GREAT experience! Everyone was so nice and food was hot and came out quick I love Granburys wing stop!

I don’t leave reviews for places because like everybody, life’s just busy .but after finishing my most recent visit to this Gran Bury, Wingstop, I feel compelled to say what a great job they’re doing over there ! I travel for my job all over the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex . I have been to Wingstop’s from Grand Prairie to Saginaw and beyond .The Granbury location is by far the finest example of everything a Wingstop should be. The minute you walk in it’s clean ,your greeted right away like your the only customer at that time .even when they’re really busy !!doesn’t matter what time of day I get there and I go out of my way to get there, so sometimes it’s very late. sometimes it’s early. It doesn’t matter. The staff always greet you very welcoming. that’s some thing you just don’t get anymore in any business .I know technically, it’s supposed to be the same restaurant everywhere you go, But the wings omg!! The way they prepare the Wingstop menu. The flavors are so satisfying!! I crave the Granbury Wingstop‘s three times a week or more. my favorite is the garlic Parmesan boneless wings.when I order it there I can taste the flavor and freshness and quality of the ingredients. Time after time.!!They are doing a fantastic job over there at Gran Bury, and I just want them to know, and I want to say thank you that there is such a place in this world 🌎

Stopped in today for a pick up order. I just wanna say y'all killed it today. Thank you. The lemon pepper strips were amazing. I almost didn't order cause the first time I got chicken it wasn't great. But I am so glad I decided to get that chicken. Thanks y'all so much.

The wings were very good the fry’s were a bit to seasoned but the ranch was very good the soda was very flat but the lemonade is good. I recommend take out because there are flys and they don’t do anything about them. I have never tried delivery but I think it’s good I saw the workers leave and go in there car and get there care and come back with a decent tip.

Placed on online order, the order was bagged and ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. It only took 8-9 min for it to be ready (at 5pm). The order was hot & fresh, the order was correct (they didn't forget our ranch, wingstop ranch is the best!) Our fries were crispy cooked as asked. The restrooms were clean. Top notch location; so much better than the previous location we used to order from. We ordered the boneless wing meal deal.

Ordered for pickup and it was delicious! Got the hot honey rub chicken tenders, garlic parmesan tenders, cajun corn and fries. Everything was crispy and just as we ordered!

The Young gentleman who serves as the morning manager was extremely polite, sugars, and made it an enjoyable experience to visit the store. The staff kept the store in pristine shape and were swift on preparing my order. Everything was fresh.

I guess the menu has changed since last time. The wings were still good, but the fries were just normal not outstanding like in the past. Maybe they charge extra for the old style fries, don't know as I wasn't told as much when ordering.

I have dined in 1 time. I will never do that again. The meal was good but they have very limited seating and it took forever to get a table. Our food was ready B4 we were able to sit down. Now if we go it Is takeout only.

I'd give more stars but lately the fries haven't been very good. They're kinda undercooked. Wings and ranch are too notch.

They changed their fries, its probably a corporate thing and not just this place but they were my favorite. Wingstop no more. 😭

VERY SLOW SERVICE. Heard two orders taken over the phone that were ready before we got our food. Wall in front of me had dried food on it. Kinda gross to look at. The wings tasted good and were freshly cooked. Bleu cheese dressing was on point!

We generally really love wingstop, but this time when we ordered we were very disappointed. We ordered 30 wings and veggie sticks, 10 hickory barbecue and 20 lemon pepper. The door dash driver was excellent and very quick. We opened the bag to begin eating. My son's hickory barbecue wings were perfect!!!! Unfortunately our lemon pepper wings were extremely bland, and the veggies sticks were extremely thin. Normally the wings are very flavorful, but whomever prepared these barely put anything on them. Which defeats the purpose of ordering wings. Not sure if we'll be going back as we've had great wings in the past, but if they can't maintain the same standard consistently then what's the point.

The food tasted good but I was a little reluctant to eat it. Our cashier wore her mask below her nose and kept touching her face. There was no hand sanitizer available for customers. There was a woman who came up front from the kitchen, wiped her hands on her jeans, and touched the register screen. Then she went back to the kitchen without washing her hands. No employees were wearing gloves. My son made me go sit in the car because he knew I was about to get vocal. Was the manager there? Yes, he said something to the woman who touched the screen and left. My unsweet tea tasted like fruit. There, those are the concerns I had. Everything else was good! The veggie sticks were really good, and the wings and fries were hot and well seasoned. Our order was correct, and it was ready to go exactly when they said it would be. I hope they fix the other issues, because they are easily fixed.

The wings were good. The seasoned fries were extremely salty but the staff made it right by cooking a fresh, unsalted batch for me. My only real gripe is that they no longer accept cash, which is my preference.

If you went in and ordered which i did, $30+ you have to go back to the store to get a refund. Horrible policy.

Decent service but no napkins, silverware, or ketchup on a pickup order. Food was cold. Only person present seemed to be the cook and cashier wasn't wearing a mask. Overall experience was poor.

Walked in and it was 80 degrees inside. We were going to eat in the restaurant but it was so hot so we got it to go. The food we ordered smells amazing like usual. But let’s talk customer service. This was a big 0/10. The guy taking our order was NOT nice, he had an attitude and we could barely hear him. We had to ask him multiple times what he was saying. 1 star because the service is AWFUL. Rude and impatient front counter staff. They act like you placing an order is inconvenient for them. Too bad theirs not a Buffalo Wild Wings or i’d never come here. Ordered well done on the French fries and they came out, not well done at all. The boneless mild wings were soggy. Garlic parm boneless wings were the only thing decent about the entire visit. Could have been better with the RIGHT employees!

This location is the worst at adding any seasoning or sauce to their wings and friends. SMH this is the only location that does this to our wings.

Thursday night and too busy to take order. I went in at 7 p.m. to place an order and nobody looked up for about 5 minutes. Both employees were doing their thing and I guess didnt have time to see a customer walk in. Finally, the gentleman said something that I didnt understand. When he asked again he corrected himself and said I guess you arent here for a pick up and want to place an order. He shrugged off to the register and I said if it was to much for him to take an order I would go elsewhere. Thought I was being sarcastic, but I guess he took me literally. He said they were very busy so I left. I will make it easier for them and never come back. Customer service is not hard. Look the customer in the eye, smile and take an order...if there is going to be a wait...let me know. Act like you dont care and I will spend my money elsewhere

Lady at counter was rude. Food wasn’t fully cooked and greasy. Second time here. Wasn’t good the first time either. Tried to give it another chance. Staff more interested in playing with each other than being professional or helping customers. Seemed inconvenienced when customers came in.

Ordered online for a pick up order at 7pm and got there at 6:50 it was already sitting under the heat lamp. I ordered BBQ bone out and Louisiana rub bone in extra crispy. BBQ wings had more kick and spice than the Louisiana rub and the wings were not extra crispy. They were like rubber. Also not to mention when I got home and I live estimated 3 minutes from wing stop.... everything was COLD. Freezing cold. Had to re heat it all in the microwave. Also, no seasoning on the fries. They were bland and soggy we had to bake them and add our own seasoning. Not sure what went wrong because I have co workers who order here every day for lunch and they swear by it. This was my first and last time!!

It seems like they're very distracted because she was throwing food at him too. The last time I went she was very handsy with the older guy and he seemed awkward about it so it set a very weird vibe for those of us waiting in the lobby watching this awkward and uncomfortable encounter while waiting for our food.

Closed early at 12:55 am and didn't prepare my doordash order. Everything including the door says they close at 1 am including the door.

Wings are good but if you order online good luck getting what you order. I’ve had them miss an order of wings before but this time they missed two flavors, 21 wings total. How do you miss a huge part of the order? Had to wait another 18 minutes for them to make it and now all the fries are cold and the other meals. Time to try the new wings places in Granbury. Manager tried to make it right but when you have hungry kids waiting in the car for 35 minutes after you ordered ahead is a serious pain. They need competent people in the kitchen that can read and stop talking and getting distracted.

A co-worker and I stopped in for lunch. I have never been to a wing stop before so it seemed like a good idea. I ordered the tenders meal and some fries. They seemed busy at the time of the order and the orders took a normal time to prepare. Once I received my order there was grease and oil leaking from the bottom of the container. At first I thought it was the sauces leaking through since it was garlic parmigiana seasoning. I was wrong! It was grease. Seem liked they rushed to get the order out and didn’t hang the chicken long enough for the grease to drain off, and the fries were already cooked and cold by the time I received my order. Also noticing the staff of 4 and seeing frequent the front counter, the left over and trash had to be placed on the pick-up counter, they never removed the waste as long as we were there, we spent another 15 minutes after eating. I would not recommend this wing stop in Granbury, TX to eat at until management gets ahold of their quality.

Decided to have wing stop for dinner last night got the 20 peace special the bbq and lemon pepper woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and I’ve felt terrible ever since. Wasn’t just me my little brother got an upset stomach too but from the other end. I don’t get an upset stomach easily so just think twice before getting food from here .

Usually good but I walked in and ordered a 10 piece. I sat down for a couple minutes then went to my car. I came back in maybe 10 minutes later and he said my food was ready. I thought that was weird because ordering there every time before it was 20+ wait time.... He served me cold wings. This is absolutely unacceptable and should not be happening. I pay for imo already over priced food and get it cold??? Some great workers you have there wing stop.

Called in an order 40 minutes before arriving an order still wasn’t ready. Checked in and stood there for another 20 only for them to tell me when I finally got up and asked if they hadn’t even started. Employed by a bunch of childish children who clearly just want the paycheck. do not recommend
