a brake from the car after traveling 4 hours. I highly recommend this place.

These guys have the most efficient drive thru I've ever seen, and the service is consistently top-notch. Everybody is friendly too. McDonald's here has an unusually efficient drive-thru, but the employees are always sketchy. CFA has a young crew, but they are clean cut, friendly, and top-notch for the industry. Great food!

Tonight, my girl and I had an exceptional experience here. The staff is known for manners and thier politeness, but tonight was more than ever before. From the young man taking orders, to the young ladies both at the window and bringing out our food. Just completed taste testing for this chain. Fun and I was paid. Nice to know they are trying to keep customers happy as they navigate soaring prices just like regular people. For the most part all stores are the same quality which is nice to count on. You'll read about it if it's not.

I’ve been recently introduced to Mac and cheese from here and it’s changed my life. I live for the Mac. I’m crying currently because it’s Sunday and I can’t get my Mac. Amazing job on the Mac and cheese ❤️ Update: it is now 9 pm the following Sunday and I would like to say while I still love the Mac and cheese it makes me poop horribly. I am not lactose intolerant and I have never been. But this afternoon I found myself on the toilet a couple different times sweating and praying for the mercy of our good lord above. I didn’t even know my body could expel something like that. The worst part is I would gladly do it again for this.

The gals on morning shift are amazing!!!! They are so sweet and polite, totally makes my morning great! I really hope they know how much of a difference their awesome customer service skills make. I pulled into the Chick-fil-a drive thru after an incredibly long day at work. After I paid, I drove off before receiving my order. I was completely out of the parking lot before I looked into my rearview and saw an employee, Nolan, chasing after my car with my order in hand. He was so thoughtful, and I just wanted to say thanks!

My favorite Chick Fil-A!! Always clean and service is great. Love the atmosphere and all the team members are so friendly, especially the man that is always walking around making sure everyone is happy with their meals, cleaning and helping in any way he can. This Chick-fil-A was top notch. Service was fast and friendly. The food was soooo delicious. I tried the Kale crunch. It was good. A little over dressed for me, but it was fresh and tasty. The waffle fries were fried to perfection. I've never seen golden brown like this. I would have taken a pic, but I couldn't wait. The play area was clean, the dining area was clean too.

I've been here twice in the last few weeks and both times our orders were correct and hot. Once was using mobile orders and I did like that they had a lane to just pull through for those. I know it's always hit and miss with any drive through place, but our two experiences were both positive with fast service.

Great place. Obviously very sought after because they are always busy, but they handle it well and get you through the line quickly. Safe for gluten free (Celiac level) so long as you get the grilled nuggets and not a gluten free bun. I'm not sure where they get them, but I had a sandwich there with a previous employee and the only part they don't ever touch is the bun. I have all the faith in CFA, but the bun I believe is what gave me the reaction. Other than that I have NEVER had a reaction there. Do your research first because the employees will answer they don't have gluten free stuff before they know what it is (you know the drill). Still, Celiac safe place minus the bun and as always great place.

Roomy and fast friendly service. Food was hot and tasty as per standards. Big play area for the kids out of the Texas summer heat. Plenty of parking though one way parking can be an annoyance if people can't follow the clearly painted arrows on the ground. Had issues with wrong way drivers going in and coming out.

Sometimes they forget to take the pickles off, but I understand things happen. Good place to take your kids and they often have fast service given how long the lines are. The spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites. They have a lot of different sauces aside from the normal ketchup, mayo and mustard. Worth visiting every now and then.

Much better than your usual fast food establishment. Even more so than your usual chicken establishment. There are there is a very varied variety of menu items from which to choose, including sandwiches, salads, and strips. The choices are both healthy, and filling. Is this location in particular has an exceptional level of quality of food and service. A testament to this is that there is frequently a line of vehicles going all the way around the building and into the next parking lot. Will definitely be eating here in the future.

As a store they all good but missing a star due to bad customers as a door dasher I get a bad rating and a false complaint weekly from someone who I really went above and beyond to get them their food but they just want to make Chick fil A give them free food and now my rating are struggling cause every week I gotta wait on dasher help to review my dispute before they can remove the false claim...... I just wish Chick-fil- A would require door dash to take a photo of the orders before we take them and when we drop that way dasher support could see the order was correct when picked up and untampered with when delivered and drop my complaints before I hear about them like every other store

Had a salad and my family had a 4 piece chicken strip dinner and another salad. Fairly quick service, cheery server, and food was good. Only complaint was the price of those 3 items was over $25! Seems a little steep.

It's a toss up, we'll call it 50/50, if I'm going to get pickles on my sandwich even after staying "I just want pepperjack cheese on top of a piece of spicy chicken, between 2 pieces of bread. I eat at chick-fa-la almost daily. The service is great during the day, not so much at night. The food is great. I've only had a few mistakes since they have been open. There is one thing that has become an annoyance. Everytime I order a large fry this is what I get. Some times that's all I order. I should just stop wasting my money and order a medium because that's what I'm getting.

I was going to give them a 4, but they dropped their coleslaw off the menu. That's sad, because it's nearly impossible to get REAL east coast slaw here in Texas! Chick-fil-A is one of our favorite places to go as a family. We moved here from DFW and we're very excited to see one in the area. However, the friendly staff could be a lot friendlier. They mostly kept to themselves. Maybe we're just used to being spoiled at the DFW locations. For example, no one asked if he needed refills or needed anything. After moving back here from out of state , I was looking forward to the southern hospitality again. There is none at this location whatsoever. You’re lucky if you get a “my pleasure” or a smile. The food is hit or miss. Some days the fries aren’t salted and their sweet tea isn’t that good. I’ve had a few issues where I didn’t receive something that I ordered or I got the wrong drink.. I politely say what I need and you’d think that I was asking for the world. I would personally rather drive the 30 minutes to visit another location.

They just raised their prices again! Their menu is somewhat limited and their price point is off. The food portions are too small, especially in comparison to the price you pay. But training entire staff for the most part & service is slow. & I don't mean just add a few minutes... one lady used the app to order. didn't make it til she got there. 30 min to get food. Ordered an egg white grill no cheese. Seeing as my order somehow seems to be wrong almost everywhere i go, i checked my order before i left. The english muffin was charred with black all around the edges. So i went back and went through the drive thru. They remade the sandwich and had me check it. It was more charred than the first. I showed the employee and she kinda looked at me like, 'well, idk what else to do' and said, 'i think its our settings' And as i am working i dont have the time to keep going back through the drive through. Moral of the story: check your order for not only mistaken orders, but burnt as well.

I feel like since the remodel, the quality and work ethic has tanked. I’m so sad because my kids love the food and it’s always quick and easy when I don’t have time. Each time I’ve gotten a delivery order through Flytrex, it’s like they throw the lowest quality stuff they have left over in the order or don’t complete the order period. Today the fruit had really old disgusting apples in the large bowl of fruit I ordered.

I came in today after placing an online order before breakfast ended, got there, went to scan the mobile order, it canceled out my entire order. I went to the window after waiting 5 minutes in line...since you can't leave once you're in, explained the situation and the woman the door said that it canceled the order because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am even though I made the order before breakfast ended. She told me I'd have to go all the way to the back of the lime and order lunch. I've already waited in line and you canceled my order and now I have to go all the way to the back of the line? Never coming to this location again.

Every time I order a sandwich there, the bread is nasty and rims the sandwich. Most of the time the meat is lukewarm. Therefore, I do not give it a good rating. They need to actually grill their buns! It would make their food so much better with grilled buns! I'm not talking about toasted in a toaster that don't really do anything like most of these places out there. I'm talking about actually grill them like they did in a good old days! We often get Chic Fil A in Granbury. It seems here lately the service has gone tremendously downhill. Ever since they changed the drive through from a single lane to now a 3 lane ordering system that filters back down to one lane (traffic jam from hell), the food service has also gone downhill. This is the second time my family and I have ordered nuggets and we get all the way home to find out there isn’t any sauce included in the order even though the receipt shows we ordered some. 10 years ago, this was the absolute fastest Chic fil a I had ever been to and everything was perfect when you went. Now, I’m not sure if management has gone downhill or what but I get more accurate orders from McDonald’s it seems. They need to figure out what went wrong and get back on track.

Came in at night and ordered 1 8 PC grilled and 1 4 ct. Go to window pay for food she hands me food and my card but no drinks. So I had to go park walk in and get the drinks. Go home and open food to find 8 PC not grilled. This place needs to get better help on the window. My wife has to eat Gluten free so she decided just not to eat tonight. I am very disappointed.

2 years ago-Lousy chicken noodles soup. No taste whatsoever. Campbell's at least has flavor. Sandwich was good as usual. 05/29/23- a few weeks ago I was in line for breakfast. It was a very long and extremely slow moving line, i was waiting about 25 minutes. Just as I got to the menu to order a guy changed the menu from breakfast to lunch as it had turned 10:30. I explained I was in the line for breakfast for a long time but they refused to take a breakfast order. I had to sit through the line in order to even get out. Now today, May 29th I go to get breakfast. The entree on the outside menu board said the price was $3.79. I ordered 2, one for my friend at home and one for myself. When I got the the window I was told $9.99 was due. I asked how could this be. I was then informed that the sandwich only was not $3.79 but was $4.45. WOW! That is a very big jump in price. I asked why it was different on the outside menu board. No one could explain. The one guy said that price changed in February and again just recently. I explained that was false advertising and he was clueless as he said the menu was supposed to automatically update. I told them if it didn't then tape over the incorrect price and advertise the correct price. I refused my sandwich for that ridiculous price. I bought my friends sandwich. Went across the street and got a different breakfast sandwich for me for under $3.00. When I phoned Chick Fil Cares customer service the man said that the local owners made up their own prices and he would relay my "concerns". EGADS, and this is a Christian company? Not in my world it isn't.

Placed my order, then asked to pull forward to wait on order. After 15mins, I went inside to discover that they had "lost" my order and had to remake the order. After 20 minutes, I received my order just to discover that my extra pickles request gave me 1 extra pickle - a bit of a "slap in the face" after waiting for 20mins. Went at 11:55 am and surprised I had beat the lunch rush. Someone lost my order and i was stuck waiting on the side of the building for exactly 22 minutes. I got my order wrong and had to wait another couple of minutes. To top it off, the chicken was cold. I am not certain what all happened but today was not their day.

Called to express my disappointment for not helping with my small request of a separate toy as I did purchase food in place of 1(kids meal) because u guys do not offer a mac and cheese kids meal, and my baby can't have meat. The lady I spoke to was rude and only expressed that it's an upcharge. I would have gladly paid that given the option,but my delivery person was told no amd wasn't given an option. I expected more coming from u guys. And the fact that mcdonalds or wendys would have easily jumped to make my baby happy says alot nor have i ever received poor attitude.. I will not be ordering from u guys. Positive, mac and cheese was hot .

For a place that is so busy I would expect the food to be fresh. Somehow the fries at this location are soggy, old and over salted. Service is not great either. I sat in one of the drive through lanes and guess I picked the wrong one. My cashier was talking to a friend in the car in front of me. Several cars in the other lane were finished and drive through while my cashier was still chatting to the people in the car in front of me. Slow service for terrible food.

I always try and order allot because you never get what you ask for. We pull to the window the friendly gentleman told us we would have to pull around and wait for our food. I was in the passenger seat and got his attention and informed him that literally every time I get asked to go to the drive through waiting spot the order is messed up. My wife and I said we ordered allot of sauces and to be sure we get a bunch of mayo, I believe 25 to 30 packets was on the order. I know that sounds like allot. It's not, you never get a third of what you asked for. He told me he would make sure we get plenty. We get our order and against all my judgement we drove home. Guess how many mayos, Polynesian sauce and chic fila sauce was in the bag. 0... I'm not even kidding, I was shocked. Not one. I called the care number to share my thoughts, this chic fila to me is the worst one. My order is never messed up at any other Chick-fil-A. This one, Everytime I'm asked to pull around it's messed up. I get home with a ton of food no sauce. The kids are their part but the wife and I we don't eat dry sandwiches so ours just went in the trash. Do better, like I'm dumb founded because I brought it up to the guy and repeated myself. Unbelievable.. $80 order most of it went uneaten. The kids said the food was cold, the fries were cold in the vehicle.

Chick-fil-A has a standard at all locations. This locations is sub par on location staff, cleanliness and friendliness. Other locations do a better job. Food was average for Chick-fil-A possibly a little less than average

Always make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive-through! My boyfriend and I had a long day at work and wanted to grab a quick meal from Chick-fil-A. We had paid for two meals and only ended up getting home with one. By time we got home they had already closed. Completely disappointed, definitely a bad end to our night.

Normally have no issues with any Chick-fil-A, but this one had serious issues today. Ordered 3 large fries and they all were half full, got my drink orders wrong, and really messed up my name (which is minor, but just adds on to it). Very disappointed.
