The manager is so sweet, she offers a free big cookies for my 10 years old son because of a little bit late of his taco's order..

I was actually at The Pink Martini (great gift shop! Stop in!!) next door, but now that you mention it I could go for a Super Mighty!!

As always mighty taco delivers. Wish it was nationwide cause i miss it. When i come home its my first stop every time.

I got a mighty pack with medium sauce. I only ate 3 of the 6 tacos. Now I have lunch for tomorrow. Good things are coming my way.

Best in the area. Never had a mighty here with all of one ingredient in one bite... well made homogeneous contents to my burrito.

Amazing! Not much more to say. Amazing food, great employees, relatively inexpensive food. My brother and daughter (Chicago & Albany) have lunch at Mighty Taco as 1 of thier destinations when they visit.

The woman at the counter was quite possibly the kindest woman I've ever met. She was very patient while my children decided what to drink, even offering them a sample of loganberry.

In addition to the food, I love the Mighty Taco staff at the Grand Island location. They're friendly, attentive, and personable.

The El Nino was great! It cleared out my colon next day! The flavorless soup of meat and cheese packed into my stale wrap was exactly what I needed to force out my blockage. Highly recommend!!

Very clean very friendly great customer service and the food is awesome and now they serve beer. How funny a fast food place that wants to be a restaurant I accept that.

A great taco spot with fresh taste. I give this an advantage over taco bell for the core menu but the specialty items are lacking. The mighty tacos and quasodilas are great if you add some guac and sour cream and I recomend you stay on that side of the menu. The other specialty items are good but not up to par with their core offerings. I'll be back.

As always, Mighty Taco delivered a wonderful take-out dining experience. The drive thru was fast and efficient with no missed items and everything prepared as ordered. The food, fantastic, even after a 3 hour long drive. We will continue to make this, and other locations, our go to when in town.

Service seemed a bit faster this time around. The worker Anna I think it said on her name tag had great customer service skills and very friendly. Place is a lot cleaner now than I remember last time. Was able to take a mighty in the clean restrooms without being horrified which is a big plus for me so I don't have to speed home. Mighty Q is my go to with the fajita steak and a diet pepsi of course. Hope this place keeps improving as my prior experiences weren't so great.

I give a 5 stars but it's a little pricier than I'd like for fast food very clean a little older interior

Good, cheap, food, we got 4 burritos a side, and 2 drinks for about $30

Yummy food but always gives you a stomachache. Don't recommend if you have a wedding reception haha.

I have always liked Mighty Taco. The Buffitto is my favorite, followed by the Super Might burrito.The staff is friendly and the location is clean.

Great service and clean facilities. The nachos were good but the burrito certainly could be improved.

My go to place. I used to go to the one on Bailey 40 years ago if you remember that. The sauce taste tomatoes which I love. Get the Super Mighty, down right awesome

Typical fast food place comparable to Taco Bell with better ingredients. Normally clean, the food is tasty and pretty bad for you. Good for a late night visit.

The chicken buffito and burrito are simply delicious but sometimes the preparation is messy which can be improved. Service is fast and friendly.

Manage your expectations. This isn't a 5 star dining experience. If your looking for a quick fix, mainly mouth pleasure, this is the place. They have loganberry! The cheese quesadillas are an easy kid friendly, not messy in a car seat meal.

Food was good but, said no tomatoes 2x and still had them in my Taco Salad. Again. Food is good and made fresh. Would be 5 🌟 if had listened better. Overall the staff were friendly and consistent.

Never a dull night when we get mighty. Still the best local tacos. I love that they ask about extras and give many options. Always recommend to people who are new to town.

A Super Mighty with a small Loganberry and an Apple Empanada almost every visit. Unfortunately, not every Mighty Taco franchise is the same, but overall, delicious food and fast service. It is a staple of mine when I visit Western New York and so far, they haven't driven me to stop giving them patronage. Need to update this with: Empanadas are no longer available. *Sad face*

Ate in a major big hurry - trying to catch the city bus. Had a simple original Mighty Taco, medium hot, on wheat. It was delicious! Not a 5 only because the preparation was a bit beshevaled and took longer than necessary and the young lady at check out was publicly griping at them.

Never the same consistency between Mighty Taco locations. Sloppy product.

Priced ok seemed like low volume but tacos were ok. Quality average.

Staff were great very friendly and patient. It was very clean. However the food wasn't as good as it used to be.

Cheap and quick food, new crew makes some errors but can usually fix them once you bring them up.

Fast courteous service, good food. Good sized portions and affordable.

Not as good as what I am used to. With that being said, I have eaten at taco places in So Cal on the border which is way better.

Food was good but had very slow service. I've been to many mighty tacos (all?) And this is by far the slowest. They seemed very short staffed.

Not great, very little chicken and tacos were skimpy on the filling. We were traveling through so glad we aren't dependent on this place to eat. As a Celiac Mexican is one of the few takeout foods I can eat.

We ordered bacon nachos, tacos salad and a burrito everyone was happy with their food. The service was fast. Would have given 4 if the people taking the order were a little friendlier.

I am a loyal customer of Mighty Taco, and while the food was satisfactory, my experience tonight was negatively impacted by an employee's demeanor. Specifically, the young man on duty appeared unhappy, which affected both the food preparation and customer interactions. Furthermore, I was unable to order a Cruncher, which is a consistent issue at this location.

Spotty quality but I've been going to "Mighty Taco" since the Seventies when they opened with small room entry ways, no seating & a large opening in the wall where I would order "Suicide" tacos. You don't see those anymore... 😜

The lady that was waiting on us was yelling at us because she couldn’t hear us on the speaker drive through didn’t get our whole order because she said she couldn’t hear us We just said forget it 11 /1/21 at 5.30

The flavor is there, but the 2 times I've went to this location the food comes out room temperature and it took forever to get it.

In recent years, I've opted for Taco Bell instead not only for better prices, but also quality, too. Just seems like Mighty Taco has gone downhill. Additionally, I appeared before 11:00 PM at this particular location and they turned off the lights as I entered, mentioning I can go through the drive thru.

I ordered a chicken & cheese xl burrito and wasnt bad even thou the chicken was like eating ground beef and very little cheese in it (srry no pics) but the biggest thing was the seating, it was all booths bolted in place and not even one with one sided booth for wheelchairs! So if u big in the belly area or wheelchair bound skip this location is my recommendation!

Low though my expectations are for any fast food experience, the Grand Island Mighty Taco seldom fails to appall me. The food quality is inconsistent. What is consistent, however, is the obnoxiousness of the staff. They always seem to be on their very worst behavior. I don't expect a five star dining room experience from a Mighty Taco, by any means. It would be nice, however, to be able to sit down and not be annoyed by a loud, crude, mouthy, inappropriately behaved staff the entire time. Silver lining: Taco Bell has just opened a location on the island. Problem solved, I guess.

The female staff is often short n rude when taking orders or answering phones. They Dont stay open till their supposed to.. ever... The foods never hot always like its been sitting at room Temp for 20 min before you got it . by far the worst mighty around .

Your tacos were old, cold, and tasted like saw dust. They were horrible and I suggest for no one to ever come to this place unless you want dried up old ground beef.

That mighty taco should be a taco bell the tacos taste the same the burritos taste the so I wanted to try something different I go and try the chili but I wanted to enter El Nino burrito but they only have it in just regular super Marty Taco Bell has more options and better deals

Food was not that good. The " taco " sauce had no taste. The staff was nice though.

Simply because of a sign within public view, this place sucks!! The sign states that to tell a manager "no" is insubordination and grounds for termination. This should NOT be in public view and the manager that posted this should be terminated. This is NOT the way to handle ANY situation and any experienced manager would know this!!!! I FULLY understand why they can't keep help with management that has this kind of mentality!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!

Absolutely NOT EAT HERE! Is this "Food" even meant for human consumption? Not even joking people...their "Meat" tastes like dog food ! For real ! Nothing is prepared on site...everything is microwaved and placed in a holding steam table... I usually grab lunch her twice a week, tonight was the first time in a while that I went inside to eat, and by far the WORST dining experience I have had in a while. Our food was carelessly prepared, but beyond that the employees had a movie playing on one of TVs that was turned up loud enough for the staff in the back to hear it. Furthermore the films dialogue was packed with profanity and crude simple minded jokes. definitely the last time my family will be eating here. Appalling that the manager on duty thought that this was remotely appropriate for a dining establishment open to the public.

I'm guessing there's two schools of thought on this place. There's the local opinion they probably like it cuz they're familiar with and it becomes nostalgic. But it's the nastiest taco for real. It's like a school taco. The meat is grody, The cheese is literally a slice of American cheese! Like who does that?! Will for sure give you diarrhea, famous for it! Save your money go to Taco Bell

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would give this place. Especially the location. Staff was rude and short with us. Didn't get everything we ordered and the food was cold when we got it. Highly recommend not going here for you and your taste buds sake.

The ridiculous lady at the front counter, (probably the manager) turned away a 30 year veteran of the Navy on PEARL HARBOR DAY. He forgot his mask, so in Lu of this he put an article of clothing over his face in place of a mask, but she still told him that he can put a mask on or GET OUT. Me and who I was eating with and the other man who was eating were all appalled, as well as the other person there, I understand the mask during the pandemic but this was beyond ridiculous and abhorrent actions on her part. We subsequently left. I will never eat at another mighty taco again, and will actively tell everyone else I know to never eat this establishment again.

Wow. Pulled up and parked in front to grab a drink, when my daughter got out of our truck the MT employee parked next to us began to panic looking in her mirror thinking we'd hit her truck( my daughter did---- with her elbow) Employee then went into a 5 MINUTE TIRADE of profanities all while trying to roll a blunt . She called someone out to check her car(no dent, no mark it was an elbow) and proceeded to continue yelling profanities while licking her blunt. No one I'd buy food from... We left without a drink. Please take a look at who you have serving the public from your place .

This is hands down the worst Mighty of them all. I eat Mighty 2-5 times a month. Work in Buffalo live in Grand Island. The taco/Burrito sizes are noticeably smaller on G.I. Because its Mighty I always give the G.I. location another chance, and it always dissapoints. Bigtime. I recently had out of town family stay with me(former wnyers). Long story long, they where excited for Mighty and said we should have gotten the t.b. instead. Well I just spent 2 mins of my life reviewing Mighty taco.......Summary is Mighty is good. Mighty on the Island, not so much.

I don't know what gave me the bad idea of going to this place after years, sloppy, messy food, unsatisfying and bland, they also ran out of ground beef, said it would be another half hour before they could have it ready. Really? You don't have one of your biggest ingredients ready to go? Regretted the whole experience.

Very disappointed. My garden burrito had a metal staple in it. Very dangerous. Sad to say, I will never be eating here again. (I ate at mighty taco on January 24th at 11pm. )

After placing my order I noticed the young man had added ice to my drink ( I had requested no ice) which isn't the issue I didn't appreciate his fingers being inside the receiving cup while transferring the drink.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever been to. The service took forever to make very little food. And my food was absolutely disgusting it was uncooked and inedible. I suggest never to come here and do whatever you can to not come here. This was a terrible experience and the food was compared to dog food. DO NOT COME HERE

I'm like every other Mighty Taco location, this one always leaves people dissatisfied with their exceptionally poor customer service. Not sure if it's poor training, poor management, or just general apathy. Do yourself a favor and eat it one of the other eateries on the the Island.

Don't go to Gran Island in Niagara, don't waste your time. I was excited to eat some tacos after a long trip, just walked in the restaurant and seeing the face of this guy by the desk made me want to run away. I asked a couple of questions and this was the worst customer service ever... Hey owner!! You need to educate your crew urgently!

I just went through the drive through to get lunch and my friend and i were verbally assaulted by one of the workers taking our order. I was screamed at for simply asking to substitute the chips and cheese for an empanada… He was incredibly rude and yelled at me multiple times. As i pull up to receive my food, he refused to say a word to me. I then proceeded to tell him to have an awesome day because he clearly is miserable. Will not be returning.

I love Mighty Taco! But the one in Grand Island is terrible. Extremely poor customer service. I always order a vegetarian burrito. The burrito is basically a vegetarian taco not nearly enough ingredients in it to call it a burrito! I will go to Niagara Falls Military Road location. Now that place knows how to make a burrito as well as the Lockport location. Very disappointing every single time here on Grand Island.

Out of the last ten orders placed at the drive through, eight of them have either been incorrect or missing items. While the food is good the intercom system stinks. When I suggested to the manager that the owner should address this issue she replied that there was nothing they could do. What???. I alaways verify that my order is correct before pulling away from the drive through window. Frustrating. Hey owner, feel free to contact me if you want your intercom system fixed so it works.

EVERY time I come here to pick up an express order, the employee(s) are sitting on a stool in the back corner scrolling on their phones when they haven't even started my order yet. Never fails, every time. There's no point in even offering express pick up if the employees aren't starting the orders until after I arrive.

The taco bell quesadilla is better than this place. Its like they sprinkled the bare minimum in it and called it done. Not to mention they messed up the order And forgot extra tacos. The fried chicken wrap the chicken had frost bite so when they fried it I nearly chipped my tooth from it being so hard. Very disappointed. Never again. This is a disservice to taco joints.
