Great menu choices but a bit pricey & sometimes overcooked (hot subs mainly). Their gyros are not properly made, they use thin wraps instead of thick pitas bread. Their Greek salad is different in a good way. I just recently had their triple parmigiana & it was perfect. Delivery is fast & they have never screwed up my orders or forgotten items. I recommend them for dining at home or at their location in Hudson Falls.

The food is not the greatest for the price. Services was horrible. I called for delivery and asked for cheese sticks. They delivered cheese bread. Ok we all make mistakes. When I called back I got alittle bit of an attitude bc I wanted them to deliver what I wanted and refused the refund. Says they are very busy. I get that I said take ur time. Food came, cheese bread again! Smh will not be ordering here again

The pizza used to be good, the one I just received tastes very weird like the cheese they used is bad. It has an off sour taste to it, very dissapointed won’t order from here anymore:(

I ordered at 420 they said 30 to 35 minutes. After any hour no pizza I called and they said he couldn’t find the house and he was on his way back. Then I was told he came and we didn’t answer the door which was open. I said that was bs because we’ve been standing waiting. She then said he had other deliveries which I said why would he deliver others when we’ve been waiting 1 hr 15 min. She then said I was swearing at her and she was canceling my pizza. I told her she was lying to me she insisted I was swearing at her which was not true at all another total lie! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but can assure you I will. Venting but I don’t recommend there service or customer service.

The only reason that I even gave it 2 stars was because the food isn't horrible....as long as your ok with not eating what you ordered. If you get it all that is. In the past month and a half I've ordered from here multiple times and I am not over exaggerating when I say ever single time something was either completely wrong if it did show or we had to call to actually get all the food. I'm sure there are comparable places around here that you could have just as good an experience with.

I have been a customer of this establishment for years. I have recently been having issues with the quality of food. Keep in mind, I spend at least $50 once a week here. When I called to speak to someone about the cheeseburger pizza being dry and unlike any cheeseburger pizza they have ever made, the woman, who says she and her husband are the managers for 17 years, gave me attitude. I let it go as a one off. Then two nights ago I ordered subs, my tuna sub was plain tuna with that tasted like metal and was definitely past it's expiration date. Once again, when I called and spoke to the "manager " she gave me attitude and told me she made it herself the day before and that I better not order it again because I obviously won't like it. On the sub I had wilted iceberg lettuce, one half of tomato on one half of sub and 2 on other, no mayo, 4 banana pepper slices, and dry bread that could break a tooth. She gave me a free credit, which I used this evening. When I called to place my order, the " manager" took the phone from the girl that was taking my order in order to let me know that I need to tip my driver a minimum of $5 because I am over 5 miles away. On top of attitude about previous issues with food. I always have and always will tip at least that. So, we get to delivery tonight. I looked at my food. I ordered cheeseburger pizza, wings, and a sub. The pizza is great, the wings are the smallest they could find in the bag, and the sub...... you guessed it. The sub had one banana pepper on each half,no mayo , and one half slice of tomato on each side. So... I called and spoke to this "manager " again who then told me that she made the sub herself and to then proceeded to give me attitude and then told me she was sending the driver back to take the food and give me back my money and then said that I can take my business elsewhere. Obviously she is making sure that I get the bottom of the barrel of anything I order at this point. I am reaching out to Lihan, the owner, tomorrow and coming to a resolution on this matter. I have only recently been having these issues. This place has been getting worse lately and I see plenty of other comments and reviews that reflect this recent decline. This issue with food is a fixable thing, we all make mistakes or rush and forget, however, you can't fix a person's attitude.

My family orders here a few times a month, I get a GF pizza and its always so good. We rip well and tonight we ordered another pizza which came burnt black! I called and complained and they said its going to look like that everytime! Then a girl from I hear in the background say with an attitude its going to look like that every time! ! They credit us 6$ on am 18$ pizza! Learn how to be better!

Really? Do they misrepresent their whole menu? Or, are their cooks inept? Third time ordering, and last chance to get an order correct, without having to drive back to the restaurant, pick up the correct items for our order...and bring it back causing us to eat in Shifts. So, this time we were told that the "Bleu Burger" has blue cheese. Ok, 2x cheese please. We got a burger, soaked in blue cheese DRESSING. Disgusting. And you think that it's good?!?. Sooo done listening to y'all begging to "make it right". EVERY TIME.

Ordered two tiramisu to go with our delivery, took it out of the bag and found mold on it. Called up the restaurant, they said they would refund the tiramisu on my card, never took a dime off, charged the whole amount.

2 bad experiences. 1) online menu lists the pizzas that have olive oil base and cheese sauce base… Except the 3 cheese pizza. Ordered it assuming it came with red sauce base because it was not specified otherwise like all the other pizzas listed below. Got it home half an hour away and realized it had ricotta cheese base instantly. 3 simple cheap ingredients on pizza dough for 20$? Pass. 2) Let’s try again. Ordered half cheese and half pepperoni over the phone for pickup. I was less than 5 minutes from the place and knew I had the right number because there is two locations and this is the only one I’ve been to. Upon arrival You could cut the confusion in the air with a rusty spoon. Even though there were no customers inside, quiet phones for the duration of the visit and no visable tickets hanging in the clear view of the kitchen , it still wasn’t enough for the ladies working there to realize that the only pizza they had made in the last 30 minutes, and the only pizza boxed and done on top of their oven was for the person asking for that exact pizza in front of them. Spent 15 minutes trying to look up my name to confirm the order and even called the other empire location asking if they had an order for me. Gave them my phone number , address and last name and finally after playing the game it was confirmed the pizza was mine. Was barely warm by the time I got to eat it. Epic fail.

Truly wish I had something nice to say. A friend said they had the best wings in the area. However, after ordering saucy wings and getting very dry wings, then calling to let them know, they offered to have a driver bring me hot sauce "As soon as they had a chance". The explanation was that other customers complained that saucy wings turned out soggy? Obviously they don't need the business, therefore I'll spend my $25 elsewhere. :(
