They have a very patient and friendly employee who was working that night. She made me laugh and made to what was quickly becoming a rough night for me slightly less terrible. Also she quickly handled my order in the dt which was easy to navigate.
This Dunkin has really friendly service. I mean, it's Dunkin... The food, the drinks, they're all usually the same. But they got my order perfect, my drink tasted good, and they remembered napkins and wished me a wonderful afternoon with a genuine smile.

The food and my frozen coffee were made right but the drive through line went way to slow... i dont even think the inside is open yet so it doesn't make sense why the line goes out to the main road

This Dunkin has really friendly service. I mean, it's Dunkin... The food, the drinks, they're all usually the same. But they got my order perfect, my drink tasted good, and they remembered napkins and wished me a wonderful afternoon with a genuine smile.

Bought a large coffee and noticed the bottom of the cup was folding under. I look underneath the cup, and there is no bottom. it's almost an inch of nothing. I mean, when paying for a large and losing an inch of coffee you paid for, it's pretty infuriating!! Donuts are smaller my 7yr old daughter noticed that one and more expensive. A small frozen Coolatta is 4 bucks and change then $.30 for whipped cream. Treating my kids at Dunkin a cple times a week went down to about once a month, maybe. Not everyone is smart enough to manage their money better when getting screwed over, but fingers crossed for the rest.

DO NOT GO Thru Drive Thru!!!!! I have been there 6x and not once have they made the order right. They charge you whip cream, they forget the whip cream, they charge you Carmel sauce, they forget the Carmel sauce, they forget the milk, they forget the sweetener. I don't think they can hear you in the drive thru mic. They constantly need u to repeat what you say. Go inside and order and not once had my order been wrong.

Went to drive up and waited , what i thought was too long. Then tried to order a bagel.. she said they could not do any food because the AC broke a couple days ago,, and it gets too hot in the store,, so will not cook for another couple days.. i told her that they had to get that fixed,, not only for sales,, but because store was still open,, and if they could not work without fainting due to heat,, then corporate should close.. Girl was nice, but seemed to be surprised when I said there was a hand written note on the speaker at the drive thru saying that there was a new employee in training, so please excuse the delay and be patient. She said maybe her manager did that, but I told her I was sure that corporate would not approve that. She said that they did have someone training, and maybe a customer did it, because, she said, the customers had been acting upset and complained of the delay. I would note that my order started being made after I had pulled to the window...and I was the only customer, so didn't understand the delay. Note: she had no concern about removing the note and just let it be. In defense of this associate, when I was saying DD corporate had a responsibility to fix the AC quickly, she said that they were waiting for parts, and told me not to worry the company takes good care of them. I am still surprised that there was no worry about the badly and written note taped on to the speaker.

Stopped in at Dunkin’ Donuts on Sunday, February 15, 2024 the very rude person that was in drive-through a little heavier, person female. After asking her to remake my coffee after it was wrong, stated that she was going to remake it and spit in my coffee. What a cool customer service way to handle customers. I think that it is warranted for someone from corporate to give me a call, I left several messages in the human resources department for them.
Very rude staff. They rush you out of there just to text on their phones. Wont be returning. The lady who took my order, the is is the third time being rude and messing up the order. Maybe listen to the customers instead of texting. Such a shame. The corporation owns many of these in the area. All bad service but this one is the worst.
Mobile order. Subbed a frosting filled donut with a plain. I understand needing to sub but plain donut in place of a frosting filled, chocolate covered, creme topped one?!
I understand having a bad day, maybe new employees or whatever but I've given this establishment THREE chances on different times and days and have ALWAYS left disappointed. First time they burnt my food to a crisp it was barely edible. Second time it tasted faintly of chemicals. Third time I got a completely wrong order. On top of that, it has increased in price every single time!!!! For the exact same order!!! DOWN WITH DUNKIN
They don't listen when you're ordering so they are continuously messing up your order. I feel like Management should be there tying up loose ends getting this nipped in the bud. Also Takes them a very long time to answer the speaker
My friend asked for cream cheese after ordering an everything bagel and he was told no very rudely and was shouted at saying that cream cheese costs extra. After being mildly dissatisfied with her attitude and volume, we were kicked out of the store. Still no cream cheese.
Seems like every time i've gone here, they never seem to have what I want other than coffee. You have to get up and go there when they first open in order to get anything and even then it's not always guaranteed. Plus they need more people on the night shift, sat there one night watching the poor guy who was alone run back and forth like a maniac trying to get orders filled on his own. I felt sorry for the guy, I really did.
