Everyone was courteous and the owner was impressive. We felt we were cared for and appreciated. The food was great, and service amazing. We felt at home. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Great place, great food, the people work there are amazing. I’ve going there menu times and I really like the food. The Mofongo and their soups are great. the best part is the prices… very accesible… honestly I’d like to go there often but I moved and It’s a little far from me now.

Music is too loud, is this a club?, service is Okay, the food cooked fresh is good, but the food from the front looks and tastes quite unhealthy as it left me with a mildly upset stomach, is it properly cooked/preserved and displayed at the right temperatures to prevent bacteria growth?

No prices on their menus...so they are free to make up their own prices...the man who was the cashier tonight was rude and condescending. I will give 1 star for their public restroom.

I had a terrible time there today. I was charged 40 dollars for food that didn't even taste good. The food was late and they gave me the wrong thing. They also charged me 6 Dollars for.plaintains I didn't even want (she lied and said i had to choose a side and i asked her if if came with it and she said yes) Literally stole my money. I came in with somebody else and couldn't even eat with them. They ruined my night and stole my money. I had eaten there many times before and even ordered delivery and had recommended the place to others. That stops today. The service was -10, the atmosphere 0 (very loud and disruptive) and the food a 2. They have clearly lowered their standards and I wouldn't recommend you listen to the other reviews. The experience now is not the same as it used to be its not worth you spending your hard earned money on such overpriced place. I can't belive we spendt 80 dollars total for what we got. I should have ate at home. The only good thing was the presentation of the food. Also, they kept rushing us to order and didn't give me time to decide what to eat. Just for them to mess up my order anyway even though I told her clearly and repeatedly and even showed her the picture.

A scared young woman came into the restaurant to ask for the address to call her Uber.She stood OUTSIDE of the restaurant and the owner approached her with hostility telling her she needed permission to use their address to call her Uber. The lady was respectful and obviously frightened. He told her to shut up and locked her out of the restaurant. The restaurant was still very much open! His behavior disgusted me and I will no longer support a business that conducts itself in this manner.

To be told during the refund process I should have called instead of telling I’m the beginning there’s a long wait today. I lost out on my lunch because it’s only 30 mins then I lost out on even eating anything because of the horrendous wait. Then to go back to work smelling like I’ve been in the kitchen all day my clerical tells me you really smell like oil and cooking products. That’s goes to shoe just how long I waited for food that wasn’t still done. The guy was very rude and not informative at all HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOING BACK. THE SADE THING IS I LOVE THEY PASTA AND THE YELLOW RICE IS GOOD. DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK.
