Although a bit dated, it is what I expected. Staff was friendly, food was hot and ready when scheduled. The My Hut Box was awesome, cost about $9. Had a Personal Pan, 4 boneless wings and a 20 oz soda. A good value for lunch. Try the spicy marinara, adds a nice kick to the pepperoni topping.

This Pizza Hut location is very good. It is easy to find and located right off Broadway. The food here is good and comparable to any other Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut location is cleaner than some others. The staff here was helpful and friendly. Ordering off the app is easy and went well. I would not hesitate to order from here again.

The food was decent. At best. I got a 12" personal pan pizza, and my nephew got a dozen wings, we both got 1 soda each.... FIFTY THREE DOLLARS.... BEFORE TIP. There's is no way on God's green earth, that that's a realistic price. That's beyond price gouging. It's pure, unadulterated greed.

The door says the buffet is 11.99. We got charged fourteen. Our server was amazing, the food not so much.

So I went there to pick up a mobile order through the drive through and I was greeted by a really nice guy who was very helpful and was just trying to get my my order on time, I was just waiting on the last order of wings to come out and he asked someone he called Kate or Katie I believe if she knew when they would be ready and she just started yelling at him and berating him in front of everyone even with the drive through window open. I was very satisfied with the food but I feel terrible for the staff that get treated that way!

I was happy to find an eat in Pizza hut in the Glens falls/Hudson Falls area, as there are no Pizza Huts in the immediate Capital district. To no fault of the waitress or other staff, they are short on support staff and everything took extra long, however the waitress told me that is not the norma,l and was as attentive as she could be. The Pizza was decent, the kids enjoyed it. I would rate it a 6. The breadsticks and salad were really good. Their original creamy Italian salad dressing is the best.

We never ever receive our drinks when we get charged outrageously for them. This is the 3rd delivery in a row where we haven’t received our 2 liters. It’s very annoying especially when you can’t call the store directly because they make you go through a world wide automated answering service and then wait 20+ minutes to answer. Waste of money.

They advertised a buffet. The street sign outside advertised a buffet. We got there after one and were told (rudely) we were too late, and it's only on certain days. Their TV ad, website, and the sign on the parking lot said nothing like that. I think it's false advertising and pizza hut pizza just isn't worth getting my walker out of the car for that. They definitely lost a customer that day!

The pizza I got was a pepperoni sausage stuffed crust hardly had any sauce and was very dry to the Bone. Very disappointed like come on pizza is supposed to have a sauce. Not hardly anything like literally it was non-existent.

If you haven't ordered from here recently I don't suggest it. They now have some partnership with door dash instead of paying their own drivers and the experience is terrible. Zero customer support or transparency when an issue arises. You get to talk to a call center states away when you call so good luck! Keep your money with local pizza shops!!

Order online and never came. Reach out to the and corporate who said the authorization will drop off and it turned into a charge. Try to reach out again, but there was no answer and no response. Reach out through Facebook, and the social media representatives respond by saying they will send for someone to reach out, and guess what, no one has. Shame and if they store would like to look into it the incident number is 0105160384 but I don’t have a hope this will be fixed. Updated still no refund from the order 11/24/24 keep getting mixed response but no refund and they keep telling me wait different times. Sad that they feel like its ok to steal someones money for service not render. The email address below get the run around just like reaching out to their social media team. Had to give one star, but I would give it a zero

Went in for dinner. Waitress took drink order and never came back. We were a party of 2. A party of 3 came in after us and she took care of them. So a whole 5 ppeople on the whole place!!! We left.

1/3 items I ordered was forgotten. To which the drivers reply was that he doesn’t think that item is even on the receipt. I double checked and it was. Maybe instead of automatically assuming the customer is wrong, maybe double check you have the correct amount of items. The second item I ordered was breadsticks, which are good because of the seasoning on them. I was delivered 5 sticks of bread with less than a sprinkle of seasoning.
