Met my expectations. Obviously it's not the best pizza in the world but for takeout delivery It's what you would expect and meets that bar so it's worth five stars. Staff was friendly and the pizza was made on time. I gave it four stars on atmosphere because it's nowhere that you can actually sit or anything, kind of an inappropriate or out of context question for this restaurant. I would certainly order there again.

Very disappointing experience; My family and I truly love the “Chicken Bacon Clásico” from Pizza Patron, which is why this experience was especially frustrating. I placed an online order for a Chicken Bacon Clásico, and it was picked up at 7:06 PM. When my dad brought it home, we realized we were given a completely different pizza — not just a small topping mistake, but an entirely different pizza that came covered with a large amount of cilantro on top. It was clearly not what we ordered. After calling the store, we were informed that our original pizza was still at the restaurant and advised to return. When we did, we exchanged the incorrect pizza for the one that was supposedly ours; however, it had already become completely cold. Additionally, it was not prepared according to the original recipe — it was missing mushrooms and instead had a significant amount of red onions. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. We did not receive an apology or any effort to properly resolve the situation. I’m not generalizing because I genuinely enjoy Pizza Patron as a brand, but this specific location needs better quality control and customer service. I hope management reviews this and addresses the issue.

Everytime I go to pizza patron I always get the nice cashiers I never have a problem with them they are the sweetest. I went last Sunday and I got the man with the beard. He was super rude I already saw all the previous reviews about him and I think that is unacceptable. No job should have anyone like that, he should be fired already, bad attitude always and a bad face especially since he’s horrendous already. He’s a very bad image to pizza patron and I hope I never have to go again to see his face.

I ordered a pizza online using my points and I redeemed a free pizza. Once I get there the cashier is charging me for the pizza I ordered for free, I asked why are you charging me it’s free and he says oh you are an hour late so I deleted your order and now I have to charge you and you’ll have to wait 20 minutes for another pizza. I get off and went inside and the lady says they have plenty of pizza ready when he said there wasn’t any ready. The app didn’t specify what time I have to pick up the pizza or it will be cancelled. He had a very nasty attitude and proceeds to give me ugly faces. This guy should be fired it’s not the first time he’s given bad service. The lady in the back is very sweet and she helped out in the situation. I still ended up paying $6 unfortunately which is unfair, no free pizza and I didn’t get my points back.

I pass other pizza restaurants to go to Pizza Patron on Carrier in Grand Prairie. I liked it so well. Today I tried to order by phone for pickup and couldn't get thru. Drove down there and the phone was off the hook (seems to be an ongoing issue) and the gentleman at the counter was rude. Since they weren't interested in selling pizzas, I left and went somewhere else that was interested. I won't be eating there again. And there should be a "None of the above" on the questions listed below. Didn't dine at all. Spent 0 dollars and I don't recommend any dish.

For the first time… I got a burned pizza and the didn’t want to fix it.. I know they seen it when they were slicing it… got home and called them… not even a sorry or bring it back for a different one.. nothing….
