Angie was absolutely amazing and was able to get me a birthday cookie cake done in 10 minutes on the fly. Had a great experience and will definitely be back for future celebrations to have Angie decorate our cookie cakes.

I used to go this mall pretty often and I used to stop at this shop to get a wrap.If you are on diet or want to try healthy food then this is the place.Theit wraps are healthy as well as tasty.chicken,philly steaks wraps too good with tomatoes chilies and sauces.staffs are too friendly and they are real nice

The Great Wraps in Grapevine Mills has very exciting menu with healthy food concept. You may design/create your own wrap too. These wraps are hot and tasty. Santa Fe wraps is awesome.

The manager went above and beyond on her day off to help staff fix a Doordash error.

I work in the mall and have had a meal at every food spot there is in here. The great wraps place is hands down my favorite spot! The food is always great no matter what you get. You can tell it is fresh! But what keeps me coming here a few times a week is the people! They are always happy and smiling. They want to help you. They can turn my bad day into a good one just by stopping here getting lunch and chatting with the employees. The managers are beyond friendly. And there employees treat you like family. Best place to get great healthy food and awesome service in the mall.

I've never had a bad wrap here. Falafel is freshly made when you order. Healthy options galore!

The Philly wrap was great. The staff were very friendly. If I'm ever in the area again I'll stop here for lunch.

Expect mall markup prices (about ~$7 per wrap, not including drinks/fries), but the food tastes good and our experience with their customer service was great. I'd suggest getting the GW Crispy Chicken Wrap & Fries Special if your looking for any break on the prices (you're given the larger 12 inch size wrap), but this special doesn't include a drink. FYI, It's probably the only place in Grapevine that you can find Falafel / Gyros.

The service was terrible. I asked the server twice to please not add the onions to my wrap. After being ignored because he was too busy chatting and picking with other two servers about the very important glasses of smoothies behind them, my boyfriend asked if he had heard that I didn't want onions and he said "oh yeah I heard her" .. then he turns around and adds them anyways, and I had to ask him to remove them. Not sure if he had issues dealing with a female or having to be an adult and put the bullshitting aside to wait on me. The three male workers were very unprofessional and completely unattentive to the customers and their own work. I was even missing the red peppers that should have arrived on my wrap. All the employees need a lessons in customer service, being attentive and being grown ups. From the mediocre flavor of my wrap to the horrible service, I will not waste my time or money at this place again.

Klover and Emily attitude when I ordered a cookie cake was HORRIBLE. They were short and rude with answers to my questions, she literally pulled my receipt from the machine and dropped it on the counter. She made no attempt to pick it up and hand it to me or apologize. Emily mumbled something under her breath and walked away. This does NOT reflect the brand AT ALL!

OK a gyro does not have grilled mushrooms onions and cheese on it. I was thoroughly disabused by that. I turned my gyro into a Greek tragedy by Americanizing it. The frys with cheese and stuff, just avoid. Frys are old, stale. Cheese sauce is just that, sauce. The drinks taste funny, need to change the water filter. The souvlaki was good, so was the flat bread.

There were three staff members and only one of them was actually working. The only lady working was walking back and forth using her cellphone and was touching cookies without gloves. She was making a heart shaped cookie for someone. So if you ordered a heart shaped cookie please be aware.

Aggressive and unkind woman in way too much makeup clearly couldn't be bothered to help me and my daughter. We waited in front for ten minutes, I cleared my throat to let her know we were there, and she visibly scowled before coming to help us. I asked about fresh cookie cakes, and she walked me through the process, but avidly tried to prevent me from choosing custom doughs or fillings. She had to step away to pull cookies out of the oven in back and when I inquired about one of those, she gruffly responded they could not be served warm. I asked why not, and she only insisted "policy". We ordered cookies for ourselves, a little bit of each, and they were all cold, raw in the middle, had a bad aftertaste of *plastic.* This place is terrible, overpriced, and has HORRIBLE management. Would NEVER reccomend to even my worst enemy.

Customer service was HORRIBLE with the 2 girls that helped us today. Very Rude one didn't speak at all the other rudely made excuses for the other saying "well she's new ok" ... well ok then. Other than that our sweet treats were great ! :)

Wow. Worst customer service. They tried to charge .75 cents for a PINCH of cheese on a large wrap. Instead of putting a reasonable amount of cheese on especially after wanting to charge .75 cents additional they preferred to throw the entire wrap away instead of trying to please the customer. I am in shock

I would've given them a 5 if it wasn't for Kolver (Korean young lady). My son and I were standing in line to get a cookie and a lady skipped in line. When CLOVER asked who was next, I politely said us! Her co worker, Keelan, young black gentleman with glasses, also told her we were next but she didn't care. She went to the other lady helped her and came to us to apologize ( as soon as Kelan came to us) .. for not helping us first.. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. So you deliberately didn't help us. What's happening? I told her my issue with what she did and her response was "SURE"! This whole situation was strange! Keelan helped us and had great customer service..I was shocked to find out she was the manager.. Horrible customer service skills..Obviously after reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who has had issues with her! would've given 5 stars if she didn't work there.

I was here and there was a fly on the white chocolate cookies. When I made the workers aware, they walked away and began taking more orders. These two women are disgusting!!! They let the fly walk around the entire rack. Children eat here.
