The berry salad was the best one we have had since moving to Texas. The McAllister club could have been bigger. The carrot cake was all eaten as was the berry salad and the club. This may turn out to be our favorite restaurant so far

Great food and friendly staff. The last time we visited the associate may have been new because we did have to stand in line a while.But that is not the norm. It's a small space, so it does tend to be busy. But we've always been able to find a seat with no problem.

My friend and I were served by Colton today. He was the epitome of grace and patience while my friend took forever to decide what to order. He did not rush her; he offered suggestions and answered numerous questions. He was efficient. Our order was correct and served promptly. He came by our table several times asking if we needed anything. Colton needs, and deserves, a raise!

had a pleasant experience here. staff was friendly and very quick to clean up. very grateful of that. the menu is absolutely amazing, and thus the jalapeño crunch sandwich i ordered was absolutely delicious! one of my all time favorite sandwiches!!! tea is great! however the person manning the counter got me the wrong drink 🙂

Great food. Gets a bit chaotic at peak times. I recommend going to bit after or before lunch or dinner. Also best to sit at a table and order from your phone.

Very disappointed to be told, as a senior adult, will not be able to purchase kid's meal without paying an upcharge charge. 😞 McAlister's is a favorite lunch spot for my cousin...so, we returned one week later (August 6) and there was no problem getting ordering the kid's salad. That was very much appreciated as I am not able to eat the full meals (although delicious). Thank you McAlister's for being generous to us older "kids"!

Very disappointed to be told, as a senior adult, will not be able to purchase kid's meal without paying an upcharge charge. 😞 McAlister's is a favorite lunch spot for my cousin...so, we returned one week later (August 6) and there was no problem getting ordering the kid's salad. That was very much appreciated as I am not able to eat the full meals (although delicious). Thank you McAlister's for being generous to us older "kids"!

It’s six in the evening and you have no potatoes ready. They are thirty minutes away from being ready. That is unacceptable. Potatoes are cheap. You should always have potatoes available. If you have some left at the end of the day give them to your employees or good forbid throw them away. I don’t think it’s going to break the bidness!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. We’ve been pleased in the past and were excited to have a new place for fresh food. This evening I placed a pick up at the window order online around 6:30. Email stated it’d be ready at 6:45. I checked in at the window around 6:40 and was told to go park in spot A and they would bring me my order. 6:45 passes, 6:55 passes, at 7:00 I got out of my car and went inside to see how much longer it was going to be. Much to my surprise my order was ready and had been sitting for god knows how long! The girl barely apologized and ran off with a quickness. After a very short drive home I unpacked our food to find that my son’s pizza wasn’t even lukewarm. I had to heat it up in the microwave. The naco cheese had curdled and just wasn’t good. It was warm but almost seemed like they burned it. I’m so irritated that I haven’t even tried my sandwich yet. Hopefully it’s right.

McAlister’s has dropped the bar on the quality of their salads. I’m not sure who eats the core of the salad and where they got their chicken. Very disappointed.

*Second update* Came in again for lunch and as I was reading my bible an employee came to me and started talking to me about my bible just before the manager pulled him to the side and started talking to him seemingly upset about him speaking to me for some reason. I enjoy when people talk to me about the bible or my faith but I feel sad that I cant go to a restaurant where employees are being barred from talking to customers about something protected from discrimination by federal law. Slow service and serves old food or poorly made sandwiches. *Update* Came in and got it replaced, food was much better than yesterday. Though after multiple employees approached me while I was studying for a test, the store manager came out and accused me of having a motive for talking to the employees who approached me first and when I told her no, she said I was no man of God (I was also studying my Bible at that moment), and that I wasn't telling her the truth about having ulterior motives. I insisted that I was speaking the truth and yet she continued accusing me of ulterior motives for talking to employees that approached me. She told me she wasn't born yesterday, to which I told her I never believed that, and continued saying I was lying as she walked away. Never be afraid to complain about bad service, even if the employees go out of their way to harass you for complaining.

This was the worst food I’ve had from McAlisters. My husband didn’t even receive his dressing for his salad, they gave him the wrong sandwich, my wrap was so hard it felt like it was cutting my lip every time I took a bite. I also ordered and paid for a side of ranch that I did not receive! This was the worst experience I’ve had!

This was the worst food I’ve had from McAlisters. My husband didn’t even receive his dressing for his salad, they gave him the wrong sandwich, my wrap was so hard it felt like it was cutting my lip every time I took a bite. I also ordered and paid for a side of ranch that I did not receive! This was the worst experience I’ve had!
