Absolutely amazing place!! Divine food. They know how to take care of their customers. Very polite and patient if I'm not familiar with the menu. Their service is always top notch. Especially through the scamdemic that delayed other businesses with their service. Not these guys. Everyone has made my experience with Jaco's worth it every time. They came through every time when the hours were too exhausting at the office where I work and the whole crew +(stark raving hangry) wanted to have a reliable meal. Delivery is worth the wait!! Tip those drivers!!!

Can't say enough about this place. If you want cheesy, somehow doughy but crispy crust, overall awesome pizza then go here. Not sure if they still do it but unlike other places I've ordered subs, they actually dice the ingredients (for me: the chicken, steak, sauce for a stinger) and mix them before packing them into a fresh roll. Honey garlic wings are bomb too.

OH MY Goodness!! If you're here visiting or live here this place is great! The man was very polite and helpful, even told us if we didn't like it come back and let him know. Between both families we ordered alot and everything was delicious!! Sausage NY style, Pepperoni pie, fried bologna, Jalapeño poppers, waffle fries, fried pickles and antipasto salad, and all of it was delicious!!!! EAT HERE if you get a chance it is very good food and good staff!!!

Best hot Buffalo wings I've found in WNY, good size, crispy, flavorful and actually hot. Duffs hot wings are a joke, they are not hot unless you get suicide and those just burn, no flavor. Barbill hot wings are not hot, I'll travel to Jaco's again when I'm in the area

I absolutely LOVE Jacos! Whether I'm at home or work and need something to eat, Jacos always hits the spot! Their honey garlic wings are the best in the whole city, perfect balance of sweet and spice (garlic). Their pizza is also top spot! I recommend Jacos to all my hotel guests, family and friends. They have quick service and fair prices for the great quality!

I never give 5 stars. Ever. But I was at the grand opening for this place. The food is always, and I mean always good and fresh. The flavor is amazing. I have brought friends from all over America here to show them what WNY eats are. Easily the best pizza and wing joint in Niagara Falls, and competes with the big boys like Duffs and Anchor Bar. My sons were in awe when the first tried Jacos. I actually hope they would one day consider franchising, because I would clean up in Atlanta! (My favorite wing spot)

If you are in town eat at Jaco's! We stayed at a hotel right across the street from this dive. They had a menu with lots of choices but I had to go with pizza. I enjoy trying local pizzas. The first night we got a NY style it was alright. Not my thing but alright. To be fair it's the first NY style I've had so nothing to compare it to. Our second and last night in town we got the Mac Attack added pizza sauce. Oh my it was fantastic!

The pizza was phenomenal, hot, cheesy, and great personality of the waitress. The pie had excellent flavor. Will definitely come back again.

I got a barbecue chicken finger sub ! It was delicious and they were generous with the meat on the sub . Lately sometimes I get subs and some places have very little meat on their subs . Jacos gave a very generous amount of meat and cheese ! Again it was delicious 😋

Just moved to Niagara Falls but heard Jacos has been around a minute. Atmosphere is bar and grill and the bartender/server is always friendly when we go there. Normally get pizza and chicken fingers when we go there and dont confuse chicken tenders for chicken fingers cause you'll be pleasantly surprised when asking for chicken fingers. Food is always good and we always get it hot and fresh . You won't be disappointed at all if you're visiting or live here

Talked to a chef there 30 years experience in the kitchen between cooks, told me grease is cleaned every other day owner's orders. The fried food was great, pizza also. Billy Jo the waitress was cool and even though it got swamped she did great. We will be back!

First and foremost. I absolutely love Jacos. Their subs and salads are SO good. The best in the Falls. My fiance and myself went into the bar and was just going to order food to go. When we walked in Billy Jo greeted us. She was so amazing! Such a sweet heart. She asked us what we wanted to drink and we sat at the bar and chit chatted for a few minutes. She talked us into staying at the bar to eat instead of take out. Such a great decision! The food was so much better and the salad my fiance got was insanely huge! The salad came in this huge bowl and it even had tongs on the side! Came with a cute little ladal and a bowl of dressing. It was double the size of a take out salad. So worth it to eat in for the same price. I had a steak and cheese sub. Top notch as always. And we also had a few apps! All the food was excellent. I've never had anything bad out of the kitchen. Billy Jo was extremely sweet. We had a conversation about the the unfortunate passing of the owner. May he rest in heavenly peace. - She was extremely compassionate. She also had excellent customer service & she checked in with us and making sure we had everything. And the drinks she made were good! The food was excellent quality with large serving sizes and extremely flavorful, on top of that, there is endless variety to choose from. Great bang for your buck. The hostess Billy Joe was a pure delight and went out of her way to help us with whatever we needed and was very friendly. Huge thanks to Billy Joe for assisting our party of 8 all on her own.

Took my family on a little weekend trip to the falls. This place was right across from our hotel so dinner it was. Besides who travels to New York without getting a pie! Long story short this is the best pizza and wings I've ever eaten. This place deserves a Nobel prize! Also we didnt put ranch on our wings!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣

After a VERY long day driving from Upper Ontario to Niagara Falls, having our bike rack break right in front of the duty free building heading back to the US and loosing our 3 brand new mountain bikes…all we wanted was something quick for dinner. Being from Michigan we are not familiar with the area and tried ordering from 2 different Papa John’s and 1 Pizza Hut. Those people were rude, crass and 0 help. I came across Jaco’s after googling Pizza in the area and from the first over the phone greeting they were GREAT! Ordering was short and simple, they didn’t make me feel stupid for not immediately knowing the address to the Comfort Inn and Suits we are staying at, and gave suggestions about the size pie that would feed 3 hungry and exhausted adult tourist. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls, and to locals too! We got a large Heart Attack Mac and a Large Pepperoni. We are stuffed, happy and content plus have lunch for the trip back to Michigan tomorrow! Thank you thank you thank you!

Quality of the pepperoni pizza was fantastic. Great crust. And probably the best quality wings I have had in a long time. The Buffalo had a smoky flavor to it that was wonderful. If you’re staying at the Best Western, give it a try. It’s right across the street.

Was just the kind of spot we were looking for! A close little getaway for us parents, with great drinks wings and good pizza!....then the dartboard solidified it for us lol. We'll definitely be going back alone as well as with the kids. I also want to mention that we came in late about an hour before closing time which is usually taboo for me seeing as how service and food in general just seems to go downhill everywhere at this time these days but not here although we were the only ones there so we initially got there a few others came in but the atmosphere remained the same and they didn't turn us away just because we only wanted a few slices they still made it happen which led to us ordering more and we were pleased with everything 5stars for us 💥

We came in from Texas and decided to eat here the only night we were in town. It did not disappoint along with the friendly service and hospitality. Would definitely eat here again. Billie Joe our waitress took care of us and was cool to bat!

This place was recommended by our hotel as a place with excellent wings and pizza. We dined in and We were very pleased with the cleanliness and nice atmosphere. The wings were out of this world… with a Smokey Buffalo taste, and the crispness was perfect. We also had a medium pizza- which was delicious. We felt this was affordable for 2 people - it was less than $40. We are trying to work in another visit before we leave town.

First time in the area. Was craving a Friday nite pizza. Googled for someplace close to the hotel that we could find easy that looked like it might be good. Old saying, don't judge a book by it's cover. Looked like a dive outside, but inside was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. Staff was friendly and attentive. We were just going to grab a pizza and take it back to the hotel. Grabbed a booth and a few beers to wait on the pizza. Ended up staying and enjoyed it very much. Had a medium thin crust California Dreamin. Highly recommend.

We were vacationing in Niagara Falls, staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites & asked the front desk who they recommended for pizza. They said Jaco's, which is open on Mondays. We were somewhat hungry & decided to order a calzone. The wait time of an hour was acceptable. The calzone was hot when delivered, HUGE, and very tasty; not over done nor bland sauce. We got 3 meals out of it. Will order again if in the area.

Stayed in town for the night friendly service fast hot delivery never have had wings delivered and so crispy absolutely one of the best we've had and we've had a lot.

Clean restaurant, friendly service, good good! We had the wings (meaty and crispy), pizza (delicious, excellent crust), and Greek salad ("small" was huge). Took a little while to get our food, but the server kept us up to date and our drinks full.

Our food was good , server Billie Jo was Sweet! I enjoyed my time there . Server was informative and playful. On our bucket list for return. The bar wasn’t up and running yet but of a bummer but we loved our atmosphere and the quiet of the wind down evening! Will be back ! Winters coming. Turn on the heat up for that girl 😉 !

Im out of state and we were looking for a place to eat, nothing was open and found this place.... Surprisingly pizza was really tasty. I think it was little expensive but it was worth it. I think management should think about the pricing but again pizza was awesome.

Wow! What a great little pizza and wing place. Michelle was our server. She was very nice and helped us with our order. We had a small party of 6 and our food came out fairly quick. The half rack of pizza was huge. I think it was 12 slices of square pizza. The wings were very large and really good. The restaurant was clean and well lit. A couple of TV'S over the bar with sports playing. A few regulars were sitting at the bar and putting up with us being loud canadians lol.

I treated my students to subs and French fries and salad and drinks we all had a great time.

Steak fajita burrito was good, but the nacho sauce they bring out for the tortilla chips looked like it had turned to plastic after just a few minutes on the table. The one waitress working was trying to manage between 17 and 22 customers the two times I counted. She was doing all she could, but I had to literally wait 20 minutes to get her attention to refill my soda. Pizza was ok. Some ingredients were clearly out of a can, but the prices were very reasonable. Kitchen was S L O W. There is a prominent sign that warns customers that "Great food takes time...". Yep. It did.

The pizza and wings are always perfect. Be sure to specify "Cup and Char" pepperoni instead of the regular. The crowd is a little rough at the bar, and I don't even want to look in the kitchen! The wait for take out is ridiculous, so be sure to call at least an hour before you head over. But I've been there dozens of times and never had a bad meal.

They need a better customer service, asking a 50 + plus for an ID to buy a beer is not appropriate

Ok I know you don't go to a pizza place for a fish fry. But I had pizza already this week and wasn't in the mood for more. So while I am at work we order out to Jaco's and I ordered the everyday fish fry. I don't have to mention, that the fish at a pizza spot isn't the same as if you were at a fish market or a Pub. They are the commercial prebattered variety you can get at a restaurant or Sam club Depot. But I will say it was still crispy, especially since this was delivery. The fries I did not care for, even though they were also crispy. I just don't care for the fries that are coated, very similar to Burger King type of fries. Plus they we're to salty for my liking. But in all not bad for a lunch at work.

The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's awful. Better check your change if you pay in cash, because the staff will tip themselves. And thats just for picking up a pizza. Attitudes as well. Oh, and if you order wings make sure you ask for extra blue cheese, unless you can make that stretch with 30 wings (which were overcooked anyways).

Im only giving two stars because the pizza was good and the delivery driver was nice but, it took over three hours and two phone calls to get my order on the way. The first call the girl could not even take the order correctly and never took down my phone number or address, but had no problem charging my card. When the food finally arrived the subs were horrible and tasteless and the fries were soggy and stuck together, only the pizza was decent. I have ordered from here off and on for over 25 years, needless to say im back to not ordering from here again.

My pizza tasted like it was made with spaghetti sauce not to mention my half tray of pepperoni was $31 that's a little ridiculous If the pizza is good I don't mind paying a high price the pizza was like a 2 out of 10 The bartender was more concerned about her conversation then my order.

Maybe the dine in experience is better? The food has stayed amazing but more often than not, the customer service has been very disappointing in the last couple years since the owner passed. Keep hoping it’ll be different each time we’ve ordered but majority of the time it’s not. Please hire some staff that do not sound and act like you’re a bother when calling or picking up orders. Not sure if we’ll be returning anymore, very disappointed and sick of the rudeness and snarky attitudes when placing or pick up orders. This was always our go to pizza joint.

After reading reviews before purchasing I'm wondering if Jaco's is perhaps great in restaurant and not for take out. We ordered a medium new York style pepperoni and 10 buffalo wings. The pizza was overcooked and honestly not really New York style. The crust was thin and so difficult to chew my toddler couldn't eat it. Not didn't like it, physically couldn't chew it. The buffalo sauce was great flavor but the wings were highly overcooked and very very dry meat. It was just not satisfying.

Large cheese and pepperoni with onions and “extra” pepperoni. Dough too thin towards middle to support the toppings as they slid off. Undercooked and oily and not enough pepperoni for the extra cost. Tasted terrible - very sweet as if they sprinkled sugar on top of everything. Called “Hon” on the phone when placing the order. The place looks and feels like what it is… a bar not a restaurant. Staff did not make eye contact when picking up the food, but were prompt and cordial.

Very low quality. The quantity is decent but no taste. We ordered wings, pizza , putiene and other dishes. All was wasted. The only tasty thing was the free garlic bread. The pizza was big with low quality chees, flooded with big chunks of tomato ... no taste. Wings was dry, putine no taste. I don't recommend this place.

Since arriving in our hotel we have been looking for something to eat. The receptionist recommended Jaco’s…. And let’s just say GROSS 🤮 the place smelled musty and moldy..the lady at bar didn’t even offer us a friendly Hello. Instead we were asked r u picking up. We were asked if we would be dining in or taking out. Please note there was not one person in pizzeria. The bar has lost its license. Then after we order 5 min later this super friendly lady (sarcasms) calls someone to say can u make a sign noting pickup only. I don’t need people coming in. Ohhh the i order simple frozen food chicken wings and fried. Sadly my chicken wings had freezer burn. The fried were soggy… I don’t recommend this place at all probably better off bring ur own food since this town does not have decent place to eat

These people and the owners are ignorant rude people!!! I placed a order for a pizza, well after waiting close to a hour for the order to be ready I went and picked it up and when I arrived at home I realized the entire pizza was covered with hot peppers. My young children do not eat hot peppers. So I called back and described the situation to the person on the phone and he told me that they would make me a new pizza but it would be another hour. I told him that I wanted my money back and I would return the pizza. he responded that he could not make that decision and he had to wait for the owner to arrive there that night at midnight. so I left my phone number, mean while I still did not have a dinner for my children that they could eat. so I went out and spent more money for a dinner that they could eat. Needless to say the gutless coward owner never called me back even after I relentlessly called for several days after. These people will never get another single penny from me and I will continue to tell everybody I know how this place likes to conduct business. The owner Is a spineless coward that needs to be put out of business considering that he cheats the government too.

Unbelievable. Iam not from here. This would be the first time I have contacted this place. We are staying at the Red roof inn. Naturally after a long ride and getting settled in we decided to order food. After reading plenty of reviews and being some what limited to place due to time we decided on this pizza joint. I called at 10:44 pm I was told a half hour, ok cool. So at 11:41 pm I called and inquired about the pizza and was told it went to the wrong place, ok whatever it takes a lot for me to get mad. At 12:30AM I was irritated, called spoke to the manager and told him the storey and at asked if I was even paying for it at this point? He replied with "I can't just give it away for free!" His name being Mitch I believe. He also stated that " he could do some sort of discount and told me when speaking with the driver finally that it was a 5$ discount ! I need people to know how they handle the people what a joke! So glad they have reviews!

We First tried their pizza and wings when we moved down here +staff was drunk and trying to convince my man to stay and drink with her when he picked up the food, didnt bother us was just.. weird of a vibe. This Friday we ordered for delivery, we had ordered 2 subs and they were nasty. My man ordered steak and cheese but they forgot the cheese on it.. and the steak is unseasoned and bland. My stinger sub i ordered was mostly bland steak with a half chicken finger cut up and tossed on top, barley any lettuce. I wasted 33$ on two subs that were so nasty i didnt even eat them.. Imo if youre sober looking for good real food, Dont waste your money.

Literally spend $5,000 a year at this place. Probably on chicken wings and pizza for family to get togethers and pizza night. Second time I've been turned away. Just trying to get in there and have lunch. Asked how long I was willing to wait. Not happy unsatisfactory. Couldn't even get a drink after sitting there for 20 minutes

The bartender that answered the call when I placed my order was verry rude. Non the less I ignored that and made my order. 45 mins later I arrived to pickup said order and was greeted by a large un kept rude blodish lady. Not only was she ignorant as ever she tipped herself when she ran my card. Excuse me but that is theft in my eyes. SMH I will never return and I do not think I will ever recommend.

I stumbled across this place about 2.5 years ago. At that time, the pizza and wings were excellent and the beer was unbelievably cheap. It became our new favorite spot. My have times changed, service is horrible, you have to wait for over an hour for your food while they fill you with more drinks, the wings are not as good as before and the pizza is just ok. This place has really gone down hill fast in the past year.... prices have gone up sharply, food quality is poor and the service is dreadful. We and many others stopped going here... avoid it or you will be disappointed.

Pizza is always undercooked and the cheese falls off the dough as soon as you pick up a slice. Wings are okay at best !! Size is good but wen you ask for crispy wings and you get soggy, hard to eat wings that you have to re-cook in the oven in order to get them to an edible level, you will find yourself very disappointed in the quality of your "crispy" wings. This place needs a lot of work in the kitchen staff to put it lightly!

1 star is a compliment. This pizza is the worse I ever had it tastes like somebody opened a tomato paste can and put it all over the pizza raw! The spaghetti is the same! Helios pizza from shoprite is better than this. I didn't even get forks or knives I don't recommend this place. The wings weren't too bad though so that's my honest review! I threw $60 worth of food away it just wasn't worth it to eat. Oh! And the pepperoni looked like small pieces of hotdogs sliced.

Spent 100 dollars on two small salads and 40 wings....wings were horribly dry and rubbery....use to be the greatest food for years.now my orders are messed up. Called in an order for a double order of fingers, asked the lady if it came with fries she replied no so ordered a side of fries with our meal. Drove 10 min out of the way to pick up our food. Got home to a double order of wings! Called to let them know what happened and they proceeded to tell us we were wrong! Drove back with the wings to exchange for fingers and made us pay more even though they gave us the wrong order.. terrible costumer service and the fingers were not cooked all the way through. Also, they said we would be getting fries because they come with them, go figure we didn't get our fries either. Sad to have a house full of people who order from this place and get treated like straight garbage over a mistake from your waitress who was too busy watching t.v. and not attending to your guests! Never ordering from here ever again.

Been waiting 2 hours for a pizza to get delivered litterally across the street Called 3 times and same story "it's on its way"

Extra sauce cheese and pepperoni pizza was very dry. Diet soda was flat. Asked for a water refill and waitress took my cup and never brought it back. Bill was hand written and not itemized. Was overcharged $5 on top of it. $21 pizza, pepperoni $3, drink $2 and fries $6. Total was $39? How does this happen? We will not ever return. Sad

1&1/2 hr delivery for 1/2 tray that didn’t have any pizza sauce, dough was rubber, just wasn’t worth $37!

I asking to change the sauce ( not cheddar cheese for the tomato ) and they forgot it. They doesn’t pay attention or doesn’t care about the customer petitions. So yes I just tried to eat the top of the pizza because I’m hungry.

The customer service and replacing your food sucks. They do not take accountability when they make mistake mistakes with your food and replacing it they refuse too, and they have lost me as a customer.

I have been to Jacos 3 times this month and today is on July 9th. Twice I ordered the half a tray and 20 wing special but yesterday was my son’s birthday party so I ordered a full tray and 30 wings, half cheese and half cheese and pepperoni. Prior to yesterday, both half a trays came out burnt. The first time was decent , the second time was awful. Even the kids didn’t eat it. That’s $45 down the drain. I decided to be proactive and request that the pizza is cooked light and Mia , the girl who answered the phone stated that her cousin was back there on pizzas and he always makes it right but she would still let him know for me. When I picked my order up and arrived back at the party, I opened the boxes and I was very disappointed to see both pizzas were burnt. The slice I tried to serve one of the kids at the party had to be broken up because he’s little. When I tried to break the pizza into pieces it wouldn’t even break. The breading was hard all the way through. And visibly burnt on the top as well. I felt as if it was overcooked intentionally because I asked for it not to be. I called Jacos to complain and inquire if there was something they could do for the inconvenience. Mia stated that the owner mentioned that I had to take photos of the pizzas and send it to her cell to prove that my statement was true which I did. She said that I could not be refunded but they will remake the pizzas if I brought them back in. I brought the cheese back and left the pepperoni at the party for the kids because they had already tried to give one slice a try and I felt it was unnecessary to bring a half eaten pizza back to be thrown in the trash anyway. When I got back to Jacos Mia apologized and stated that they would not replace the pepperoni pizza since I didn’t bring it back in. I thought this was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at Jacos and I’ve been eating there my whole life. If I sent the photos to you and you could see that the pizzas you sold me were burnt why wouldn’t you make them over? What would be the purpose of the photos then? & better yet, why can no one at such a grown age be mature enough to take accountability for their mistakes, especially in a professional setting. The cook knew he burned the pizza and so did Mia at the counter and so did the owner, yet there was still an issue. I used to enjoy Jacos. But over $100 on pizza in the last week and all three visits were disappointing. You can tell when Andrew is preparing the food vs everyone else. He actually cares to satisfy the customers. Since the original owner passed away the establishment has honestly been going down. The service is terrible and the food is worse. I will not be returning. It is time to find a new pizzeria in Niagara Falls.

Ordered a very veggie pizza. Had an horrendous experience. First of all extremely expensive for one large pizza. Secondly very bad pizza. Not cooked well at all. Veggies were just added like chunky toppings. Had to throw away the whole pizza just after a bite. Would not recommend veggie pizza at all.
